FALSITY,  LIKE A BLACK HOLE CREATES A SINGULARITY. THERE IS AN EVENT HORIZON WHERE LIES BEGIN AND NO TRUTH OR REAL KNOWLEDGE CAN EXIST BEYOND THAT BOUNDARY. 

I am going to start working on a "TRUTH" blog if every variation is not taken on blogspot.

          TRUTH IS THE ESSENTIAL FOUNDATION OF KNOWLEDGE 

I cringe when I hear statements such as "Witnesses will come and tell their truthS". "Truths", what corrupt thought processes could result in that statement. How could one know anything with accuracy and certainty if truth came in a multiplicity of versions. I thought the Liberal Party of Canada Chairman of the Justice Committee of the Parliament of Canada was smugly laughing in the faces of Opposition Party Members of Parliament who were determined to expose corruption.

The Chairman reminded me of the  Catholic School student who faced the drumbeating of a Native Elder in the United States  with a very similar "neutral" expression plastered, frozen, on his face. 

FAKE HARMLESS NEUTRALITY IS A FORM OF LYING. PLASTERING A LIGHT SMIRK ON YOUR FACE SHOWS ME THAT YOU ARE FOOLISH, CAPRICIOUS AND DISHONEST.

A Police officer was here at Otter Point, when my wife was divorcing me and in the underclass fashion and practice she was "using Police as Tyler Luccies taught her" she said. Officer French, known in Sooke as a good cop, despite his goodness said to me "We like to get the husband out of the house as soon as possible" and that he had a difficult divorce too. I had put everything I had into this Otter Point property and I had to pay the entire value of the property twice from inherited money as my ex- wife had borrowed on my property by extorting me. I still owed $475 every month interest only it turned out, on my ex-wife's debt. The RCMP policy was to then get me out of the house based on unevidenced lying by my ex-wife. Simply checking her bank statements would expose her lying and fraud and deceit. She always had money I did not ever have any unless I inherited it. Just asking her "Did you take over as the head of household in 1980? In charge, did you fail to supervise contractor Cliff Beance resulting in a great loss of trees and soil and the placement of the home built with the Insurance from the home Lindon Collard wholly owned down in a flooded hole instead of atop the hill where it was approved? In 1984 did you force the creation of a "Major Business" with you as "Operator" and lose everything of your husbands equity in his property and result in his making payments on your business debt?  The "One Way Street " of Lindon and Betty Collard  joint bank account would show that she did not contribute or pay bills.

               EVERYONE HAS THEIR OWN TRUTH

 My notes should identify  who said this but I cannot remember for sure if it was  sure if it was French or Champagne or Brown who said the real chiller, "Everyone has their own truth". 

WHAT THIS MEANS IS REGARDLESS OF THE PROFFER OF EVIDENCE OR RATIONAL REASONING, THERE WILL BE NO MORE CREDENCE GIVEN THE LAWFUL ADHERENCE TO PROCESS THAN ANY BASELESS OPINION OR DECLARATION PRESENTED WITHOUT EVIDENCE.

TRUTH HAS SINGULARITY. THERE IS ONLY ONE TRUTH IN EVERY PRESENTATION OF FACT OR EVIDENCE OR ANY QUOTATION OF A STATEMENT. THE EVENT HORIZON OF TRUTH IS THE FALSEHOOD, TRUTH ENDS WHERE LYING BEGINS. TRUTH HAS SINGULARITY.

Our real universe comes to and end and a Black Hole prevents the escape of everything including information at the Event Horizon. All particles and all light and all matter are sucked into the Black Hole indiscernible for evermore.

Our real universe and reality end at the point where the Black Hole of a Lie begins and worse, nearby people and projects and Truth are sucked in as well!

                                                               

                                                                      

 TRUTH AND TOTAL RECALL

Total Recall is an interesting operation of the mind and use of  mind and memory. The divination of Truth is concrete and absolute when it is in the form of Cinematic Total Recall. It is easy to fake and repeat and ingrain a false mantra, but the capability to create a sound and picture memory of that which had not been witnessed would find that person doing something finer than lying to themselves thus in order to lie to other people.

My Total Recall works in mysterious and sometimes unpleasant ways linking even minute details from long ago to bring forward to the surface of the mind visual and sound memories and other observations past and present.

 

The Automatic Memory Machinery works in a flash sometimes, fast enough to remember that a fleeting shadow could indicate the presence of a predator in ages long past perhaps. The picture of a parking lot appeared on the CBC News. I do attempt to divine the location of an image routinely.

 

Before I could look carefully or think, a thought that the location was in Montreal Quebec came to me. Really I thought, I will quickly judge that the location was the parking lot in front of Saint Joseph's Oratory.The camera swung around and there was the front stairway leading up to Saint Joseph's Oratory or Basilica. Father Andre's room and possessions are on display nearby.

                                                                        

SEXUAL DISCRIMINATION

SEXUAL DISCRIMINATION AGAINST MEN IS NOT ADDRESSED WHILE THERE IS A TRASHSTORM OF ANGUISH OVER SEXUAL HARASSMENT OF WOMEN.

There was and is a culture of sexually harassing women which included groping and manipulating sexual intimacy and even the forceful assaults of rape and battery. I am one of many men who has NEVER manipulated or forced any intimacy with ANYONE. I have made straight up inquiries and even begged for sex, and by intimation and by ingratiating myself with women as potential sex partners and I would do it again. I do not see anything wrong with men asking women to allow sexual intimacy and being nice to women and even giving them gifts. This is the normal way of men and women regarding sexual intimacy.

 WHAT IS REAL IS THE MONEY AND THE PROPERTY!

                                               DIVORCE

There was a time when women's rights and freedom were severely limited and compromised. The worst examples of this bad treatment were in the realm of Paternalistic Authority and the accession of husbands when they married women to be the owner of the wife's property and assets which she possessed independently from any benefit from her husband. The situation is in a state of reversal contemporaneously with the assets of husbands being taken over by wives. 

THE REBUTTAL IS THAT HUSBANDS DIVORCE AND PREY UPON THE ASSETS OF WIVES AS WELL AT THIS TIME. DURING THE TIME I WAS DIVESTED OF ONE ASSET AND BEQUEST AFTER ANOTHER, THIS WAS NOT HAPPENING. DOES PREYING UPON WIVES' ASSETS BY HUSBANDS REALLY HAPPEN WITH ANY SIGNIFICANT  AMOUNT AND FREQUENCY EVEN TODAY IN 2019. 

                                             TRESPASS

An additional glaring disparity is the Police favoritism towards women which can reach absurd levels as the Police protect women who are committing crimes. When women have trespassed or even fronted gangs of trespassers on my property, Police have sided with the Trespassers against myself, on my property alone and vulnerable to collapse and paralysis. I am in danger, I do not pose a threat that Police should escort trespassers onto my property. If there is a threat to the trespassers, the law is clear, stay safe, stay home, stay off other people's  property unless you are wanted there and invited to come there. 

  

                                               BUSINESS

When citizens engage in business, it is time to put sexual discrimination against men aside. The feminine canard is that men are upsetting or emotionally abusing women the moment the women are called out for any inaccuracy or manipulation or false hood. Granted there are men I call Fairy Boys and others call Pussy that act like women do when they are confronted with accuracy and truth, always hurt or hated or in danger when the confronter is a Man.

In business, or at the property line or at government offices  there cannot be an automatic deferral to women or authorities. Only the writ issued lawfully by a judge can make anyone but the resident and property owner have a special status and can take total deferral to the resident and owner away. All Canadian Citizens are alleged to be free to do as they please in public or especially on their own turf unless a judge sees fit to issue a writ. Canadian Citizens are always bound by the Criminal Code of Canada and should behave in a manner consistent with Hansard when in Court or in Public Places. 

IT MATTERS NOT A WHIT WHO IS WOMAN AND WHO IS MAN. IT IS REALLY ALL ABOUT WHOSE MONEY AND PROPERTY AND PARTICULARLY WHOSE RESIDENCE IS THE PLACE WHERE WHATEVER IS GOING DOWN IS OCCURRING. POLICE CAN ONLY PROTECT OWNERS  AND RESIDENTS.  IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT THE PERSON AT THE OFFICE OR NEXT DOOR WANTS. LAW OFFICERS AND WOMEN DO NOT HAVE SPECIAL MAN OVERRULING STATUS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.

SEXUAL DISCRIMINATION AGAINST MEN IN FAVOR OF WOMEN MUST CEASE AND THE ABUSES OF THE LAST FORTY OR MORE YEARS MUST BE REMEDIED.

  THE EXPRESSION OF HATRED DOES INDICATE DISCRIMINATION 

                                                     HATE

I have not ever told a woman that I hated her nor told anyone that I hated women. I have been seriously damaged, I had much of life's experience ruined by the actions of women and their misdirection of authority and punishment onto myself. I have had my money grifted away from myself and my projects. I did not say I hated anyone but I certainly accuse anyone who offended against me.

I have been told by several women in my family directly and through what their stated ambitions were to do to damage me, and one male local resident that they hated me. I do not think the existence of hatred is made more clear than by the declaration of a person that they hate you. Hateful actions and statements also make it clear who hates whom. 

There is no other way to describe the way I personally was treated by the women in my family and extended family than that they hated me. Any criticism of women is descried as " Hate for women". The emotional take of hate is not how men think. I mourn the lost opportunities and loss of experience I was subjected to through having my assets and bequests taken and the punishments  I endured. What other motivation can there be than hatred for exacting punishment when there has not been any harm done or worse, despite the provision of support.

What other motivation and manifestation than hate would have the resentment and discredit that I am subjected to be applied to my sex partners? Always downgraded and disrespected by my Family Members my sex partners and girlfriends were summarily judged despite their being unknown to my Family.

 REPLACEMENT: In 2019 "Replacement" is a political issue.

I know that I continue to apply my own experience to many subjects I write about. The reason I think about many topics is because I experienced  or observed aspects of events which involved a similar circumstance or behavior.

DURING THE EARLY STAGES OF THE WOMAN'S LIBERATION MOVEMENT MY WIFE MADE IT QUITE CLEAR THAT SHE FELT WOMEN'S EQUALITY WOULD INVOLVE WOMEN OWNING EVERYTHING MEN HAD AND BEING IN CHARGE AS MEN WERE.

I was, additionally told that women were faster, smarter and stronger and that

"WE ARE TAKING OVER" and that turned out to be more

than just taking over. All of the worked for and inherited wealth of Men would now be under the ownership and control of women. Furthermore, I was going to be replaced and discarded. Whereas while I was in control and owner I had to take care of more than just my Wife's needs, with my wife in control she was to

"MAKE LIFE AS DIFFICULT AS POSSIBLE FOR YOU"(ME) "I WANT YOU ON THE STREET OR IN JAIL" she hissed.  This was my wife's idea of "Equality".

Vetting For Persons Mobilizing Force and Seizure

 Should there not be Extreme Vetting of Divorcing Wives and what about Vetting Fake 911 Callers, instead of Pot Sellers.

POLICE DID NOT VET ME, WITH MY AAA INDUSTRIAL BNS CREDIT RATING AND MY AUDITED BUSINESS AND MY LETTERS OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RUNNING A BENEFICIAL TRAINING COURSE AT ADVANCED METHOD JEWELLERY MANUFACTURING.

IN SOOKE BC THE RCMP KEEPS A RECORD OF COMPLAINTS, GOSSIP AND ALLEGATIONS WHICH COULD NOT BE VERIFIED.    THAT IS HOW OPINIONS  IN SOOKE BY-LAW AND POLICE AND AUTHORITIES ARE FORMED AND WIDELY COMMUNICATED.

Repeatedly I have been powerless as really crazy schemes and claims have been deferred to by Government or Police while I the worker or owner have been subjected to absurdly declared defamation. What does the Divorcing Wife who has not been harmed but supported and helped by her husband say about him. I am going to make life as difficult as possible for you my ex-wife hissed, the Police are turned on to you, I told them..

Extreme Vetting

EXTREME VETTING  This posting is an all blog Post.

Extreme and Extensive Vetting for Marijuana sales shops and Dispensary Owners and other employees. I heard about this practice just recently and that the RCMP even wanted information on associates and family members. I think the Marijuana is planned to come prepackaged and there is to be a 7 % profit margin. I wonder what an owner or employee might be able to do?

Then I thought of other situations where large amounts of money could be taken or large losses could result due to the actions of Persons who should probably have to be vetted before they were allowed to proceed with the course of action which they were pursuing. What comes to mind is the overwhelming loss of control I experienced when my wife "had to have a divorce, had to get away from me." I had operated and sold a business, and bought land and finished the first house, it was burnt down and Wife and Kids and  I lost everything, but for the land and enough insurance money to pay the mortgage off and build a modest ho me on the existing foundation . That is what I set out to do.

Married only two years, my wife threatened me that if I did not finance a two thousand square foot home and she wanted a contractor to build it, she would divorce me and I would lose all my assets to legal fees. She took AND BOTCHED CONTROL. Then she took control again after I remedied some of the botch, much never remediable. She lost everything, from owing nothing to owning nothing but debt more than the property was worth. I inherited enough to be only Twenty One Thousand in debt and she struck again with ``Sign over all of your assets or I will say you abused me``, and a bunch of other nonsense detailed elsewhere. 

How hard could it be to check out the Fake 911 Caller or to check into the Divorcing Wife ? William Hitch's Legal Secretary told me that word had circulated among legal secretaries that my ex-wife had gone to many lawyers, fifty she said, and none of them would do what she wanted to do. Not Vetted by that she eventually found a Criminally Insane Sidekick, a carefully calculating Psychopath Criminally Insane though as Trixie or Betty was Malignantly Narcissistically a Criminally Insane Schizophrenic, not calculating, but crazed.  

DRINKING IS THE BEST WAY TO ADDLE

Just this minute I was thinking about  bad behavior and irresponsibility, the "I don't care" "Do not Listen" people.

I WONDER: How much of the bad behavior is a result of Alcohol Consumption. The other drug I am suspicious of is the popular anti bad feeling or any feeling drug ATIVAN.

My Mother gobbled  Opiates and she was selfish and mean and uncaring as she inflicted beatings and seized property for herself and ruled the Collard Family with Insanity.

WHY NOT HAVE DRUG TESTING OF LAWYERS, FAMILY DESTROYERS AND FAKE 911 CALLERS. HOW MUCH LYING AND STEALING AND DESTROYING AND DELIBERATE HAMPERING IS DONE BY PEOPLE WHO ARE ADDLED BY THEIR DRUG CONSUMPTION.

THE CONSUMPTION MAY NOT EVEN BE THAT DAY BUT THE CORROSIVE EFFECT ON ETHICS MORALS AND THE ABILITY TO REASON IS EVENTUALLY AN EVERY DAY PERMANENT CONDITION. OTHER PEOPLE ADOPT THE DAMAGING CULTURE FROM THE DRUG USERS. 

I have railed and wailed about the  influence of not only Cocaine but the Culture of Cocaine which I say has warped lawyers minds in particular but I wonder how much other selfish callous cruelty results from the Culture of Cocaine and Ativan and Alcohol and Opiate Consumption?

DRINKING IS THE BEST WAY TO ADDLE AND IT IS WIDESPREAD.  IS VICIOUS DIATRIBE WITHOUT ANY FACTUAL BASIS THE HALLMARK OF DRUNKEN RAGE?

CROSS EXAMINATION UNDER OATH

I have cross examined several dozen people under Oath.

I would sincerely wish to cross examine under oath the writer of the disparaging comments about myself and my work.

 

I had to cross examine mostly Police as I defended myself against tickets.

This situation arises when persons utter false accusations and I get to test the truth. The accusation can be as simple as an accusation leading to a speeding ticket when one was not speeding. It could be as complicated as the collusion and prevarication in the Pincombe caused Motor Vehicle Accident with a false accident report by RCMP  member House. I have the report and I HAVE THE CAR I WAS DRIVING WHICH SHOWS WHAT WAS THE TRUTH IN THE BENT METAL. I cannot comprehend why a sworn statement could be created when the damage to either vehicle would clearly indicate where his vehicle collided with my full size Oldsmobile.

At ICBC deranged Bink Loftheren or thereabouts screamed at injured me "You are making me late for my Vacation" and "Yew were going eiightyy fiiive milesh an Hour". Pure crazy. I carried a body pack tape recorder under my right arm in those days. I created a dated signed transcript. I have it. I have the car. 

RCMP member House had to make the accident report match the lies of Pincombe and his neighbor, prevaricating to try to say I caused the accident where he was on the wrong side of the road. Regardless of the forensic evidence in where the vehicles damaged each other House uttered  A REPORT. I HAVE IT. I HAVE THE CAR. There is an additional incredible collusion, conspiracy to obstruct justice, as the charges against Pincombe were dealt with without me.

I would sincerely wish to cross examine, under oath, the writer of all the disparaging comments made about myself and my work and see if a scintilla of actual fact could be found when the writer had to be truthful or face consequences. 

I have no problem with cross examination as I do rigorously adhere to truth, evidence and Law.

In my posts I rigorously adhere to truth. Other people who do not share my ethical reasons to speak only truth should consider what would happen if their veracity and reputation were important and they were cross examined about their published statements to test the truth thereof and assess their credibility.

I recently was ticketed for the second time in thirty years for speeding, which I was doing. I immediately went to the Motor Vehicle Branch office and I paid the ticket in full, forthwith. There is no way that I can lie, so if I was speeding I was speeding. It is the same with fake 911 calling and lying and stealing, particularly when I supply the evidence to the Crown and I am the victim.

SERIOUS CIVIL SERVICE

I was a Canadian National Railways Yardman and Yard Foreman in the 1960's.

Canadian Law provided enhanced penalties for screwing up as a CNR Running Trades Employee. Capital punishment was eliminated for all crimes in the late 1960's but remained for some civil servants, which I was one of.  

Twenty two people were burned or crushed to death today or yesterday in Ramses Station Cairo Egypt, that would with negligence or worse malfeasance, deliberately screwing things up like that in Canada in the 1960`s would result on conviction to suffering the penalty, Hung by the Neck until Dead.

Police are potentially dangerous in many more ways to the safety and prosperity of Canadian citizens. Police do play`silly bugger``screwing up on us on purpose.

PÔLICE WILL TAKE ACTION WITHOUT EVIDENCE AND WILL CREATE FALSE RECORDS AND THUS RUIN THE REPUTATIONS, RUIN THE BUSINESS, CAREERS, THE ABILITY TO LAWFULLY TAKE LEGAL ACTION, AND THE FREEDOM TO TRAVEL OF CANADIAN CITIZENS BASED ON WORTHLESS PHONED IN FALSE COMPLAINTS, UNEVIDENCED CONDEMNATION AND REBUTTED FALSE RECORDS. 

POLICE JAIL CITIZENS AND CRIPPLE CITIZENS AND KILL CITIZENS AND THE ENTIRE JUSTICE SYSTEM  FACILITATES THE POLICE TO AVOID RESPONSIBILITY.

WHY ARE POLICE, LAW OFFICERS AND BYLAW OFFICERS NOT HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR SCREWING UP AND DELIBERATELY SCREWING UP.  THAT IS ALWAYS BREAKING THE LAW BECAUSE REGULATION GOVERNS EVERY MOVE THEY MAKE AND EVERY RECORD THEY KEEP MORE STRINGENTLY THAT THE OTHER DANGEROUS CIVIL SERVANT THE RAILROAD WORKER.

 

EVERY MOVE I MADE AS A CNR FEDERAL CIVIL SERVANT WAS GOVERNED BY ALL OF THE LAWS OF CANADA AND 265 ADDITIONAL RULES AND DOT A AND B BOOKS AND DAILY BULLETINS, ALL OF WHICH I OBEYED OR THE TRAINS WOULD CRASH AND PEOPLE`S LIVES AND CAREERS COULD BE LOST OR RUINED. THE POLICE CAN NEGLIGENTLY OR DELIBERATELY WREAK SIMILAR OR WORSE DAMAGE.

WHY DOES OUR CAPRICIOUS JUSTICE SYSTEM ALMOST ALWAYS LET POLICE AMD LAW OFFICERS ESCAPE RESPONSIBILITY FROM CONVICTION FOR ANY UNLAWFUL ACT. POLICE AND LAW OFFICERS ARE RARELY TRIED OR SUBJECTED TO CIVIL LITIGATION.

It is long past time to subject all Law Officers including lawyers to rigorous scrutiny. If there is a place for ZERO TOLERANCE, this is it.
