THERE ARE MANY MORE CORRUPT GROUPS WHO COLLUDE TO CONTROL OTHER INFLUENTIAL AND POWERFUL FACTORS, BENEFITS AND ENCUMBRANCES WHICH AFFECT CITIZENS AND FAMILY MEMBERS.

 

I HAD A REALLY LARGE LOSS CAUSED BY A GROUP OF CORRUPT GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES AND THEIR FRIEND LANG.

WHEN MY CONTRACTED "POSSESSION OF THE BURR HOUSE UNTIL THE LAND BECAME INDUSTRIAL" WAS SEEN TO BE VERY DESIRABLE AS THE LAND WAS NEVER TO BECOME INDUSTRIAL AND THE HOUSE WAS TO BE MOVED TO DEAS ISLAND PARK, THE EMPLOYEES IN THE BC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, THE LANDLORD I HAD MY LEASE WITH, DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO EVICT ME AND GIVE THEIR FRIEND MY HOUSE.   

THEY IGNORED THE INNUMERABLE RENTALSMAN HEARINGS I HAD PREVAILED AT AND THEY CREATED A FRAUDULENT EVICTION WHICH WAS GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE PAID FOR BAILIFFS TO THROW ME OUT OF MY PERMANENT RENTAL. LANG WHO WAS GIVEN MY HOUSE FOR ONE DOLLAR TRIED TO SEIZE MY POSSESSIONS ALSO.

I MOVED MY POSSESSIONS TO AN UNFINISHED HOUSE ON VANCOUVER ISLAND, THE ONLY ACREAGE I COULD BUY, AND I EXPERIENCED A TOTAL LOSS OF ALL MY GOODS AND INSTRUMENTS WHEN THE HOUSE WAS ROBBED AND BURNT. EVERY MUSICIAN KNEW WHERE TO FIND ME AT THE BURR HOUSE IN DELTA BC. AFTER I WAS RIPPED OFF FOR IT, I NEVER REGAINED THE MANY CONTACTS AND ASSOCIATIONS AND MY CONNECTION TO OTHER VANCOUVER MUSICIANS WHICH PROBABLY COST ME THE CAREER IN ART, MUSIC AND WRITING WHICH I WAS HEADED FOR.

NOT ONLY WAS ALL OF THE PROCEEDING FRAUDULENT, BUT LANG RUINED THE INCREDIBLE BURR HOUSE WOODWORK BY PAINTING IT AND THEN COULD NOT MAINTAIN "BURRVILLA" AND IT REVERTED TO THE BRITISH COLUMBIA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.

THE DECLARATION OF CRIMINAL INTENT CAN BE EXPOSTULATED OR INADVERTENT. IF IT IS TRUE TO ACTION AND MOTIVATION IT IS A DECLARATION THAT PROVES PREMEDITATION.

MY EX-WIFE SAID EXACTLY THAT TO ME OUT OF THE BLUE WHEN I GOT OUT OF HOSPITAL IN 1984 AFTER I HAD A SPINAL OPERATION. I HAD BEEN UNDER TERRIBLE DIVORCE THREATS PRESSURE `TIL I COMPLETELY COLLAPSED.

THAT STATEMENT IS A DECLARATION OF CRIMINAL INTENT AND IT IDENTIFIES THE FAMILY CRIMINALS

THE WOMEN IN THE FAMILY WERE HAVING A BANG UP TIME TERRORIZING MYSELF, A DISABLED SMALL BUSINESSMAN IN AN ARROGANT DISPLAY OF "BULL IN A CHINA SHOP WITH TITS".  THEY WERE STEALING MAIL, EXTORTING PAYMENTS WHICH THEY HAD MUSED ABOUT DESIRING EARLIER ON AND WORKING SCHEMES TO CAUSE POLICE PROBLEMS FOR ME. THEY WERE ALSO CONNING DYING PEOPLE TO CHANGE THEIR WILLS AND GETTING IN AND JUST PLAIN CRIMINALLY AND FRAUDULENTLY COMMITTING ACTS OF FORGERY, ALTERING WILLS.

This is not the only situation where there were declarations of the intent to commit a criminal offence against me, if I would not accede to their demands. Declarations of hatred are uttered, perhaps meant to shock and terrorize me, the victim, but in fact and in the provisions of the Criminal Code of Canada, the statements are DECLARATIONS OF CRIMINAL INTENT. As statements against one's own interest they have special evidentiary characteristics.

Postscript MARCH 7 2023: Here is a note about another group of Criminal Conspirators, who started in 2001 at the Alf Toone Coop. 

When I had just bought the Rockcliffe one of my workers told me that he heard "women" from the Alf Toone Coop say: 

"We are going to bankrupt him and his Ferrari" which is a clear indication of their criminal intent. 

They sent Police and By-Law to the Rockcliffe 27 times, there was an effort to declare me an irresponsible owner who would have to pay for the fake 911 raids on my property and they wrote slanderous letters to my Mortgage company and to my Insurance company.

 

My insurance was cancelled,and the Fire Marshal closed the Rockcliffe based on their slander.

He said he was so sorry about what had been done to me, Lindon Collard.

I would hope Nelson Duarte will investigate the Alf Toone Coop.

I have a similar inability to stand, lately, it is the same as many times in the past; actually I have to lay down all the time except I get up for 1 or 2 minutes to feed cats, make coffee and food or mist my clones or water once per day. I have to sit down, as it takes 4 or 5 minutes, often after that, I have to sit with traction pulling up on my back or I would not be able to breathe, and I cannot walk back up to the media room until I recover
