DISGRACEFUL DOUBLE STANDARDS

THERE ARE INNUMERABLE UTTERANCES WHICH MAY BE INTERPRETED AS A HOSTILE OR CRIMINAL  ACT BY POLICE WHEN A CITIZEN UTTERS REACTIVE STATEMENTS WITHOUT A SCINTILLA OF CRIMINAL INTENT. 

POLICE CAN, WILL, AND HAVE UTTERED STATEMENTS WHICH ARE DECLARATIONS OF CRIMINAL INTENT: STATEMENTS INDICATING DISREGARD FOR  THE CONSEQUENCES OF POLICE ACTIONS AND STATEMENTS WHICH DECLARE UNLIMITED POWER  AND IMPUNITY FROM PROSECUTION ARE FALSE AND ARE CRIMINAL IN INTENT AND ARE MALICIOUS.

WHY ARE POLICE AND OTHER LAW OFFICERS NOT HELD CIVILLY AND CRIMINALLY ACCOUNTABLE? 

Here is just one example: I, not guilty of any crime was picked up at 4;30 pm on October 3 1996 at my home at Otter Point BC where I lived alone and  it was necessary for me to be there and I was held overnight in Sooke BC in a freezing concrete basement garage converted to cells. I said to the RCMP officer at the cells, Misfelt  or Hartwig.

" I can never allow my body to get this cold and damp and convulse as I am now as I would injure my damaged back. I will no longer be able to perform and I will lose my ability to progress my musical career."

"YOU ARE BEING PUNISHED" SAID THE CROWN SPOKESPERSON, THE OFFENDING RCMP OFFICER.

IN PROVINCIAL COURT IN VANCOUVER BC I BROKE THE FALSELY COMPLAINING LAWYER'S STORY AND I ASKED THAT HE BE HELD WITHOUT BAIL AS A DANGER TO SOCIETY MISUSING HIS POSITION AS A LAW OFFICER AND I WANTED EVERYONE WHO WAS INVOLVED ARRESTED AND PROSECUTED AND I STILL DO.

I DID NOT EVER DANCE ON THE ROCK AND ROLL STAGE AGAIN OR CARRY AN AMPLIFIER OR FUCK  PROPERLY.

COLLUSION BECOMES CONSPIRACY

COLLUDING IS WHAT COLLEAGUES DO TO PROMOTE THE MUTUAL ADVANCEMENT OF CO-WORKERS:

MANY PROJECTS ARE BENEFICIAL TO ALL,  TO ALL INTENTS AND PURPOSES A COLLUSION, A PARTNERSHIP, A COOPERATION.

What does begin to create the negative form of collusion is the intent to break the law or to harm someone or to deceive someone. There is positive collusion and negative collusion. It is the negative collusion which can become conspiracy.

The nature of the outcome of a collusion becoming a conspiracy would require a degree of seriousness of loss to a victim or gain by any of the conspirators.

All of the participants in a scheme, whether or not they act in concert with other conspirators, if they act in any manner which furthers the scheme are co-conspirators. When there is something for the conspirators to gain or to make someone lose the entire scheme instantly becomes the indictable offence Criminal Conspiracy and ALL OF THE PARTICIPANTS, KNOWINGLY OR UNKNOWINGLY, BENEFITING OR NOT BENEFITING BECOME

I CAN COLLAPSE INSIDE IN AN INSTANT

INTERNAL COLLAPSE IS SUBTLE BUT DEVASTATING

Without falling to the ground back and neck joints lose their clearance or cushion or suspension and one can hardly breathe and barely move instantly.

This Monday morning at around 5;50 am I carried the recycling to the end of the driveway for pickup. I had been watering the berries along the driveway for animal use mostly and I noticed that any water on the driveway ran right into the house hole and I just freaked that such a thing would be done and that Authorities would pretend not to see or be so ignorant as to not know that no one slopes their drive way down to their house unless they have to. The Canadian Building Code has always actually prohibited this on page one or two.

I am definitely in a state of Virtual Paralysis or Tonic Immobility and I am unable to return to the driveway, I feel I will just plain slump or throw up just thinking about it. It is Thursday June 12 2018 today.

The septage from both adjacent properties also flows on to my land at the house from the bigger home in back and at my well from the trailer in front. In addition the unlawfully constructed earth dam sits seventeen feet above my main floor and only a hundred feet away. Poop water, urine, detergents and probably sick old people pharmaceuticals and all the driveway water and a possible tidal wave at the house if the stupid dam breaks and all done on purpose to ruin enjoyment and make a man really really nervous and I am, to the point of Collaps

          

HOW OUR FLAWED SYSTEM OF ADMINISTERING LAW PUTS LIARS AND FOOLS IN CHARGE

                                                     

THE ELEVATION OF THE STATUS OF LAW OFFICERS TO THAT OF DICTATOR AT MY HOUSE AND BUSINESS  HAS CREATED AN ABSURD SITUATION WHERE THE RULE OF  IGNORANT AND UNEDUCATED  PERSONS CREATES LIFE RUINING SITUATIONS. 

THE "COMPLAINTS BASED " RAIDING AND CONTROLLING OF PROPERTY AND PERSONS BY UNQUALIFIED UNEDUCATED AGITATORS HAS TO BE STOPPED. I SPENT 14 YEARS LEARNING ABOUT WHAT MAKES EVERYTHING WORK, WHAT IS RIGHT AND ETHICAL AND HOW TO CREATE BENEFIT NOT DAMAGE AND I AM OVERRULED BY ANY PERSON IN ANY BRANCH OF CIVIL SERVICE OR LAW ENFORCEMENT. I AM ALSO OVERRULED BY ANY COMPLAINT.

WHEN A COMPLAINT IS FOUND TO BE FALSE THERE IS NO WAY THAT COMPLAINING IS NOT A CRIMINAL ACT WHICH SHOULD BE PROSECUTED VIGOROUSLY.

OOPS, THIS ALL A MISTAKE AND I CAN PROVE THIS COULD SPARE THE PROSECUTION BUT THERE SHOULD BE LITIGATION AGAINST THE PERSON WHO MADE THAT MISTAKE. DO NOT HIDE THEIR IDENTITY.

THE TERRIBLE DENIAL OF RESPONSIBILITY

THE DENIAL OF RESPONSIBILITY IS PRESENTED BY INSURANCE COMPANIES AND THEIR LAWYERS AS MERELY SOUND BUSINESS PRACTICE BUT IT CREATES A SITUATION WHERE SERIOUSLY INJURED PERSONS ARE DEFAMED AS IF THEY WERE FAKES, LUNATICS OR CRIMINAL FRAUDSTERS.

"Disabled and Not Compensated" should have added to it: " not permitted to have the conditions needed to recover from injury ". This is how that happens.

The creation of poverty for the injured person: I had "Out Of Work" insurance in the first two motor vehicle accidents I was injured in 1968 and 1970. The Insurance Company lawyer went to CNR offices and got the clerk to deny it.

The defamation of the statements qualifying and quantifying injury as fraudulent creates a disrespect for the injured person which is not conducive to recovery.

The connection between Insurance Companies, their lawyers and Police creates a situation where brutal Police terrify injured persons on  " shit lists " for no reason whatsoever but their attempt to recover and recompense themselves.

THE ACCIDENT INJURED PERSON IS NOT THE ONLY PERSON SUBJECTED TO THE DEFAMATION TO POLICE WHICH MOTIVATES OVERENTHUSIASTIC PUNISHING POLICE TO " TRY TO GET ANYTHING" ON DISABLED PERSONS, DIVORCED PERSONS AND FAKE 911 CALL VICTIMS. IF YOU ARE DEFAMED TO POLICE THEY ARE OUT TO GET YOU AND OTHER PERSONS WILL FEAR THE POLICE TO SUCH A DEGREE THAT NO ONE WILL SUPPORT YOU.

None of us so attacked can recover from our trauma if Police are " Coming anytime". Physically injured persons will not recover in a timely fashion. 

I HAVE RECOVERED FROM BEING SERIOUSLY DISABLED A NUMBER OF TIMES. A CAREFREE ENVIRONMENT FREE FROM ANY OF THE TERRIFYING RAIDING I STILL EXPERIENCE IS AN ESSENTIAL PART OF BEING ABLE TO RECOVER. IT CAN TAKE YEARS OF GRADUAL IMPROVEMENT BUT I WAS REALLY IMPROVED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE I WAS INJURED AGAIN. MUSIC AND DANCE WORK VERY WELL BUT THERE IS MOCKERY AND INTERFERENCE WHICH MORONS THINK IS CLEVER OR STERN BUT IS JUST MEAN.

ENVIOUS AND UNTALENTED

PEOPLE, INCLUDING FAMILY MEMBERS, CLEARLY EXPRESSED THEIR OPPOSITION TO MY MUSIC PROJECTS AND SOUGHT TO HAMPER AND PUNISH ME.

There simply cannot be an unlawful attempt to establish a music career. There  is no way that any hampering or threatening or creation of a change in financial circumstance to retard or destroy any career can possibly be lawful.

People calling in 911 complaints about hearing music practice or projects at work criminalize an honorable effort to obtain sustenance and to progress what talents one might have developed. The Canard of By-Law Officers raiding without a warrant powered by a "complaints based enforcement system'' renders hard working artists vulnerable to the brutal and threatening Police who most of all want to be feared and in charge. How can this hampering be tolerated by a musician or artist? I am sensitive and easily intimidated, I am crippled and I never have anyone else with me for support. There were only two occasions where I was not alone and facing up to 17 people or 12 people or 6.

ALL THIS IN THE NAME OF "TARGET HIS MUSIC, THAT IS ALL HE CARES ABOUT". ALL OF THAT IS CRIMINAL ACTIVITY, THERE IS NO WAY TO LAWFULLY HAMPER OR TARGET ANYONE USING FALSE COMPLAINTS AND RIDICULOUS DEFAMATION. FAMILY MEMBERS ACTUALLY SAID  " HE IS CRAZY, HE THINKS HE IS GOING TO BE A ROCK STAR". THE SOOKE POLICE SAID :'' CRAZY IS HE DANGEROUS?". My wife and my brother encouraged this defamation by making ambiguous statements about how I could be violent and dangerous and I in fact am crippled and pretty well helpless when it would come to doing anything violent. The only place I could be found was in Vancouver or here on my acreage so what thE Sooke RCMP were protecting I do not know.

 THE POLICE THEN TOLD EVERYONE I WAS CRAZY AND DANGEROUS SO A HUNDRED FOOLS CAME TO MY PROPERTY TO TRY TO POP THE PIMPLE BY PRESSURING AND RAIDING ME. ENVIOUS NON-ACHIEVERS SHOULD NOT BE IN CONTROL OF AMBITIOUS ARTISTS.

INFANTILIZATION

INFANTILIZATION WAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION BY CHRIS WILEY THE INTERNET PUNDIT.

Wiley was referring to how the internet service providers were deciding what people would see and what would be advertised to them and how personal information was used.

The process of taking over the decision making capacity of another person as if they were incapable of making the right or even a safe decision is predatory infantilization.

When the person who is being controlled as if they were an irresponsible child is dispossessed or punished the situation is one of egregious criminal exploitation.

People who are the subject of infantilization by others are said to have been "infantilized." Studies have shown that an individual, when infantilized, is overwhelmingly likely to feel disrespected. Such individuals may report a sense of transgression akin to dehumanization. This statement is from Wikipedia.

Infantilization is a tool for corporations and authorities to use to disregard the evidence and statements of citizens and to deny citizens their lawful rights to self determination and the rectification of damage done to them.

Injured in an accident: you have to get one of the Real Adults to vouch for you and if the Real Adults cannot or do not want to see what is clearly evident you could be out of luck. 

The process and abuse which is to send Law Enforcement to supervise persons based on unevidenced complaints and without judicial warrant is a a form of infantilization.

The process where the adult male is subjected to control by the adult female because he has to or suffer divorce and property loss is a form of Infantilization. 

Egregiously criminal and patently absurd is the process where a property owner in a relationship with a dependent can be Infantalized and controlled and even dispossessed when the responsibility and achievement of the property owner are obvious as they have achieved and maintained ownership of the property.
