The Canadian Government Canada Revenue Agency will collect Capital Gains Tax on the Inflation Increased Value of my Rental Accommodations which will eventually have to be paid by the Residents at the Rockcliffe. The rents are the only source of actual real payable to the Tax Man money if bankruptcy is not caused by the government demand for One and One Half Million dollars in actual real cash so far and only less than a Half Million, saved over 20 years, is available in the Capital Gains Tax Fund. What happens if Canada demands money, which is all Government ever has to do with me, cash grabbing. I have to feed the Civil Service who are clenched on biting my feeding hand.
ReplyDeleteI really took about the equivalent of Gain and Old Age Pension because Canada does not pay me anything but $268. per month CPP. No one else without another job or pension that provided disposable income would have done that. Anyone else who was not a real born Collard or Rugenuis who I have ever met would be deeper in debt now than at the complex`s complete purchased and renovated date.
The only people I know hollowed out even their still tax free home equity. The Rockliffe still owes a Mortgage of $939K If I owed the $800K or$900K extra my acquaintances, all of them, spent, going bankrupt or borrowing on accumulated home equity, it would seem more legitimate if it was not he family home they spent off but their marvelous business equity earnings. I WOULD BE SUNK TOO DEEP IN DEBT TO SURVIVE EVEN JUST A 5% OR 6% INTEREST RATE AND THE CAPITAL GAINS TAX WHICH WILL NAIL ME, Myself paying, BENEFICIARIES OR THE TRUST I hope to create to ensure my children and Grandchildren do not end up sharing a room in a freezing tenement, like I did in Fredericton, and having 2 eggs and Toast at breakfast with only lunch meat sandwiches I made in my room as I starved right through University New Brunswick exams in 1964.
