I WAS FULLY EQUIPPED TO START A JEWELRY MANUFACTURING BUSINESS WHEN I MOVED TO OTTER POINT IN 1980.

I had 12 boxes of inexpensive Gold Rings. Jewelry Retailers regularly purchased Jewelry like this for resale. I had hundreds of Silver rings and coins. Everything which was cheap commercial 10K Jewelry was ready to sell. I had the Gold and Silver to continue manufacturing and all of the equipment and a new Expensive Jewelry Line in Wax Models, Rubber Molds, and as Gold Prototypes. 

I owed $30,000 on the property in a time of excessively high interest rates. I had Thirty to Forty thousand dollars, (because the gold price was up), of gold and silver inventory to sell, and 500 ounces of Silver and 250 grams of Gold, which could kick start an enterprise where I would employ people or at least myself. Gold and silver had been inexpensive when I started to cast and sell jewelry. With the new high prices, I would have to possess gold and silver to start.

There was no other work available, logging was slowing down, there were only a few jobs in Sooke. 

When I arrived in Sooke BC, unbeknownst to me, the neighbors did not want to lose their ``LOGGER CULTURE`` and they did not want me `Yuppie`,  (young urban professional). No ``Yuppies`` were to be allowed to live here despite the fact that THE TREES WERE ALL GONE. The angry Rednecks had chopped down all the trees and drugged, drank and Trucked.

IRRATIONALLY THE REDNECKS WHO HAD LOST THEIR LUCRATIVE LOGGING JOBS BLAMED US THE NEWCOMERS.

I HAVE TRULY HAD A BELLYFUL OF DAMNED ETHNOCENTRIC DISCRIMINATION. I AM ALWAYS, IT SEEMS, A MINORITY OF ONE. 

MY INVENTORY WAS STOLEN, THE HOUSE WAS BURNT WITH MY FACTORY IN IT. I HAVE NOT YET RE-ESTABLISHED ANY JEWELRY MANUFACTURING AND SALES. I HAVE THE EQUIPMENT AGAIN BUT I AM SO CRIPPLED BY THE DAMNED ATTACKS OF THE UNDERCLASS INCLUDING POLICE THAT I CANNOT DO IT NOR CAN I DO MY ART, MY MUSIC AND MY VIDEOGRAPHY.

There was a wall of trees on the town side of my property between my property and the rest of the world. There were two homesteads farther up the dirt road. You could not even see my house from all but one of the redneck's houses which overlooked my house from a distance of about 700 feet.

Looking East around the side of the first house, the meadow looked much like this. It was a brilliant warm sunny day when I took possession of my first piece of land. The grass was long and soft and brown from the sun, stretching out to the top of the hill on the North and up to a  copse of Fir on the East. This field does not exist anymore, it was scooped up and trucked off to be sold by Ron Shambrooke. All the topsoil was taken.

Unbelievably a thin stream of water shot into the air where the well house is now and I thought there was City Water but it was a capped and taped up Artisan well that was squirting into the air. I can feel how thrilled I was

The case could be made that various crimes were committed in more than one state by more than one person. The weapon was proxy purchased for Kyle Rittenhouse by Dominic Black in a different state than where Kyle killed two people. Dominic must be going to face charges too. Ammunition was transported from Maine where practice shooting was done if I have correctly assessed what the News Reports documented.

HERE IS AN EXAMPLE. IN 1997 MY CAR WAS STRUCK BY A PICKUP TRUCK DRIVING ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD.

The truck weighed less than my car and we stuck in place right where we collided. That means the truck was going faster than my car. I made 95% in University Physics, I know.

I arrived at ICBC to be screamed at but the most important crazy screaming by Bink Loftgren was this: "Yew were going 85 miles an hour when you hit him. There were 175 feet  of skid marks as well"she said. How fast was the pre skid speed OOOHH AH OOOH . OH YEAH, GOING CRAZY ON ME. The RCMP has no oversight, as a matter of fact they submitted a false accident report aligned with the CRAZY CRAZY CRAZY WOMAN BINK LOFTGREN'S  MAD RAVING! 

I HAD MY TOYOTA PICKUP TRUCK DELIVERING THE TANGLE OF DISUSED ITEMS AT THE ROCKCLIFFE. THE ALF TOONE CORPORATION WOMEN CALLED THE VICTORIA POLICE, LORD KNOWS WHAT THEY MADE UP, AS I WAS AT OTTER POINT. POLICE ALWAYS ASSUME IT IS MY BAD SO THEY THOUGHT I WAS HIDING FROM THEM SO THEY WROTE MY TRUCK OFF THE ROAD A FEW DAYS LATER. I HURT, I ALWAYS LACK A PICKUP TRUCK. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANOTHER PICKUP TRUCK AND I COULD USE ONE REALLY A LOT HERE.

My ex-wife was dependent upon me to earn each and every dollar which supported her and the three children. I have to be prudent and parsimonious to accomplish this task. My ex-wife said to me " You are so cheap you do not want to pay interest and make payments. You are going to have to pay interest and make payments." Interest payments always had to be avoided by persons in as fragile a financial position as I was. Worse, interest rates were 17% to 23%. I would not be able to pay the payments on the amounts Betty wanted me to borrow again and again without having no money for myself and poorly funded children, but I was extorted into paying. Betty, or Trixie was so dumb,evil, or hateful that she would have me take money away from supporting her and my children and give the money to creditors when at the moment I owed nothing, but I had nothing but my house; I had no furniture, no clothes, no shoes, and a $500 car, probably smashed by other people, scratched, and dented.

!. Was the attack against my doing my Art, Writing and Music an attack prompted by my Mother's rejection of Art or was it all just greed?

2. Was I attacked because I was the only independent man in what was left of the Collard and Rugenius Family contacts? My Father was shaking and afraid to speak at his home. Mother ruled and you never knew what would motivate her punishment so you can't do anything or say anything. Norman Phillion  my Sister's husband was like my Father, crushed. My brother Andrew was entirely ruled by his wife Francine; he said `` When the Women want something, put your tail between your legs and slink off``. 

3. There is a submissive men`s mental disease created by relentlessly dominating women. When the submissive males act to perform damaging criminal acts on behalf of Ruling Women, that is bad.

Disabled not compensated means that the minute I am smashed in an accident I stop all productive activity. There has to be an alternative pay day when all of yours are terminated by injury.

CHEST COMPRESSION

PEOPLE AT THE TRAVIS CURTIS CRUSH EXPERIENCED AN INABILITY TO BREATHE.

That is what happens during the Seizures I experience when I am subjected to the various stimuli that cause either Collapse or Convulsion. I experience their description of how they are not able to get a breath, coupled with severe rigidization of the chest, and sometimes other muscle systems.

I know that the Tonic Immobility Collapses can cause a Virtual Paralysis that lasts for months or years. I am not sure whether the effects of Convulsion or Spasm or the Seizures aforementioned are long lasting. It is likely that a thorough research of my Daily Diary of Condition and Activity would reveal what happened after some of the Convulsion episodes.

I sold it in 1978 and bought this property at Otter Point one year later.

Shortly after August of 1979 I began to work on the unfinished and looted house and I did not really leave the house except to get building materials, varnish and paint. I worked on the house every day until June 20 1980. Somehow bad stories began to circulate about me without my ever knowing any of the local residents. 

That is far enough with this line of commentary. This Post is about my actual relationship with the only Police I had ever talked to after May of 1974 when the factory was established after I had been almost entirely at home for 4 years.

The Vancouver Police Robbery Squad came to AMJ asking about whether someone could have made a stolen chain he had. I told them to get a loupe and look at the trademarks and that the chain was made on machines only run in Italy.

Full disclosure: The owner of the building where I had the factory called the Police. I  had struck the wall made of`Hooper Plywood, thin fiberboard, which was installed over the real walls, and it cracked. I said I would fix it. Police left and I glued up the cracks and pulled and pushed the paneling back into place.

WHEN A VANCOUVER POLICEMAN BECAME A DETECTIVE HE WANTED A REAL GOLD BADGE. I TOLD HIM THAT IF HE WENT TO THE BANK AND BOUGHT A PURE GOLD INGOT I COULD LAWFULLY RECAST THE INGOT AS THE BADGE HE WANTED. I MADE A RUBBER MOLD OF HIS BADGE AND INJECTED WAX AND CAST IT.

I CHARGED FOR FACTORY SERVICE  AND GAVE HIM THE MOLD. I SAID YOU ARE A POLICE OFFICER AND YOU CANNOT LET ANYONE ELSE HAVE YOUR BADGE MOLD WITHOUT YOUR BEING THERE. YOU CAN BUY WAX NUMBERS I TOLD HIM, AND THEY CAN REPLACE YOUR NUMBERS SO AS MANY OFFICERS AS SO WISH TO CAN HAVE BADGES CAST IN ANY LAWFULLY USED AND POSSESSED METAL. ANY  UNLICENSED CASTER COULD CLEAN AND MELT BROKEN OR UNWANTED JEWELRY AND LAWFULLY CAST A BADGE.  

How on Earth can the RCMP listen to gossip that is intended to damage me and disparage my reputation without contacting me or anyone in Manpower and Immigration Canada or at the Bank of Nova Scotia or in the Vancouver PD?

THE FAUX DISGRUNTLEMENT

This side had a wrinkled  rear quarter panel. Rusty scrapes and scratches covered the car.  The front passenger side had a fender crunchie and the rear bumper, quarter panel and trunk were stove in.

 REMEMBER BEING PLEASANT, POLITE AND SMILING DESPITE MY INSOLVENCY.

I HAD LOST EVERY POSSESSION IN THE ARSON IN 1980 AND I HAD NOT BY 1988  ACQUIRED PROPER CLOTHES OR SHOES.

I HAD BEEN AN UNPAID SLAVE UNDER THE CONTROL OF MY WIFE SINCE 1981.

I WAS SITTING IN A SMASHED RUSTY 1967 BUICK WARMING IT UP AND SMILING.

MY WIFE ERUPTED OUT OF THE HOUSE, DRAGGING TWO KIDS WITH HER. MY WIFE SAID "YOU ARE ALL SMILING AND HAPPY AND I AM NOT! I AM GOING TO WIPE THE SMILE OFF OF YOUR FACE."

I HAD NOTHING TO SMILE ABOUT BUT I WAS GETTING READY FOR THE ROAD, PLANNING TO DRIVE CALM. HAPPY AND NOT AGITATED.

IT WAS SHE WHO WAS DISGRUNTLED BUT IN ORDER TO CONTINUE TO DISPOSSESS ME SHE WOULD SAY I WAS DISGRUNTLED TO THE DEGREE THAT I MIGHT "FLY OFF THE HANDLE" AND FLARE UP INTO UNCONTROLLABLE VIOLENCE; THIS WAS A FALSE DECLARATION WHICH SHE BOASTED TO ME THAT SHE HAD MADE TO THE RCMP.

THE RCMP SHOULD KNOW BETTER THAN TO SPREAD UNPROVEN, COUNTERFACTUAL LIES BUT THEY DO AS A PART OF THE STANDING CONSPIRACY TO OBSTRUCT JUSTICE THROUGH COLLUSION AND OTHER UNLAWFUL ENABLING OF SOME DEMOGRAPHICS AND THEIR  ACTING PUNITIVELY TOWARDS OTHER DEMOGRAPHICS LI
