EVEN WHEN A CRIMINAL TRIAL WAS HELD AND THE EVIDENCE WAS PRESENTED TO REBUT THE FALSE ALLEGATIONS THERE IS NO RECORD KEPT THAT A FALSE ALLEGATION WAS PROVEN FALSE:

POLICE DO NOT EVEN REALLY BELIEVE THAT NOT GETTING A CONVICTION MEANS THEY WERE WRONG AND THE DEFENDANT WAS RIGHT. IF YOU FOI* SOOKE BC RCMP OR THE VICTORIA BC CITY POLICE TO ACCESS THE IDENTITY OF THE FALSE COMPLAINANTS AND THE REBUTTALS OF FALSE ALLEGATIONS:

POLICE DO A POOR JOB OF INVESTIGATING AND PROSECUTING FALSE ALLEGATIONS AND THUS THEY HAVE BECOME A FAVORITE TECHNIQUE FOR UNETHICAL CRIMINALS OFFENDING UNDER COLOR OF LAW

MY EX-WIFE SAID  " MY LAWYER HAS TAUGHT ME HOW TO USE THE POLICE"

She also said she had visited neighbors (she went to shops I frequented also) to encourage them, that would be women, I am pretty sure, "to call the Police on me whenever possible".  

The allegations have never ended, all of them proven false, but there is no record of that kept by Police, just the false allegations. The false allegations are publicized by Police Clerks and they provide a guide for those making more false allegations and an excuse for Police to raid in force without a warrant. No excuse will do, unwarranted raiding is a criminal offence. Why are the fake accusers and Police not prosecuted?

Mental health disorders motivating Public Mischief

Although far less common, some people who are suffering from depression, bi-polar, Schizophrenia, or another psychological illness, will falsely report crimes in order to observe the police and sometimes the media respond. These individuals are committing public mischief for a thrill which for them is a form of relief from their personal mental anguish. While this behaviour is often linked to mental health problems this does not negate the consequences.

As the recidivism rate is high for these offenders the justice system often punishes them harshly to denounce their behaviour and try to prevent them from reoffending when released back into the community. Those with existing prior criminal records for similar behaviour will often be sentenced to lengthy jail terms if no mental health related alternatives are available for them. 

What about considering the unacted upon rebuttals as just as much of an indication of reoffending as if they had been acted upon and criminal offences had been proven.
