CLIMATE CHANGE IS PLAYING OUT IN THE SHORT TERM DURING WINTER LIKE I SAID IT WOULD IN 1964

WHAT IS HAPPENING IN 2022 LOOKS A LOT LIKE THE 1964 "PARTICULATE POLLUTION" ICE MELTING SCENARIO WHICH I ESPOUSED WHEN I WAS AT UNB.





THE RESULT OF PARTICULATE POLLUTION DARKENING THE SURFACE OF ICE AND SNOW WOULD INCREASE MELTING AND CHANGE THE SALT WATER ON THE OCEAN SURFACE IN THE ARCTIC TO MUCH LESS SALTY WATER WHICH WOULD FLOAT ON TOP INSTEAD OF SINKING TO DRAW IN THE GULF STREAM WHICH IS HOW HEAT FROM THE TROPICS TRAVELS UP THE GULF STREAM TO THE NORTH ATLANTIC AND THE ARCTIC OCEANS TO WARM THE NORTH, ATLANTIC CANADA AND EUROPE. 




THE PREDICTION WAS "THE HUMBOLDT CURRENT WOULD SLOW". NOW WE KNOW MORE HEAT WOULD BE LEFT DOWN SOUTH TO FUEL HURRICANES. 


THE PREDICTED COLD WEATHER AND WINTER STORMS ARE HAPPENING NOW IN CANADA, THE US AND IN EUROPE. 


PART TWO OF THE THEORY DECLARED THAT THE EARTH WAS IN A DELICATE BALANCE, WHEN WITH WATER LEVELS HIGH DUE TO MELTING, THERE WAS A LOT OF AIR BORNE MOISTURE AVAILABLE WHICH  A COOLING MECHANISM LIKE VOLCANIC ERUPTION OR THE MIGRATION OF EARTH'S ORBIT COULD TURN TO SNOW AND PRECIPITATE AN ICE AGE BY DISTRIBUTING THE LOCKED UP ICE AND SNOW AT THE POLES EVERYWHERE OVER THE EARTH WHICH WOULD REFLECT THE SUNLIGHT BACK INTO SPACE.


THE INCREASE IN CARBON DIOXIDE AND METHANE GAS POLLUTION PROBABLY HAS MADE PART TWO IMPOSSIBLE WITH THE GREENHOUSE GASSES WARMING THE EARTH REGARDLESS OF THE OTHER PROBABLY SHORT LIVED LACK OF HEAT DUE TO THE DISRUPTION OF HEAT DISTRIBUTION CURRENTS.

    Rejectionism. Explained by an example; In Dec.1998 ICBC unlawfully demanded I travel to ICBC, seriously injured. I arrived at ICBC in Victoria fifty kilometers from Otter point with drawings, calculations:( Lofgren screams at me ÈYou are making me late for my vacationÈ.

    I am not going to settle like poor people, which I appear to be and am, so she can get her bonus for settling me as she needs more, mo money for HER vacation. To hell with the injured.

    My drawings and calculations information is all complicaty and confusey to the woman, Bink Lofgren, who is posing as an accident investigator. She rejects me and my information.

    She has a simple story from the man who caused the accident. I must have been going too fast for him to see me coming, ( Pincombe said that in writing) as he turned left on the wrong side of the road, that excused him driving up the wrong side of the road because very bad "Speeding is alleged " though the calculations and drawings would have proved otherwise.

    Bink has heard I was bad and my wife also said "He twists everything" because I straighten out lies.Here I am all technical and everything when it is easy to understand if you simplify.
    Lindon bad, Pincombe is another Government employee he must be good. Lindon must have caused the accident. She must pressure me. She calls Sooke RCMP for help to settle me.

    Sooke RCMP Berube arrived here AT Otter Point.  HE CAME TO MY DOOR WITHOUT A WARRANT.
    Government employees have Full Backup. They can do anything. How do ICBC employees who I am calling liars and frauds need Police here Fifty Kilometers from where they are located?

    I was adamantly opposed to the FLQ, that is how Donetz got this Russia on Ukraine war going.

    Bink Lofgren, probably a pseudonym, sent Police here. The damned accursed French Canadian presence here in BC had ARRIVED.

    THE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA REPRESENTATIVE SAYS:
    ! YOU ARE HAVING A PISSING CONTEST WITH ICBC !

    I was not paid but actually ripped off to pay the lawyer ICBC hired who had surrounded me with Sheriffs in the BC Supreme Court. I collapsed and then they moved up court dates so I could not attend more hearings they held to benefit the ICBC Lawyer. It was my accident litigation, ICBC runs it so I can^t be there and then in a criminal act, it is against he law, they have to go further arrogantly rejecting me and awarding Pincombes lawyer $8500 so neither Pincombe nor ICBC would pay. They showed me; but it was a corrupt ruling by corrupt Judge Dorgan.
    Dorgan was also enlisted to act corruptly in Anne's custody case. Is Judge Dorgan the most corrupt Judge in BC.

    I DEMAND FULL RESPONSIBILITY BY CANADA FOR THIS AND A HUNDRED OTHER interventions against my lawful sensible works and litigations.
    Bink Lofgren can understand simple: Lindon Collard bad, his wife said so."He twists everything.

It is terribly damaging to have Rejectionist fairy tale believing Morons adjudicate ANYTHING PARTICULARLY when they can believe an unreasonable story and reject obvious injury, damage to property and prospects, damage to a vehicle, my testimony and my calculations and drawings which I have such confidence in the accuracy THEREOF THAT I DID SUBMIT THE CALCULATIONS AND DRAWINGS TO THE RCMP.
I brought the technical details to the meeting with ICBC. Where was their technician?
An RCMP officer in Ottawa I sent the data to commented that I was correct.
Why did nothing happen. I have proof, (the car,) of fraud. Did the Rejectionists in the Sooke RCMP rule? Yes, I can prove they did. It is damaging to have RCMP here in BC,
I had to go home head injured,, alone after the accident, I could have died!
Then one day later, ICBC argued and threatened me and forced me drive 100 kilometres, round trip, unlawfully demanding I meet with them. The accident investigator wanted to wrap it up and get spending the settlement bonus, declaredly going on vacation right away. Bink Lofgren said ``You are making me late for my vacation``.
I taped ICBC`s Bink and Greg and Denise (probably all phony names.) on the bodypack tape recorder I used to carry under my right arm.
I would permanently and at hard labor, imprison all of those ``sworn not to reject`` but but to honestly adjudicate, Rejectionist Frauds and show it every day on TV so this stops. There is no reason whatsoever to let these criminals escape justice.
