CRIMINAL THREATS-DO NOT UTTER SUCH THREATS

I am castigated as I do declare that I will sue in response to the actions, past , present or intended of anyone who damages or will damage myself or my property.  It is said about me, to me, " You are always threatening to sue ". That is true but it is the only lawful warning that one can utter. One can declare that they are inclined to and will undertake litigation if they are damaged. One can declare that they will inform Police if they are in imminent danger of having a Criminal offence committed where they are the victim. 

There are serious situations where indictable offenses are being committed and a person is or persons are in danger or property loss will occur where Police should be informed immediately. Observing damage or intrusion and informing Police is lawful to help to protect the community.

 Generally, however, Citizens are restricted to declaring to Police that they, their dependents, chattels, livestock, vehicles and buildings are likely to be imminently damaged. The Police or By-Law or Sheriffs should be called to attend at the Citizen's property or residence or place of employment only,  and only when protection from real danger or destruction is required.

Sending the Police next door or down the road to someone else's house should be accompanied by serious, irrevocable and available documentation clearly indicating who, what and why  about the serious violation of Law if the process even just goes wrong. Oops. We did not know just does not matter. I will gather the evidence and vigorously litigate against all persons or organizations involved with Fake 911 Calls.

I HAVE TRIED EVERY METHOD I COULD CONCEIVE OF TO EXTRACT INFORMATION TO LITIGATE AGAINST THE INDIVIDUALS WHO FALSELY OR MISTAKENLY OR NARCISSISTICALLY HAVE SWATTED ME TO NO AVAIL WHICH I WOULD ARGUE IS A CLOCK STOPPER.

VIRTUALLY THE ONLY WAY ONE MIGHT LAWFULLY EXPRESS THEIR DISPLEASURE WITH ACTIONS OR WORDS OF OTHER PERSONS WOULD BE TO DECLARE THAT LEGAL ACTION WOULD BE UNDERTAKEN.

Criminal Threats or declarations that unlawful action would be undertaken EVEN IN RESPONSE TO UNLAWFUL OR CRIMINAL ACTS THAT WERE ABOUT TO BE ACCOMPLISHED ARE SERIOUS CRIMINAL OFFENSES.

Citizens cannot declare that they feel hatred towards a person or persons nor can they declare that they will hamper or damage financially or reputationally another person. Harassing a person by sending Police and By-Law without requiring protection for you and yours at your place is also a criminal offence.

Citizens have to be careful about what they publish and could be legally liable. Publicizing about wrongdoing would be better accomplished by litigation.

THE ONLY THING THAT YOU CAN DO IS TO SUE.

THE FLOODS IN EASTERN CANADA ARE CREATING SITUATIONS OF TOTAL LOSS WHICH CAUSE PEOPLE TO EXPERIENCE VIRTUAL PARALYSIS. 

The persons who had lost everything they owned were recounting their experience to Television cameras. I was surprised to hear about experiences which had a similar effect on me when my home and all my possessions were destroyed by fire in 1980 at Otter Point BC where I had purchased 12.49 Acres of forested land with a home at the lockup stage of home  construction. 

In the aftermath of the arson of my home and personal and business possessions I was additionally attacked by the same residents who had pilfered and poached and motivated their craziest member of the group to burn down my home. There were statements made confirming that Palfry had threatened to burn the building down before I owned it. The local residents knew this and the Police knew that Dennis Ireland and Palfry had been convicted of a criminal offence on my property before I owned it.  Police ignored the evidence of previous criminal activity against the property and people and animals resident on the acreage.

 

The local residents secured the cooperation of the Capital Region By-Law authorities and I was fraudulently forced to construct a home in a location the other local residents calculated would be a constant problem and huge expense.

It would have been economical and efficient to construct a home on the old foundation but neither the CRD nor my ex-wife would allow that. I had no clothes no shoes no kids clothes, no nothing. I was so ruthlessly exploited and attacked that I had no clothing but rags and $15. canvas shoes until 1990 when my Aunt Annette gave me $1000. to buy clothes which Annette insisted I must do. (All along, I had a suit and a jacket, a shirt, a Volvo tie and a pair of dress shoes for car sales work as well.) The pressure was on from all sides. I was broke and had to work on protecting the new ruined home from septic flow from the adjacent property

I collapsed and was treated with a spinal operation and general anaesthetic and then I was unable to resist what was being done to me as my wife and the neighbours ruined everything.

While I was virtually paralyzed, similar to the hopeless helplessness of the flood victims in Eastern Canada in April of 2019, my ex-wife and family members said ``We are taking you down``; when they were through I owed more than I owned and they had stolen 2 Million Dollars of inherited money from me.

MY EX-WIFE THEN WENT DOOR TO DOOR AND TOLD THE NEIGHBOUR WOMEN TO CALL POLICE AND SEND THEM DOWN HERE SO I WILL COLLAPSE AND I DID.

IT IS APRIL 2019 AND NOT A SCINTILLA OF CRIME HAS BEEN REMEDIED AND COPS SHERIFFS AND BY-LAW KEEP ON COMING AND I AM PARALYZED BY THE CONTINUING SUPPORT OF HATE CRIME AGAINST ME.

   DO NOT TOUCH ME. I DO NOT WANT TO FEEL YOUR TOUCH. 

JOE BIDEN IS AN OLD FASHIONED "GLAD HANDER" .   HE IS A HANDS ON POLITICIAN WHOSE TIME MAY HAVE LONG PASSED.  

I am pretty sure that Joe was not "copping a feel" nor was he trying to dominate or sexually excite women whom he has touched. There have been no complaints of this sort and Joe is old. It is recognized there was not sexual touching, still Joe is in trouble because he made some women uncomfortable.

I was the child of a married couple who did not ever hug or kiss or hold me unless it was while I was a baby and not that I remember since I turned Five.

You probably cannot imagine how the untouched by affection child feels about being nicely touched by friendly women. It was very nice while it lasted, until I got married and shortly thereafter my wife announced that she was :

``NOT GOING TO COOK, CLEAN OR FUCK`` and later, as she divorced me `` I AM GOING TO MAKE SURE THAT NO BROKE CHIC ATTACHES HERSELF TO YOU``.

This means no more nice touching of women for me or by me. My ex-wife thought my touching or being touched was hers to control and she started  creating a false reputation with Police and Lawyers and even from business to business and neighbor to neighbor. I read her lawyer's notes upside down in his hand during Discovery. 

I would know only the noxious and destructive touch of Police and By-Law for all but a few months of my life since then. Twice, for some months I managed to win the affection of a girlfriend. Since then I sit here crippled, alone always at my far from the City house. On the road and at my Apartment in Victoria I am not safe from Police and By-Law. Isolated! 

WHAT A CRUEL PUNISHMENT TO CREATE FOR AN UNTOUCHED CHILD WHOM MY EX-WIFE KNEW SOUGHT AFFECTION AND WISHED TO RECIPROCATE WITH AFFECTION.

Men touch women in violent and dominating manners and those men should be prosecuted and jailed. Women, and it is overwhelmingly women calling Cops on men, who touched me with fake 911 calls and defamation have touched me so severely and violently that I am virtually paralyzed. They should be prosecuted and jailed just like the men who violently dominate and injure women should be.

I do not like to be touched by other men. I have never objected to being touched in any way by any woman. When it comes to my reputation, property or if I was touched by a male or female Police officer:

DO NOT TOUCH ME. I DO NOT WANT TO FEEL YOUR TOUCH. IF YOU ARE TRYING TO INJURE ME, DAMAGE ME OR MY PROPERTY OR PROJECTS, STAY AWAY FROM ME AND STAY OFF MY PROPERTY.     BE AWARE, IT IS ANATHEMA  WHEN SOME ONE HAS THE POLICE TOUCH ME OR COME ON TO MY PROPERTY.

SECRECY IN GOVERNMENT DOES NOT BENEFIT THE CITIZENS OF CANADA

TRANSCRIPTS AND RECORDINGS DO RECORD WHAT REALLY WAS SAID AND VIDEO OR PERSONAL ATTENDANCE WILL TELL EVEN MORE ABOUT WHAT REALLY HAPPENED AND WHY IT HAPPENED.

What place is there in Running My Affairs as Elected Representatives for :

SECRECY.  WHAT IS THERE THAT IS BEING HIDDEN?

WHAT IS IT THAT POLITICIANS  DO NOT WANT KNOWN?

IS THERE REALLY AN ETHICAL USE OF SECRECY?

The argument that Secret Tactical and National Security Matters are essential to the running of a government is an argument with which I will not agree.

The Partisan Argument that Political Strategies must be kept secret for purpose of catching opponents by surprise is a condoning of Skulduggery. 

WHAT BENEFIT DO I AS A CITIZEN GAIN FROM POLITICIANS WHO ARE CONCEALING THEIR INTENTIONS TO GAIN POLITICAL ADVANTAGE?

NONE. THERE IS NO BENEFIT TO ME WHEN POLITICAL PARTIES OUT MANEUVER EACH OTHER. 

THE PARTY OR CANDIDATE WHO MIGHT BE OF THE MOST BENEFIT TO US THE CITIZENS MIGHT BE OUT MANEUVERED BY SECRETIVE MANIPULATORS.

THE NATIONAL SECURITY ARGUMENT RED HERRING

I am sure that once upon a what, a decade, there would be discussion that if it was known to Countries Hostile to Canada there could be serious damage.

RECORD SUCH MEETINGS AND PLACE THOSE RECORDINGS IN A VAULT FOR SAFEKEEPING UNTIL DAMAGE WOULD NOT OCCUR.

Any other meetings that the Ruling Party Conducts and Privy Council and  Cabinet discussions should not be concealed. The public do not benefit thus.

My Father, Leslie V. Collard was an Executive of the Canadian National Railway. I, my Uncles, and my Grandfather worked there at the CNR too. 

I WAS STILL A YOUNG MAN WHEN MY FATHER SAID HE HAD BEEN AT A MEETING OF THE CANADIAN NATIONAL RAILWAY BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE TOPIC OF "KEEPING DETAILS OF THE MEETING SECRET" WAS BROACHED. MY FATHER SAID THAT DELIBERATIONS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF A CROWN CORPORATION SHOULD NOT BE SECRET.

I SUGGEST THAT GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS SHOULD NOT EVER BE KEEPING SECRETS FROM US THE CITIZENS OF CANADA. 

MY FATHER SAID THAT IN THE COMPETITION BETWEEN THE CANADIAN NATIONAL RAILWAY AND CANADIAN TRUCKING FIRMS THERE WAS POLITICAL PRESSURE APPLIED TO BENEFIT THE TRUCKING FIRMS. HE WAS UNCHARACTERISTICALLY OFFENDED. 

THE CANADIAN NATIONAL RAILWAY  PIGGYBACK TRAILER SHIPPING SYSTEM USED ONE FIFTH OF THE FUEL AND DID NOT REQUIRE THE PUBLIC UPKEEP OF HIGHWAYS THAT THE TRUCKING COMPANIES DID. THE SAFETY  AND CONVENIENCE OF THE PUBLIC WAS IMPROVED WITH BIG TRUCKS OFF THE ROAD AND THEIR TRAILERS ON FLAT CARS AND ON RAILS NOT ROADS.

SECRETS, SECRET DEALS, SECRET PRESSURING ARE NOTHING ELSE BUT SKULDUGGERY. 

EVERY CITIZEN LOSES AND CROOKS STAY IN BUSINESS AND STAY IN POWER WHERE IF WE THE CITIZENS KNEW WHAT WAS THE TRUTH THE WHOLE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH WE MIGHT FIND OUR SOCIETY IMPROVING AND WE THE CITIZENS GETTING WHAT WE WANT AND NEED, NOT WHAT SECRETIVE INSIDERS WANT.

 

OPPRESSION OF THE OPPOSITE SEX

Saudi Arabian Oppression of Women has reminded me of the Repression by Women which I have experienced myself.

The part of the systematic reaction against non-conforming Saudi women which was: The entire government and judicial system and even many women feel that the repression and control are right and the non-conforming or accused thus women are wrong and are causing trouble.

THIS STRUCK A REALLY SOUR NOTE WITH ME AS I THOUGHT OF HOW I HAD NOT EVEN NOT CONFORMED. I WAS SIMPLY DECLARED AS HATING WOMEN AND POLICE AND ABUSING EVERYONE AND I FOUND POLICE, BY-LAW, LAWYERS, INSURANCE COMPANIES AND EVEN THE NEIGHBORS AND MY FAMILY,  EVERYONE FELL INTO LINE TO TRY TO JAIL ME, TO TRY TO BANKRUPT ME, TO TRY TO DEFEAT MY AIMS AND PROJECTS, AND IT WAS ALL HOGWASH.

The Saudis and Internet Shills who support them sound a lot like the Anti-Fun, Anti-Art, Anti-Music, Anti Sexual Expression and Sexual Satisfaction Agitators who have ruined so much of life for Men like myself  in Canada. 

That is the Saudi Despots repressive attire for women.
