THE FOREST AND THE MEADOW AT OTTER POINT IN NOVEMBER OF 1979
I WAS STANDING ON THE BACK UPSTAIRS BALCONY WHEN A BULLET WHIZZED PAST MY HEAD AND A MILLISECOND LATER I HEARD THE GUN GO OFF.
Looking East around the side of the house the meadow looked much like this.
It was a brilliant warm sunny day when I took possession of my first piece of land. The grass was long and soft and brown from the sun, stretching out to the top of the hill on the North and up to a thin line of a copse of Fir on the East.
Unbelievably a thin stream of water shot into the air where the well house is now and I thought there was City Water but it was a capped and taped up Artisan well that was squirting into the air. I can feel how thrilled I was.
A few months later I had moved my possessions and the Family's goods into the 1200 square foot basement and I was finishing gyproc and paneling the house which had only fiberglass lining its walls when I started to finish the house.
Cheap and practical, the house was a Linwood Cedar Home Kit House, a Double Viceroy with 1760 square feet of mostly very high ceilings. In that the walls were not finished, not a lot of money had been spent by the previous owner. The 12 foot high 1200 square foot basement was unusual, the house was below the road grade and the high basement brought it up.
The house was a cheap kit and unfinished and to further complicate my finishing and the worth of the home, all fixtures, appliances and heaters had been stripped from the house including all accessible copper wire and pipes.
First off I hired licensed electrician Milton Randall to check and remedy all of the wiring in the house while the walls were open and all wiring could be seen.
I had hired a boarding crew but there was just as much wood paneling to install and as well all of the floors. My friend Marco Bacic came out to Otter Point and showed me how to finish gyproc and paint and I went to work, mostly alone but I hired my brother to work on some of the paneling and we built a well house.
I am not sure exactly what I was doing, the building was 28' X 40' and it was 40' high with interior staircase and a mezzanine and windows in the wall of the master bedroom that looked down over the 21 foot tall dining room from the high wall side. It was a large building for one man to run around finishing.
I went out on to the North side sundeck and I looked out over my flat land atop the hill and back at the forest behind the meadow and down to the bottom land a hundred feet below me with its ponds and streams and bullrushes. I breathed a sigh of relief, as I did just now, total recall is more total than you might imagine.
Looking East, I could see the grass under the broom. There was substantial broom on parts of the meadow but you see right through it from above. The Eastern border of trees started out narrow on the South at Otter Point Road, and got wider slowly til it reached the top of the hill about 300 feet from the road. Then the forest spread across the entire property and down to the wetland, 470'X1760' I believe, 12.5 Acres of absolutely perfect and natural meadow, forest and wetland. The American Peeper Frogs were deafening at night, a surreal neo-tropical amphibian orchestra punctuated with the hooting of owls and the howling of coyotes.
There was a bit of an anomaly, a shallow brown soil and rock ditch ran out from the Palfry property to the East and scratched its way like a wound across the meadow and down behind the house out of view behind the bulge of the hill.
That ditch, so small compared to the ditch carved out later by the same lunatics, replaced the natural creek which ran along my Southern Border just back from the road until a few years back they diverted the creek in defiance of the British Columbia Water Act so it ran in a strangely anomalous scar through my meadow.
I did not know at that time that Larulla Creek was lawfully located out front where it would be a useful demarcation of my meadow as it was intended, the meadow divided so as to suit the placement of the creek. I looked out over the bottom land and back at the mountains to the North and West. I was going to drive my off road Norton P 11 back there on the roads I could see.

PREQUEL TO THE FORTY YEAR CRIME
WRITING THE EQUATION OF THE LAW SUCCICENTLY
I think and link and refer back to fact and eventually results begin to surface.
I am astounded that some of the thought and research project can take so long.
I was pondering the puzzle as to why so much damaging behavior was tolerated by authorities when the actions were perpetrated against this property and its owner-residents by known individuals not resident on the property for nearly fifty years. The offenders have not ever been entitled to be on this property nor were they invited to this property nor did they have lawful purpose to be on the property. No one has been damaged by this property or its owners, not ever.
Two owner residents, at least one with a family to house, were driven off of this property by the actions of local residents using excavators and bulldozers to cause physical damage, steal wood and soil and to block access on the property. They used guns and Dennis Ireland and the "Palfry grandson " were convicted of possessing and using guns on this property. The last owner fled with his family after "Palfry" came into the home I later purchased (1979) with a gun.
I have written in past blogs about childhood abuse and continual bureaucratic abandonment and administrative punishments and denials based on nothing but strange discrediture such as being declared accident prone as a passenger in a car crash but there is nothing I can do about it.
I DID NOT ARRIVE AT OTTER POINT BC IN ANY ELEGANT MANNER EXCEPT FOR THE BUSINESS AND PREPARATION TO PURCHASE RURAL PROPERTY WHICH WAS TO BE PREPARED TO PAY IT OFF QUICKLY WITH A PRE-MANUFACTURED INVENTORY AND THE FAMILY CLOTHES AND HOUSEHOLD GOODS PRE-PURCHASED FOR YEARS AT SALES IN VANCOUVER.
There is a tax advantage to selling the Jewellery Factory in a different tax year than the money for clothing and Motorcycles was made and before the year when the inventory would be sold.
This is a new start, unfortunately I have to finish a home virtually solo to have somewhere to house the Family. This is just flopping on to the beach. There is no surplus nor extra nor disposable income and I will have to take a job before I finish the construction, oh bloody awful goddamn endless labor, seriously.
MY NEW START WAS GOING TO HAVE A FRIGHTENING BEGINNING.

Sequel: By the time this had gone on for twenty years, it was nurtured and maintained by Police, By-Law and Elected and Appointed Authority I had endured dozens of raids, defamation and disenfranchisement and I had a complete collapse when I was surrounded in court by Sheriffs as a self represented plaintiff in 2000. I had not been able to hire lawyers I approached due to the defamation I was subjected to. I arrived at the Rockcliffe in 2001 and I spun down in a collapse of my left side when I arrived as there were 12 people on the property from the Alf Toone Co Op and Atco Fencing. The policy of government to shield false accusers creates a terrifying scenario.
I HAVE BEEN SERIOUSLY COLLAPSED EVER SINCE THEN. I HAD A PERIOD OF RECOVERY IN 2008 WHICH ENDED IN 2009 WHEN PAUL DRUMMOND TRESPASSED AND THREATENED ME WITH POLICE, ON MY PROPERTY.I HAD A PERIOD OF PARTIAL RECOVERY IN 2013 AND 2014 BUT I HAVE BEEN VIRTUALLY PARALYZED MOST OF THE TIME AND ALWAYS UN-RELAXED BECAUSE POLICE MIGHT RAID..
IN JUNE OF 1998 A ST MICHAEL'S UNIVERSITY SCHOOL BUS LIFTED MY CAR BY IT'S DOOR AS I EXITED MY CAR IN A PARKING SPOT AND THE CAR FELL ON MY HEAD. INJURY AND THE ICBC TACTICS ARE A FACTOR IN LATER COLLAPSES I BELIEVE.
DURING THE LAST TEN YEARS I HAVE, WHEN I WAS RECOVERING, BEEN SUBJECTED TO TERRORIZING RAIDS AND TERRIFYING THREATS BASED ON FALSEHOOD. BY THIS TIME ANY THREAT TO INVOLVE ME WITH POLICE CREATES CONVULSION OR COLLAPSE. I HAVE BEEN DOWN AGAIN AND AGAIN.
I WAS SUBJECTED TO TWO CONTRIVED AND FALSE RAIDS IN 2017. VICTORIA BY-LAW BROUGHT TWO POLICE VEHICLES ON TO MY PROPERTY AND A SHERIFF ACCUSED ME OF ANIMAL CRUELTY OFFENCES, AGAIN ON MY PROPERTY WITHOUT A WARRANT AND WITH A FALSE COMPLAINT. I HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN THREATENED WITH POLICE INVOLVEMENT BY JAMES WHITEHEAD AND A FLAG PERSON PHOTOGRAPHED MYSELF AND MY CAR TO MAKE A POLICE REPORT WHEN I POLITELY ASKED IF I COULD PROCEED AS NO WORK WAS BEING DONE, THE ROAD WAS NOT BLOCKED, NO ONE WAS ON IT. MY BODY IS COLLAPSED AND BULLIED, TERRORIZED BY THE CONSTANT DEFAMATION, FALSEHOOD AND TRESPASS.
My back is in a state of collapse and I had severe reverse arch spasm which is being pulled out slowly day by day. I will never recover if I am always vulnerable, this has to stop now.
MY NEW START DID NOT HAPPEN AND THIS IS A VERY BAD ENDING TO THE HONEST CREATION OF A FAMILY HOME WHICH IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE FAMILY MAN IN OUR SOCIETY. WHY WOULD SOCIETY PUT ALL THE SPOILERS AND HATERS AND LIARS IN CHARGE OF ME UNTIL I END UP PARALYZED. WHY.

There is a complaint that we who strive to write to compose, to perform are trying to get attention. I admit that in 1965 I took up guitar because I thought I could meet sex partner women at parties. That only happened once. The very svelte and charming South African White Girl emerged from her bedroom in a skin tight dancer's costume and could you ever see that white ass stretch the leotard to transparency. BANG BANG BANG on the West End Vancouver Apartment and this guy with a Strange Accent barges in screaming that she and I had not been properly introduced so I grabed my Kay Jumbo and left.
TO THE UNINITIATED: THE PRACTICE OF ANY ART IS AKIN TO FLYING. THE JOY OF GETTING A PROJECT OFF THE GROUND AND IF POSSIBLE PUBLICALLY DISPLAYING IT IS WHY WE DO IT.
THE PUBLIC PRACTICE OF MUSIC DOES BRING A GREAT FEELING OF FLYING. THE TRAPEZE ARTIST, THE WINGSUIT FLYER, WHITEWATER RACER MUST BE WILD. PHYSICAL MOVEMENT CAN BE ADDED TO MUSIC BY DANCING THAT IS EXCITING.
WE ARE NOT FRAUDS THEIVES OR SERIAL KILLERS WE ARE LOVERS OF DOING THE EXTRAORDINARY. WHY WOULD PEOPLE BE OFFENDED AND TRY TO STOP IT FROM HAPPENING IN SO MANY WAYS?

TORTURE IN CANADA
October 3 1996 at 3:30 pm RCMP Sergeant Zeike and RCMP Constable Hudson entered my private property and came into my home without a warrant or any form of lawful jurisdiction and manipulated the time and my transport which was the result of bogus charges so that I was kept in jail for an extended period of time and then tortured by being chained at the feet and wrists and around my waist and left in an unheated
unventilated truck van until I convulsed repeatedly and I have been very badly crippled since then.
The RCMP on isolated rural Vancouver Island exercise a brutal combative and reactive form of Police abuse taking advantage of the isolation the distance from urban centers the difficulties posed citizens who are abused by these Officers in that these persons such as myself are often alone and if we are hauled away from our rural properties it is very difficult to get back without having an automobile with us.
There is an attitude that every conceivable or imagined offence has to be pursued and that if no evidence of any wrong doing is turned up try to find something else to charge against a citizen who has done nothing to harm anyone. Furthermore they make it plain as they hector and intimidate and rave at property owners and citizens that they don't think the penalties are stiff enough for any offence no matter how many or even if it's some form of statement offence where they simply take the word of a complainant.
Continual incursions onto private property without lawful purpose by trespassers Police and Regional District Enforcement Officers create a situation where persons such as myself will simply tell them to go and get lost and stop with their nonsense. This unfortunately as these Officers do not recognize the authority of ownership creates a situation where they actually write in their files that they plan to try to charge an individual who has broken no laws but has offended them.
Hal Zeike and I invite you to access the articles he wrote in the Sooke BC News Mirror . He came to my door and said that the letters that I wrote lawfully complaining had annoyed a lot of people. I ended up chained up and tortured and crippled and the specific complaint which was used as an excuse to lock me up and torture me could not be supported by any evidence not even the complainant was willing to swear under oath that the allegations he had made were true. I was chained up and tortured right here in Canada and I am still badly crippled. Is it really much more important what happened to one Afghan citizen at the hands of other Afghan citizens than what has been done to Canadian Citizen
