DECEPTION IS THE TAP ROOT OF EVIL

DECEPTION IS THE TOOL OF THE DISHONEST WITH WHICH VICTIMS ARE LED TO THE SLAUGHTER OR DISPOSSESSED OF THEIR PROPERTY.

Deception functions as a tap root from off of which other evil acts are enabled. 

The type of Deception I am writing about is not the harmless deception of a magic show or theatrical entertainment. 

It is the Deception which lures the victim and covers theft and falsely accuses which I am referring to. 

Deception can also be used to coerce another person or to defraud another person or to justify or nullify bad actions which damage another person or their property.

I am going to state that as I discourse upon the subject: What is really "Emotionally Motivated" and what is Sin or Mentally Ill motivation. The result  should be the same for any of the flawed motivations. The Emotionally or mental illness motivated or sinful persons should be disregarded and they should be constrained from acting against innocent persons. While the other Sins or Crimes are important the worst of Crimes are Theft and Assault and Murder.

MURDER AND THEFT AND ASSAULT ARE THE MOST DEADLY OF SINS, THE MOST CRIMINALLY DAMAGING TO VICTIMS AND THE PRODUCT OF THE MOST DEPRAVED MINDS. 

The act of theft or vandalism or arson which removes a person's property or destroys it is a terrible crime which is under estimated in the damage it does by those who have not experienced the loss personally. Assault in all of its forms does mental and physical damage which endures, diminishing life's experience. Murder does end everything for the victim, life is over forever.

Truthfulness is a very important virtue and deception is a very common failing. For everyone to be ethical and truthful is a necessary foundational principle for a cooperative society. What can one think when in our supposedly civilized society armed men will be kicking at one's doors based on lies, sent as a part of a deception. What is worse is that there is no way to exercise the lawful right to prosecute or litigate against the persons and organizations that participated in a false raid without a warrant and without any probable cause or evidence, just the Deception.

Innumerable times I have encountered and documented Deception. Most Egregious was the declaration by various persons that all they would have to do was "Say" or Lie and Courts or Police or Sheriffs would move to act against me. Do you have any idea how unsafe this makes a badly crippled man feel about dealing with Authorities in public or even at his own home? How is it possible, if lies are acted upon and not acted against when they are exposed, to fight back against Deception?

The Mentally Ill exultation is entirely discrediting which accompanies the declaration of the supremacy of lies over evidence or the act of Lying or Faking Danger or a 911 call or a plea to get a Divorce and all the money and property- Such danger! But while the Deceptive Danger Fakers call for assistance, why are they exulting, why are they triumphant? They are supposed to be in grave danger. Does not the exulting make it clear who not in danger and who is the Aggressor and who is actually in danger?

CNN Smerconish hosted Charles Barkley, NBA Star, whose interview can be viewed, but I am narrowly focussed on one part of his commentary which refers to Amy Cooper. "I am going to tell the Police that a black man is harassing me`` is how Barkley quoted her. He said `That was her safety net`

I FIND THAT CANARD TO BE USED LIKE A SHIELD AND A SUIT OF ARMOR TO OVERWHELM ME BY PROXY OR THROUIGH DECEIT AS THE WOMEN KNOW THEY ARE BEYOND REPROACH AND THEY HAVE POLICE BACKUP

I REALLY DO THINK THAT THE POLICY OF DEFERRING TO WOMEN AND AGENCIES HAS PAINTED ME BLACK.

The presently practiced methodology of enforcement criminalized so many not criminal and not harmful acts that it is really easy to claim that I am offending.

A continuing record of complaints is maintained regardless of the obvious attempts to manipulate a response against a person who is not harming anyone.

I view the ``Woman in Danger`` canard to be more than a safety net, more like a suit of armor conferring invulnerability which would allow a WOMAN TO TRESPASS, ORDER A MAN AROUND ON HIS OWN PROPERTY, MAKE ORGANIZED FALSE COMPLAINTS; AUTHORITIES ALLOWED THE THEFT OF INHERITANCES AND EXTORTION OF MONEY AND THE IMPOSITION OF UNPAID LABOR. Men were vulnerable. A Woman could unquestioned have Police intervene against a Man. On Vancouver Island, BC, Canada you do not have to be a Black Man, any Man will do as grist for the Woman`s and Police Mill.

Police are granted limited access to the homes and property of residents and owners in case of life threatening emergency or when a judge signs a warrant. Criminal intent on the part of the resident or owner of property being invaded is required for the criminal process and warrant to be used. 

I cannot understand why the moronic device which is used to overrule Law is tolerated by persons who profess to possess extraordinary intelligence. The function of Law is to protect persons and property. The misuse of Law is to use Law to frighten, dominate, intimidate and endanger persons.

The moronic device is that when an infraction of a by-law is suspected, a citation is issued: the alleged infraction is often, invariably in my case, an alleged error of omission, a failure to comply with the often ridiculous and unsupportable interpretations the violation generating martinets espouse.  The citations used repeatedly to intimidate and assault with police, were ruled to be unenforceable and the alleged offence unproven whenever I could challenge in the courts.

The by-law officer becomes the relentless punisher, gathers up as many police or other goons as possible and heads out to violate the written and spoken orders of the property owner to stay off his property, to leave him alone, to find the legal way to serve the quack documents.

LINDON COLLARD HAS A GREEN SCHEME GREENS

Lindon owns most of the North End of King Swamp above Otter Point Road which is the home of Bullrush Frog's relatives and perhaps his decendants too.

At this time Lindon is the only human who thinks about King Swamp and the main remaining watercourse feeding the Swamp, Larulla Creek. There was in the natural state forty years ago another cold clear creek which came down from the hills and Mountains which ring King Valley which fed King Swamp. Years ago persons committing offences against the Water Act of British Columbia diverted the creek forcing it to become part of a roadside ditch.

 Larulla Creek itself was diverted, dammed and then let out into an up to 17 foot deep ditch so as to lose its desirable and animal sustaining qualities and become a dangerous pitfall instead. 

Lindon progressed lawful, correct and timely legal action but he was ruthlessly and absurdly cheated and then Police and By-Law aided and abetted the perpetrators of the damage and the accomplices and accessories to that crime in a campaign of obstruction of lawful development, which predated the excavation in 1981, and continued for forty years as authorities were constantly raiding Lindon's property and home without any evidence and without a warrant on all but one occasion. (1) 

BEFORE POLICE MISCONDUCT WAS BEING MARCHED ON LINDON MADE THE OFFER TO A LAWFIRM WHO WOULD PARTNER IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROPERTY ADJACENT THE ROCKCLIFFE AND WITH WHOM DEVELOPMENT PROFITS WOULD BE SPENT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION OVER FORTY YEARS OF DAMAGES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF A BACKLASH AGAINST LINDON'S WATER ACT OF BRITISH COLUMBIA PLEADINGS AND PROCESS WHICH HAS BEEN USED AGAINST HIM BY POLICE AND NEIGHBORS AND ICBC AND MORE. TRIXIE DASHEVSKY OR BETTY COLLARD CONTACTED THE PERSONS WHO HAD DAMAGED THE COLLARD PROPERTY AND CONSPIRED WITH THEM TO FALSELY CHARACTERIZE LINDON.

LINDON COLLARD ALLEGES THAT INHERITANCES WERE STOLEN FROM HIM AND HE WAS EXTORTED BY COLLARD FAMILY MEMBERS.

LINDON ALLEGES THAT HE WAS INJURED IN ACCIDENTS MANY TIMES AND FRAUD FALSITY DEFAMATION WERE USED TO LIMIT PLAINTIFF ACTION WHICH RESULTED IN NUMEROUS INSTANCES  OF UNREMEDIED LOSS STRETCHING FOR DECADES IN SOME CASES.

I BULL RUSH FROG THINK THAT WATER ACT CRIME IS THE WORST OF THE WORST BUT I AM ACTING IN MY OWN SELF INTEREST BECAUSE AS A FROG I NEED WATER.

LINDON COLLARD WOULD PREFER THAT PROCEEDS OF DEVELOPMENT AND LEGAL FEES MIGHT BE DIRECTED TOWARDS THE GREEN PARTY IF SUCH A DONATION WRITEOFF SCHEME COULD BE CREATED.

LAY THERE WITHOUT MOVING SYNDROME

EACH MINUTE I LAY NEARLY FLAT AND MOTIONLESS I FEEL BETTER AND BETTER. I WILL EVENTUALLY RISE TO DO SOMETHING AND AFTER A TIME STANDING OR EVEN SITTING I WILL COLLAPSE MORE EACH MINUTE.

VIRTUAL PARALYSIS IS WHAT I CALLED THIS PHENOMENA 30 YEARS AGO BUT I EXPERIENCED THAT MALADY IN 1968 AND 1969 FOR UP TO 8 MONTHS. FROM 1970 TO 1974 I HAD TONIC IMOBILITY OR SHELL SHOCK, CONSTANTLY VIRTUALLY PARALYZED. 

FROM 1974 TO 1978 I HAD PERIODS OF MOBILITY BUT PERIODS OF IMMOBILITY RECLINING AT 135*WERE CONSTANTLY REQUIRED  TO BE ABLE TO WORK IN THE PERIODS OF MOBILITY. 

ALTHOUGH I WOULD BE ABLE TO FUNCTION OCCASIONALLY AT PHYSICAL ACTIVITY I DID MOST  WORK AT ADVANCED METHOD JEWELLERY MANUFACTURING FROM A ROLLER CHAIR OR STANDING LEANING ON SOMETHING. 

FIFTY TWO YEAR .  S AFTER I FIRST EXPERIENCED HAVING TO ENDLESSLY LAY THERE WITHOUT MOVING TO HAVE SOME, OFTEN SHORT, PERIOD OF MOBILITY I AM HAVING TO DO THAT NOW IN 2020.

I am presently dealing with the virtually paralyzing side effects of pulling out locked joints which get locked up as a result of injury caused by impact or by Tonic Immobility Collapses which are the result of my being terrorized while I am disabled.

VIRTUAL PARALYSIS AND TONIC IMMOBILITY

PHILOMENIA FLOYD COLLAPSED AT THE SITE OF HIS BROTHER GEORGE'S MURDER AND IT REQUIRED TWO PEOPLE IT IS SAID TO HOLD HIM UP JUST LIKE THE SWAYBACKED SHELL SHOCK VICTIMS REQUIRE TO BE HELD UP IN VIDEOS OF SEVERE INSTITUTIONALIZED CASES OF COLLAPSE OR TONIC IMMOBILITY .

IN MY CASE, THE PANIC BUTTON HAS BEEN PUSHED  MANY TIMES IN MANY PLACES BY MANY PERSONS.

It is just plain not good for me to have been overwhelmed by large groups of people, By-Law, Police, Sheriffs and other persons intent on doing damage to me or my property. It has happened so many times that I cannot go to a Court Building without collapsing. At the Rockcliffe collapses occurred long ago and relatively recently as well; I can't get near my suite there nor even pass by the building without risking an episode of Tonic Immobility.

Here at Otter Point I had to keep an alert watch as Police By-Law and Sheriffs tried for decades to fabricate or fake or deludedly imagined some discrediting violation of law or regulation so they could seize myself, my property or fine me.

I do believe that now the enforcement squads have been curtailed by the Covid 19 Pandemic but my body is still tensely anticipating some incursion, or raid or trespass or all of the violations at once until I fall unconcious in naps or nightly sleeping but the declaration "We are a 24/7 Operation and we are coming any time we have to" does tell your mind anf your body unoverrideably "Watch Out", and you better not unknowingly exit your home with what looked like a weapon and be shot and killed or say something in a suprised utterance which would be interpreted as a statement which you could be incarcerated over.

conforming to the Law and to our Social protocols. 

Each time a bad act would be committed against me I would be subjected to pushback and defamation.

I was thrown out of University and off my CNR Management  Course in 1965 despite passing all of my courses at 

UNB.( My transcripts stamped " NOT READMISSIBLE" with no explanation. 

In 1968 and 1970, injured in motor vehicle accidents, I did not cause I was declared "accident prone" given a tiny 

insurance settlement and thrown out of work at corporations for life. 

I lay virtually paralyzed for four years and I started a small business, sold it and bought 4091 Otter Point Road, then 

Lot A. The house had to be extensively finished which I did as a cripple in two hour work and then one hour lie down 

seven days a week for eight months.

The home and all of my possessions was burnt down in June of 1980 and the whole range of  attacks and lies and 

fraudulent court proceedings began and have never ended.

The Family members took advantage of my preoccupation, my disability and my defamation to steal Millions of Dollars

 of inheritances from me and I crippled again in 1986 could not stop them because they stole my mail and I never 

found out til years later.

The Westminster Parliamentary System provides remedy for situations like this but MLA and MP will not cooperate 

or even respond.   

I am an Artist, Musician, Composer Writer, Performer and Videographer. Shut off from my assets and from free and 

unintimidated travel I did what I could on a shoe string budget and usually Crippled if not Paralyzed.
