The answer is that it is not lawful to create an absurdity nor is it to create policy which does not enforce the spirit and intent of Law. I remember, decades ago, phoning the Sooke RCMP or Sooke Police for the first time to report that a false complaint was probable from persons who were trespassing and clearing the screen of shrubs and trees between my acreage and an adjacent acreage.  Except for a narrow ledge, left at the East side of my property so the Palfry property would not erode, my land had literally been excavated down 17 feet at least. The adjacent home site loomed above my home and provided the "neighbors" an Ariel view ideal for stalking me to find a way to call  911 and exercise their mentally ill need for power.  Was Marina Reid  sending her tree cutter on to my property to get the trouble going? Did she feel that what was mine was hers and she would order my  land to be clearcut? The trespassers HAD phoned  911,  I was informed, but that without threats Police would not attend. Real law abiding Police should have arrested Marina Reid .

I was helpless, down the cliff where I was at my house in a hole, a site made to order for Wilfred and Minnie Palfry the original mental cases next door. The new mentally deranged  property owner next door expected Police backup to clear a frame, around her land, of removed vegetation which was growing on my land. On my land the ledge which was being denuded was on the only part of my land where an effective screen of brush and trees high enough to provide some privacy could be grown.  Marina Reid and her tree cutter were trespassing for the second time in three days, when I from my window ordered them to stop cutting and leave. Marina Reid called  911 and said she "felt" threatened, meeting the guidelines which the incompetent receptionist at Sooke RCMP had on day one laid out for her to follow.  { On the occasion of this second trespass when I called in to Sooke RCMP,  the next day, to investigate a complaint which had been made by a trespasser,  (From my upstairs window, I had seen a mental case on the phone laughing and exulting, possibly showing me what she was doing?),  the Police receptionist mindlessly canted that threats in this case, WERE  INTIMATED, not spoken, some how 'mentally ill intimated' to the mad and dangerous fool on the hill next door ordering her chainsaw massacre man to destroy my vegetation.} On the day of the second trespass, just after I saw the fool on the phone, several Police cars and four or more Police were quickly here and next door. What a thrill for all those the mentally ill.

That day the tree cutters were on my property a second time. From the house I ordered them to leave, they were cutting this screen of trees and brush. They had a trailer right on the creek bank to the right or East to give me that bottom of the hill in a urine and feces soaked trailer park experience. None of this has gone away.  It is easy to see, just drive in stop at the ditch, careful do not fall in, take some pictures.

THE DAY AFTER THE SOOKE MENTALLY ILL IN POLICE UNIFORM GROUP ARRIVED TO ASSIST THE MENTALLY ILL CUT TREES ON THE OTHER PERSON'S LAND GROUP.   I STARTED TO CONTACT AUTHORITIES LOCALLY FEDERALLY AND  PROVINCIALLY.

I phoned in to the local RCMP and I said " Are you keeping a record of the fake 911 call as if it was a lawful complaint. Of course the Secretary told me . We have to keep a record of all allegations. You can keep a record of convictions but not of allegations, I said. Oh, but we do she said. {The policy of the Sooke RCMP Detachment is of zero tolerance for any, well anything, even if it is imaginary. If some one will say they are in fear, Sooke RCMP will keep a record of it to assist in their Warrantless Raiding Program and will send the information anywhere it could damage the victim of the fake  911 call to punish that person. "People must have good reason" to exaggerate and imagine and try to get a swat team onto a person who poses no danger to anyone, said Sooke RCMP Constable Champagne musing about why falsity is supported.  Wow my ex-wife's and Marina Reid's and God only knows whose insane dreams can be made real !}

BEFORE DEFAMING ON FACEBOOK WAS EVEN FIRST CONTEMPLATED SOOKE RCMP HAD "DEFACE BOOK"

SIMPLY CALL IN YOUR LIES AND THEY WILL COMPILE A DOSSIER AND CIRCULATE IT TO OTHER POLICE AND ICBC AND USA POLICE , EVEN THE   DOGCATCHERS WILL ARRIVE WITH A SWAT TEAM . ONE MORE 911 CALL AFTER YOU SET UP A FEW COMPLAINTS, IT IS EASY.

INDIVIDUAL TARGETING FOR FAKE TELEPHONE CALL VICTIMS. PLEASE HAVE A WOMAN MAKE THE CALL AND IT SHOULD BE A COMPLAINT ABOUT A MAN.      911 or Sooke Police or RCMP or Animal Control, ah oh!, will also take a call about a man's dog and still send SWAT.
