COMMONWEALTH LAW MUST BE SUPREME

LAW WHICH PROTECTS THE WELLBEING AND THE WEALTH AND THE PROGRESS OF CANADIAN CITIZENS MUST SUPERCEDE THE LAW WHICH IS THE ONEROUS PURSUIT OF ZERO TOLERANCE WHICH IS ATTRACTIVE AND BENEFICIAL TO ONLY THOSE PERSONS WHO ARE EMPLOYED IN LAW ENFORCEMENT OR WHO REVEL IN THE DEPLOYMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AGAINST PERSONS THEY THINK ARE GETTING AWAY WITH SOMETHING THEY DO NOT APPROVE OF.

Somewhere in the vast tomes of our Law there must be the sober and practical thought that the maintenance of the Commonwealth is the most important facet of Legislation. Everyone needs to make a living or has to be supported and that is more important than the flailing at anyone who makes a noise or builds a porch or garden shed or is thought to think things the Police do not like.

There is too much law and application of Law which reverses the Progress and strips the Wealth from citizens. One example is the misuse of Divorce Law which was used by an insane wife to control and deliberatly impoverish me. 

The 911 call and By-Law complaint schemes to make a person who has done no harm into a quasi criminal with Police stalking him must be stopped immediately.

The regulation of Marijuana legislation in British Columbia is being used to strip hard working businesses and owners and managers of money which they fairly earned and had paid a large ammount of Tax into Provincial coffers.  The Dispensaries provided better product at better prices than the BC Government is. They and their staff, managers and owners enhanced the Commonwealth. 

The enforcement and regulation community destroyed  that Commonwealth.

I NOTICE THAT STATEMENTS FROM THE PAST ARE USED TO DISCREDIT COMMENTATORS AND LEADERS AS INCONSISTENT WITH CONTEMPORARY BELIEF 

Honestly, the statements from the Past, directed at a particular constituency and conforming to their views and aspirations at the time are just that, statements from another time to other people who required something different from the leader or commentator than what is required at the present time and in contemporary situations. 

Honestly declare that in another time the statement or the promise  was being made to keep the faith with the people being communicated with.

THE SITUATION IN THE SCENARIO ABOVE IS DERIVED FROM THE UNITED STATES' POLITICAL  NEWS AS IS THE NEXT SCENARIO.

I CALCULATE THAT MANY AMERICANS ARE BEING MISLED BY THE US MEDICAL INSURANCE INDUSTRY

Honestly, Universal Medical Services are provided elsewhere than the USA with greater financial efficency and little difference in quality and outcomes.

Honestly, the Novel Corona Virus pandemic potential is much easier to lessen in impact if everyone who is infected is treated as soon as possible and anyone can notify and be admitted at any suitable  Hospital. Universal Medical Services treatment of everyone lessens the spread of disease.

JOBS:  IS " JOBS FOR ALL " REALLY THE ANSWER TO THE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC PROBLEMS WE HAVE. MANY YOUNGER WORKERS WILL PROBABLY NOT  OWN ANYTHING BUT THEY WILL STILL BE IN DEBT. 

DEBT MERCHANTS ARE THE CREATORS OF ACTIVITY, IT IS A FACT THAT WE MUST STOP NEEDLESS ACTIVITY WHICH EXACERBATES GLOBAL CLIMATE CHANGE.

In Canada and in the USA there is a cult of " Jobs ". Employment is sacred and angry workers and politicians are not going to be deterred from the preservation of " Jobs ", even if those jobs are intensely contributory to the creation of gasses such as Carbon Dioxide, Nitrous Oxide, Methane and Ozone. 

The truth and fact is that we must as a society properly support everyone and provide medical services and entertainment for everyone in an efficent as possible manner to not contribute to the exacerbation of Climate Change.

In Canada we do presently provide support in various ways for some of the population. I am not sure that this is done in an equitable or efficent manner. There is a stigma against supported persons and a coercion of some persons who must work at jobs they do not enjoy. A universal support system would ensure that unnecessary otherwise than that they are providing employment jobs could be elimiminated. There is a constant drumbeat of `` Having a job gives the employed person self esteem ``. That cannot be true of all jobs, although it could be true about the paycheck`s ability to lift the Spirits. It is about the support.

I have had Criminal Record Checks done and passed an RCMP Security Check a few years back. Lindon Collard.4129 Otter Point Road Sooke BC V9Z 0K2. This makes no difference to Police who continued to discriminate against me on my property. I have had 17 people on my land and in my house at Otter Point BC, showing support for a damaging unlawful Water Works, a plan of action which I think may have been created in a delusion fueled by that old time white power powder. Those people were not Police nor By-Law. I had 12 people from the Alf Toone Co Op and Atco fencing refusing to leave my parking lot. I called Victoria Police, the only time I have called to have Police attend in a lifetime, they did not help me. Trespassers thought Brown Brothers Rental Authority or what could give them permission to use my parking lot to access an area where they wanted to put up a fence. outright own and we have Family management. We have nothing to do with Brown Brothers. I wanted remedy and I contacted a Victoria City Property Manager who refused to act and called Police. The Sooke RCMP used that as an excuse to break in here at Otter Point and grab me and take me to Victoria. I was not guilty of anything, not then, not ever in all the raids and apprehensions of myself from my own property. Passionately Lawyers, Police and Sheriffs deeply embrace Falsus in Omnibus. It makes me retch that  men who especially swore allegiance to Truth and Law would be so pathetically and obviously dishonest. Would that not begin to make a person be more terrorized than by having a couple of women and old men in the driveway, Horgan.  Here at my Otter Point house there has been another twenty years of that criminal insanity of fake 911 calls, false charges, lies and cover ups. I have mostly been here at home where the mob of 17 criminally insane trespassers caused me to collapse in 1982 or thereabouts, right down to the ground, I am seriously disabled. Here at Otter Point there were eighty more individuals invading from RCMP CRD, Sheriffs over the last forty years, mostly the last thirty years and intensively for the last twenty years, when I have been 55 or older. I collapse or go into convulsion right away, or later, many times when I am invaded. I was surrounded and caused to collapse as I tried to end this injustice and falsehood in the British Columbia Supreme Court and I collapsed as I tried to continue to enter the Court. Where the 12 faced me as I alone, got out of my car at the Rockliffe which I had just paid a Million Dollars for, now worth three million, I collapsed really badly and eventually never returned to my home there where my three children also had their own apartments by the time I could no longer bear being at the Rockcliffe as I was collapsing on approaching the building. I still have a suite, had a phone, vehicles registered there, correspondence from Government and I AM MOST CRIMINALLY DRIVEN AWAY AND THAT IS ANOTHER SERIOUS OFFENCE. THERE WERE 27 FAKE OR EXAGGERATED OR UNNECESSARY 911 CALLS TO POLICE. The Sooke RCMP accompanied several unnecessary and unlawful entries onto my Otter Point Property over events on non events at the Rockcliffe . The Protection of Private Property Act has penalties of up to 14 and 25 years in jail for taking your dispute with another person over one piece of property to them on another piece of their property and bringing or sending Police.  It is a murderous offence to invade a persons home to exact punishment unlawfully in a dispute where the person invaded is being attacked over another of their properties. FALSUS IN UNO FALSUS IN OMNIBUS

I RIGOROUSLY REFUSE TO LIE BECAUSE LYING DOES BEGET MORE LIES AND I DO NOT WANT TO BE AT ALL RESPONSIBLE FOR MISLEADING PEOPLE WITH LIES.

Elizabeth Warren has twice stated that Billionaires should not object to " a few cents more tax....".  I cringe, as I realize what she should be accurately and truthfully saying is that billionaires should not object to a few cents on the dollar of additional tax on their entire net worth. That is not a tax on earnings where hopefully money comes in to pay the tax assessed but a tax on static worth.

This special assessment is targetted so high that it would be unlikely to damage anyone financially but if it was applied yearly (unmentioned?) it could add up.

To me the issue which gets me to cringe is the untruth: Is it deliberate falsehood or perhaps worse, someone has lost some of their marbles and does not know the difference between what they describe and what is extant in reality or they did not think but instinctively shot from the lip.

If I lie or you lie what we say is unreliable and misdirective. That is bad, unredemiably evil and damaging. Lies set up an irrational course of action, invariably and seldom beneficially.

My daughter chided me that she had shared a confidence with me which I had used in a manner she did not approve of. Yes, I did obtain information which I used to further my agenda with demands for confession of truth and about fact and what actions were taken. I emailed  a demand for confession and accusations of lasting damage created by the offending parties I was contacting and honestly disclosing I forwarded to my daughter.

The truth is that I was being chided to not speak ill of the allegedly nearly dead, I have heard this in falsus before. 

I thought that it would be a last chance for a very guilty party to confess and clear a conscience deeply stained in misdeeds.

I really do regard this as a Falsus in uno type situation and like I wondered about Liz Warren, is this deliberate lying or madness. I also wonder if my daughter's unwillingness to discuss any Family Wrongdoing is a Falsus in Omnibus coverup deliberately entered into by my daughter. 

What could be so valuable and important to do Falsus for it?   Is anything to be trusted from my own daughter? Can we trust Liz Warren either, lying or slipping a cog both of them. 

WHEN MEN RULED THE EARTH

HAS ANYTHING REALLY IMPROVED AS WOMEN TOOK MORE CONTROL FROM MEN. I THINK WE HAVE A TERRIBLE ECONOMIC SITUATION OF DEBT AND INSECURITY. GLOBAL WARMING WILL SOON DESTROY OUR PLANET THE HOME OF HUMANKIND.

SOCIALLY, MEN ARE ACCUSED DEFAMED AND HAVE WOMEN CONTINUALLY INVOKING THE POWER OF AUTHORITY AGAINST US THROUGH DIVORCE AND THE USE OF POLICE TO INTIMIDATE AND COERCE MEN. WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO ABOUT ALL THE TERRIBLE FAKE 911 CALLS WOMEN MADE ON MEN? HOW WILL WE REDRESS ALL THE PHONY DIVORCE EXTORTION AND DEFAMATION AND RESTORE THE LIVES OF MEN THAT WERE RUINED FOR NO REASON BUT TO ACCOMPLISH WOMEN'S GREED AND MALICE.   

There was a time when I was a child when men took care of everything but the childcare and the

house work. Men drove the Bus and worked on the streets and at the railroad and men basically 

took care of everything, the 1950's was  a time of unprecedented increasing prosperity. 

My father paid for and organized everything and my mother beat the living hell out of me and 

at four pm she would stare the washing machine and a little later vacuuming and cooking, it was 

the PRE FATHER'S ARRIVAL FROM WORK FAUX HOUSEWORK SHOW. Sometimes she would rail

and scream at my father to hit me with his fist to top off her day of beating and screaming at me.

RELEVELING THE PLAYING FIELD

I was dreaming along, the glasses and bottles clinked and gurgled. Giggles and guffaws and whispered confidences flickered through the crowd like a breeze in a field of grain rustling ruffelling and whipping the heads about with their flowing manes tossed and turning.

 

There is discontent that males are leading society and controlling finances and are working the levers of production.

One of the problems was that women were shorter and thus it was harder for them to lead as they could not see over the taller men. In addition, the shorter person will always have trouble ordering the taller person to do things.

Do not forget that I usually have nightmares so the next thing you know the floor tilts so the woman's side is higher and the men's side is lower. 

My, my, what a slippery slope resulted. Everything began to slide, men plunging off into insolvency and involuntary celibacy, just gone, slid right off the edge and into a despairing free fall from whence they would never emerge. 

Women began to slide too. Being on the elevated side of a slippery slope is tricky, many women ordered up huge mistakes from their elevated position. Down, down went the errant woman controllers. Many plunged off the edge with their children into the abyss of poverty but many were saved by another manipulation of the change in the level of the societal playing field.

DIVORCE WAS A RESET OF RESPONSIBILITY AND IT WAS LIKE TO A BOWLING BALL KNOCKING MEN OFF THE TILTED FIELD AND THEIR PLACE OF REST BECAME THE PLACE OF REST OF THE WOMAN.

IN MY MALADROIT MALADJUSTMENT NIGHTMARE THE WOMAN'S SIDE SLOPED SO HIGH AND THE WOMEN SLID RIGHT DOWN AT US MEN KNOCKING US OFF OF OUR ALREADY PRECARIOUS POSITIONS. 

I SCREAM AS I ENDLESSLY FREE FALL INTO THE VOID 

Postscript: I remembered, whew, I am not a real man I am a Cartoon Caricature so I only endure a nightmare. I cannot imagine, actually I can imagine but I do not want to, what it would be like to actually live this nightmare.
