WHY CAN PROPERTY OWNERS BE RENDERED UNABLE TO RELAX AS A FAKE 911 CALL CAN BE MADE ANYTIME?
HERE IS A COMMENT WHICH SHOWS HOW BRAINDEAD POLICE APOLOGISTS ARE:

Lindon has lived at Otter Point House for forty years, most of the time; Lindon lived partly in Vancouver years ago and owned buildings in Victoria after that.
Mostly however Lindon is there on his privately owned unmortgaged Million Dollars of Forest and Wetland in the giant home, certainly it is giant for one, that the ex-wife thought she could drive him out of and sell first. Lindon paid her off several times!and she made statements to rub it in which make it a hate crime and expose her lawyer, wait til Lindon tells on her Crook Lawyer.
Then there was the next cash grab by Lindon's ex-wife and her Lawyer Tyler Luccies. They were out to get more money. If Lindon had to sell out to get away from the Police and Sheriff harassment and terrorization the increased value of the property, all but $59,000. would be deemed to be income and a lien for $0. of unpaid child support would make sure that Lindon could not even borrow any money on his property. Lindon was signed sealed and delivered to the bloody criminally insane Law Officers to torture , to invade, to intimidate, to falsely imprison, all to get money from him. Lindon did not sell, he could not sell, he had to endure decades of raiding and false allegation and jailing to keep his own wholly owned bought and finished by him House at Otter Point.
LINDON CANNOT SEE HOW IT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO INVESTIGATE A BARKING DOG THAN IT IS FOR HIM TO BE ABLE TO RELAX WITHOUT A CARE IN THE WORLD

You received on the order of 3 million dollars which you have managed to not lose. As you have had that money through the most benign investment environment in a long time and only made rent and property appreciation you have not done well.
I will receive on the order of $200 grand and as that's not enough to really buy a place I will endeavor to grow it as the economy collapses. Gold and Russian Government Bonds are just a couple of ways to survive the crash in progress. Real estate is falling and has fallen for over a year now. That will continue and should start to fall faster in time.

About the 3m you allege I inherited and how easy investment was. No way is that true. I inherited only the scraps of what I was supposed to get at the first dole out of money.
DeleteI got amounts like 16Kor 35K, which other people would blow on a car, and put it in on a real estate purchase, Howe St.
We should have bought the Linden Apartment on May St, around the corner. Instead she bought and I was contacted as the first $35K was short on AP's self owned house. I got a couple of small advances and AP was going to re-finance a second time, deeper in debt each time so I paid what would have been borrowed from the bank and ended up with eventually $115K in on the deal as I began to have to pay the mortgage often told that it just was not there. I got a small draW $14k AND I PAID TO RENOVATE THE BASEMENT INTO A SUITE.( Supposed to pay me but not to happen.) Despite this brilliant work by me, I did not get a cent. Then AP neglected to pay the mortgage again and again and did not tell me because if I did not get the rent from the suite it should at least pay the Mortgage. MY Notary Julie Copp phoned and said"The bank is foreclosing on 134 Howe St. today, I had not heard a word. I was, it is documented, to receive 500K but Mother fought to redo the will of my aunt Annette and I got just $165k the day the bank wanted 169K or else. I was left with debts and roofing to do and shingling and the furnace had a golden flow contract on it I had to pay out. Sure was easy, one slip and no Rockcliffe to trade the house in on.
I got my $450k from my Dad (159K had been sliced off that. I never agreed to any of it it waS ALL WOMEN AND fAIRY BROTHER'S secret, again).I traded the house and paid the money and borrowed more and I was going to buy a second building when the women of the Alf Toone Coop attacked, even got Police to get the Fire Marshal to condem my building. Police threw all the tenants out except for the former Tank Commander with PTSD at least. He would not leave and Police are chicken of Soldiers.
Coincidentally an Architect from Seattle came to see what our four story Apartments were like and he said we were doing the restoration perfectly. Women and Police thought "The Opposite" like you do. So easy it was. I had to borrow to pay taxes at one point after shutdowns and renovation costs used all funds.
Next I re-mortgaged the building and put down payments on two adjacent homes, renovated them and rented them out. Next we were in contact with the last home owner in the area and I re mortgaged at year six and shortly after was first with the cash in a forty purchaser lineup with 357K borrowed on the building. Easy, oso Easy. Vince ran the houses and Apartment Rentals and I took very little, paying off as much as possible.
Next the Apartment Building was remortgaged at year 11 and the two adjacent homes were paid off and I still owe the $1M I owed after the third house purchase but that is all I owe.
A couple years back the result of such determined investment and mortgage re-payment I was 70 and I had exactly $80 in cash of my own. I had $16,867. of back Old Age Pension, Canada Pension which was $1C short of what I haD TO PAY TO CANADA REVENUE FOR THE PAST YEARS MOSTLY MORTGAGE REPAYMENT and I had already sent in $12K at least.I was 70 and flat broke but owned the real estate and owed only$1M and started to raise the $19K for property taxes. Oh so Easy, Easy, Easy like what....
Yup real estate is where almost everyone's money is. It has appreciated a lot over the last 15 years or so and many people are quite well off because of it. Its been gently falling for about a year now, depending on where you are of course. Vancouver condos have been hit the worst and detached is falling too.
DeleteI expect that to change, rather a lot, but we shall see. If mortgage rates rise, it will sink many boats. I and many others expect an unravelling, as the last 10 years of QE has broken the monetary system. The tail wagging the dog at the Fed is what is spooking many people as the next rate cut has been priced in by the market. Instead of the Fed setting rates, the market is. That should blow up fairly soon which is why so many are moving into gold and its spiking. As it has set it price over the last few years its pretty solid. So over $1400 and probably staying there, even if little happens.
If the SHTF it will spike a lot and real estate will tank. Guess what I want to happen. ;)
There was a time to buy gold, the 70's the last. I bought for as little as $1C/avp. oz. It may come again.

Even if that were to happen, real estate tanked, it would not matter to me, I would still own it and I could incorporate, as I have to, for less cost.

Of course it was so easy, why is most every other ordinary earner like me broke. Look at what I did all on my own and while paying extortion, I still have Otter Point House and Acres, earned and kept despite the takeovers, inheritance theft and extortion. My real Estate fell up about 200k just the three houses, the Rockcliffe has gone from 1M to 4M but I really do not benefit, rents will be eaten up by Capital Gains Tax to support bums like you I guess. Now you will become a Capitalist Investor and profit from people losing their equity and homes and savings. Bully for you. Man oh man will you hugely show off.
The event of two years ago, in concert with By-Law from Victoria a few months earlier with two Police trucks, they are trying to terrorize as if I am going to be dragged off Carson you liar or fool. DeleteHolding gold is hardly stealing peoples savings. Lending money to governments is not particularly predatory, well unless its the US government's bonds you are buying. ;)
DeleteHolding gold into a recession is just a good idea. Not losing any money is paramount and its likely to hold its value and perhaps increase in value as money and property loses it's.
Russian Government Bonds are perhaps the best bonds on the planet. The entire country is set to survive the west's decline. As well historically they have done very well.
You can but a 1 year bond at just under 7% and a 2 year at just over that number. I actually ran this by Nesbitt Burns, where my money will come from, and they agreed that they were a good investment.
Now I have no need to tie my money up for a year or more, but it is interesting.

Part of your physical symptoms are caused by very high level;s of stress, that serious depression can cause, on your aging body.
