TO REDUCE THE REJECTION RATE ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS WERE REDUCED TO THOSE REQUIRED TO ENTER TRAINING TO BE AN ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER.

I WAS WARNED BY LAWYERS I KNEW THAT IT WAS NOT PRUDENT TO COMMIT EVEN MINOR OFFENCES OF  OMMISSION AS IT COULD PROVIDE THE KIND OF MEN I AM WRITING ABOUT WITH AN OPENING TO GET AT ME.

TO ACHEIVE THIS STATE OF NON-VULNERABILITY I DO RESEARCH AND EXERCISE CARE TO NOT INFRACT LAW.

TO COMBAT THIS LAWFULLY CREATED INVULNERABILITY ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS MAKE THINGS UP ABOUT ME.

I LITIGATED IN THE BCSC, PLEADING LAW AND PRESCECENT AND FACT AND HAVING PROOF OF IT.

THE OTHER MAJOR FACILITATORS OF TAKING ACTION AGAINST A MAN WHO HAS COMMITTED NO CRIME WOULD BE OVER THE ACTIONS OF MY CHILDREN OR MY TENANTS OR MY DALMATION HENRY.

THIS LOOKS A LOT LIKE MY SKIDDER BUT MINE IS BATTLE SCARRED AND IN DARK RED.     I THINK MY SKIDDER HAS BIGGER WHEELS AND BIGGER TIRES ON IT TOO! THE IDIOTS WHO CAME HERE WERE IN PICKUP TRUCKS MOSTLY. ON THE ROAD I HAD 

BLUEBEARD THE SCHOOL BUS WITH ITS INCREDIBLY THICK, LONG AND HUGE STEEL FRONT BUMBER AND REAR DECK.

THE MENTALLY ILL MEN WITH THIS NEUROSIS, PSYCHOSIS, OR MALIGNANT SCHITZOPHRENIA HAVE TO CONTRIVE A SCENARIO WHICH IS COUNTER TO THEIR VICTIM'S INTENT OR NEED, NEARLY EVERY TIME THEY OPEN THEIR MOUTHS, THEIR FLY'S OR THEIR GRAB BAGS.  IT IS THEIR REGULAR DEFAULT BEHAVIOR

   Your PTSD which you like to characterize as tonic immobility, is terrible. You have my sympathy.
   
   Using it as really the ultimate 'passive aggression' weapon is silly but understandable, but will not do anything for your various cases you claim to have.
   
   Obviously its is a obsessive compulsive disorder as you are driven to post this drivel over and over again, to no real purpose. I like to listen to music, a lot and a little sanity here can not hurt. Maybe be even some education. ;)
   
   Carla Bley 'Heavy Heart' An amazing arranger and composer who was married to Paul Bley, ran off with the Bass player, the wonderful Steve Swallow and went on to surpass Paul as a musician. Collaborated with so many great musicians including the amazing Charlie Haden on the Liberation Music Orchestra.
   
   Miles Davis 'We Want Miles' wonderful end Miles stuff. He was not in good shape but soldiered on and produced this gem. The first side has perhaps my favourite Mike Stern solo, a guitarist I have long admired.
   
   Mingus 'The Black Saint And The Sinner Lady' his favourite album, and its so good, my friend who thinks music only come from guitars, was stunned by the rhythm, which is complex to say the least

   No official has visited you for over 5 years now. No one is harassing you, they are leaving you alone.

   Its hard to believe you have lost every battle you started. I know you are a klutz but every single one is almost impressive.
   
   Alf toons kicked your ass so hard you have trauma over it. Your wife just wasted you, and all the various conflicts with your neighbours have resulted in your loss.
   
   A smart person would learn from this.

I bought the Rockcliffe, I did not start anything, I have vulnerable assetts. I do not start trouble. I spoke to no person from the Alf Toone Coop.

The Alf Toone subsidized housing corporation, it is a LLC, has 100 persons with contacts in the Victoria Police, Victoria City, and Crown Council. They spent $25,000. of tax money I spent just $2000. to stop their false charges. I demanded documents from The Crown 
Prosecution Service to take legal action and they hid them from me.

To get revenge, even though I have not yet hit them in the wallet as I will the Whining Weasel Welfare Women made  forty Fake 911 calls.

I still never know when a WWWWW will make something up anf there wll be Police kicking at my doors. My aversion to this and the detrimental harassment and my unease is not PTSD. It is present always, it is not in the psst. If I am not on the lookout for Police, they wiil catch me unawares and succeed where 100 past raids failed. 

Like I said at the Beginning of this post, Police and By-Law are desperate to hang some charge on me.

There was no rational reason for this behavior. I am an Artist, a Musician, a Writer and my artisanship has always supported me.

Still, the idea that Police and By-Law are ``coming anytime``, ``we are a 24<7 operation`` is unsettling, as they intend it.
