THE REDNECK THEFT OF WIRE, PIPES AND APPLIANCES COST ME MORE AND DELAYED MY COMPLETION OF THE FIRST HOUSE AT OTTER POINT

I HAD TO TAKE A JOB AS A CAR SALESMAN.

THE DAMAGE THEY DID TO THE NEW HOUSE SITE FORCED ME TO QUIT THE JOB I HAD TO TAKE WHEN I RAN OUT OF MONEY AS I FINISHED MY FIRST HOUSE. 


RAILROAD TRAIN AIR BRAKES: THE REPORT FROM THE INQUIRY INTO THE 2019 FRASER CANYON CPR ACCIDENT WAS RELEASED TODAY

THREE CANADIAN PACIFIC RAILROAD CREW DIED WHEN THE AIR BLED OFF OF THE BRAKE ACTUATING AUXILIARY COMPRESSED AIR RESERVOIRS. THEIR FREIGHT TRAIN ROLLED AWAY DOWN A STEEP GRADE AND CRASHED DOWN A BANK AT A CORNER NEAR A BRIDGE.


THE WESTINGHOUSE AIR BRAKE SYSTEM HAS A RESERVOIR OF COMPRESSED AIR WHICH WHEN THE BRAKE PIPE LINE PRESSURE IS REDUCED ACTIVATES A MECHANISM THAT APPLIES THE TRAIN'S BRAKES.

THIS REDUCTION OR REMOVAL OF PRESSURE IN THE TRAIN BRAKE PIPE LINE ACTIVATES ALL OF THE BRAKES IN AN ENTIRE TRAIN GRADUALLY UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE ENGINE DRIVER OR INSTANTLY IF BRAKE PIPE LINE PRESSURE IS LOST FOR ANY REASON.



THE FAILING OF THE SYSTEM IS THAT WHEN IT IS RELIED UPON TO HOLD A TRAIN IN PLACE THE AUXILIARY RESERVOIRS CAN LOSE PRESSURE OVER TIME, LOOSENING THE BRAKES.


I ALWAYS FELT THAT IT WAS SAFE ONLY TO RELY ON MECHANICALLY APPLIED HAND BRAKES, WHEEL CHOCKS AND DERAIL DEVICES IF YOU WERE LEAVING OR NOT WATCHING A TRAIN AT ALL.


AN ASSIDUOUS FAILSAFE TRAIN OPERATOR WOULD WALK UP THE RAILROAD LINE FARTHER THAN A LURCH, SAY 50 FEET, AND WOULD AFFIX A STANDARD DERAIL, WHICH IS HANGING FROM EVERY LOCOMOTIVE, PRECEDED BY A COUPLE OF TORPEDOS TEN OR TWENTY FEET AHEAD OF THE TRAIN. THAT WOULD HAVE SAVED ALL OF THE CREW'S LIVES. I STOPPED THREE ROLLAWAYS OF OTHER CREW'S EQUIPMENT IN VANCOUVER BC.

SERIOUS CIVIL SERVICE

   TRAIN WRECK AT RAMSES STATION CAIRO EGYPT

I was a Canadian National Railways Yardman and Yard Foreman in the 1960's.

Canadian Law provided enhanced penalties for screwing up as a CNR Running Trades Employee. Capital punishment was eliminated for all crimes in the late 1960's but remained for some civil servants, which I was one of.  

Twenty two people were burned or crushed to death today or yesterday in Ramses Station Cairo Egypt, that would with negligence or worse malfeasance, deliberately screwing things up like that in Canada in the 1960`s would result on conviction to suffering the penalty, Hung by the Neck until Dead.



  1. The Engineman, the Driver of the Train " Stepped off" his unit and did not secure a hamdbrake or other brakes.The handbrake is a mechanical device, air brakes are releaseable remotely or by bleeding off. Handbrakes and wheelchoks were my rule. In 1969 air brakes bled off an empty passenger train, it rolled out of the railroad station at Main and Terminal in Vancouver BC headed towards the main line. The story of how I and my crew split my Royal Mail train and caught the passenger train with my freight train is another story.

NEWLY CORRELATED: A ROLL OUT AND A FIRE AT THE CNR IN 1969 OR EARLY 1970

 

I HAVE DOCUMENTED THE ROLL OUT OF A PASSENGER TRAIN FROM THE RAILWAY STATION IN VANCOUVER IN 1969. MY FIELD MAN ALERTED ME TO "GO HIGH" AND HE RESUMED THROWING RAILROAD TIES UNDER THE PASSENGER TRAIN'S WHEELS. I SIGNALED MY PINPULLER TO SPLIT MY MAIL TRAIN WHICH I KICKED INTO THE TEAM TRACK SIDING. I REALIGNED THE SWITCH AND CAUGHT THE FOURTEEN ROLLING PASSENGER CARS WITH HE REST OF MY TRAIN. 


WHEN ROLLAWAYS ARE NOT STOPPED BEFORE COLLISION OCCURS THE RESULT IS DESTRUCTIVE AND DEADLY. I AM NOW SUSPICIOUS OF VANDALISM CAUSING RUNAWAY TRAINS. 



The Chemical Plant siding event in East Vancouver at Venables  and Clark was loose Boxcars gliding downhill at a Factory. I was a crew member on a Transfer. We unhooked and ran after the loose Boxcars and caught them and stopped the Runaway Accident from happening right in the densely populated and business area.


The event which has come to mind involved an empty passenger train, all my crew and I knew was there was a TRAIN ON FIRE. The train was rolling out of Glen Yard along the "Y" where passenger trains were turned around to return back to the East. 


We broke in to the train and applied handbrakes and made sure no one was on the train. The fire which was small was extinguished. Had this loose twelve passenger car train rolled further it would impinge on the CNR Main Line and a one hundred car one hundred thousand ton each car train could be coming down the hill not planning to stop for two miles.


IF THERE HAD BEEN COLLISION WITH A MAIN LINE FREIGHT IT WOULD OCCUR TERMINAL AVENUE AND FIRST AVENUE IN VANCOUVER.



IT DID NOT OCCUR TO ME UNTIL JUST NOW: WERE THOSE INCIDENTS NOT JUST ACCIDENTS WHICH WERE AVERTED, DID SOMEONE DELIBERATELY SET THOSE TRAINS LOOSE RATHER THAN BRAKES BLEEDING OFF AND A LACK OF CHOCKS?




THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANYONE TO ASSIST MYSELF, THE CRIPPLED FORMER FEDERAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE. LURKING UNKNOWN TO ME, HOWEVER, ARE A HOST OF THOSE PERSONS WILLING TO ACCOMPLISH A NEGATIVE OUTCOME FOR ME.

THERE WOULD ALWAYS BE A SCRUM OF RELATIVES READY TO DIVERT BENEFITS AWAY FROM ME WHEN I INHERITED MONEY. ANYTIME I HIT ROCK BOTTOM FINANCIALLY, I WAS TOTALLY ALONE.


MY PATERNAL GRANDFATHER'S TRUST FUND TO ME AT 18 WAS SEIZED BY MY MOTHER IN 1964. I LIVED IN A FREEZING SHARED TENEMENT ROOM, I ACTUALLY STARVED AS I WROTE UNB FINAL EXAMS.


MOTHER HAD MY MONEY I WAS

"UNDER HER AUTHORITY"


IN 1984 MY SIBLING FAMILY THREATENED THAT I WOULD BE DISINHERITED FROM MY FATHER'S MONEY UNLESS I BORROWED MY FATHER'S MONEY FROM MY MOTHER TO FINANCE MY WIFE'S ILL CONCEIVED BUSINESS VENTURE. 


I SAID I WOULD PAY THE $47,500. BACK WITH $475./mo PAYMENTS, 100 PAYMENTS.

THAT WAS A LOT OF MONEY IN 1984

FOR A MAN WITH NO EARNINGS ALLOWED TO BE RETAINED BY THE WIFE SPENDING EVERY DOLLAR THIS WAS A CRUSHING BURDEN TO PAINFULLY AND UNNECESSARILY PAY MILLIONAIRES BECAUSE MOTHER WANTED "UNDER THE TABLE" PAYMENTS. WHAT ABOUT ME?


THERE HAD BEEN NO MENTION OF INTEREST PAYMENTS, JUST REPAYMENT.


Then there was the woman's twist, it would be collected as interest instead of being what I had been forced to agree to do, principal repayment. 


I REFUSED TO PAY INTEREST. I PAID OFF ALL OF THE PRINCIPAL THEN ANDREW RESTOLE THE PRINCIPAL I HAD PAID AND MORE AS MONEY AS INTEREST  FROM MY FATHER ESTATE FROM MY INHERITANCE.

THIS IS A TAX EVASION CRIME AGAIN.


ANDREW COLLARD, MY BROTHER, AND MY MOTHER  CHARGED ME THIRTEEN AND THREE QUARTERS PERCENT INTEREST ON THAT MONEY AND COLLECTED MY PRINCIPAL REPAYMENT AS  INTEREST. IT WAS NOT INTEREST. THEY DID NOT REPORT THE FUNDS RECEIVED WERE EARNINGS AS INTEREST,  "UNDER THE TABLE", PRINCIPAL CAN BE REPAID IN CASH AND THERE IS NO ONE TO NOTIFY BUT IF IT IS KEPT AS INTEREST AS ANDREW AND MOTHER DEMANDED, FOR 16 YEARS UNTIL 2001, THAT IS 16 YEARS OF INCOME TAX EVASION. WHEN THEY TOOK MY INHERITED MONEY AS INTEREST and did not report the earnings to the CRA  they COMMITTED ANOTHER OFFENCE OF TAX EVASION.


IN 1984, THE FAMILY AND MY WIFE HAD STOLEN MY MAIL AND WERE HIDING THE WILL WHICH LEFT ME EVERYTHING MY UNCLE ALBERT OWNED. 


THAT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE WOMEN FELT THEY WERE ENTITLED TO COMMIT. 


THAT IS NOT THE ONLY INSTANCE OF INHERITANCE INTERFERENCE, GIFT DIVERSION AND BANK ACCOUNT FUNDS DIVERSION WHICH I KNOW ABOUT. 

WHAT ELSE DID THEY STEAL ?


THE WOMEN OF THE COLLARD FAMILY WERE "TOTALLY IN AGREEMENT". MY BROTHER ALSO HE SAID "MOTHER AND I THOUGHT THAT IF YOU KNEW YOU WERE GOING TO INHERIT ALBERT'S MONEY YOU WOULD NOT TRY HARD ENOUGH".


EVERYBODY GOT A SLICE AND SOMETHING NICE AND I


GOT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, NOT A CENT, NOT A SCENT OF THE MANY ITEMS IN MY UNCLE ALBERT'S CURIO COLLECTION.

I WAS TO INHERIT MY UNCLE ALBERT'S HOUSE; I NEVER GOT TO SEE THE HOUSE AGAIN. I FOUND OUT TEN YEARS LATER.


I AM IN AN ALL ALONE PHASE NOW.  I HAVE TONIC IMMOBILITY BIG TIME. 

THERE IS NO ONE TO EVEN MOVE THE GARBAGE CANS OF GARBAGE ( SIX YEARS, SEVEN CANS)  AND THE GARBAGE CANS OF EMPTY CAT FOOD CANS,  ALL OF THEM PICTURESQUELY LINED UP ALONG THE NICE CONCRETE WALK WAY I CONSTRUCTED 43 YEARS AGO, NO ONE.

  

POLICE HAVE LOST TRACK OF THE IMPORTANCE WHOSE PROPERTY IT IS AND WHO IS TRESPASSING. POLICE HAVE ALSO LOST TRACK OF THE IMPORTANCE OF INTENT AND OF WHO IS THE INITIATOR OF A CONFLICT.


WHEN I AM ON MY OWN PROPERTY AND PURSUING MY OWN BUSINESS INTERESTS, WHAT THE HELL ARE UNINVITED PEOPLE DOING HERE TO TRY TO CAUSE TROUBLE?



WHAT ARE POLICE DOING ON MY PROPERTY  TO HELP TO ENFORCE HAMPERING AND SEARCHING FOR SOMETHING TO BRING DOWN ENFORCEMENT ON TO ME AT MY HOME, BUSINESS OR STUDIO? 


WHAT ARE POLICE DOING HERE CATERING TO THE DARK DELUSIONS OF THE CRIMINALLY INSANE?
