JOE BIDEN IS AN OLD FASHIONED "GLAD HANDER" .   HE IS A HANDS ON POLITICIAN WHOSE TIME MAY HAVE LONG PASSED.  

I am pretty sure that Joe was not "copping a feel" nor was he trying to dominate or sexually excite women whom he has touched. There have been no complaints of this sort and Joe is old. It is recognized there was not sexual touching, still Joe is in trouble because he made some women uncomfortable.

I was the child of a married couple who did not ever hug or kiss or hold me unless it was while I was a baby and not that I remember since I turned Five.

You probably cannot imagine how the untouched by affection child feels about being nicely touched by friendly women. It was very nice while it lasted, until I got married and shortly thereafter my wife announced that she was :

``NOT GOING TO COOK, CLEAN OR FUCK`` and later, as she divorced me `` I AM GOING TO MAKE SURE THAT NO BROKE CHIC ATTACHES HERSELF TO YOU``.

This means no more nice touching of women for me or by me. My ex-wife thought my touching or being touched was hers to control and she started  creating a false reputation with Police and Lawyers and even from business to business and neighbor to neighbor. I read her lawyer's notes upside down in his hand during Discovery. 

I would know only the noxious and destructive touch of Police and By-Law for all but a few months of my life since then. Twice, for some months I managed to win the affection of a girlfriend. Since then I sit here crippled, alone always at my far from the City house. On the road and at my Apartment in Victoria I am not safe from Police and By-Law. Isolated! 

WHAT A CRUEL PUNISHMENT TO CREATE FOR AN UNTOUCHED CHILD WHOM MY EX-WIFE KNEW SOUGHT AFFECTION AND WISHED TO RECIPROCATE WITH AFFECTION.

Men touch women in violent and dominating manners and those men should be prosecuted and jailed. Women, and it is overwhelmingly women calling Cops on men, who touched me with fake 911 calls and defamation have touched me so severely and violently that I am virtually paralyzed. They should be prosecuted and jailed just like the men who violently dominate and injure women should be.

I do not like to be touched by other men. I have never objected to being touched in any way by any woman. When it comes to my reputation, property or if I was touched by a male or female Police officer:

DO NOT TOUCH ME. I DO NOT WANT TO FEEL YOUR TOUCH. IF YOU ARE TRYING TO INJURE ME, DAMAGE ME OR MY PROPERTY OR PROJECTS, STAY AWAY FROM ME AND STAY OFF MY PROPERTY.     BE AWARE, IT IS ANATHEMA  WHEN SOME ONE HAS THE POLICE TOUCH ME OR COME ON TO MY PROPERTY.

SECRECY IN GOVERNMENT DOES NOT BENEFIT THE CITIZENS OF CANADA

The argument that Secret Tactical and National Security Matters are essential to the running of a government is an argument with which I will not agree.

The Partisan Argument that Political Strategies must be kept secret for purpose of catching opponents by surprise is a condoning of Skulduggery. 

WHAT BENEFIT DO I AS A CITIZEN GAIN FROM POLITICIANS WHO ARE CONCEALING THEIR INTENTIONS TO GAIN POLITICAL ADVANTAGE?

NONE. THERE IS NO BENEFIT TO ME WHEN POLITICAL PARTIES OUT MANEUVER EACH OTHER. 

THE PARTY OR CANDIDATE WHO MIGHT BE OF THE MOST BENEFIT TO US THE CITIZENS MIGHT BE OUT MANEUVERED BY SECRETIVE MANIPULATORS.

THE NATIONAL SECURITY ARGUMENT RED HERRING

I am sure that once upon a what, a decade, there would be discussion that if it was known to Countries Hostile to Canada there could be serious damage.

RECORD SUCH MEETINGS AND PLACE THOSE RECORDINGS IN A VAULT FOR SAFEKEEPING UNTIL DAMAGE WOULD NOT OCCUR.

Any other meetings that the Ruling Party Conducts and Privy Council and  Cabinet discussions should not be concealed. The public do not benefit thus.

My Father, Leslie V. Collard was an Executive of the Canadian National Railway. I, my Uncles, and my Grandfather worked there at the CNR too. 

I WAS STILL A YOUNG MAN WHEN MY FATHER SAID HE HAD BEEN AT A MEETING OF THE CANADIAN NATIONAL RAILWAY BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE TOPIC OF "KEEPING DETAILS OF THE MEETING SECRET" WAS BROACHED. MY FATHER SAID THAT DELIBERATIONS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF A CROWN CORPORATION SHOULD NOT BE SECRET.

I SUGGEST THAT GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS SHOULD NOT EVER BE KEEPING SECRETS FROM US THE CITIZENS OF CANADA. 

MY FATHER SAID THAT IN THE COMPETITION BETWEEN THE CANADIAN NATIONAL RAILWAY AND CANADIAN TRUCKING FIRMS THERE WAS POLITICAL PRESSURE APPLIED TO BENEFIT THE TRUCKING FIRMS. HE WAS UNCHARACTERISTICALLY OFFENDED. 

THE CANADIAN NATIONAL RAILWAY  PIGGYBACK TRAILER SHIPPING SYSTEM USED ONE FIFTH OF THE FUEL AND DID NOT REQUIRE THE PUBLIC UPKEEP OF HIGHWAYS THAT THE TRUCKING COMPANIES DID. THE SAFETY  AND CONVENIENCE OF THE PUBLIC WAS IMPROVED WITH BIG TRUCKS OFF THE ROAD AND THEIR TRAILERS ON FLAT CARS AND ON RAILS NOT ROADS.

SECRETS, SECRET DEALS, SECRET PRESSURING ARE NOTHING ELSE BUT SKULDUGGERY.

OPPRESSION OF THE OPPOSITE SEX

Saudi Arabian Oppression of Women has reminded me of the Repression by Women which I have experienced myself.

The part of the systematic reaction against non-conforming Saudi women which was: The entire government and judicial system and even many women feel that the repression and control are right and the non-conforming or accused thus women are wrong and are causing trouble.

THIS STRUCK A REALLY SOUR NOTE WITH ME AS I THOUGHT OF HOW I HAD NOT EVEN NOT CONFORMED. I WAS SIMPLY DECLARED AS HATING WOMEN AND POLICE AND ABUSING EVERYONE AND I FOUND POLICE, BY-LAW, LAWYERS, INSURANCE COMPANIES AND EVEN THE NEIGHBORS AND MY FAMILY,  EVERYONE FELL INTO LINE TO TRY TO JAIL ME, TO TRY TO BANKRUPT ME, TO TRY TO DEFEAT MY AIMS AND PROJECTS, AND IT WAS ALL HOGWASH.

The Saudis and Internet Shills who support them sound a lot like the Anti-Fun, Anti-Art, Anti-Music, Anti Sexual Expression and Sexual Satisfaction Agitators who have ruined so much of life for Men like myself  in Canada.

Canadian Politicians and Federal Administrators have a long established swamp that they think is just home.

Capricious Justice is a series of essays about corruption and falsehood and how when they are linked with the power of the government create extremely dangerous and damaging conditions for  people like myself in particular. WHY SHOULD AUTHORITIES BE TASKED SO TO HELP AND PROTECT RATHER THAN TO ORDER AND THREATEN AND ENSURE THE ENFORCEMENT OF LAWS WHICH BENEFIT NO ONE BUT THOSE WHO LOVE TO INFLICT PUNISHMENT? 

AUTHORITIES SHOULD BE TASKED TO HELP RATHER THAN HINDER BECAUSE THE AUTHORITIES WERE EMPOWERED EXCLUSIVELY TO HELP CITIZENS.  HAMPERING IS MALFEASANCE AND IS DEFINED AS "CRIMINAL" IN THE CANADIAN CRIMINAL CODE. NOT ONLY DO THE POLITICIANS AND AUTHORITIES HAMPER CITIZENS THEY HAVE DESIGNATED TO BE TREATED ONLY WITH PUNISHMENT BUT THEY HELP THEIR FRIENDS AND CONTRIBUTORS AND PERC PALM GREASERS EXCLUSIVELY.  

HOW MUCH TARGETED HAMPERING AND HELPING GOES ON HAS TO BE INVESTIGATED. FOR INSTANCE:

I HAVE HAD FIRST HAND INFORMATION THAT COST PLUS FORMAT CONTRACTS ARE DISCHARGED BY FEATHERBEDDING EMPLOYEES WHOM THE COMPANY CAREFREELY MULTIPLIES THE COST OF AND THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT PAYS UP TO SNC LAVALIN.

I cringe when I hear statements such as "Witnesses will come and tell their truthS". "Truths", what corrupt thought processes could result in that statement. How could one know anything with accuracy and certainty if truth came in a multiplicity of versions. I thought the Liberal Party of Canada Chairman of the Justice Committee of the Parliament of Canada was smugly laughing in the faces of Opposition Party Members of Parliament who were determined to expose corruption.

The Chairman reminded me of the  Catholic School student who faced the drumbeating of a Native Elder in the United States  with a very similar "neutral" expression plastered, frozen, on his face. 

FAKE HARMLESS NEUTRALITY IS A FORM OF LYING. PLASTERING A LIGHT SMIRK ON YOUR FACE SHOWS ME THAT YOU ARE FOOLISH, CAPRICIOUS AND DISHONEST.

A Police officer was here at Otter Point, when my wife was divorcing me and in the underclass fashion and practice she was "using Police as Tyler Luccies taught her" she said. Officer French, known in Sooke as a good cop, despite his goodness said to me "We like to get the husband out of the house as soon as possible" and that he had a difficult divorce too. I had put everything I had into this Otter Point property and I had to pay the entire value of the property twice from inherited money as my ex- wife had borrowed on my property by extorting me. I still owed $475 every month interest only it turned out, on my ex-wife's debt. The RCMP policy was to then get me out of the house based on unevidenced lying by my ex-wife. Simply checking her bank statements would expose her lying and fraud and deceit. She always had money I did not ever have any unless I inherited it. Just asking her "Did you take over as the head of household in 1980? In charge, did you fail to supervise contractor Cliff Beance resulting in a great loss of trees and soil and the placement of the home built with the Insurance from the home Lindon Collard wholly owned down in a flooded hole instead of atop the hill where it was approved? In 1984 did you force the creation of a "Major Business" with you as "Operator" and lose everything of your husbands equity in his property and result in his making payments on your business debt?  The "One Way Street " of Lindon and Betty Collard  joint bank account would show that she did not contribute or pay bills.

               EVERYONE HAS THEIR OWN TRUTH

 My notes should identify  who said this but I cannot remember for sure if it was  sure if it was French or Champagne or Brown who said the real chiller, "Everyone has their own truth". 

WHAT THIS MEANS IS REGARDLESS OF THE PROFFER OF EVIDENCE OR RATIONAL REASONING, THERE WILL BE NO MORE CREDENCE GIVEN THE LAWFUL ADHERENCE TO PROCESS THAN ANY BASELESS OPINION OR DECLARATION PRESENTED WITHOUT EVIDENCE.

TRUTH HAS SINGULARITY. THERE IS ONLY ONE TRUTH IN EVERY PRESENTATION OF FACT OR EVIDENCE OR ANY QUOTATION OF A STATEMENT. THE EVENT HORIZON OF TRUTH IS THE FALSEHOOD, TRUTH ENDS WHERE LYING BEGINS. TRUTH HAS SINGULARITY.

Our real universe comes to and end and a Black Hole prevents the escape of everything including information at the Event Horizon. All particles and all light and all matter are sucked into the Black Hole indiscernible for evermore.

Our real universe and reality end at the point where the Black Hole of a Lie begins and worse, nearby people and projects and Truth are sucked in as well!

                                                               

                                                                      

 TRUTH AND TOTAL RECALL

Total Recall is an interesting operation of the mind and use of  mind and memory. The divination of Truth is concrete and absolute when it is in the form of Cinematic Total Recall. It is easy to fake and repeat and ingrain a false mantra, but the capability to create a sound and picture memory of that which had not been witnessed would find that person doing something finer than lying to themselves thus in order to lie to other people.

My Total Recall works in mysterious and sometimes unpleasant ways linking even minute details from long ago to bring forward to the surface of the mind visual and sound memories and other observations past and present.

 

The Automatic Memory Machinery works in a flash sometimes, fast enough to remember that a fleeting shadow could indicate the presence of a predator in ages long past perhaps. The picture of a parking lot appeared on the CBC News. I do attempt to divine the location of an image routinely.

 

Before I could look carefully or think, a thought that the location was in Montreal Quebec came to me. Really I thought, I will quickly judge that the location was the parking lot in front of Saint Joseph's Oratory.The camera swung around and there was the front stairway leading up to Saint Joseph's Oratory or Basilica. Father Andre's room and possessions are on display nearby.

                                                                        

SEXUAL DISCRIMINATION

SEXUAL DISCRIMINATION AGAINST MEN IS NOT ADDRESSED WHILE THERE IS A TRASHSTORM OF ANGUISH OVER SEXUAL HARASSMENT OF WOMEN.

There was and is a culture of sexually harassing women which included groping and manipulating sexual intimacy and even the forceful assaults of rape and battery. I am one of many men who has NEVER manipulated or forced any intimacy with ANYONE. I have made straight up inquiries and even begged for sex, and by intimation and by ingratiating myself with women as potential sex partners and I would do it again. I do not see anything wrong with men asking women to allow sexual intimacy and being nice to women and even giving them gifts. This is the normal way of men and women regarding sexual intimacy.

 WHAT IS REAL IS THE MONEY AND THE PROPERTY!

                                               DIVORCE

There was a time when women's rights and freedom were severely limited and compromised. The worst examples of this bad treatment were in the realm of Paternalistic Authority and the accession of husbands when they married women to be the owner of the wife's property and assets which she possessed independently from any benefit from her husband. The situation is in a state of reversal contemporaneously with the assets of husbands being taken over by wives. 

THE REBUTTAL IS THAT HUSBANDS DIVORCE AND PREY UPON THE ASSETS OF WIVES AS WELL AT THIS TIME. DURING THE TIME I WAS DIVESTED OF ONE ASSET AND BEQUEST AFTER ANOTHER, THIS WAS NOT HAPPENING. DOES PREYING UPON WIVES' ASSETS BY HUSBANDS REALLY HAPPEN WITH ANY SIGNIFICANT  AMOUNT AND FREQUENCY EVEN TODAY IN 2019. 

                                             TRESPASS

An additional glaring disparity is the Police favoritism towards women which can reach absurd levels as the Police protect women who are committing crimes. When women have trespassed or even fronted gangs of trespassers on my property, Police have sided with the Trespassers against myself, on my property alone and vulnerable to collapse and paralysis. I am in danger, I do not pose a threat that Police should escort trespassers onto my property. If there is a threat to the trespassers, the law is clear, stay safe, stay home, stay off other people's  property unless you are wanted there and invited to come there. 

  

                                               BUSINESS

When citizens engage in business, it is time to put sexual discrimination against men aside. The feminine canard is that men are upsetting or emotionally abusing women the moment the women are called out for any inaccuracy or manipulation or false hood. Granted there are men I call Fairy Boys and others call Pussy that act like women do when they are confronted with accuracy and truth, always hurt or hated or in danger when the confronter is a Man.

In business, or at the property line or at government offices  there cannot be an automatic deferral to women or authorities. Only the writ issued lawfully by a judge can make anyone but the resident and property owner have a special status and can take total deferral to the resident and owner away. All Canadian Citizens are alleged to be free to do as they please in public or especially on their own turf unless a judge sees fit to issue a writ. Canadian Citizens are always bound by the Criminal Code of Canada and should behave in a manner consistent with Hansard when in Court or in Public Places. 

IT MATTERS NOT A WHIT WHO IS WOMAN AND WHO IS MAN. IT IS REALLY ALL ABOUT WHOSE MONEY AND PROPERTY AND PARTICULARLY WHOSE RESIDENCE IS THE PLACE WHERE WHATEVER IS GOING DOWN IS OCCURRING. POLICE CAN ONLY PROTECT OWNERS  AND RESIDENTS.  IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT THE PERSON AT THE OFFICE OR NEXT DOOR WANTS. LAW OFFICERS AND WOMEN DO NOT HAVE SPECIAL MAN OVERRULING STATUS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.

SEXUAL DISCRIMINATION AGAINST MEN IN FAVOR OF WOMEN MUST CEASE AND THE ABUSES OF THE LAST FORTY OR MORE YEARS MUST BE REMEDIED.

  THE EXPRESSION OF HATRED DOES INDICATE DISCRIMINATION 

                                                     HATE

I have not ever told a woman that I hated her nor told anyone that I hated women. I have been seriously damaged, I had much of life's experience ruined by the actions of women and their misdirection of authority and punishment onto myself. I have had my money grifted away from myself and my projects. I did not say I hated anyone but I certainly accuse anyone who offended against me.

I have been told by several women in my family directly and through what their stated ambitions were to do to damage me, and one male local resident that they hated me. I do not think the existence of hatred is made more clear than by the declaration of a person that they hate you. Hateful actions and statements also make it clear who hates whom. 

There is no other way to describe the way I personally was treated by the women in my family and extended family than that they hated me. Any criticism of women is descried as " Hate for women". The emotional take of hate is not how men think. I mourn the lost opportunities and loss of experience I was subjected to through having my assets and bequests taken and the punishments  I endured. What other motivation can there be than hatred for exacting punishment when there has not been any harm done or worse, despite the provision of support.

What other motivation and manifestation than hate would have the resentment and discredit that I am subjected to be applied to my sex partners? Always downgraded and disrespected by my Family Members my sex partners and girlfriends were summarily judged despite their being unknown to my Family.

 REPLACEMENT: In 2019 "Replacement" is a political issue.

I know that I continue to apply my own experience to many subjects I write about. The reason I think about many topics is because I experienced  or observed aspects of events which involved a similar circumstance or behavior.

DURING THE EARLY STAGES OF THE WOMAN'S LIBERATION MOVEMENT MY WIFE MADE IT QUITE CLEAR THAT SHE FELT WOMEN'S EQUALITY WOULD INVOLVE WOMEN OWNING EVERYTHING MEN HAD AND BEING IN CHARGE AS MEN WERE.

I was, additionally told that women were faster, smarter and stronger and that

"WE ARE TAKING OVER" and that turned out to be more

than just taking over. All of the worked for and inherited wealth of Men would now be under the ownership and control of women. Furthermore, I was going to be replaced and discarded. Whereas while I was in control and owner I had to take care of more than just my Wife's needs, with my wife in control she was to

"MAKE LIFE AS DIFFICULT AS POSSIBLE FOR YOU"(ME) "I WANT YOU ON THE STREET OR IN JAIL" she hissed.  This was my wife's idea of "Equality".
