FORTY YEARS LATER I JUST THOUGHT FOR THE FIRST TIME THAT THE CRAZIEST CONSPIRACY EVER MAY HAVE BEEN COLLUDED.

DID LOCAL AUTHORITY HERE AT OTTER POINT ACT TO DECLARE MY 1st HOME SITE "NON-CONFORMING" SO THE REDNECKS COULD BURN IT DOWN AGAIN AND AS "NON-CONFORMING" IT WOULD NOT BE INSURED?

WHEN I ASSESS SOME OF THE ACTIONS OF MANY PERSONS WHO COLLUDED TO WRECK THE PLANS OF MYSELF AND THE FAMILY MAN BEFORE ME TO CREATE A FAMILY HOME HERE AT OTTER POINT I AM BAFFLED THAT SUCH USELESS COUNTERPRODUCTIVE MISCHIEF COULD HAVE THE SUPPORT OF LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND I WONDER HOW FAR THAT WENT. 


The building inspectors as I was inspected in 2014, when some facilities were completed, said that there were irregularities visible in my micro fiche records, one regarding my having to rebuild on a different site at incredibly greater expense and with the huge loss of the Soil and Trees ripped out and stolen. He said I was duped. The usual way would be to build under the non-conforming designation but it is widely known that you cannot get insurance on the home.



COAST CAPITAL'S INSURANCE COMPANY "THE COOPERATORS " DEMANDED I REBUILD ON THE SAME PROPERTY WHICH GENE POTVIN, THUNDERBIRD INS. CEO SAID ONLY HAPPENS IF SOMEONE SAYS YOU BURNED YOUR OWN HOUSE DOWN. THANK YOU COAST CAPITAL WHO KNEW THE FORMER OWNER LEFT AFTER AN ARMED HOME INVASION BUT THEY DIDN'T TELL ME AND THEY LISTENED TO WENDY, MORTON'S LIE, LICENSED PRIVATE EYE, AN ICBC SPY!


THE INSURANCE COMPANY, "THE COOPERATORS" WAS OWNED BY THE CREDIT UNION, NOW COAST CAPITAL, THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CONSULTATION AS THERE HAD BEEN A FORECLOSURE. 


I am not saying the Authorities knew that there was a plan to declare the house site "Too close to Larulla Creek", fifty five feet away SO IT COULD BE BURNED DOWN FOR GOOD NOW,but I am wondering of late. I could have applied for a compassionate non-conforming designation. It just occurred to me now, would I get it? That is the only time the Creek was a Protected Creek, when it would stop me from re-building on the old foundation. 


IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE AUTHORITIES KNEW OR WERE MANIPULATED BY PERSONS WHO KNEW WHAT PLAN TO DEVASTATE MY PROPERTY WAS GOING ON WAS GOING TO BE EXPOSED  AS I ATTEMPTED EVERY POSSIBLE LEGAL REMEDY. THEY PULLED OUT ALL THE STOPS AGAINST ME, DEFAMATION, OBSTRUCTION, FALSE POLICE INTERVENTION.


DURING MY EX-WIFE'S SPURIOUS AND EXPLOITATIVE DIVORCE EXTORTIONS AND THEN DIVORCE WHAT PART DID AUTHORITIES PLAY BESIDES DECLARING ME A DANGER TO WOMEN BECAUSE I WAS BEING DIVORCED. I WAS TOLD THEY GIVE MALE DIVORCE VICTIMS A " SV " DESIGNATION AND THE REID METHOD ALLOWED LYING BY POLICE OFFICERS WITHOUT MAKING IT CLEAR WHEN.


Did the Drive to dispossess me continue on after several total seizures of all of my assets through divorce extortion and inheritance theft. Divorce Extortion is any type of coercion which threatens a destructive Divorce for no reason but it is being used to take power over me and my assets. Do not get hung up on my wife's half. She blew more than that by taking over all my assets during house construction. She blew everything again in the mid 80's. I had to buy my house back off of my Mother with inherited money from Uncle and Aunt twice. My ex-wife had no half. I had just bought the house back when she sued for divorce.



You are having all this trouble trying to get him for something and you even had him locked up and he says We committed an indictable offence. Are you stupid? listen while I Witch Whisper in your ear.
