I mused as I ruminated on how to petition Parliament, be refused or have my petition negotiated down to a symbolic nullity where equality and justice were not restored. Petition into The Supreme Court under the ageis of "protection is required." Every project or enterprise or opportunity I have had in my entire life has suffered from the interference of other persons, an inordinate number of times this was done by women. The damaging behavior is empowered by the lack of Platinum Standards for the use of the Power of the Crown.
There should be no use of the Power of the Crown to change the ownership of property and financial assets without proof that the future use of the asset would fail and the ownership was in the hands of the Petitioner at this time.
There should be no use of the Power of The Crown to Extort or intimidate any persons nor to exclude from any process them based on insufficient evidence.
There should be no use of the Power of the Crown at cross purposes. One could try to entice some one into a Supreme Court Hearing but One could not demand attendance and cooperation "or Else" at some meeting to process inventory.
There should be no use of the Power Of the Crown to trespass or to occupy Property.
The use of the Power of the Crown should not be able to enforce the legitimacy of any person's action nor to de-legitamize any person. We are all automatically legitimate particularly when we are at home or on our own property and the interveners or raiders are not legitimate without the Legitimacy having been solemnly conferred upon those interveners and their purpose and actions by a Judge uttering a writ.
We the citizens are the owners of Government and its officers powers. The wielders of the Power of the Crown are not the "Government" and thus unimpeachable or Omnipotent.
Why should such control and ethicallity and responsibility be maintained by those who are using the Power of the Crown?
The wielders of the Power of the Crown must be entirely perfect,there is no place for error or worse for a deliberate and false use of the Power of the Crown.
I DEMAND PLATINUM STANDARDS FOR ANY USE OF THE POWER OF THE CROWN BECAUSE THERE IS NO ARGUING ALLOWED CONTEMPORARYILY WITH THE POWER OF THE CROWN AND GENERALLY WHETHER THE INTERVENERS ARE MOTIVATED ON THEIR OWN OF THROUGH INFORMING THE PEOPLE WHO ARRIVE
HAVE GUNS AND CLUBS AND JAILS AND I DO NOT.
