NEW BRUNSWICK'S McCAIN FOODS CEO " NO POTATO WILL GO TO WASTE"

CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY IN THE REAL WORLD

Congratulations to Max Koene CEO McCain foods who has put WASTE NOT WASTE NOT into action declaring that no matter how much money is lost all products previously supplied to restraunts will be distributed. 

McCain is the largest distributor of French Fries in the World.

Fresh potatoes will be given to food banks and supplied to make Dried Potatos which lose money. It would appear that the potato farmer would be protected.

Sustainability and environmentally conscious amendments to production methods wil be undertaken to deal with the effects of climate change. There is an undertaking that within a decade Renewable Energy will be used for all production and processing of the products of New Brunswick's McCain Foods.

You can comment if you have a complaint about McCain but that is not the issue. People need support. Whatever way McCain can stay in business distributing food is a very important consideration. Please everyone do everything you can to sustain the ecological health of the Earth and for WASTE NOT WASTE NOT'S sake don't poison the water and the frogs.

TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY IS PROBABLY THE SOURCE OF FATIGUE, PARALYSIS AND COLLAPSE

TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY COULD BE A MAJOR FACTOR IN TONIC IMMOBILITY

THERE ARE MANY DEFICITS CAUSED BY TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY WHICH CAUSE MULTIPLE DISABILITIES.

I think that the primary symptom which I have experienced is fatigue and a lack of endurance. Not being able to stand or walk could well be a part of this which is accompanied by a bogging out if effort is required. Being startled, being hit by a spray of cold water or terrorized any one of those stimuli could trigger an overriding collapse. That is by no means a complete list of enervating stimuli.

When bogging out occurs in a motor it is caused by an inability to use the fuel it is getting which then chokes out the intake system. I try to relate this to how I can be suddenly strengthless when a situation that produces adrenalin occurs. Is it possible that I just cannot use the adrenalin, does it poison me or do I just shut down because I am usually not allowed to do anything in terrifying situations involving Police and in childhood, my mother? I have not been allowed to fight back and I remember being collapsed, jumped on as a child suppressed extorted and intimidated as an adult. Always, I am not permitted to fight back, not to have lawful process instituted and completed, even speaking in complaint wil be used by the inordinately powered and privleged women, authorities and Police to generate a terrifying assult and response and they will fabricate defamation.

 

VIRTUAL PARALYSIS, TONIC IMMOBILITY, COLLAPSE IMMOBILITY, EVEN SWAY BACK CAN BE SEEN TO BE RELATED TO THAT BOGGING OUT WHEN EFFORT IS REQUIRED

Right after I was injured in 1967, I noticed that I had to lift my left leg with my hand pulling up on my pant leg if the lift was anything more than a few inches. I think my right leg just would not lift and I did not even try. In addition I noticed that I had to put my foot under the edge of cabinets to stand at a sink and wash dishes or vegetables. These and many more symptoms of Traumatic Brain Injury were reported to doctors, lawyers, the courts and no one recognized these universal dymptoms of Traumatic Brain Injury.

When a force is exerted on my heels towards the rear, that leg collapses. If I point my toes, a calf charley horse can result.       Pushing down with my leg, particularily the left, can cause an incredibly powerful thigh Charley Horse which has locked badly tearing ligaments or muscles in the leg. ONCE AGAIN THE PROBABILITY OF EVIDENCE AND THE DIAGNOSIS OF INJURY INDICATE THAT I HAVE A TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY. LAW OFFICERS WANT TO WIN SO THEY IGNORE EVIDENCE OFBRAIN INJURY TO WIN!

I have declared that I thought head injury had severly hampered and disabled me and I attended at medical specialists appointments and at the Provincial Psychaitrist and I have written letters to authorities and politicians. Collapses I have endured lately have caused injury and re-injury to my neck, my back, legs and knees. Brain Injury is a likely factor in the propensity to collapse although the hopelessness caused by being attacked instead of assisted when injured is a terrible and terrifying negative aspect to this wide ranging lifechanging situation.

HEAD INJURY IN 1963 AT THE CNR WAS IGNORED OR COVERED UP BUT RE-INTRODUCED WHEN I WAS SAID TO BE "ACCIDENT PRONE". To discredit me as a passenger.

IN 1967 A LEFT TURNING CAR HIT ME AND THREW ME ONTO MY HELMETED HEAD. VIRTUAL PARALYSIS RESULTED FOR A FEW MONTHS, IT SEEMED TO BE A SPINAL INJURY ONLY. HEAD INJURY WAS IGNORED BUT EACH INJURY CAUSES MORE CHRONIC DISABILITY AND THE NEXT TIME I EXPERIENCED TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY IT WAS ACCOMPANIED BY NECK INJURY AND ONCE AGAIN HEAD INJURY VIRTUAL PARALYSIS WAS IGNORED BUT IT WAS ENDURED FOREVER AND EVER.

TONIC IMMOBILITY, COLLAPSE IMMOBILITY, SHELL SHOCK AND SWAYBACK MAY REQUIRE A PHYSICAL COMPONENT IN THE INJURY.

The classic wartime Shell Shock Victim has likely been subjected to detonations nearby damaging his brain if not to other physical blows to the body and head. 

In cases of Tonic Immobility, childhood abuse is said to be a factor. The unsupported position one finds one self in is a factor as a child or later as an adult. Are blows to the body and head a factor? My childhood abuse was facilitated by a great number of blows to the head, wrenches of the neck and back and by throwing adult weight onto me as I lay supine.

The Police Officer is looking for a win. A successful investigation, raid and prosecution will be an aid to future promotion. Of course this means that some citizen will be punished with fines or imprisonment. There will have been the cost of hiring a lawyer or a large ammount of work to learn how to defend against a charge only to run into the Law Officers' ironclad self interest.

In addition the Crown will keep prejudicial records of the arrest whether the citizen whom the Police Officer is having a "win" on is guilty or not guilty.

LAWYERS ARE SO VAIN AND SELF INTERESTED THAT A RESOLUTION TO LITIGATION MUST INCLUDE "WINS" FOR BOTH LAWYERS AND MOST CRIMINAL CHARGES ARE DISPOSED OF BY PLEAS WHICH HAVE THE SAME EFFECT I BELIEVE.

My ex-wife declared she was unhappy, I had to go. This was her last chance "to get money". She was going to have a big win and my losing everything would not be enough she "wanted me in jail or on the street". Enhancing her "win" would be my total destruction.

THE SAME OLD "PRIVACY" SHIELD IS HAMPERING LITIGATION AGAINST COP CALLERS

I HAVE BEEN IN A STATE OF COLLAPSE AND MUCH OF THE TIME I AM VIRTUALLY PARALYSED FOR MOST OF THE LAST FOUR YEARS. THE LAST RAID WAS WITHOUT WARRANT AND BASED ON A FALSE COMPLAINT. I CAN NOT FIND OUT WHO MADE THE CALL SO I DEMAND TO KNOW OVER AND OVER PRESENTING MY COMPLAINT.

The second last raid had two Police Trucks. There were prior statements which made me HYPER VIGILANT FOR POLICE, THEN THERE WAS ANOTHER POLICE TRUCK IN THE DRIVEWAY IN THE LAST RAID AND I SPASED OUT AND BEGAN TO COLLAPSE AGAIN AND AGAIN. 

Previous to those Collapses I just mentioned, I had been subjected to Police being notified about me as if I was a dangerous person, I have an e-mail. It was so anguishing and caused such tension that I stopped sleeping well and I was blundering about in a state of fuge, not paying attention properly with a bear here, often, at that time.

Just previous to that I freaked when a financial error was to not be addressed. I remember wavering and not having anything to support myself on, to keep on my feet. Right before that I had a Flag person photograph me and my car, which would be sent to Police with God only knows what false accusation. I stopped for her Flag and I asked through my sunroof if I could proceed. She dropped her Stop Sign down, which I did not know was so she could take photos, dropping the sign down on request is usually an indication to proceed, and there was no sign displayed,  so I did proceed as she took photographs. Then a bunch of paving gang guys rushed out brandishing tools and I zoomed off, flat on my back in the car and unable to have a Collapse or Iwas collapsed, but reclining. I feel very threatened by any Police involvement. I am careful to not break the law and not become vulnerable to Police intervention but people make things up and there is nothing you can do about it. This jeopardy must cease. 

PRIVACY LAW SHIELDED THE IDENTITIES OF PERSONS WHO CALLED 911 OVER AND OVER UNTIL I COULD NOT SLEEP AT THE ROCKCLIFFE AND THEN I ARRIVED TO FIND TWELVE PEOPLE FROM THE ALF TOONE COOP IN MY PARKING LOT WITH ATCO FENCING BUILDING A FENCE BETWEEN MY LOT AND THE PARK.

I GOT OUT OF MY CAR AND COLLAPSED RIGHT DOWN TO THE GROUND ON MY LEFT SIDE WITH MY LEG FOLDED AND MY LEFT KNEE FLAT TO THE GROUND.

That occurred in 2001 or 2002 and I have been Collapsed a lot since then. I stayed away from my Apartment Building fearing another Collapse. In November of 2015 I was at the Rockliffe as Vince was out of Victoria. I checked the Building and I noticed a rattling hall pressurising ventilator. I set out to find the appropriate circuit breaker to shut it off when I felt apprehension, my low back gripped and I collapsed on both sides, catching myself before I fell. I headed for my car and just as I opened the door I collapsed right down to the ground on my left side and that is how the latest series of Collapses started.

POLICE THIRST FOR ZERO TOLERANCE TAKES THEM OVER THE EDGE INTO CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR

I DID NOT KNOW HOW CRAZED THE POLICE WERE. 

I DID NOT KNOW THE POLICE MAINTAINED RECORDS OF AND ACTED PREJUDICIALLY AGAINST THE FALSELY ACCUSED CITIZENS AND WOULD RESPOND TO REQUESTS TO DEMONIZE PROTECTIVE PROPERTY OWNERS WITHOUT A SCINTILLA OF EVIDENCE.

BACK IN THE EARLY 1980'S THE LOCAL REDNECK VANDALS USED THE WOMEN IN THEIR "Cocaine Clatches" TO START TROUBLE FOR ME WITH THE POLICE AND BY-LAW ENFORCEMENT TO DEFLECT ATTENTION AND ENFORCEMENT FROM THEIR CRIMES.

NOW I KNOW THAT IN VIOLATION OF CHARTER RIGHTS AND THE POLICE ACT A RECORD OF UNPROVEN ALLEGATIONS AGAINST ME WAS KEPT AND WIDELY DISTRIBUTED BY THE SOOKE RCMP.

I HAVE SINCE THEN OBTAINED FILES WHERE THE SOOKE RCMP DECLARE THAT " COLLARD IS AN ENVIRONMENTALIST SEEKING CONFRONTATION AND MUST BE CHARGED".

DO YOU SEE THE NATURE OF AND THE MECHANISMS USED TO  CONSPIRE TO OBSTRUCT JUSTICE THROUGH DEFAMATION AND THE INTENT TO CREATE A PERMANENT DISCREDITURE AGAINST ME WHICH WAS USED OVER AND OVER TO DISENFRANCHISE ME.

I HAD ALWAYS MAINTAINED THAT FILES OF FALSE ALLEGATIONS SHOULD NOT BE ACCUMULATED AGAINST INNOCENT INDIVIDUALS. WHEN THE ALLEGATION IS DISCOVERED TO BE FALSE THE ACCUSER SHOULD BE ARRESTED AND TRIED.

POLICE RAID AND OCCUPY HOMES AND LOCATIONS IN OVERWHELMING NUMBERS, DECLARING THAT  THEY ARE IN DANGER, THEY HAVE TO TERRORIZE US.

THERE IS ANOTHER ATROCIOUS USE OF "CHICKEN".  POLICE WOULD HAVE TO BE SENT TO SOMEONE'S HOME OR PROPERTY BECAUSE A PERSON, ALMOST INVARIABLY A WOMAN, WHO WAS NOT RESIDENT THERE WAS FEARFUL OF THE RESIDENT WITH WHOM THEY HAD NO CONTACT EVER OR ONLY THE CONTACT  INITIATED BY TRESPASSING OR FAKE 911 SWATTING THE RESIDENT.

POLICE COMPLAINED IN THE FOI'd RCMP FILES I GOT ABOUT THEM STALKING ME ON MY PROPERTY AND BEING UNABLE TO OBSERVE ANY ACTIVITY DUE TO THICK TREES. SO GO AWAY THEN. 

NOTE: A thorough search of the back issues of the Sooke Mirror would reveal Police promoting calling them to respond over not only not dangerous activity or persons, but also to call them to interfere in  non- criminal activity with some writings by the Sooke RCMP members exhibiting unlawful prejudice against the disadvantaged and encouraging actions contrary to their wellbeing.

 

THE POLICE GROOMED NEUROTIC WOMEN AND ENCOURAGED CALLS FOR BY-LAW ENFORCEMENT. POLICE WOULD RESPOND AT CERTAIN TIMES OR  BYLAW OFFICERS WOULD TRESPASS, ENTERING ON TO PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHOUT A WARRANT. THEY ARE "CHICKEN" SO THEY FELT THEY NEEDED SIGNIFICANT ARMED PROTECTION CONSTANTLY REQUESTING A POLICE ESCORT FROM THE PROVINCIAL SWAT TEAM.

WHEN SWAT WOULD NOT TRIP OUT HERE OVER FEAR, SOOKE RCMP OR CRD OFFICIALS WOULD GATHER A GANG OF POLICE WANNABIES AND NEW DUMB RECRUITS AND THEY WOULD RAID.

THERE IS SOMETHING STRANGELY TWISTEDLY TERRIFYING ABOUT ANGRY MORONS, WHIPPED INTO FEAR-HATE CARRYING GUNS AND CLUBS, IF THEY WERE NOT GUNSLINGERS. ALL OF THEM WERE "CHICKEN", INCLUDING GUNSLINGERS IN FORCE ALL AFTER ONLY ME AT HOME, IN FORCE, BECAUSE THEY ARE "CHICKEN".

THERE ARE MEN WHO ARE NOT "CHICKEN" WHO COULD DO THE JOB EFFICENTLY IN LOW NUMBERS AND NOT SURLY AND PISSED OFF BECAUSE THEY ARE "CHICKEN"AND THEIR FEAR MAKES THEM ANGRY SO THEY TERRORIZE CITIZENS SO THEY FEEL THE FEAR.
