WHEN I FINALLY, AT 34 YEARS OLD SOLD THE BUSINESS I HAD CREATED AND WORKED AND BOUGHT A RURAL HOME THE HOME WAS ROBBED AND BURNT.

THEN MY WIFE TOOK OVER THE INSURANCE MONEY AND THEN ME. 

I WAS DEVASTATED LITERALLY SHOELESS AND UNDERWATER IN DEBT DY THE TIME SHE HAD DONE HER BUSINESS AND SHE WAS BACK DEMANDING MORE MONEY THROUGH MORE DIVORCE THREATS AND THREATS TO ACCUSE ME OF ABUSING HER AND THE CHILDREN. 

NO MATTER WHAT AUTHORITY I ENTREATED FOR HELP AND REMEDY AND RESTITUTION NOTHING WAS EVER DONE.

OF COURSE I AM EXTREMELY ANGRY!!!

CRIME IS CRIME BUT IF A WOMAN COMMITS A CRIME AGAINST A MAN THEN CRIME IS NOT A CRIME

THIS LOOKS LIKE WHAT MY MOTHER DID TO ME JUST ABOUT EVERY DAY AND TEN TIMES SOME DAYS. SEVERAL TIMES PER WEEK MOTHER COLLARD PULLED MY HAIR AND TWISTED MY NECK RIGHT THEN LEFT AND SHE THREW ME DOWN AND JUMPED ON ME CRUSHING THE AIR OUT OF MY CHEST LEAVING ME GASPING TO RESTART MY BREATHING WHICH RECURS TO THIS DAY.   

THE CASE WAS MADE THAT REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A CRIME WAS COMMITTED AGAINST A MOSLEM OR BY A  MOSLEM THERE SHOULD BE EQUAL TREATMENT WITH TERRORISM CHARGES PROSECUTED.

WHAT ABOUT CRIMES COMMITTED AGAINST MEN BY WOMEN? THERE SHOULD BE EQUALITY OF TREATMENT WHERE WOMEN WOULD BE CHARGED FOR MOBBING UP AGAINST A MAN IN THE SAME FASHION AS A GANG OF MALE RAPISTS WOULD AND IF IT IS EGREGIOUS AND TERRIFYING FOR THE MAN TERRORISM CHARGES SHOULD BE PROSECUTED.

MY MOTHER STOLE ALL MY CHILDHOOD GIFTS OF MONEY FROM RELATIVES, ALL OF IT $12 K OR $14 K BY THE TIME I WAS AGE 18 WHEN I LIVED IN A FREEZING TENEMENT AND I  ATE LUNCH MEAT SANDWICHES WHILE ATTENDING UNB FULL TIME MOTHER HAD MY MONEY FROM ALL SOURCES AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME FOOD MONEY. 

I lived in Neil House my last year at UNB with a dining hall to eat in.

THROWN OUT OF UNB I WORKED CONSTANTLY AND SAVED MONEY UNTIL I LOST MY JOB AT THE CNR.   

I BECAME IMPECUNIOUS DUE TO ACCIDENT INJURY AS A PASSENGER UNTIL I STARTED AND RAN AMJ FIVE YEARS LATER.

I SOLD AMJ AND BOUGHT A PARTLY FINISHED AND THEN LOOTED HOME ON 12 ACRES AND I FINISHED AND FIXED IT.

I HAD A REALLY BAD TIME DUE TO ARSON HERE AT OTTER POINT LOSING EVERYTHING BUT THE INSURANCE ON THE HOUSE WHICH I WAS DISASTROUSLY ORDERED TO REBUILD WITH HERE ON THE SAME PROPERTY.

I DID MANAGE TO GET THE NEW HOUSE TO A  LIVABLE STATE BUT MY WIFE'S CONTRACTOR HAD ALLOWED THE TREES TO BE HARVESTED AND THE TOP SOIL TO BE TRUCKED OFF. I HAD A CLAY PIT TO LIVE IN.

THEN MY WIFE TOOK OVER ALL OF MY ASSETS AND EARNINGS FOR DECADES WITH THE HELP OF MY COERCED BROTHER AND MY MOTHER AND SISTER AND POLICE. 

                                                        MY EX WAS SO DEPRESSED BY WHAT A LOSER SHE WAS THAT SHE WANTED ME IN JAIL OR ON THE STREET FOR SUCCEEDING. 

A WHOLE LOT OF WOMEN WERE TOLD OR FOUND OUT ABOUT HER PLAN AND ABOUT FORTY OF THEM ATTACKED ME WITH ALLIES, UP TO TWELVE AT A TIME. THE GANGS OF WOMEN ARE TERRORIST GANGS AND THERE IS NO AID OR PROTECTION FOR MEN WHO ARE BEING ATTACKED BY WOMEN. WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO FIGHT  BACK AGAINST OR TO CRITICIZE WOMEN

ICBC DECLARED ME "WORTHLESS" IN THE AFTERMATH OF MY DECEMBER 1986 ACCIDENT

More than just job records, which there were, seven years at the Canadian National Railroad, there was the letter rating my training program's excellence and the AAA Industrial Credit Rating from the Bank of Nova Scotia as a result of my owning and operating Advanced Method Jewelry Manufacturing. 

At Otter Point there was visible evidence of my work which was two houses, one was burnt down by the Institutionalized Palfry Madman and accomplices.

This is the existing second house which I paid for and like the first one I had to finish it and then work on it and around it.

In Victoria I held an Automobile sales job for two years and there was my installation and four years of production operation, (making product and cleaning), at my wife`s business, Chocolate and Vanilla Belgian Chocolate Desserts. ("We are taking you down. It is a 'fait accompli', your entire family is in agreement : You are going to create a major business for me to be the operator of  or I will Divorce you and you will lose all of your assets to legal fees and you will be disinherited from your Father's money.)

I was injured in two accidents I did not cause in 1967 and in 1970 and denied my paid for ``out of work insurance``. I had to withdraw my pension monies after the 1970 accident and live on that in poverty while I was virtually paralyzed or had severe Tonic Immobility or Collapse Immobility.  

The tactics of the Insurance Companies which delay payment for years leave the unfortunate disabled accident victim without money or earnings and without any infrastructure to work within. 

The existing infrastructure which supported and made employment possible was not physically at first and then not administratively available to me.

Many years later I was able to finance and build a business, AMJ. I sold it and I had Gold Bullion and Manufactured Inventory to pay for half of the property cost and the inventory would have been worth enough to pay the remaining Thirty Thousand Dollars I owed. Financing and building Infrastructure was required to have the Factory to work in. Getting my job back would have been less work, not required financing and would have been just as lucrative.

TONIC IMMOBILITY MAY BE A RESULT OF THE DESTRUCTION OF THE ADULT MIND AND PERSONALITY

My Mother would jump on me like this but I was usually in a prone position.

THE COLLAPSE SYNDROME APPEARS TO AFFECT PERSONS WHO WERE SUBJECTED TO CHILDHOOD TRAUMA WHERE THERE WAS A CRUEL DENIAL OF THEIR DESIRES, ASPIRATIONS AND NEEDS WITH BEATING BEING SUBSTITUTED FOR ALL OTHER CONTACT WITH PARENTS.

THE SUPPRESSION I WAS SUBJECTED TO BY MY MOTHER WAS CAST AS RIGHTFUL AUTHORITY AND WAS PHYSICAL IN NATURE AS WELL WHEN I WAS THROWN DOWN AND THEN JUMPED ON WITH THE BREATH BEING SQUEEZED OUT OF ME. 

I FIND MYSELF AFTER COLLAPSE OR CONVULSION CONSTANTLY TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH A RELEASE BREATH AND I STRUGGLE TO BREATHE JUST LIKE I REMEMBER IT WAS LIKE AT AGE FOUR.

I DID GET OVER THE INFANTILE PARALYZED PERSONALITY CREATED REPEATEDLY A NUMBER OF TIMES. WHEN I WAS INJURED OR MY PROPERTY WAS TAKEN OR DESTROYED I BEGAN TO BE UNSETTLED.

THE INSTITUTION OF UNJUST, UNLAWFUL AND FALSE AUTHORITY OVER ME CAUSES ME TO BECOME MORE PARALYZED AND MORE PRONE TO COLLAPSE OR CONVULSION AND REALLY DOES DAMAGE IF I HAVE BEEN INJURED AND I HAVE NOT RECOVERED. 

THE MOST DAMAGING COLLAPSES HAVE OCCURRED WHEN A FEMALE ABUSER, LIKE MY MOTHER WAS TRIGGERS VIOLENT AUTHORITY ON TO ME WHICH WAS PLAYED OUT BY RAIDING MY BUSINESS AND MY  RURAL HOME. REMEDIAL LITIGATION WAS MADE IMPOSSIBLE BY CREATING A DEFAMATION WHICH MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO HIRE LAWYERS. WHEN I PROGRESSED LITIGATION MYSELF I WAS SURROUNDED BY SHERIFFS AND I COLLAPSED. COURT DATES WERE SET MANY TIMES AND THEN COURT WAS HELD AT AN EARLIER DATE WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME AND THUS WHAT EVER MY RESPONDENT WANTED WAS ADJUDICATED WITHOUT ME.

New, sometimes psychotic, alternate entity persons are created to escape the maltreatment.   

I definitely attended Mother Collard's Serial Killer School with high impact and pain treatment.

The documentary states that shaking children, slamming them into objects or striking their heads with anything causes brain damage in children. ( I wonder, what about contact sports?)

I have at least one alternate personality or reality and it is virtually paralyzed and collapsed.

That was what would happen when I was pulled to the left then right and thrown down by my hair and jumped on by my Mother. That would crush the breath out of me.I would collapse, gasping. She struck for no reason and without warning with brooms and steel edged yardsticks. I remember the sound of the steel edge cutting through my hair as she struck my skull, and the taste of blood in my mouth. My left arm has steel edge grooves all over it. 

When we are subjected to similar maltreatment as we experienced in childhood the obnoxious claim is made that we brought it on ourselves, it is claimed that we mated with persons alike to our abusers, as if we were stupidly so attracted. My siblings and my wife fell in love with the abuse still being perpetrated against me by my mother when I was an adult. My siblings and the women who married into the Collard Family continued the stealing crimes which women do, women steal, and they lie and lie to use the "Big Beaters", the POLICE.

 

ONE OF MY FIRST MEMORIES IS OF LAYING THERE MY CHEST LOCKED AND SHUDDERING AS I TRIED TO BREATHE AT 2737 ALLARD STREET IN VILLE EMARD, MONTREAL, QUEBEC. I WAS FOUR AT THE TIME.

The documentary on HBO stated that personality change created during childhood trauma will manifest then and later with personality, writing, voice and facial appearance changes.

I wrote several songs about a long time associate's personality changes and I wrote about her assuming a "little girl" voice. She could withdraw into cigarettes and alcohol. She exhibited changing spelling.  

Some personality changed individuals are not collapsed but active and dangerous. There is a report of another personality changing person who would sleep after his macabre acts were accomplished. I have the sleep syndrome severely, sleeping deeply several times a day and right after a live performance, creating a cartoon, or accomplishing a  drive to Victoria, or in the past to the Ferry or from it into Vancouver. 

I detailed a plethora of accurate and truthful recountations of events, statements and what the results and symptoms were. I put it into writing, animation and musical performance and what do you know, the data driven Art fits right in with the HBO Documentary and my subsequent research.

Like I said " Those who witness child beating of a sibling fall in love with that beater and that beating" and the susceptible sociopaths and psychopaths among mates, associates and adversaries of persons terrorized and injured as children FALL IN LOVE WITH HANDING OUT MORE PUNISHMENT, HATRED AND PHYSICAL INJURY. 

Brain injured abused persons do not, all of them, collapse like I do. Do the reprisers of child maltreatment trigger attacks on themselves, or worse, trigger attacks upon innocent persons 

HATE RIGHTS

Most of the property up here on the plateau looked like this tiny existing piece of the original meadow.

I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED A HOME EXCEPT UNDER THE CONDITIONS AND WITH THE RIGHTS WHICH ARE DECLARED IN THE BODY OF LAW WHICH GOVERNS PROPERTY OWNERSHIP.

I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT HATE RIGHTS

The other residents of this area felt that they had a justifiable hatred of myself as I "lived in the house of the man who got them busted". Merx, the former owner had complained about them filling the swamp with lead and killing a flock of Canada Geese. Without my seeing or meeting him the Palfry Grandson shot at me in 1979.  

The Palfry Grandson had entered the home I bought later with a gun and Merx slashed his arm with a Machete. Merx then fled with his family defaulting on the mortgage which in that the bank sold me the property the vendor knew about it.

Why would no one at the bank or in authority tell me about the insane Redneck hatred and what violent acts had been accomplished. Merx was the second owner driven off of this piece of land. 

The Rednecks stole and dug up and trucked off or burnt just about everything on this property and coerced the contractor my ex-wife insisted on hiring to put the new house down in a hole with all the surface water pouring into it.

The structure on top of the hill was added later where the house was planned and permitted to be.

WHEN THIS HOME WAS BUILT TO REPLACE THE BURNED DOWN HOME I FINISHED FOR EIGHT MONTHS LOCAL CRIMINALS CUT AND STOLE THE TREES AND STRIPPED THE RICH TOPSOIL FROM THE PLATEAU.

THAT LEFT PROPERTY LOOKING AND BEING LIKE THIS FOREVER AND EVER.

THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE WHEN SOIL WHICH TOOK 15,000 YEARS TO ACCUMULATE IS STRIPPED STILL LIKE THIS AFTER FORTY YEARS

LAW WOULD INDICATE THAT THE ACTIONS OF THE MALE ACCOMPLICE OF MAK'ILA BRYANT IMPLICATE HIM IN HER DEATH AS POLICE PROTECTED HER VICTIM FROM BEING STABBED.

MAK'HIA BRYANT LOST HER RATIONAL CONSTRAINT AND WAS GOING TO KILL.

MAK'ILA BRYANT IS ATTACKING HER POTENTIAL VICTIM WITH A KNIFE WHILE HER MALE ACCOMPLICE KICKS A WOMAN IN THE HEAD WHO WAS ASSAULTED AND KNOCKED DOWN BY BRYANT MOMENTS EARLIER.
