HOW FAMILY WOMEN'S DITZKRIEG LEFT ME PENNILESS AND DEFENSELESS AS MY EX-WIFE STARTED TO INFORM FALSELY TO LAWYERS AND POLICE ABOUT ME AND THEN TAKE A SERIES OF BASELESS FRAUDULENT LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST ME AND SO DID THE POLICE

THROUGHOUT MY CHILDHOOD MY MOTHER BEAT ME VICIOUSLY DAILY.  

MY MOTHER REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO RECEIVE GIFTS EXCEPT FOR ONLY MONEY AND THEN MY MOTHER STOLE ALL THE MONEY MY RELATIVES GAVE TO ME. 

I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY AT 16 TO LEAVE HOME TO ATTEND UNIVERSITY WITH A BANK ACCOUNT AND A TRUST FUND COMING MY WAY AT 18.

THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. MY MOTHER SAID SHE WAS "IN AUTHORITY" AND SHE TOOK MY MONEY FROM MY BANK AT 16 AND SEIZED MY TRUST FUND FROM MY PATERNAL GRANDFATHER AT 18. 

I HAD HEARD AD NAUSEAM HOW I DID NOT DESERVE THE FARMERS AND MERCHANTS TRUST FUND WILLED ME SO I "WOULD NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH" THE POVERTY  THAT MY PATERNAL GRANDFATHER HAD EXPERIENCED  AND RIGHT WHEN I WAS TO RECEIVE THE MONEY IT WAS TAKEN AWAY.

SOMEHOW. MY MOTHER HAD MY MAIL. IS THAT ALL IT TOOK, JUST STEAL MY  MAIL, AND THUS, STEAL MY MONEY.

THE THEFT OF MY MAIL, ADDRESSED TO ME, BY FAMILY WOMEN CONTINUED. 

NEXT, THUS, FAMILY WOMEN STOLE MY CONTINUING INHERITANCES. 

THEY ALSO EXTORTED ME FORCING ME AGAINST MY WILL, TO SPEND WHAT I HAD EARNED WHEN I COULD NOT AFFORD ANYTHING, NOT EVEN SHOES. 

BY 1990 THERE WAS NOTHING LEFT.  

BY 1990 I WAS DRESSED IN RAGS, DRIVING A $500 CAR AND I WAS ABSOLUTELY PENNILESS FROM MAKING PAYMENTS OF UP TO $3600 PER MONTH FOR SIX YEARS.

Then my ex-wife started to take legal action against me with myself impoverished and  unable to take proper legal action in response.

My ex-wife had been secretly undercutting me in collusion with my Mother, my Brother, my Sister and my Sister in Law, stealing my inheritances.

My ex-wife had been colluding with the Redneck Neighbors who had deliberately ruined my land. The group's women had also been defaming me.

My ex-wife had exulted as she demanded that I sign over all my assets to her. She had borrowed and spent and lost all of my equity and she had mortgaged the home she did not own and I would have that money taken from my Father's estate from my part and the money was given to my Brother and Sister.

EVEN THOUGH BETTY OR TRIXIE HAD HOLLOWED OUT MY PROPERTY TO NOTHING SHE THOUGHT AND HER LAWYER TYLER LUCCIES WROTE:

LUCCIES ON HIS LETTERHEAD IN A LEGAL LETTER WROTE THAT I SHOULD SIGN MY PROPERTY OVER TO HIS CLIENT IN LIEU OF PROVIDING CHILD SUPPORT.

HE WENT ON: THE DEBT ON THE PROPERTY WHICH WOULD NOT HAVE TO BE REPAID SHOULD BE MY DEBT AND MY SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.

I tried to sensibly satisfy my ex-wife's greed, provide a home for the children to live in, and add to total family assets. The ex-wife was entitled to nothing. I was trying to protect the children from her financial irresponsibility.

My ex-wife refused the offer. "I am not going to so what you guys want me to" she wanted only trouble and impoverishment for me. I am going to make life as difficult as possible for you, she said, I want you on the street or in Jail. 

She wanted CA$H, under the table and so did Mother. These Women are Indictably Criminal Extortionists who also sought to unlawfully imprison me. All I did was build my Family  homes and that was used to impoverish me. 

I ASSURE YOU THAT I CONTINUED FOR ANOTHER TEN YEARS 1990 TO 2000 WITHOUT EVER HAVING A DOLLAR OF DISPOSABLE INCOME. 

I HAD PAID $3600 A MONTH AND WORKED FOR NO MONEY FOR MYSELF, EVER, FOR SIX YEARS BEFORE THE ACTUAL DIVORCE EVENTS WITH TYLER LUCCIES STARTED IN 1990 TO BE CLEAR. 

postscript: By chance this document or letter came up as I searched. Supposedly we can, all of us, seek to rectify matters in Court.   Here is the post I found:

 All great in theory, but a court order is useless if the courts won’t enforce it. A family member has a crazy ex wife who blames him for everything & has cost him over $50,000.00 in legal fees, just so he can have access to his kids & to take her to court for the multitude of contempt of the court order charges against her. She gets a slap on the hand, he gets a mega legal bill, & she turns around & just does it over again. She has also made false allegations about him to Children’s Services & the police, which he’s also had to pay a lawyer to defend him & she just carries on with no repercussions. She is a nutcase, but, no one seems to care & he has to constantly be on guard

I was sure that if I countered my ex-wife's legal actions which were declared to be designed to impoverish me, I had no money, I probably could not have borrowed any money and if I did the result could be disastrous and what else would my ex-wife do?
