I remember seeing a doctor in Sooke BC. I told him that I was a writer, musician and composer and the RCMP and the CRD's Officers had stated that they were  "coming anytime 24/7" and this made concentration on music extremely difficult and the constant watchfullness necessary was fatiguing. I set up my keyboard so as to be able to watch the driveway as I practiced. Two years ago as I showered, there was kicking in my front door going on. The criminally insane deviant By-Law officer said "you didn't answer the door".  THIS DEMONSTRATES AND PROVES THAT ONE HAS TO BE CONSTANTLY VIGILANT, THE OFFICERS DEMAND THAT.

The doctor could not understand how this created a problem, how could hostile armed men who will come 24/7 not create a problem particularly if they had false complaints of "He hates Police"  and act on obviously false complaints.

I constantly remember the French accented "If any doors or windows are open we are coming in." One cannot hear what else is going on during music practice. A composer has to concentrate entirely on creating new music.

FORTY YEARS OF IMMOBILITY AND THE HATE CRIME BEHIND THAT

THE FLOODS IN EASTERN CANADA ARE CREATING SITUATIONS OF TOTAL LOSS WHICH CAUSE PEOPLE TO EXPERIENCE VIRTUAL PARALYSIS. 

The persons who had lost everything they owned were recounting their experience to Television cameras. I was surprised to hear about experiences which had a similar effect on me when my home and all my possessions were destroyed by fire in 1980 at Otter Point BC where I had purchased 12.49 Acres of forested land with a home at the lockup stage of home  construction. 

In the aftermath of the arson of my home and personal and business possessions I was additionally attacked as the same residents who had pilfered and poached and motivated their craziest member of the group to burn down my home. There were statements made confirming that Palfry had threatened to burn the building down before I owned it. The local residents knew this and the Police knew that Dennis Ireland and Palfry had been convicted of a criminal offence on my property before I owned it.

The local residents secured the cooperation of the Capital Region By-Law authorities and I was fraudulently forced to construct a home in a location the other local residents calculated would be a constant problem and huge expense.

It would have been economical and efficient to construct a home on the old foundation but neither the CRD nor my ex-wife would allow that. I had no clothes no shoes no kids clothes, no nothing. I was so ruthlessly exploited and attacked that I had no clothing but rags and $15. canvas shoes. ( I had a suit and a jacket, a shirt, a Volvo tie and a pair of dress shoes for car sales work.) The pressure was on from all sides. I was broke and had to work on protecting the new ruined home from septic flow from the adjacent property.

I collapsed and was treated with a spinal operation and general anaesthetic and then I was unable to resist what was being done to me as my wife and the neighbours ruined everything.

While I was virtually paralyzed, similar to the hopeless helplessness of the flood victims in Eastern Canada in April of 2019, my ex-wife and family members said ``We are taking you down``; when they were through I owed more than I owned and they had stolen 2 Million Dollars of inherited money from me.

MY EX-WIFE THEN WENT DOOR TO DOOR AND TOLD THE NEIGHBOUR WOMEN TO CALL POLICE AND SEND THEM DOWN HERE SO I WILL COLLAPSE AND I DID.

IT IS JUNE 20 2019 AND NOT A SCINTILLA OF CRIME HAS BEEN REMEDIED AND COPS SHERIFFS AND BY-LAW KEEP ON COMING AND I AM SUBJECTED TO DELIBERATE ACTIONS OF BY-LAW AND POLICE AND CRAZY NEIGHBORS WHICH CAUSE COLLAPSE OR SEIZURE. I AM CRIPPLED.

WHO HELPED EPSTEIN SILENCE MANY WITNESSES  and how they did it: I do not know, watch CNN for that.

It is always the aim of criminals to silence their victims and to not have witnesses tell about what they saw and to disable those persons using techniques from lying about them  to murdering them.

Epstein had money to pay and ways of removing a person`s privileges or employment and perhaps even their social life. Thus it was difficult and dangerous to bring attention to Epstein`s crimes you would suffer if you did that. 

The persons who helped with the covering up and silencing statements about wrongdoing are going to face charges as accessories or for witness tampering or obstruction of justice.

HAVE YOU EVER USED COERCION TO SILENCE A VICTIM`S COMPLAINTS IN ANY WAY ANYWHERE.  

YOU COULD BE AN ACCESSORY TO A CRIME. 

JUST BECAUSE YOU THINK THAT THE VICTIM SHOULD NOT BE DISRESPECTING OR REPEATING OR TALKING ABOUT NOTHING ELSE  DOES NOT REMOVE THE CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY. COERCION IS CULPABLE.

When members of my sibling family hid my inheritances from me and stole them in the end, or most of the money and a house in Montreal, I did not get to inherit they said disparaging things about me, they silenced me, they accused me of causing trouble when I objected to the thefts and defamation when I found out. I was kept out of contact with my Paternal Grandfathers Family, probably so they would not find out she outright stole the $10,000. in my Farmers and Merchants Trust account. I was to receive it at 18 but Mother said I was under her authority and took the money. I was going to buy a great building, the money simply sat in the bank, father had all the money my mother would ever need but she was in Authority. I posted every detail accurately.

I SUFFER NOW UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF MY SONS` GIRLFRIENDS OR LIVEINS OR OLD LADIES IN MY DAY.

IF I WOULD SEE MY GRANDSON BENTLEY LINDON IT HAS TO BE UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE GIRLFRIEND LEST I ``DISRESPECT HIS GRANDMOTHER ``.  I DID NOT CONTEST THE CUSTODY OF MY CHILDREN, THAT BANKRUPTED MY GIRLFRIEND ANN, I COULD NOT DO THAT. AS A RESULT STUPID, DESIGNED TO BE DIFFICULT, VISITATION SCHEDULES WERE FORCED ON ME.

MY EX-WIFE AND HER CROOK LAWYER ( POSTED) CREATED A DOCUMENT WHICH MADE ME LOOK LIKE A DANGER TO WOMEN AND IF SHE DIED THE CHILDREN WOULD GO TO FOSTER CARE NOT TO ME.

I have that document. I will continue to  expose the criminal activity I was hampered by. I demand the return of all funds, damages for loss of career and criminal charges for all including accessories, people using coercion to silence me in any way. I would charge officials who have disparaged me or even unlawfully ignored me. There are no magic exemptions, any time a person is damaged there will be a law to force restitution or institute punishment for every crime.

WHY CAN PROPERTY OWNERS BE RENDERED UNABLE TO RELAX AS A FAKE 911 CALL CAN BE MADE ANYTIME?

HERE IS A COMMENT WHICH SHOWS HOW BRAINDEAD POLICE APOLOGISTS ARE:

"Its been a couple of years now and that was an Animal Control Officer investigating a barking dog."

I cut and pasted this stupid comment made about one of Lindon's posts.

Lindon has lived at Otter Point House for forty years, most of the time; Lindon lived partly in Vancouver years ago and owned buildings in Victoria after that.

Mostly however Lindon is there on his privately owned unmortgaged Million Dollars of Forest and Wetland in the giant home, certainly it is giant for one, that the ex-wife thought she could drive him out of and sell first. Lindon paid her off several times!and she made statements to rub it in which make it a hate crime and expose her lawyer, wait til Lindon tells on her Crook Lawyer. 

Then there was the next cash grab by Lindon's ex-wife and her Lawyer Tyler Luccies. They were out to get more money. If Lindon had to sell out to get away from the Police and Sheriff harassment and terrorization the increased value of the property, all but $59,000. would be deemed to be income and a lien for $0. of unpaid child support would make sure that Lindon could not even borrow any money on his property. Lindon was signed sealed and delivered to the bloody criminally insane Law Officers to torture , to invade, to intimidate, to falsely imprison, all to get money from him. Lindon did not sell, he could not sell, he had to endure decades of raiding and false allegation and jailing to keep his own wholly owned bought and finished by him House at Otter Point.

LINDON CANNOT SEE HOW IT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO INVESTIGATE A BARKING DOG THAN IT IS FOR HIM TO BE ABLE TO RELAX WITHOUT A CARE IN THE WORLD

See how far from the street the Police must trespass  to get to the house where I stone crippled at the time am supposed to be a danger to the two person chainsaw gang. The Police were called twice when I from 50 feet away said"Get off my property, stop cutting now"

  AT HOME ALONE UP HIS 180 FOOT LONG DRIVEWAY.

The British Columbia Special Provincial Constable was at  Otter Point House five days after the dog was freed from being tangled in the brush in the creek ditch 12 feet deep that the idiots from up the road dug. The BSPC, when Lindon told her what he had observed, STATED FOR THE SECOND TIME THAT HE WAS BEING INVESTIGATED FOR ANIMAL CRUELTY, TWICE.

"YOU HAD A DOG TIED UP TO A TRUCK IN YOUR DRIVEWAY ON A SHORT LEAD"

There is a crazy woman who sneaks around the neighborhood even in the middle of the night looking for pretexts to scramble the cops. I was informed that these nuts feel like they are in an ACTION MOVIE when they do the fake 911 call and the lights come and all the cops shouting. 

The Police and By-Law sneak around here too sometimes arriving with swat teams but other times they sneak in as FOI files Lindon has indicate.

Burglars sneak around Otter Point House at night too. In the building at least three times and once Lindon woke with a burglar entering his bedroom. 

What would happen if one actually collided at night with a marauding Burglar, Police Officer or By-Law Officer or the Crazy Lady and there was a physical interaction? WHAT LIES WOULD THEY TELL THEN? THEY ARE HERE ALWAYS BASED ON LIES AND THE POLICE AND BY-LAW LIE AND LIE.

LINDON THINKS EVERY FALSE PRETENSE USED TO ROLL THE POLICE OUT IS OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE.

The fake 911 calling, the Police and By-Law using false pretenses to invade private property and to intimidate citizens are dangerous life threatening crimes.

WHEN THEY ARRIVE ALL ENFORCEMENT IS DRIVING A VEHICLE JUST LIKE THE POLICE DO. IT NEVER SEEMS TO BE "JUST AN ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER".

It is always terrifying, twice the criminally insane Police have dragged Lindon out of here and the piffling and also false allegations were disproved by Lindon.

In October 1996 Lindon was tortured, chained in an unheated unventilated Sheriff Van and he did not ever carry an amplifier again and five days in Prison while innocent of any wrongdoing really make Lindon worry every time the Police or By-Law or Sheriffs or BC Special Constables come to Otter Point or did come twenty seven times to The Rockcliff( and he never returned)  he literally will take a fit, freaked, terrified and then Tonic Immobility sets in, paralyzed for months or years.

I WAS ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN I WOULD BE FIT AND ABLE TO DRIVE MY 1974 850 NORTON COMMANDO MKII WHICH IS WHY I LICENSED IT RECENTLY.

I am still flopping from recliner to bed constantly and I am totally not able to think about driving my motorcycle I am having trouble getting anything done and I have such trepidation to even phone government, it took nearly a week for me to be in a frame of mind to do it and once again it was a traumatizing costly and unjust experience. 

THE HIGH COST OF PERSISTENT DISABILITY

I have had a stretch of severely disruptive periods of virtual paralysis. Yesterday for instance I woke up and went pretty well right to the grow room and started to transplant five, yes, just five plants into large containers to grow. I broke down one might say, I became unable to sit  to keep working and certainly not to stand. I got to the living room and I reclined and went to bed and got up did some laundry work and back to bed or recliner all day like a fog of up and down. 

I went to bed, work clothes still at the ready, usually a nap lasts an hour or less, but the time I slept til was 1:26 am. I got up. I saw the news on CBC and went to finish TP and re-siting in room.

At 3:20 am or so I was done and I showered and went back to bed. I got up again before 4:00 am.

I missed all of my property tax deadlines last week, similar to yesterday, I was up and down in bed, on the recliner on the up couch in traction and I was trying to make meals and do the dishes and to do the laundry which now could be done and line dried. I did not even realize that it mattered that I wrote July 2 or 5 in my diary, I did not put it together with the DEADLINE. 

WHY WOULD I DO THIS: MY TAX BILL DID NOT COME IN THE MAIL!

Bills arrive and I read the amount I owe, I did not do that, the bill did not arrive. I put the bills with my drivers license and keys to remind me to deal with them the next time I go out. When I am in a disrupted state of fuge in particular, the only thing that works and saves me being late with payment is that method.

I BELIEVE THE TAX AUTHORITY WANTS TO 

FINE ME OVER ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR BEING FIVE DAYS LATE PAYING PROPERTY TAXES!

                                                                        

DISGRACEFUL DOUBLE STANDARDS

THERE ARE INNUMERABLE UTTERANCES WHICH MAY BE INTERPRETED AS A HOSTILE OR CRIMINAL  ACT BY POLICE WHEN A CITIZEN UTTERS REACTIVE STATEMENTS WITHOUT A SCINTILLA OF CRIMINAL INTENT. 

POLICE CAN, WILL, AND HAVE UTTERED STATEMENTS WHICH ARE DECLARATIONS OF CRIMINAL INTENT: STATEMENTS INDICATING DISREGARD FOR  THE CONSEQUENCES OF POLICE ACTIONS AND STATEMENTS WHICH DECLARE UNLIMITED POWER  AND IMPUNITY FROM PROSECUTION ARE FALSE AND ARE CRIMINAL IN INTENT AND ARE MALICIOUS.

WHY ARE POLICE AND OTHER LAW OFFICERS NOT HELD CIVILLY AND CRIMINALLY ACCOUNTABLE? 

Here is just one example: I, not guilty of any crime was picked up at 4;30 pm on October 3 1996 at my home at Otter Point BC where I lived alone and  it was necessary for me to be there and I was held overnight in Sooke BC in a freezing concrete basement garage converted to cells. I said to the RCMP officer at the cells, Misfelt  or Hartwig.

" I can never allow my body to get this cold and damp and convulse as I am now as I would injure my damaged back. I will no longer be able to perform and I will lose my ability to progress my musical career."

"YOU ARE BEING PUNISHED" SAID THE CROWN SPOKESPERSON, THE OFFENDING RCMP OFFICER.

IN PROVINCIAL COURT IN VANCOUVER BC I BROKE THE FALSELY COMPLAINING LAWYER'S STORY AND I ASKED THAT HE BE HELD WITHOUT BAIL AS A DANGER TO SOCIETY MISUSING HIS POSITION AS A LAW OFFICER AND I WANTED EVERYONE WHO WAS INVOLVED ARRESTED AND PROSECUTED AND I STILL DO.

I DID NOT EVER DANCE ON THE ROCK AND ROLL STAGE AGAIN OR CARRY AN AMPLIFIER OR FUCK  PROPERLY.
