Hysterical Personality Disorder and Fraud. There are Accomplices and Accessories:                     I am unsure how Hysterical Personality

Disorder was substituted for Histrionic Personality Disorder

 

I think that the permissive attitude in our Society towards women which 

allowed Hysterical Personality Disorder or Histrionic Personality Disorder

to be condoned as some sort of right to self determination has empowered people 

who do not think twice and never take responsibility for what they have done.

There are obnoxiously unethical men who have adopted this personality disorder as 

a mode of operation. How can the MALE LAWYER IN THE SUPREME COURT 

defending a criminal conspiracy to present a false accident scenario have me, 

speaking peacefully and according to the Rule of Hansard, in the Supreme Court 

and properly in my turn, surrounded by Sheriffs.

He has "Hysterically" or "Histrionically"  and Manipulatively imagined he could say he was in danger 

and end my Plaintiff  Action.                         ^

My ex-wife imagined she was entitled to everything I had and made up stories 

THAT WERE USED over and over again including then^ . 

There are no time limits on fraud for good reason, it never goes away unless you 

can put it away. 

In addition, another accomplice is defaming and damaging me now. Because Tyler 

Luccies, Lawyer, and Betty Collard or Trixie Dashevesky have a present day 

accomplice who has "Hysterical Personality Disorder" she does not  think she is 

criminally ostracizing me but she is. 

This accomplice is carrying the crime forward, just like Turnham and the 

Alf Toone LLC. Every time Police or Dogcatchers raided me in force, they are

all of them acting as accomplices. 

There are many accessories who, although they were cognizant of the crime 

helped to cover it up, helped to implement a situation where remedy could not be 

obtained or looked the other way Histrionic Personality Disordered .Hysterical Personality 

Disordered Women rule many families, spreading their mental disease so no one in my family 

can recognize the serial wrongdoing which has hampered me unnecessarily.

CRACKING THE LIMITS OF LIFE AND TIME TO OBTAIN A JUST OUTCOME NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TAKES

The main advantage of ultra high IQ is the Total Recall which allows very long complicated tasks to be accomplished. I can keep at something for decades longer than other people can and I do not ever forget anything I discovered. The multi track mind is capable of an enhanced correlative ability. Why are none like me working with the Green Party? (Or for Men?)

Are you sure that, the Green Party for instance, selects leaders and creates policy based on rational understanding? Why when I have a complex understanding of Environmental Damage or Trespass or Hysterical Personality Disorder driven Defamation Trespass and Fraud perpetrated against me are there no leaders nor their staff who understand or is it Attention Span Deficit?

There are no time limits on Fraud. Many damaging actions have a fraudulent component. The loss of money does not go away, there are additional losses caused by the Theft or Diversion or Extortion in that making money, for myself, and many other persons, requires having money to be able to even travel to find suitable work, particularly for a disabled person like myself. 

There has not ever been any significant earning for me for more than five decades except for when I had money to invest. The appreciation of value of the limited assets I was left with the funds to purchase (which created savings or modest earnings)  Primarily,those investments have provided large Capital Gains.  

I have not ever lost a dime properly investing but in a few years the Hysterical Personalities in my Family cost me $ 2 Million or more of losses. The Hysterical Personalities who lived nearly near my Rockcliffe Apartments and their Accomplices and Accessories stopped my Multi Apartment Acquisition Business dead in its tracks. "We are going to bankrupt him and his Ferrari" they said and called the Victoria Police. They had to come to the ''not my parking lot". It was their right to roll in from a block away and be IN DANGER. CALL 911 right away!

Research should discover other ways to link legal action taken now with the actions of criminals perpetrated long ago which the Crown does not forgive.

There is an underemphasis on forcing those who are accomplices or accessories to a crime to remedy the damage which has been done by the criminals, the accomplices or accessories aided in or helped to conceal their crimes. In my research, the crimes which are of interest to me are Financial Crimes, Defamation and False Accusation and Trespass.

When financial crimes are committed, if the money has not been returned, the crime persists.

When environmental damage is done it persists.

WHEN DEFAMATION AND  FALSE ACCUSATION ARE COMMUNICATED TO THE POLICE THE FALSE ( FRAUDULENT) CHARACTERIZATION IS CULTIVATED AND THE MISINFORMATION PERSISTS.

WHEN A FINANCIAL CRIME IS CARRIED OUT THROUGH THE USE OF FRAUD THE LOSS OF FUNDS PERSISTS.

THAT IS WHY THERE ARE NO TIME LIMITS ON PROSECUTION FOR FRAUD AND LITIGATION TO RECOVER LOSSES SHOULD ALSO BE ABLE TO BE UNDERTAKEN NOW. EVEN IF THE MAIN ACTOR IS UNKNOWN OR DEAD THE ACCOMPLICES AND ACCESSORIES ARE  KNOWN AND SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.

LAW GAME WINNERS- TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY LOSERS

ONCE AGAIN THE PROBABILITY OF EVIDENCE AND THE DIAGNOSIS OF INJURY INDICATE THAT I HAVE A TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY AND SHELL SHOCK. LAW OFFICERS WANT TO WIN SO THEY IGNORE EVIDENCE OF BRAIN INJURY AND SWAYBACK AND TONIC IMMOBILITY TO WIN! THEY MAKE UP STORIES AND RAID MY HOME AND THIS IS REALLY BAD FOR ME. 

TONIC IMMOBILITY, COLLAPSE IMMOBILITY, SHELL SHOCK AND SWAYBACK MAY REQUIRE A PHYSICAL COMPONENT IN THE INJURY.

The classic wartime Shell Shock Victim has likely been subjected to detonations nearby damaging his brain if not to other physical blows to the body and head. 

In cases of Tonic Immobility, childhood abuse is said to be a factor. The unsupported position one finds one self in is a factor as a child or later as an adult. Are blows to the body and head a factor? My childhood abuse was facilitated by a great number of blows to the head, wrenches of the neck and back and by throwing adult weight onto me as I lay supine.

IN MY CASE, AN  ACCIDENT PERPETRATOR'S INDEMNIFYING AGENCY WHICH  

IS TO ADJUDICATE  AND PAY TO REMEDY THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCIDENT OR 

INSTANCE OF NEGLIGENCE WILL CONTACT POLICE TO TRY TO DISCREDIT ME AND  

THUS ESCAPE HAVING TO PAY A JUST COMPENSATION FOR THE LOSS I AM SUFFERING.

THERE ARE ALSO TRESPASSERS AND INTIMIDATING  UNWARANTED INTERVENORS WHO WHEN THEY ARE ORDERED TO LEAVE OR DESIST FROM THEIR BEHAVIOR WILL CALL POLICE AND MAKE A HYSTERICAL CLAIM THAT THEY ARE IN DANGER FROM MYSELF WHO WILL NOT ENTER ONTO OTHER PERSONS PROPERTY AND WHO IS VIRTUALLY PARALYZED.

The Police Officer is looking for a win. A successful investigation, raid and prosecution will be an aid to future promotion. Of course this means that I will be punished with fines or imprisonment INSTEAD OF RECEIVING THE COMPENSATION OR ANY PROTECTION. 

There has been the cost of hiring a lawyer or a large amount of work for me to do to learn how to defend against a charge AND I WANT TO PROSECUTE ANY FALSE COMPLAINANT. I have not been convicted in any of the four instances when this was done to strike back at me a badly crippled Citizen. I HAVE NOT BEEN ALLOWED TO LITIGATE EFFECTIVELY AGAINST NOR PROSECUTE ANY FALSE COMPLAINANT. I am defeated by  the *Law Officers' cronyism and ironclad self interest.

ALL OF THE LAWYERS ARE IN THE SAME BUSINESS PROMOTIONAL AND PROTECTION LAW MONOPOLY.

ALL OF THE LAW OFFICERS, LAWYERS, JUDGES, POLICE, BY-LAW OFFICERS, SHERIFFS AND OUR ELECTED POLITICIANS SEEM TO BE IN THE ONE AND ONLY SAME PROTECTION AND FACILITATION CIRCLE. 

In addition the Crown will keep prejudicial records of the arrest whether the citizen whom the Police Officer is having a "win" on is guilty or not guilty.

OTHER PEOPLE WILL FIND OUT ABOUT THIS AND JUMP ON THE BANDWAGON WHICH MAKES ME LOOK REALLY BAD AND DANGEROUS AS MANY HYSTERICALLY DERANGED PERSONS WILL DRAMATIZE THEIR FABRICATED DANGER AND NEED FOR ACTION AGAINST ME, LAYING THERE PARALYZED.

THERE WILL BE POLICE AT MY DOOR WITHOUT A WARRANT, NOT NECESSARY, THEY HAVE BEEN HYSTERALICIZED.

LAWYERS ARE SO VAIN AND SELF INTERESTED THAT A RESOLUTION TO LITIGATION MUST INCLUDE "WINS" FOR BOTH LAWYERS AND MOST CRIMINAL CHARGES ARE DISPOSED OF BY PLEAS WHICH HAVE THE SAME EFFECT I BELIEVE. 

LAWYERS PREFER TO OR EXCLUSIVELY AVOID COMBATIVE LITIGATION AND WANT TO MAKE A BACK ROOM DEAL TO SETTLE THE LITIGATION.

THUS ANY DEFAMATION HYSTERICALLY CREATED TO ESCAPE LIABILITY WILL GO UNCHALLENGED AND BECOME A NEGATIVE INFERENCE AGAINST THE HONORABLE AND DAMAGED PLAINTIFF.

My ex-wife declared she was unhappy, I had to go. This was her last chance "to get money". She was going to have a big win and my losing everything would not be enough she "wanted me in jail or on the street". Enhancing her "win" would be my total loss.

THE GUILT

MOTHER RAILED AT ME:

"I AM NO GOOD" SHE SAID, "ANDREW IS NO GOOD".

THAT WAS CORRECT, MY MOTHER AND MY BROTHER WERE STEALING MY MAIL. MY POOR OLD UNCLE ALBERT, ALL ALONE AT 76 YEARS OLD LIKE I AM NOW, WOULD THINK I WAS IGNORING HIM. THEY WENT TO WORK GETTING HIM TO CHANGE HIS WILL AS THEY DID TO MY AUNT, OR IT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS CHANGED AFTER IT WAS PUBLISHED. 

EITHER MY WIFE OR MY MOTHER HAD STOLEN MY MAIL. THEY WERE HIDING THE WILL, A $2,000,000. INHERITANCE FROM MY UNCLE ALBERT. NOTICE HAD BEEN SENT BY MAIL EITHER HERE OR TO MY MOTHER'S ADDRESS. THEY THOUGHT IT WOULD NOT BE "GOOD FOR ME TO KNOW, I WOULD NOT TRY HARD ENOUGH'' DITZ CONTROLLED ANDREW SAID. THEY, AND MY SISTER, SISTER IN LAW AND MY EX WIFE WERE VERY BAD. THEY WERE "NO GOOD".

THEY TOOK EVERY PENNY IN THE END!

I DID NOT GET A CENT AND STILL I WAS IN DEBT TO THEM THEY FELT OVER THE EARNINGS THEY WERE KEEPING FROM THE "TAKEDOWN" OF MYSELF IN 1984.

HOW I GO FROM BAD TO WORSE THROUGH MULTIPLE SHELLSHOCK COLLAPSES AND/OR CONVULSIONS.

MY DIARIES ARE ACCURATELY DATED.

I could not say that I was fit in 2015,when the latest series of collapses flared up and froze me into Tonic Immobility and Spasm. 

I was barely able to tolerate or be capable of going to a doctor's appointment or of going shopping in Victoria. I would be wrecked for several of the following days. I had to lay down most of the time for two days to be able to drive to Victoria and do one errand. 

I was not able to be comfortable at the Rockcliffe Apartment Building I owned where I had been subjected to Police raids, and armed trespass where trespassers brought armed Police on to my property with them. This is Insane and it terrorizes me. 

A twelve person, not enforcement, occupation of my property, an Atco Fencing Co.and Alf TooneLLC mob had invaded my parking lot in 2001 in Victoria BC and they would not stop fencing my property off from the Park I bought The Rockcliffe  on account of. They would not leave either when I ordered them to "Get off of my Property". I phoned Victoria Police, the only time in my entire life I have phoned Police, I did not want to be fenced like a prison camp. The Police refused to stop them. That is terrifying and it causes Chronic Tonic Immobility. This bad experience happened in 2001.  

THIS IS A LIST OF SOME COLLAPSES:

1993: I told my Doctor Prendergast that the first of the bouts of Virtual Paralysis which did not occur after an accident was when my ex-wife scratched at my eyes and threatened with Police.

I had thought that when Betty or Trixie jumped at me said I was involved with cocaine and scratched at my eyes that I had lost my footing on some plastic pop bottles that were in the hallway.

Unbeknownst to myself at the time and for some time, I had a Tonic Immobility Collapse not a slip and fall on pop bottles.

2001:

Was this before or after the other 2001 Collapse?

I WAS FINDING OUT THAT MY INHERITANCES HAD BEEN SACKED.

MY EX WIFE WAS ALSO TRYING TO GET MY MOTHER TO LEAVE MY FATHER'S MONEY TO HER, TRIXIE DASHEVSKY.

I COMPLAINED THE ONLY WAY I COULD WITHOUT GOING TO ANDREW'S HOUSE, BY PHONE MESSAGE WHICH I DIARIZED.

ANDREW DROVE IN HERE, WITHOUT PHONING, HE DROVE HIS TRUCK ALONG THE STRIP OF LAWN BESIDE MY DRIVEWAY TEARING IT UP. HE KICKED HENRY DOG AND WHEN I OPENED THE DOOR  ANDREW COLLARD RUSHED IN FOLLOWING ME INTO MY KITCHEN AND IMMEDIATELY HIT ME IN THE CHEST WITH A TAI CHI BLOW. HE, STEALING MY MONEY WAS GOING TO CALL POLICE AND SAY I WAS HARASSING HIM. I COLLAPSED.

SUMMER 2009:

THERE WERE OTHER COLLAPSES, ONE THAT PERSISTED FOR A WHILE HAPPENED IN 2009 WHEN PAUL DRUMMOND CAME DUST CLOUDING IN TO HERE TO ORDER ME TO NOT PRACTICE WHILE HE HAD HIS HOME LISTED A HALF KILOMETRE AWAY FROM HERE.

WHEN PAUL DRUMMOND, PLUMBER FROM AMANDA PLACE SAW MY QUAD HE SAID "THAT QUAD IS YOURS AND YOU ARE GROWING MARIJUANA UP TUGWELL CREEK ROAD." "I AM GOING TO GET THE POLICE". 

I COLLAPSED WHEN HE MADE THIS THREAT AND I DEGENERATED INTO A MORE  DETERIORATED CONDITION THAN I HAD BEEN IN FOR YEARS. I HAD BEEN ABLE TO QUAD AND I COULD WALK BUT NOT FOR LONG. WALKING WOULD DISABLE ME FOR DAYS AFTER I DID IT.  

A CHRONOLOGICAL LIST OF SOME RECENTLY OCCURRING COLLAPSES:

NOVEMBER 2015:

In November of 2015 I had to go to the Rockcliffe. I entered and I heard the malfunctioning hall pressurization unit so I went to the Electrical Room to turn it off. As I left the electrical room I felt the shuddering breath and I began to experience some back twisting and then I had a Reprise Tonic Immobility Collapse.

I caught myself before I collapsed right down to the floor, but this desperate action wrenches and injures the spine or back muscles.

I immediately (I can feel it in my neck now) headed for my car, parked where I could get to it ten feet from the Utility Door at the East side of the Rockcliffe. I was in a similar position to the one I was in when the twelve people occupied my parking lot and I then, as I did in 2001, collapsed right down into a ball on the ground. I was upright but particularly on the left with all of my joints overstretched. It is like being a contortionist.

As I got into my car I collapsed right down to the pavement on the left side just like I did in 2001.

THESE COLLAPSES OCCURRED IN SOOKE I KNOW IT WAS AROUND THE SAME TIME:

WINTER OR SPRING 2016:

I was driving down a deserted Otter Point Road, as recorded in my diaries, when a Flag Person jumped out and waved me down.

I noticed that no work was going on so I opened my sun roof, laying at a 135* angle in my seat, I politely asked to pass through as no work was going on. The flag Lady was chatting and laughing with the construction crew stopped and parking along otter Point Road right at the Sooke to Otter Point Boundary.

The flag person dropped her flag and I started to go ahead but she was not dropping the flag so as to obey the Law but she was breaking the Law by photographing me in my car without my permission but to cause Police trouble based on Bullshit once again from a Female Supremacist.

THEN TEN LABORERS RUSHED OUT FROM SITTING AROUND BY THE ROAD BRANDISHING AXES AND CROWBARS.

I AM LUCKY TO HAVE GOTTEN AWAY FROM THEM THANKS TO ALREADY HAVING STARTED WHEN THE FLAG WAS DROPPED WHICH WAS UNLAWFULLY USED TO STOP TRAFFIC. I have a DOT A book certification from the 1960's, I know this.

I HAD A FULL CONVULSION LAYING ON MY CAR SEAT AT 135* SO I DID NOT FALL.

THE CONVULSION IS VIOLENT AND DAMAGING AND LEAVES ME PARALYZED.

THE STUPID FLAG WOMAN FROM VICTORIA TRAFFIC SERVICES HAS ME TERRIFIED ABOUT DRIVING AGAIN.

I contacted Sooke Village Employees who thought this was funny.

I contacted Sooke Mayor Maja Tait, a lawyer's wife, and she tried to provoke a statement she could use to complain to Police about me. This behavior terrorizes and paralyzes me.

WINTER OR SPRING 2016:

Shortly after the Otter Point Road threatening behavior and collapse, a female clerk made a mathematical error and said I had "the most horrible look on my face that she had ever seen". Yes I guess that was what my face looks like as I was horrified as I experienced another Collapse.

I complained to her boss in email after he did not answer the phone number he gave me and he replied with an email WHICH DEFAMES ME TO POLICE and says he was in contact with Police about me and he has the Police on to me again, and is creating more of My False History.

I think I thus became more and more paralyzed.

FURTHERMORE, THEY DID NOT HAVE LAWFUL CAUSE TO LODGE THE BULK OF THE COMPLAINTS AGAINST ME EVEN IF THEY HAD ANY VALIDITY. 

WHEN THE TWO POLICE TRUCKS AND THREE WHAT WERE THE OTHER TWO? CADETS, CAME HERE, I WAS IN THE SHOWER WHEN I HEARD THE POUNDING OF THEIR TRYING TO KICK MY FRONT DOOR IN. I WENT TO TAKE A  LOOK OUTSIDE. THE LAST CONVULSION I REMEMBER RIGHT NOW HAPPENED AS I PASSED THE ROCKLIFFE IN MY CAR ON THE WAY TO AN UNNECESSARY MEDICAL PROTOCOL VISIT ORDERED BY KRISTIE JACOBS. I HAD BEEN CHASED OFF OF MY HOME AT THE ROCKCLIFFE OR I WOULD HAVE DRIVEN THERE EARLY BEFORE RUSH HOUR AND SLEPT UNTIL THE TIME OF MY APPOINTMENT ACROSS THE STREET.

INSTEAD I HAD TO DRIVE FROM SOOKE AND I GOT INTO A (POSTED) ONE HOUR DELAY MAKING THE TRIP TAKE ONE HOUR AND FIFTY MINUTES, TOO LONG FOR ME TO TOLERATE AND AS I PASSED THE ROCKLIFFE, I HAVE THE IMAGE BURNED IN TO MY MEMORY, I COLLAPSED OR HAD A SEIZURE AND AS A RESULT, MY LEFT ARM STOPPED WORKING PROPERLY AMONG OTHER SYMPTOMS DIARIZED AND EMAILED TO EVERY RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITY.
