POLICE RAID AND OCCUPY HOMES AND LOCATIONS IN OVERWHELMING NUMBERS, DECLARING THAT  THEY ARE IN DANGER, THEY HAVE TO TERRORIZE US.

THERE IS ANOTHER ATROCIOUS USE OF "CHICKEN".  POLICE WOULD HAVE TO BE SENT TO SOMEONE'S HOME OR PROPERTY BECAUSE A PERSON, ALMOST INVARIABLY A WOMAN, WHO WAS NOT RESIDENT THERE WAS FEARFUL OF THE RESIDENT WITH WHOM THEY HAD NO CONTACT EVER OR ONLY THE CONTACT  INITIATED BY TRESPASSING OR FAKE 911 SWATTING THE RESIDENT.

POLICE COMPLAINED IN THE FOI'd RCMP FILES I GOT ABOUT THEM STALKING ME ON MY PROPERTY AND BEING UNABLE TO OBSERVE ANY ACTIVITY DUE TO THICK TREES. SO GO AWAY THEN. 

NOTE: A thorough search of the back issues of the Sooke Mirror would reveal Police promoting calling them to respond over not only not dangerous activity or persons, but also to call them to interfere in  non- criminal activity with some writings by the Sooke RCMP members exhibiting unlawful prejudice against the disadvantaged and encouraging actions contrary to their wellbeing.

 

THE POLICE GROOMED NEUROTIC WOMEN AND ENCOURAGED CALLS FOR BY-LAW ENFORCEMENT. POLICE WOULD RESPOND AT CERTAIN TIMES OR  BYLAW OFFICERS WOULD TRESPASS, ENTERING ON TO PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHOUT A WARRANT. THEY ARE "CHICKEN" SO THEY FELT THEY NEEDED SIGNIFICANT ARMED PROTECTION CONSTANTLY REQUESTING A POLICE ESCORT FROM THE PROVINCIAL SWAT TEAM.

WHEN SWAT WOULD NOT TRIP OUT HERE OVER FEAR, SOOKE RCMP OR CRD OFFICIALS WOULD GATHER A GANG OF POLICE WANNABIES AND NEW DUMB RECRUITS AND THEY WOULD RAID.

THERE IS SOMETHING STRANGELY TWISTEDLY TERRIFYING ABOUT ANGRY MORONS, WHIPPED INTO FEAR-HATE CARRYING GUNS AND CLUBS, IF THEY WERE NOT GUNSLINGERS. ALL OF THEM WERE "CHICKEN", INCLUDING GUNSLINGERS IN FORCE ALL AFTER ONLY ME AT HOME, IN FORCE, BECAUSE THEY ARE "CHICKEN".

THERE ARE MEN WHO ARE NOT "CHICKEN" WHO COULD DO THE JOB EFFICENTLY IN LOW NUMBERS AND NOT SURLY AND PISSED OFF BECAUSE THEY ARE "CHICKEN"AND THEIR FEAR MAKES THEM ANGRY SO THEY TERRORIZE CITIZENS SO THEY FEEL THE FEAR.

REAL BAD FASCIST ASSES

PEOPLE WHO THINK OF THEMSELVES AS BEING AN OPRESSED MINORITY WILL BECOME FASCISTS AS THEY OUTNUMBER A SINGLE VICTIM AND INVOKE STATE AND ECONOMIC FORCES AGAINST OPPONENTS.

Often, the definition of what an organization really is is overlooked on behalf of deference to the individuals involved in the group which if it is connected to moral authority, Police power, the economic ability to ruin victims and the use of corperate style legal action is functioning Fascism. All of the Faces, components of a fascist enterprise or country,  were represented when the directors of a subsidized housing corporation used Police, Municipal Government, Provincial Government, legal action (failed), economic pressure and disenfranchisement to shut down my business and evict all my tenants by remote control from a block away mostly using their phones. I saw the look of triumph on her face as a director phoned 911. The Female Supremacist Authoritarian Interventionists believe they cannot be opposed but they can be opposed and should be with all the power of the laws protecting property ownership.

Alf Toone Directors were heard by my renovation crewmen saying "We are going to bankrupt him and his Ferrari". Criminal Intent was declared, this was a serious and credible threat which the directors of the Alf Toone Corporation acted on committing numerous criminal offences against myself.

 

The Alf Toone Directors contacted  my Insurance Companies and Mortgage Companies They got my Insurance cancelled but I have a letter condemning them from my Mortgage Company. The underclass agitators here at Otter Point also used members of their group with connectioins to government employees and knowledge of how to defame a victim to create a Toxic Enforcement Environment at my home as the Alf Toone Directors did at the Rockcliffe. There has also been Enforcement sent here to Otter Point by them for twenty years.

Alf Toone directors and Atco Fencing employees arrived in force, 12 of them once, as thugs, just like the Nazi's, the Italian and Hungarian fascists did.

THE OBJECTIONABLE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PECKING ORDER WHICH PURPORTS TO SUPERSEDE MY SOLE OWNERSHIP OF AND FREEDOM TO USE MY PROPERTY.

The Queen coined the latinesque term " Annus Horriblis " to describe a bad year in her life.

There is quite a bit of work to do at the old burned house site as trees have overgrown the site and vines are attacking and will kill and fell large trees.

I was assessing what I would do and how the person I hire will work at felling the trees. I had already arranged to have a local forester come to cut vines.

The Kawasaki 650 cc Quad is quite loud, I am sure I could be heard driving on the trail and on the old driveway and I was and will be on my own property.

I slowly parted some hanging tree branches and gingerly ducked and crawled up onto my apron approaching but not entering on to the shoulder of Otter Point Road. I looked out, huge trucks occasionally thunder past, I am careful!  I shrugged off a hanging branch and right in front of me, actually on my property there was a woman walking by.

I EMERGED FROM MY BUSH ON MY APRON,  AND A LOCAL WOMAN PASSERBY REACTED AS IF I WAS DOING SOMETHING WRONG.

I said "This is my property and I am coming out to take a look."

Other people would carp and whine when  I declare that the road was actually supposed to be about 20 feet farther south, not curving onto my property but the Dick Dixon rushed out and put a fence up on the road allowance. The Hyways Foreman said they would straighten it out but here she was actually on my property and the Woman Passerby is unhappy with me for driving up and looking out from my property. 

The female passerby said nothing, not even Hello or you surprised me, just looked at me with a horrible expression on her face. If we were on her property I wonder what she would do or if I had driven off of public property or Crown land or someone elses land or how many scenarios would involve her calling the Police.

Postscript: I cannot comprehend the furor surrounding one colloquialism after another when a Racial or Ethnic group is named or referred to. Religious congregants were once referred to contemptuously by persons who disagreed with their beliefs or their tactics as a sectarian group. Now most of those epithits would generate a furor. Why are all the epithits against Men still OK?

CALL ME ANYTHING JUST DON'T CALL 911 ON ME TO THE POLICE

Even that might not be enough to keep a man safe from Police brutality and beauracratic abuse.

Most of the names that men are called, and certainly myself, are names that could trigger or enable a Police response against myself and other men as well. Or is it the case that Women's commonly used slurs and denigration  are used by Police to respond against Men and certainly against me. 

The Canard and Offence of Women and Agency Men who are Pussy as well I guess, the crime created by getting into conflict with a Man and then expressing fear to Police has to be punished as I see the crime in the Criminal Code with up to fourteen years in jail so I can feel and be safe from arbitrary and falsely contrived Police intervention and rest and sleep in my home.

                                                      

WHITE ON WHITE

BLACK MEN ARE ASSAULTED BY POLICE. POLICE WILL ALLEGE THEY WERE ASSAULTED OR ARREST WAS RESISTED AND THE VICTIM HAS TO FIGHT OFF SPURIOUS CHARGES AND IS UNABLE TO PROGRESS LEGAL ACTION OF ANY KIND AGAINST THE POLICE.

Color photos are more vivid and revealing than Black and White Photos and a White and White Photo could be so pale and obscure as to defy comprehension.

Black men are very obviously black. In White on White discrimination it does seem that insiders in the enforcement and judicial convocation and their associates and friends create a similar impediment to other citizen's actions as are deployed against Black Men and Black Women where the Law community is favorable to Whites and unfavorably treats Blacks. All that one has to be here in the Victoria area on Vancouver Island is without connection to the Enforcement and Judicial Convocation to be treated like the Blacks are.

The physical damage which is perpretrated is purported to be a necessary and a lawful part of Police work or it is created through damaging handling and incarceration procedures. 

The White on White photo of what was done to me as I was virtually Painted Black is not vivid and dramatic. I was subjected to stress positions and cold and unventilsted conditions and an arrogant and defiant of law series of trespasses and false imprisonments. The other invisible but always present disconcertion and creator of Hyper-Vigalence is that anyone can make something up and the Police will come crashing in with overwhelming numbers and threatening posture kicking at the doors of my home to get in at me.

POLICE FROM OTHER CITIES WOULD LAY SPURIOUS AND PIFFLING CHARGES TO HELP A "FRIEND" IN THE LAW CONVOCATION AND I WOULD BE DRAGGED OFF, ONCE FOR FIVE DAYS. THIS IS A MORE SUBTLE AND LESS VISIBLE WAY OF JEOPARDIZING MY SAFETY: UNATTENDED, MY PROPERTY AND GOODS ARE IN DANGER OF THEFT OR DAMAGE, I SUFFER INCONVENIENCE, DISCOMFORT AND FINANCIAL LOSS AND MY REPUTATION IS DAMAGED PUTTING ME IN MORE JEOPARDY AND MAKING REMEDY IMPOSSIBLE. 

PAINT ME BLACK

I REALLY DO THINK THAT THE POLICY OF DEFERRING TO WOMEN AND AGENCIES HAS PAINTED ME BLACK.

The presently practiced methodology of enforcement criminalized so many not criminal and not harmful acts that it is really easy to claim that I am offending.

A continuing record of complaints is maintained regardless of the obvious attempts to manipulate a response against a person who is not harming anyone.

MAKE ENOUGH OF EVEN RIDICULOUS COMPLAINTS AND THE TARGET OF THE COMPLAINTS IS PAINTED BLACK.

PEOPLE COULD TRESPASS AND VIOLATE MY PROPERTY RIGHTS AND STEAL BANK ACCOUNTS AND INHERITANCES EXTORTION OF MONEY AND THE IMPOSITION OF UNPAID LABOR WAS FACILITATED AS I COULD NOT RESIST.

Most Men, like me, were vulnerable. A Woman could unquestioned have Police intervene against a Man. On Vancouver Island, BC, Canada you do not have to be a Black Man, any Man will do as grist for the Woman`s and Police Mill.

I was thinking about the FACT that I had NOT ever STRUCK  a FAMILY member even in response when a FAMILY MEMBER STRUCK ME.  Police would believe both my wife and my brother when they PREDICTED I WOULD ENGAGE IN NEW VIOLENT BEHAVIOR despite the FACT that there was NO EVIDENCE to support their gaslighting predictions.

ABANDON ALL HOPE OF JUSTICE

In Canada we expect that if we stay out of our neighbors business and property there should be no way we find ourselves being ground down by the wheels of a justice juggernaut which can cause anguish, property or monetary loss or even imprisonment. THE WORST ASPECT OF OUR CAPRICIOUS JUSTICE IS THE CRONY STSTEM. WHEN NO ONE WILL ADVOCATE FOR ME AND I MUST REPRESENT MYSELF WHICH I DO EFFECTIVELY AND LAWFULLY I AM ATTACKED AT HOME AND IN COURT SURROUNDED BY OVERWHELMING NUMBERS OF LAW OFFICERS

TORTURE IN CANADA

October 3 1996 at 3:30 pm RCMP Sergeant Zeike and RCMP Constable Hudson entered my private property and came into my home without a warrant or any form of lawful jurisdiction and manipulated the time and my transport which was the result of bogus charges so that I was kept in jail for an extended peroid of time and then tortured by being chained at the feet and wrists and around my waist and left in an unheated

unventalated truck van until I convulsed repeatedly and I have been very badly crippled since then.

The RCMP on isolated rural Vancouver Island exercise a brutal combative and reactive form of Police abuse taking advantage of the isolation the distance from urban centres the difficulties posed citizens who are abused by these Officers in that these persons such as myself are often alone and if we are hauled away from our rural properties it is very difficult to get back without having an automobile with us.

There is an attitude that every concivable or imagined offence has to be pursued and that if no evidence of any wrong doing is turned up try to find something else to charge against a citizen who has done nothing to harm anyone. Furthermore they make it plain as they hector and intimidate and rave at property owners and citizens that they don't think the penalties are stiff enough for any offence no matter how many or even if it's some form of statement offence where they simply take the word of a complaintant.

Continual incursions onto private property without lawful purpose by tresspassers Police and Regional District Enforcement Officers create a stuation where persons such as myself will simply tell them to go and get lost and stop with their nonsence. This unfortunetly as these Officers do not recongnize the authority of ownership creates a situation where they actually write in their files that they plan to try to charge an individual who has broken no laws but has offended him.

Hal Zeike and I invite you to access the articles he wrote in the Sooke BC News Mirror . He came to my door and  said that the letters that I wrote lawfully complaining had annoyed alot of people. I ended up chained up and tortured and crippled and the specific complaint which was used as an excuse to lock me up and torture me could not be supported by any evidence not even the complaintant was willing to swear under oath that the allegations he had made were true. I was chained up and tortured right here in Canada and I am still badly crippled. Is it really much more important what happened to one Afghan citizen at the hands of other Afghan citizens than what has been done to Canadian Citizen Lindon Collard right here in Canada? I know absolutly what is more important. 

SLOPPY LAWYERS-SLOPPY LAW

REPEATEDLY I BECOME AWARE OF INCOMPLETE AND ERRONIOUS AND JUST PLAIN UNLEARNED LITIGATION

There is a failure to root out the real meaning of statutes. There is a failure to analyze and be aware of absurd statements and interpretations of Law.

Here is an example of what I think is an important tool to remedy loss and also to act as a deterrent to collusion which is often in actuality a criminal conspiracy:

Individual and several liability undiminished by apportionment

That means every plaintif on whom a judgement of liability is adjucitated is liable for all the damage done. Further, if some plaintiffs judged against are incapable financially, the other plaintiffs would have to pay their totality of judgement against a loss. Undiminished by apportionment means exactly that. The judgement could also accumulate to a large ammount if a person or agency with assets, including a pension fund or corporation, was liable together with or for sheltering or being an asset of many respondents.

 When a GROUP OF PEOPLE GANG UP ON, OR COLLUDE TO DEFEAT another citizen even the piffling awards made by Canadian Courts to indemnify the citizen from damage could add up to a lot of money, each miscreant paying in full for the damage they did and even more perhaps for some unactionable surrogates they used. I would like to include the unknown persons shielded by "Privacy" Laws as liable and not collectable from and put additional multiples of the damage the plaintiff experienced all of on those who are shielding such as Fake 911 callers. Authorities and Agencies and Politicians know who they are shielding and could reemburse themselves. 

MY HOUSE WAS THE ONLY ONE BURNED DOWN AT OTTER POINT

1921 DEVASTATION GREENWOOD TULSA OKLAHOMA

There is liittle difference between the end result of the Economic Envy and the burnt and destroyed Black Peoples Town and Business Infrastructure and what was done to my home my goods and business equipment here at Otter Point BC.

There was talk of Preserving the Logging Culture and wanting "No Yuppies."

Two previous owners had been driven off of the property by the local residents.

Victoria Public Savings, Westcoast Savings later and Coast Capital owned the property through forclosure when the previous owner fled at gunpoint but they saw no necessity to inform me with my one year old child and pregnant wife.

I WOULD WAGER THAT I WENT THROUGH MANY OF THE TRAVIALS THE BLACK GREENWOOD RESIDENTS DID ON MY HARD ROAD TO PROPERTY OWNERSHIP SUBJECTED TO PREJUDICE AND THEFT.

THE ANGRY WHITE PEOPLE IN 1921 IN OKLAHOMA LOOTED THE PROPERTIES OF BLACK GREENWOOD STEALING EVERYTHING THEY COULD LIKE HERE.

My jewellery inventory was stolen at some time, there is evidence of theft. Just like the White Underclass People robbed prosperous Greenwood I was robbed.  

I know I was robbed. After the fire, the Palfry Maniac was spotted in the ruins.  Dennis Ireland tried to dig up and steal the Septic Tank but only broke it and left a dangerous hole into it. Ireland or Reid stole my Holley Double Pumper Carburator from my 455 Buick motor and took the manifolds also.

THE UNDERCLASS DRUNKS DRUGGIES and VANDALS interferred with my rebuilding and so did my ex-wife. In a similar manner to that which occurred with the Black 1921 Massacre, I was blamed, accused of burning my own home.

The very same pêople plus more cut and stole my trees and scraped up all the soil and stole it and sold it when I was rebuilding. 

The angry morons got Police after the Black Owners and so did the angry morons here at Otter Point for Forty Years the Police and By-Law have come in droves. They dragged me off without warrant and not guilty and no one will prosecute the RCMP.

IT IS HARDER TO BE BLACK THAN TO BE ME. BLACK PEOPLE ARE IDENTIFIABLE ON SIGHT. THE POLICE HAVE TO LOOK ME UP WHEN CALLED BY A 911 FAKER.

THIS LOOKS A LOT LIKE MY HOUSE DID AFTER THE FIRE.This is not my house burned down but it is one of the only pictures of such a totally consumed home I could find. Right now I wonder if this is a similarity which is a clue indicating  the use of some sort of accellerant, pointing again to ARSON.
