Creation of a substandard building site:
City of San Francisco Lawyers are suing the developer of the Millennium Tower because they failed to create a stable site which would support the foundation which is sinking and tilting. The work now being done to reach bedrock with piles should have been been done when the project was started. Negligents will be litigated against. I bought my property without knowing any of the persons in the area nor having any conflicts and the first home was burned down by a person who had committed an offence on this property and who been convicted and who had threatened to burn the house down in front of witnesses, but no neighbor nor Police nor the Bank told me about the history of conflict against property owners here. When the house burned down some local Authority should have acted,, particularly with Dennis Ireland and Palfry having been convicted of an offence committed on this property. The Bank should have told me about why the previous owner fled. When the house burned down why did Police not investigate Palfry and Ireland. I was forced to rebuild on the same property and forced to create a new homesite. The neighbors and Ron Shambrooke cut down all of the trees along the property line and stripped the top soil up to four feet deep and trucked the soil to Ron Shambrooke's business. Then like the local Mafia, which they were,(wait for court to see proof) they forced the Contractor to build the house in a 17 foot deep hole they created and left the excavated worthless soil in a mound behind the house. giant piles. They criminally schemed and sloped the driveway and the surrounding area so all the surface water from a 1/2 Acre flowed into the basement of the house. I arrived and the same excavator operator who I was unable to stop from walking his excavator in, mowing down my bit of front forest instead of travelling beside it, was digging a 17 foot deep trench for more than 100 feet to disappear the creek and create a dangerous steep sided ditch to endanger my children. "There is nothing he can do, authorities will not help him", Wendy Morton got the fix in. All of what they did was criminal and in their insanity they thought they were justified and would get away with what they did. That is Criminal Insanity. Why did building inspectors, Water management, Department of the Environment, Federal and Provincial, The Agricultural Land Commission, the British Columbia Cabinet nor the Capital Regional District never act to protect my property, not even when they were Officially called upon. Instead Authorities helped the Arsonist's Accomplices to cause me more damage by cooperating with them instead of myself as I rebuilt. Yes really they did help them try to bankrupt me. That is not the only time that "bankrupt him" motivation has guided people who think they are being "badass" or are demonstrating "attitude". They spread poverty everywhere they go about stealing from, vandalizing the property of and intimidating other citizens who are going about their own business. Join me to pursue, litigate against and prosecute these terrible criminals now like the City of San Francisco City Solicitor is doing. The damage persists in either case, the bad acts were done in the past but the damage continues to this day. That is contemporaneous to me. Come on,let's go and create justice .
