None of your offices were responsible for anything that happened to me until I emigrated from Delta, with a close connection to many people in the City of Vancouver, to Vancouver island.

I had owned and operated Advanced Method Jewelry Manufacturing in Vancouver BC. Do not get it wrong, I worked mostly alone, getting a crew together when I got larger orders, to make real Gold and Silver Jewelry, but it was the really cheap jewelry sold in department stores and boutiques. I could also make difficult to cast pieces of jewelry for Original Artists who carved unique wax models. I was a composing musician as well, practicing and writing extensively.
I am an artist in the medium `` Paper Mache`, `` since 1963. I have a lot of Mache` on line. I also have a lot of Music ``on line`` and even Animated Mache` speaking, set to music I created.
This is what happened before I came to Vancouver Island: There is some resistance I encounter as I work at my Art and Artifice. The first blockades were administratively accomplished by stealing mail and refusing to give me my various benefits which I was entitled to receive within my Sibling Family from inheritance or bequest from the wider Collard and Rugenuis Families or benefits I had done the work to acquire, and I had passed all the tests; I was denied the benefits I was mandated to receive and I had paid for as a result of Academic or Industrial Work.
I have been subjected to a lifetime of seizure of my workplace by misguided doctrinaire misanthropes.
In 1964 I was to receive my Farmer's and Merchant's Trust fund from my paternal Grandfather and buy a small hotel in Fredericton NB. My sociopath Mother declared her authority over me, and took my money. That prevented my having the first workplace I would have created for myself.
I was thrown out of University over my editorship of a tiny, localized on campus, student newspaper. My cooperation, not my satire, was demanded. I refused and Colin B. McKay threw me out of UNB in 1965.
In 1970, I was injured, as a passenger, in an off work car accident. I was ripped off for my out of work insurance and my job I held since 1963, part time when I was in school, and then full time.
If you do not relate to or like this or think it is the past or irrelevant, I will try everything possible to disabuse all civil servants of this widespread failure of reasoning and have the courts litigate against Civil Servant*s intransigence and have public opinion castigate Civil Servants for getting a job and not doing it for me. I cannot be the only person who has had to experience this.
I publish and hope to widely circulate my written condemnation of abdication of responsibility by Civil Servants and Elected Officials who are certainly bound by all the requirements other Civil Employees are bound by.
I had a place of more than just residence in Delta BC where I produced musical and artistic creations and was in contact with the musical community in Vancouver BC. I was to have the permanent rental of the 4000 square foot home. Burrvilla, in greenspace on BC Development Corporation land.
In 1979 a BC Development Corporation Employee ( Mc*****?) fraudulently sold my home to a friend of his, a Mr. Lang for one dollar. I paid $175 per month rent. Lang ruined the woodwork and then gave the house up, there was a lot of maintenance to keep the house up which I had done and Lang could not.
Screwed by malignant discharge of duty by a civil servant again. Previous to this, at the CNR we were Federal Civil Servants when I worked there. Throwing my paperwork, with my records of three region service, my many courses and licensings, in the garbage was done by another civil servant at the CNR eight years earlier.

I have written to Authorities; I have published, in emails, and on the internet, the details pertaining to a number of events as full disclosure, prior entry of evidence and proof of my timely and continuing efforts to remedy damage done to me, my property and to my prospects. I have not ever damaged anyone, not even in response to damage inflicted on me through self declared false allegation nor coupled with declarations of hatred or ethnocentric superiority or administrative authority creating the motivation or conferring the right to trespass, or conferring an exemption from the provisions of the Criminal Code to raid my home or to pick me up out of my house without a valid and within proper jurisdiction judicial warrant or permission.
