LITIGIOUS, ME?

CAPRICIOUS JUSTICE BLOG COULD CREATE AN IMAGE OF MYSELF AS LITIGIOUS, SEEKING TO BRING LEGAL ACTION AT EVERY TURN. THAT IS NOT TRUE.

 I set up my affairs in the 1960's to have steady employment, savings to buy a home and insurance to pay me if my health and ability to work were damaged.  

I had no plans to have to undertake any litigation, everything was done in a regular manner and meant to provide steady work. Plans to write were contingent on having a steady job, and particularily a job without long hours.

I had to deal with a number of traffic tickets which I won nearly every one of which does show a litigious nature and behavior in Police ticketing.

I HAD TO DEAL WITH LEGAL ACTION I HAD TO TAKE WHEN I WAS INJURED IN ACCIDENTS I DID NOT CAUSE. I TRIED TO SECURE THE CONTINUING PAYMENT OF MY WAGES EACH TIME AS I HAD "OUT OF WORK INSURANCE" MY VEHICLE WAS INSURED AND I HAD A CLAIM:

I WAS AN INJURED AND UNEMPLOYED ACCIDENT VICTIM.

THERE WAS COLLUSION AND THEFT OF MY PAID FOR BENEFIT AND THE DESTRUCTION OF MY FILE AT THE CNR WHICH PROVED MY ABILITY AND EDUCATION.

I was rigorously cheated, receiving about 10% of my lost wages and rendered unemployable due to injury and defamation in place of my fine record at the CNR. I was accused of being "accident prone " and thus " not eligible for future employment" during the court hearing resulting from when I was injured as a passenger in the 1970 car accident which ended my career as an able worker. The defence lawyer uttered statements that the CNR was planning to dismiss me which were unsupported by any evidence and which were rebutted by my immediate Supervisor but the judge erroniously believes what the lawyer says in the " Crony" system which prevails in British Columbia's Courts.

I ACCEPTED MY NEW CONDITION IN 1970 OR 1971. I thought that I might as well try to enjoy myself as much as possible as I was not capable of doing much more than that.  THAT IS NOT A GOOD PLAN. 

This might be caused by the loss of the mindset of the accident victim previous to accident injury. The damage caused by physical head trauma and the prevarication destroy existing  motivation and changes personality traits.

ACCEPTANCE OF MY VIRTUAL PARALYSIS DID NOT LAST FOREVER. GRADUALLY I RECOVERED, BECOMING CAPABLE OF MORE AND MORE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND PHYSICALLY ACTIVE WORK.

I was perfectly capable of assuming the management placement I would have had by 1976. I tried repeatedly to get to return to CNR or corporate work but I was not able to, not ever receiving a cooperative response no matter what I tried to do.

AS I RECOVERED I SET OUT TO ACQUIRE A HOME AND ACREAGE TO BE ABLE TO HOUSE MYSELF AND MY FAMILY AT MINIMAL EXPENSE SO AS TO BE ABLE TO PURSUE THE LIGHTER LESS PHYSICALLY DEMANDING  WORK OF ART, MUSIC, WRITING AND SOME JEWELLERY MANUFACTURING AND SALES.

I FIRMLY BELIEVED THAT IF I OWNED MY HOUSE AND LAND NO ONE WOULD BE ABLE TO ADVERSLY AFFECT ME. I CERTAINLY DID NOT THINK THAT THE PROPERTY I OWNED COULD BECOME THE SCENE OF AND THE PRIZE FOUGHT OVER IN INNUMERABLE CRIMES AND THREATS TO COMMIT CRIME OR TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ME.  I WAS BEING DESTRUCTIVELY CONTROLLED AND MY PROPERTY WAS BEING DESTROYED AND DESTRUCTIVELY CONTROLLED.  THEN AND ALWAYS, AND CONSISTENTLY I CONSULTED LAWYERS TO FIND OUT WHAT TO DO ABOUT ALL OF THE ACTIONS I DID NOT COMMIT OR PERMIT.

SCIENCE HAS TO BE USED TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO IN AN INCREASINGLY MORE VULNERABLE WORLD 

There was a time, there were millenia, when what we did as human activity did not matter that much in the grand scheme of things. That is not true anymore. There are too many of us people to make any widespread mistakes anymore. 

I think we are making a lot of mistakes as peripheral matters govern and absolute necessity is sidelined. The perogatives of Political Power, sometimes reduced to the level where the Power of the State will be vested in people who do not give a damn about what happens to you and what you own, the perogatives are overwhelming, overruling, and supersede all reason and practicality. Citizens have to be able to take care of whatever they own or use.

When I see Donald Trump or Jason Kenney using the Political Power they have to oppose the essential efforts to curb emissions and reverse climate change I realise that there should be a knowledgeable and ethical organisation which could take irresponsible Politicians to task. 

JUST BECAUSE POLITICIANS CAN BE ELECTED BY CITIZENS WHO DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON DOES NOT MEAN WE HAVE TO LET THEM BURN THE PLANET EARTH UP TO A HUMANLESS CRISP.

PROBABLY THE ONLY WAY IS TO HAVE TECHNOCRACY EXERCISE CONTROL WITH EVERY PLAN VETTED TO BE SURE WE ARE NOT KILLING OURSELVES.

There is an enormous emphasis on "Jobs". I think that the emphasis should be on providing support for all of our Citizens and I know this is Heresy to the Work Ethic, but that Canard will be the death of all of us. We must intelligently strive to feed, clothe, shelter, educate and entertain everyone. To reduce emissions and waste, pollution; there must be less work done and less people working less hours and using less materials.

 

GROSS DOMESTIC PRODUCT  IS SUCH A BAD WAY TO KEEP SCORE. IT IS BASED ON THE MORE DONE AND SPENT THE BETTER. THAT IS NOT GOOD EXCEPT FOR THE CAPITALISTS WHO EARN PERCENTAGES ON ALL THE PURCHASES AND SALES. CAPITALISTS CONVINCE CITIZENS THAT THIS GOOD AND IS THEIR RIGHT! 

 

Every Political System claims that it is the will of the people to let making money and getting elected trump and overrule every other consideration. That cannot include grabbing control while the Citizens are deluded, confused, deceived and cede power to the wrong people who have the wrong end result in mind which does not involve a responsibilirty to make sure everyone and all the animals and plants live through the end result of what they are doing now.

THE EXISTENCE OF COVENANTS TO EXCLUDE JEWS FROM PROPERTY OWNERSHIP IN PARTS OF QUEBEC IS PROBABLY NOT ONLY THE SINGLE INSTANCE REPORTED IN A CBC NEWS BROADCAST. YOU COULD INVESTIGATE IF YOU ARE AFFECTED OR CONCERNED.

I AM FAR MORE CONCERNED BY THE POGROM AGAINST ALL THINGS ENGLISH. THE BANNING OF THE BILINGUAL " HELLO, BONJOUR " AND "BONJOUR, HELLO" GREETINGS IS ABSURD.

THE REALLY BAD PART TO ME IS THE STEALING OF MY INHERITANCES BY MY MOTHER AND MY BROTHER ANDREW WHOSE FRENCH CANADIAN WIFE DEMANDED HE INTERFERE WITH MY AFFAIRS, SHE CUT OFF SEX UNLESS HE DID EVERYTHING SHE WANTED HIM TO. "PUT YOUR TAIL BETWEEN YOUR LEGS AND DO WHAT  WOMEN WANT" HE SAID. THAT WAS EASY AND PROFITABLE FOR HIM AS IT WAS ONLY MY MONEY AND INHERITANCES THAT WERE STOLEN.

MY EX WIFE EXULTED IN HER JEWISH ETHNOCENTRISM AND MY SISTER IN LAW ADMITTED HER HATRED AND IT IS ALL OK. I THINK THERE WILL BE THOSE WHO CALL THIS HATRED OF JEWS AND FRENCH BUT THOSE HORRIBLE BIGOTS SELF DECLARED AND DAMAGED ME REALLY BADLY WITH THEIR ETHNIC NONSENSE. 

To add insult to injury I actually viewed and heard my ex-wife's (Jewish) sister support the ethnic cleansing of the "English".

 The early doctrine of the FLQ espoused killing all English speaking Quebec residents. Do you know how far it is to the German border where Nazi comes from? It is Zero. Germany and France are adjacent to each other, there is no distance.

It requires more financial support to be able to fully replace all that being ambulatory gives a person besides the money from employment.. There is my head and two Kurzweils I play and program. What would,like they do with keyboards, happen if I was a head only model. The head grafted to two K2000's would require quite a lot of labor to get some where and do a performance. Same as me paralyzed, I could not afford to do it when it became logistically harder and harder to get around in Tonic Immobility Collapse, virtually paralyzed.

VIRTUAL PARALYSIS IS AN AMBULATORY THING; YOU CANNOT WALK OR STAND BUT BRIEFLY OR NOT AT ALL

I HAVE EXPERIENCED THE VIRTUAL PARALYSIS I AM EXPERIENCING NOW IN THE PAST, AT THE SAME STAGE OF RECOVERING FROM A COLLAPSED AND LOCKED BACK AS I AM AT NOW IN DECEMBER 2019

I remember laying down and not wanting to go anywhere during my 1967 injury.

I still am looked at as somehow personally flawed when I lay there not doing anything; you just plain cannot move for very long or stand for very long.

In May 1970 a 1956 Ford pulled in front of the Mini Cooper I was a passenger in and stopped with only a few feet to slow. I hit the dash, the roof or windshield and fell out of the Mini Cooper onto Kingsway Ave in Vancouver BC.   

I remember being flat out in an armchair with my feet over the table in the early Seventies, that  position was the only one I could tolerate except for laying flat on my back with a leg rest keeping some traction on my spine. Later in the Seventies I was able to drive and walk a little but I would have to stop my car and roll on my back on a lawn to keep it from collapsing. Then back to the recling position with legs held up.

Everyone must have seen the former CNR Yardforeman who did not work anymore. Everyone must have seen the Man who was on the go all the time not going anyuwhere anytime. That is what Virtual Paralysis is. I was suffering from the effects of Tonic Immobility most likely, I thought it was a back problem at the time, pinched nerves or what but now I think I went paralyzed as an effect of the reintroduction of the same situation I was in as I experienced terrible childhood beatings and hair pulling throwdowns and being jumped on.

HOW COULD PEOPLE WHO WITNESSED THE ABOVE GET TOGETHER A FEW YEARS LATER TO "TAKE ME DOWN" AND TO HIDE AND SIEZE MY UNCLE'S WILL.

IT IS ABSOLUTELY CRAZY FOR MY EX-WIFE AND HER LAWYER TO THINK I SHOULD SUPPORT OR SHARE ASSETS WITH HER SHE LOST EVERYTHING WE OWNED.   I bought my own house back with inherited money. None of it is hers, none was hers and she spent all I owned twice, I had to buy my property back twice with inherited money.

Everyone saw me laying there not able to do anything and not able to do phsical work again and again. Still my ex-wife said she and her lawyer knew about my back and they were going to put so much pressure on me my back and neck would go and I would do somerthing I would not be able to get out of. That second part of the last sentence. Oh so crazy crazy crazy. 

There is a feeling of powerlessness when you have Tonic Immobility and you are being threatened or menaced in any way. When you have Collapse Immobility or Tonic Immobility there are additional physical problems such as Swayback.  All of these symtoms create Virtual Paralysis.

HOW COULD FAMILY WHO SAW THE SITUATION AND SYMPTOMS DESCRIBED ABOVE FORCE ME TO WORK FOR THEM AND TAKE MY INHERITANCES WITH WHICH I WOULD BE ABLE TO EARN A LIVING WITHOUT HAVING TO DO HARD PHYSICAL LABOR

HATE UPDATE: YOU HAVE TO WANT TO DO DAMAGE TO HATE. MY PHILOSOPHY "WASTE NOT WASTE NOT " PROHIBITS DOING ANY DAMAGE ANYWHERE, ANYTIME.

THE LEADER OF THE US DEMOCRATIC PARTY MADE IT CLEAR THAT SHE HAD BEEN RAISED TO NOT HATE.

I WAS DEFINITELY RAISED IN A BROTH OF HATRED AND DOING DAMAGE AND I CRINGE AT THE THOUGHT OF BEING SUCH A VILE AND BASE PERSON

I DO NOT WANT TO DAMAGE ANYONE OR TO DAMAGE THEIR LAND AND CHATTELS IT IS NOT IN MY NATURE.

No such compunctions restrain the Redneck Land Rapers, the ex-wife, the Police and a plethora of other persons who feel good as they do damage.

The look of joy or power on their faces gives them away and in the case of my ex-wife it is absolutely clear by what statements she made that she would wreck everything the Family needed for support to get her way.

I AS THE ACTUAL PROPERTY OWNER REALLY CANNOT HAVE ANYTHING WRECKED I WILL HAVE TO WORK AND PAY TO FIX IT.

WHEN MY TREES AND MY SOIL WERE TRUCKED OFF AND THE LAND WAS RUINED I HAD TO FIX IT AND I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO DO IT SO I WANT MONEY TO DO THIS SUCCESSFULLY. I HAVE BEEN FORCED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AND WRITE ABOUT DAMAGE DONE BECAUSE THEY DID IT NOT BECAUSE I HATE.

Men are documented as committing nearly all Violent Criminal Offences.I am disabled and not one of those Men. The statistical opinion ignores the Sociology of Crime which would include motivating and getting groups of people together, making a Fake 911 Call or false report to Authorities to intimidate a victim or creating deliberate economic or social damage for the victim. These are secondary and proxy criminal offences and terrorize citizens or in my case precipitate Tonic Immobility Collapse.

DID LOCAL AUTHORITY HERE AT OTTER POINT ACT TO DECLARE MY 1st HOME SITE "NON-CONFORMING" SO THE REDNECKS COULD BURN IT DOWN AGAIN AND AS "NON-CONFORMING" IT WOULD NOT BE INSURED?

WHEN I ASSESS SOME OF THE ACTIONS OF MANY PERSONS WHO COLLUDED TO WRECK THE PLANS OF MYSELF AND THE FAMILY MAN BEFORE ME TO CREATE A FAMILY HOME HERE AT OTTER POINT I AM BAFFLED THAT SUCH USELESS COUNTERPRODUCTIVE MISCHIEF COULD HAVE THE SUPPORT OF LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND I WONDER HOW FAR THAT WENT. 

The building inspectors as I was inspected in 2014, when some facilities were completed, said that there were irregularities visible in my micro fiche records, one regarding my having to rebuild on a different site at incredibly greater expense and with the huge loss of the Soil and Trees ripped out and stolen. He said I was duped. The usual way would be to build under the non-conforming designation but it is widely known that you cannot get insurance on the home.

COAST CAPITAL'S INSURANCE COMPANY "THE COOPERATORS " DEMANDED I REBUILD ON THE SAME PROPERTY WHICH GENE POTVIN, THUNDERBIRD INS. CEO SAID ONLY HAPPENS IF SOMEONE SAYS YOU BURNED YOUR OWN HOUSE DOWN. THANK YOU COAST CAPITAL WHO KNEW THE FORMER OWNER LEFT AFTER AN ARMED HOME INVASION BUT THEY DIDN'T TELL ME AND THEY LISTENED TO WENDY, MORTON'S LIE, LICENSED PRIVATE EYE, AN ICBC SPY!

THE INSURANCE COMPANY, "THE COOPERATORS" WAS OWNED BY THE CREDIT UNION, NOW COAST CAPITAL, THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CONSULTATION AS THERE HAD BEEN A FORECLOSURE. 

I am not saying the Authorities knew that there was a plan to declare the house site "Too close to Larulla Creek", fifty five feet away SO IT COULD BE BURNED DOWN FOR GOOD NOW,but I am wondering of late. I could have applied for a compassionate non-conforming designation. It just occurred to me now, would I get it? That is the only time the Creek was a Protected Creek, when it would stop me from re-building on the old foundation. 

IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE AUTHORITIES KNEW OR WERE MANIPULATED BY PERSONS WHO KNEW WHAT PLAN TO DEVASTATE MY PROPERTY WAS GOING ON WAS GOING TO BE EXPOSED  AS I ATTEMPTED EVERY POSSIBLE LEGAL REMEDY. THEY PULLED OUT ALL THE STOPS AGAINST ME, DEFAMATION, OBSTRUCTION, FALSE POLICE INTERVENTION.

DURING MY EX-WIFE'S SPURIOUS AND EXPLOITATIVE DIVORCE EXTORTIONS AND THEN DIVORCE WHAT PART DID AUTHORITIES PLAY BESIDES DECLARING ME A DANGER TO WOMEN BECAUSE I WAS BEING DIVORCED. I WAS TOLD THEY GIVE MALE DIVORCE VICTIMS A " SV " DESIGNATION AND THE REID METHOD ALLOWED LYING BY POLICE OFFICERS WITHOUT MAKING IT CLEAR WHEN.

Did the Drive to dispossess me continue on after several total seizures of all of my assets through divorce extortion and inheritance theft. Divorce Extortion is any type of coercion which threatens a destructive Divorce for no reason but it is being used to take power over me and my assets. Do not get hung up on my wife's half. She blew more than that by taking over all my assets during house construction. She blew everything again in the mid 80's. I had to buy my house back off of my Mother with inherited money from Uncle and Aunt twice. My ex-wife had no half. I had just bought the house back when she sued for divorce.

You are having all this trouble trying to get him for something and you even had him locked up and he says We committed an indictable offence. Are you stupid? listen while I Witch Whisper in your ear.
