My letter to a correspondent: Here a moron there a moron everywhere morons. Never helpful. Always hampering, taking the undeserved whatever you have. Even going to Vancouver to play Harmonica anywhere when I could and sleeping in my car was attacked.

I actually did not pull through. They got me. Ruined my $700 Million 

Music project.

I have figured out the key. Conspiracy can be entered into without 

knowing that you do.

Just having the policy of not telling, not supplying asked for 

information and redaction 

are the static, always happening fourth leg of Conspiracy. 

Whether individual or agency,all of the opposition to me by my 

neighbors and Family was generated by "Hysterical personality defect"

which the Police constantly conspire to use to bring 

about unlawful outcomes for people they do not like.

People liked the 50,000 piecesof Jewelry I manufactured and they 

sure liked what the CNR trains brought them.

People applauded my live performance.

Conspire with me Betty said, don't like him. I hate him. He hates me. 

He hates you. Police responded to this madness. The continuing 

urging of other persons and agencies by the Sooke RCMP to 

"Find something to apprehend Collard for" made my travelling to 

play frightening and dangerous. I also began to experience more 

and more Collapses, Tonic Immobility and Shell Shock. 

When I bemoaned my inability to go anywhere I was 

challenged with"What would you like to do?"

"I would like to be fully practiced up and play lead on 

Harmonica with a well rehearsed band". (Live)

I was told that  should go on line and find a bunch of 

people playing harmonicas" What an idiot!

Here is the punch line: You know how it felt, I imagine

as I do, when you did your lead line in a recording.

Every Live Performance feels like that or at my level 

of skill, even better. All I wanted was that feeling.

Do you think I thought  thoughts of hate like the 

idle unskilled women, my Mother, my Wife, and

the "Woman" next door at Otter Point and at the 

Rockcliffe with the fake 911 calls and "in danger".
