THE WOMEN WHO MARRIED THE HARD WORKING AND SUCCESSFUL, UNTIL THEN MEN IN THE COLLARD FAMILY HAD NOT EVEN GRADUATED FROM A REAL HIGH SCHOOL COURSE BUT THEY TOOK OVER.

MY MOTHER, GRADE SIX EDUCATED, LED THE PACK. MY MOTHER  STOLE  EVERY INHERITANCE I WOULD HAVE HAD AND WOULD NOT LET THE MONEY HELD BY MY FATHER AND HER, THUS, BE USED IN ANY BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY THAT WOULD HAVE ENRICHED COLLARD FAMILY INDIVIDUALS OR THE ENTIRE COLLARD FAMILY. MY MOTHER HAD NO KNOWLEDGE AND NEITHER DID MY WIFE WHO TOOK OVER AND LOST MY ASSETS.

THE WHOLE COLLARD "FAMILY WAS IN AGREEMENT" SAID MY EX-WIFE. I WAS TO PUT EVERYTHING I OWNED INTO HER FIRST *NOT SUBSIDIZED FOR NINCOMPOOPS BY GOVERNMENT* JOB.

IT WAS TO BE A "MAJOR BUSINESS WITH HER AS THE OPERATOR" OR I WOULD BE DIVORCED AND DISINHERITED. I DID HER BIDDING BUT I WAS DIVORCED AND DISINHERITED CONSTANTLY TOO BY ALL OF THE CRAZY WOMEN.

REGARDING THE MONEY BEING LENT TO MY EX-WIFE WITH ME BEING REQUIRED TO PAY IT BACK FOR HER AND PAY 13 3/4% INTEREST TO MY MOTHER. IT WAS ISABEL COLLARD'S DREAM TO HAVE ME MAKING  PAYMENTS TO HER, TO HER, IT WAS MOTHER EARNING. 

I HAD STUDIED AND BEEN ON COURSES AND I HAD BEEN IN BUSINESS BY MYSELF. 

I HAD PLAYED AT LEAST ONE MUSICAL INSTRUMENT VERY WELL. I OPERATED A COMPLICATED ART AND ARTISAN'S SHOP FACTORY WHERE I SERVED ANY JEWELER WHO CONTACTED ME WITH SILVER AND 23 COLORS AND KARATS IN GOLD CASTINGS.

I PERSONALLY MADE VERY UNIQUE SILVER AND GOLD ARTIFACTS. 

I HAD A  CREW OF CONTRACT POLISHERS.

THERE IS A DISABILITY, SWAYBACK, WHICH IS ASSOCIATED WITH TONIC IMMOBILITY.

SHELLSHOCK MIGHT BE THE OLD VERY DRAMATIC NAME FOR THE SYNDROME.

I WAS BUYING A NEW MATTRESS AT A SEARS DISCOUNT WAREHOUSE IN SAANICH IN 1982 OR THEREABOUTS. 

THE SALESMAN SAID THAT HE HAD A VERY BADLY INJURED BACK AS I HAD SAID I DID. HE RECOUNTED HIS INEXPLICABLE DIFFICULTY WITH TYING UP HIS SHOES AND PUTTING  TROUSERS OR SOCKS  ON AS WELL.

I EXPERIENCED THAT DIFFICULTY. I WAS SURPRISED, OTHER BACK SYMPTOMS WERE ACUTE AT TIMES, BUT THERE WAS OFTEN AN INABILITY TO BEND FORWARD WHILE I WAS INFLEXIBLE AND IN A  REVERSE ARCH SPINAL ARCHITECTURE. THAT CAUSED MY CHEST TO SEIZE AS I  TRIED TO PUT MY SOCKS AND SHOES ON.

DISABLED AS THE SALESMAN AND I BOTH WERE, WE NEITHER OF US, KNEW THAT WHAT WAS HAMPERING US WAS NOT ONLY BACK INJURY BUT IT WAS ALSO:

THERE ARE PROBABLY A LOT OF SHELL SHOCK AFFECTED PEOPLE, SOME  SUBTLY, OTHERS REVERSED ARCHED INTO AN INSTITUTIONALIZED WRECK.

PACIFISM FOR ME AND MILITARIZED POLICE FOR THE HYSTERICS.

THERE IS AN ABSURD DEMAND THAT I ACT IN AN ENTIRELY PEACEFUL MANNER WHEN I AM TRESPASSED UPON, WHEN I AM SUBJECTED TO VANDALISM, THEFT OR FALSE CHARACTERIZATION.

WHEN MY SOIL WAS BEING TRUCKED OFF AND MY PRIVACY FOREST WAS BEING CUT DOWN; WHEN THE DITCH WAS BEING DUG, I CAUGHT THEM DOING IT EACH TIME, BUT I WAS ALONE AND THERE WAS NO AUTHORITY THAT WOULD HELP ME.

TWICE OVER A DOZEN PEOPLE INVADED MY PROPERTY. I CALLED THE POLICE BUT NO AUTHORITY WOULD HELP ME. 

THE CRAZY REDNECKS DUG A DEEP HOLE AND FORCED THE DRUNK CONTRACTOR TO BUILD MY HOUSE DOWN IN THE HOLE. I ARRIVED WHEN THE FOUNDATION WAS BEING POURED DOWN THERE. THE CONTRACTOR REFUSED TO STOP. HE WOULD CALL THE POLICE HE SAID, HE HAD A CONTRACT.

I CONTACTED AUTHORITIES AND I WENT TO SEE A LAWYER. I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE CONTRACTOR FINISHED UP HIS "CONTRACT". IT WAS MORE POWERFUL THAN MY OWNERSHIP.

RATIONALLY, THERE IS NO WAY I SHOULD SUFFER ANY LOSSES NOR DAMAGE. 

IF THE AUTHORITIES WILL NOT PROTECT MY PROPERTY, I SHOULD BE ABLE TO PROTECT MY PROPERTY. THAT TURNS OUT IN PRACTICE TO BE MADE INTO AN IMPOSSIBLE TASK. 

THE ONLY WAY THIS CAN WORK OUT TO RATIONALLY ALLOW ME TO PROTECT MYSELF UNDER THAT RESTRAINT IS THAT THE CROWN MUST TAKE UP MY REMEDY FOR ME, I AM NOT ALLOWED TO.

WHEN PEOPLE TRESPASS OR INTERFERE IN MY AFFAIRS OR REACH OUT TO THE POLICE TO ENFORCE  THEIR DEMANDS THERE IS NOTHING SACRED ABOUT THEM NOR THEIR AGENTS. 

STILL I AM REQUIRED TO TREAT THEM WITH REVERENCE NOT BETRAYING ANY ANGRY REACTION NOR MAKING ANY INNOCENT AND NORMAL MOTION  WHICH COULD BE HYSTERICALLY INFLATED TO BE CALLED A THREAT. 

I AM NOT TO RAISE MY VOICE WHEN THE INTERLOPERS ARE COMPLETELY WRONG

THERE IS A RECOGNIZABLE HYSTERIA WHICH ACCOMPANIES A MAJORITY OF THE REQUESTS FOR PROTECTION OR WHAT IS MORE LIKE AN OFFENSE WHICH IS DECLARED TO BE A  DEFENSE. 

WHY ARE THESE INTERFERING INTERLOPERS ALLOWED  AT ALL ON MY  PROPERTY? WHY CAN THEY SEND MILITARIZED POLICE TO MY PROPERTY WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE? 

THEY ARE DEFENDING THEIR CRIME WITH  AN ABSURD HYSTERICAL PERSONALITY DEFECT DRIVEN CLAIM THAT THEY ARE IN DANGER, FROM A DANGEROUS MAN AT HOME CRIPPLED WHO COULD NOT BE DANGEROUS TO THEM. JUST STAY HOME WHERE YOU ARE SAFE. DON'T "MING VASE" ME WITH YOUR FRAGILE WORTH.

Hysterical Personality Disorder and Fraud. There are Accomplices and Accessories:                     I am unsure how Hysterical Personality

Disorder was substituted for Histrionic Personality Disorder

 

I think that the permissive attitude in our Society towards women which 

allowed Hysterical Personality Disorder or Histrionic Personality Disorder

to be condoned as some sort of right to self determination has empowered people 

who do not think twice and never take responsibility for what they have done.

There are obnoxiously unethical men who have adopted this personality disorder as 

a mode of operation. How can the MALE LAWYER IN THE SUPREME COURT 

defending a criminal conspiracy to present a false accident scenario have me, 

speaking peacefully and according to the Rule of Hansard, in the Supreme Court 

and properly in my turn, surrounded by Sheriffs.

He has "Hysterically" or "Histrionically"  and Manipulatively imagined he could say he was in danger 

and end my Plaintiff  Action.                         ^

My ex-wife imagined she was entitled to everything I had and made up stories 

THAT WERE USED over and over again including then^ . 

There are no time limits on fraud for good reason, it never goes away unless you 

can put it away. 

In addition, another accomplice is defaming and damaging me now. Because Tyler 

Luccies, Lawyer, and Betty Collard or Trixie Dashevesky have a present day 

accomplice who has "Hysterical Personality Disorder" she does not  think she is 

criminally ostracizing me but she is. 

This accomplice is carrying the crime forward, just like Turnham and the 

Alf Toone LLC. Every time Police or Dogcatchers raided me in force, they are

all of them acting as accomplices. 

There are many accessories who, although they were cognizant of the crime 

helped to cover it up, helped to implement a situation where remedy could not be 

obtained or looked the other way Histrionic Personality Disordered .Hysterical Personality 

Disordered Women rule many families, spreading their mental disease so no one in my family 

can recognize the serial wrongdoing which has hampered me unnecessarily.

CRACKING THE LIMITS OF LIFE AND TIME TO OBTAIN A JUST OUTCOME NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TAKES

The main advantage of ultra high IQ is the Total Recall which allows very long complicated tasks to be accomplished. I can keep at something for decades longer than other people can and I do not ever forget anything I discovered. The multi track mind is capable of an enhanced correlative ability. Why are none like me working with the Green Party? (Or for Men?)

Are you sure that, the Green Party for instance, selects leaders and creates policy based on rational understanding? Why when I have a complex understanding of Environmental Damage or Trespass or Hysterical Personality Disorder driven Defamation Trespass and Fraud perpetrated against me are there no leaders nor their staff who understand or is it Attention Span Deficit?

There are no time limits on Fraud. Many damaging actions have a fraudulent component. The loss of money does not go away, there are additional losses caused by the Theft or Diversion or Extortion in that making money, for myself, and many other persons, requires having money to be able to even travel to find suitable work, particularly for a disabled person like myself. 

There has not ever been any significant earning for me for more than five decades except for when I had money to invest. The appreciation of value of the limited assets I was left with the funds to purchase (which created savings or modest earnings)  Primarily,those investments have provided large Capital Gains.  

I have not ever lost a dime properly investing but in a few years the Hysterical Personalities in my Family cost me $ 2 Million or more of losses. The Hysterical Personalities who lived nearly near my Rockcliffe Apartments and their Accomplices and Accessories stopped my Multi Apartment Acquisition Business dead in its tracks. "We are going to bankrupt him and his Ferrari" they said and called the Victoria Police. They had to come to the ''not my parking lot". It was their right to roll in from a block away and be IN DANGER. CALL 911 right away!

Research should discover other ways to link legal action taken now with the actions of criminals perpetrated long ago which the Crown does not forgive.

There is an underemphasis on forcing those who are accomplices or accessories to a crime to remedy the damage which has been done by the criminals, the accomplices or accessories aided in or helped to conceal their crimes. In my research, the crimes which are of interest to me are Financial Crimes, Defamation and False Accusation and Trespass.

When financial crimes are committed, if the money has not been returned, the crime persists.

When environmental damage is done it persists.

WHEN DEFAMATION AND  FALSE ACCUSATION ARE COMMUNICATED TO THE POLICE THE FALSE ( FRAUDULENT) CHARACTERIZATION IS CULTIVATED AND THE MISINFORMATION PERSISTS.

WHEN A FINANCIAL CRIME IS CARRIED OUT THROUGH THE USE OF FRAUD THE LOSS OF FUNDS PERSISTS.

THAT IS WHY THERE ARE NO TIME LIMITS ON PROSECUTION FOR FRAUD AND LITIGATION TO RECOVER LOSSES SHOULD ALSO BE ABLE TO BE UNDERTAKEN NOW. EVEN IF THE MAIN ACTOR IS UNKNOWN OR DEAD THE ACCOMPLICES AND ACCESSORIES ARE  KNOWN AND SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.
