My ex-wife said just after I had a Spinal Operation and General Anesthetic. 

``Your entire family is in agreement. You will start a major business with me as the operator or I will divorce you and you will lose all of your assets to legal fees and you will be disinherited of your Father`s money. It is a Fait Accompli ``

I have been accused of Hate innumerable times. Look at all of my blogs, videos, cartoon animations, and music videos, particularly the music videos, because that is what I was, a musician. I played diatonic Hohner Harmonicas under amplification live with numerous ensembles and at writing sessions and at my Space Jam. When that was no longer possible I wrote, composed, performed songs and made videos.  You will be hard pressed to find any evidence of Hate.  

I accuse vociferously those who have injured me or taken my money which was always required to progress my Musical, Literary and Artistic Projects. I am countered with  "You Hate.......". That is hogwash, no one who has been injured or ripped off is OK with it. To please or avoid carping critics many people are silent. Go watch and listen to my YouTube Channel Albums, on stereo Hi Def TV please, not on your phone. You can see that I am interested in Unusual Characters and Politics and Sex. THERE WILL BE NO EVIDENCE OF HATE for you to find because I did not write any Hate into my musical production.

I have been injured in accidents and lost so much time laying there paralyzed that when my money is taken from me and I have to work to survive or make payments I am bitterly resentful. People say I hate the Police or Insurance Lawyers. I sure do think they are skunks but I did not say I hated them, never.

The Hate accusation is an attempt to get away without being forced to be responsible for Criminal Behavior.  If you think that taking someones money is not criminal, can I come and take a few hundred thousand of your dollars please. It is absurd to say that I hate women when what I want is my money back, and how about my time that was wasted. Documents notifying me of inheritance were kept by Family members, even my ex-wife knew, til the inheritances were wheedled away and I did not get a single red cent twice and lost most of another inheritance from my aunt and even a portion of my inheritance from my father was taken. Yes my brother was in on it but all the rest of the thieves were women. I have been told that I hate women but I have never ever said that I hated them. The Mayor in a nearby town and a suckhole business creep have babbled about me hating women without evidence and I have e-mail correspondence saying that I hate women and I plan to launch a lawsuit and find out who told her so she told him.

ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO EFFECT DUE PROCESS BECAUSE I WAS SO HORRIBLE THAT I COULD BE IGNORED OR REFUSED SERVICE OR RAIDED AND NO ONE WILL TELL ME WHAT I AM SUPPOSED TO HAVE DONE YOU VICIOUS MENTAL CASE FRANCINE.

My Member of Parliament Keith Martin said "I was going to escort you into RCMP headquarters but I heard about you." Once again I requested to know what I was supposed to have done but he  would not tell me. "You have to write to RCMP Complaints" he said. Then the Police say you are a danger to them and send Swat teams and make fake reports up all of you vicious lying defaming false accusers.

Years later Lawyer Chris Bing said ``It would be a stain on our Law Firm to work for you (ICBC claim by myself) . You better find yourself a good criminal lawyer``. What I am I supposed to have done`` I said. Chris Bing would not answer. Would you not sue him. I am sure it would not be OK with you to have accident injury and property loss never paid for. 

I asked my ex-wife ``Why are you doing this to me``. This was one year before the gang of five struck. She was spending everything and doing nothing for me at all. She moved in to the house I had just paid to construct and worked on as well and announced ``You hate us. Why do you not just go, this is not going to be a good marriage. I am not going to cook, clean or Fuck. Fuck you, Fuck you, Fuck you.`` Two years later she was imperiously demanding $350. to go shopping. Car insurance for the year cost that or two months Electric Heating or a Month of groceries. She would blow the money somehow without anything to show for it. ``Why are you doing this to me``.

``BECAUSE I HATE YOU`` SHE SAID, ``I HATE ALL MEN I HATED MY FATHER``. I object and it is said I hate women.

The women of the Alf Toone co op have to have hated me. They lived for free near my father inheritance purchase, a million dollar (now three million) apartment building which could house many family members in the future, a housing shortage is possible. We moved in, me and all three of my children. Within a few months a bogus shutdown of the Rockcliffe was accomplished, all the tenants thrown out Christmas Eve 2001.

THE LEADER OF THE ALF TOONE CRIMINAL GANG SAID ``WE ARE GOING TO BANKRUPT HIM AND HIS FUCKING FERRARI``. THIS DEMONSTRABLY HATE.

 MANY WOMEN DO NOT LIKE CHILD CARE AND FAMILY MAINTENANCE. MY WIFE DID NOT LIKE CHILD CARE OR FAMILY MAINTENANCE, "THIS IS NOT ENOUGH FOR ME " SHE SAID. DO NOT GET MARRIED IF THIS IS HOW YOU FEEL, IT IS NOT YOUR HUSBAND'S FAULT, HATE YOURSELF NOT YOUR HUSBAND.

 MY MOTHER DID NOT LIKE CHILD CARE EITHER. WHEN AN ADULT BEATS A CHILD DAILY THAT IS HATE.

I AM REALLY TIRED OF BEING A TARGET OF HATE BY WOMEN IN PARTICULAR, THEY GET THE POLICE TO BE AFTER YOU BY LYING. AFTER THEY HAVE SPENT ALL OF YOUR MONEY OR TRIED TO BANKRUPT YOU THEY WILL SAY YOU HATE THEM AND THAT THEY NEED POLICE INTERVENTION WHEN YOU HAVE NOT OFFENDED.

Last one for now. Bear in mind I did not know any of the gang of seventeen, I worked in the house I was finishing and I did not speak to anyone but once, Dennis Ireland. When I purchased and personally finished the first home at Otter Point Dennis Ireland said `` I should hate you, you live in the house of the man that got us busted". THEY HAD PREVIOUSLY STRIPPED THE COPPER WIRE AND PIPE AND TAKEN HEATERS SINKS AND TOILETS.  I replaced and repaired and finished the house.  My Jewellery Inventory was stolen and then the house was burned down with all my worldly possessions including my jewellry factory. My Wife and Child had to escape with flames shooting out of the base of the walls Everybody in that gang of Twelve knows Palfry burnt the house down.

GENIUS AND BULLSHIT

Genius and Bullshit do not belong in the same sentence. 

Genius which involves Total Recall, Mathematical, Scientific, Artistic, Literary and Musical Skills engenders the endowed person to be capable of understanding and knowing about the mental processes, perceptions and beliefs of ordinarily intelligent people and those of fools,morons and the mentally ill. That stream does not flow both ways. The Perceptions, mental Processes and Understandings of very intelligent persons are not readily apparent to ordinarily intelligent persons. Some of the work of Geniuses is not able to be comprehended by even very intelligent persons who may have Genius of their own.

When the Work, Theory or Conclusion is not understood it is absurd to call the process and results Bullshit. Bullshit would have to involve a false declaration of Work, Theory or Conclusion. I have a loathing of and a fear of Bullshit. Bullshit can be used to damage an innocent, diligent and honest person. Regardless of how well and morally and ethically one would behave, when Bullshit is tolerated and supported  and acted upon one is not safe from capricious attack.

I am subject to Tonic Immobility or Collapse immobility which means I can lose all ability to control muscles and I fall vertically straight down. To me it feels like the weak knees at the high jump into the pool below a cliff, like the body turned to water and I slump compressing and misaligning skull, neck, back and knee and leg joints.Often the left leg would fold flat. Collapse persists for years.

From the age of four to twelve years old I was constantly set upon by my Mother with a steel edged Yardstick and a thick hickory broom handle and often by stealth. She would sneak up and nail me or I would enter the house to be hit over the heads with a broom handle.

Perhaps the most damaging assaults may cause the default in the back position to be in a form of reversing of the arch of the back to fallen in in the center of the spine. Tonic Immobility was also called  Swayback.

My Mother would come up from behind when I was reading or at a desk or she would lie in wait or call me into room she was in and my Mother would violently     grab my hair and yank it usually to the right then more violently to the left and twist my neck, throw me to the floor thus and often she would jump on me and pull my spine into a reverse arch by my hair.

 I spasm into this position after a Tonic immobility Collapse and remain thus crippled and locked for three years this time the condition worsened by threats of Police action and the continual invasion of my property by hostile threatening individuals without and within the Police.

A contributing factor with all Tonic Immobility or Collapse Immobility would be being on edge that a danger could present at any moment. Childhood Abuse is also theorized to be a potent contributing factor. 

I was queried, "What is wrong with your neck?" I answered, "At my age, it is very damaging to collapse". I always get the "Why didn't you move?" " YOU married her" is another harp. I explained all of this and I was told that this was "Your Bullshit.`` That means my collapse and injury and attempt to future safeguard my self are Bullshit.

 No the Fake 911 calls and false complaints are Bullshit. My outraged response cannot be Bullshit. The Police raid enabling fake complaints coupled with the standing conspiracy by Law Officers to always pretend to be in DANGER even if they are raiding based on Bullshit. I have been hauled off by the Sooke RCMP based on an out of juristiction proven to be actively false and perjurious complaint. I was chained up feet and waist and wrists together put in an frozen concrete box in Sooke transported in a rickety airplane over water with out a life vest and chained and then left for hours in an unheated unventelated van and I was badly crippled again.

The Lawyer who set it up admitted in court that he could not swear to the truth of his allegations. Beating him myself using the Collard Cross in Provincial Court in Vancouver explained one Blog back is actually demonstrated and executed

THE COLLARD CROSS IS A QUESTIONING METHODOLOGY DESIGNED TO EXPOSE LIES              AND TO FORCE WITNESSES TO TELL THE TRUTH

 The Lawyer's Handbook, as published in British Columbia Canada states :         "A LAWYER'S FIRST DUTY IS TO THE TRUTH" .

When any Citizen  of Canada makes a statement to Courts or Authorities that citizen is completely and without exclusion required to utter only truthful statements. The Truth is very important. When Fraud and Falsehood are allowed in the Courts or in statements to authorities it is impossible for the lawful acting person to know what to expect or what to do to safeguard oneself.

When an event or accident occurs and Fraud and Falsehood are countenanced there is not protection for the lawfully acting person or the person who was damaged or victimized. The negligent or the assaulter or the vandal's actions can thus be even more damaging than by just the original act.

When a person is offended against, injured, or suffers property loss the damage done cannot be rectified if it is not recognized or justification for the damaging acts is created based on the Defamation of the damaged person.

                       THE  COLLARD  CROSS

The Collard Cross uses constantly changing time frames and conceptual questioning, changing from  one question to the next question.

This simple method may well be taught in whole or in part in Law Schools but I have not seen anyone else but myself use this method in Court.

I believe that it is necessary to be progressing truth with this method, it would be very complicated to whip up a Falsehood based Collard Cross.

I believe that a Total Recall capable Cross Examiner is necessary or a computer program or Staff Assistance might also make this possible.

PREPARE, PREPARE, PREPARE. THE COLLARD CROSS REQUIRES A BROAD, COORDINATED KNOWLEDGE OF ALL OF THE CASE MATERIAL INCLUDING ALL OF THE LIES THAT THE COLLARD CROSS CAN EXPOSE AS PERJURY. I HAVE DECLARED IN COURT THAT I AM A  PERJURER HUNTER. COME PLAINTIFFS AND LAWYERS AND HUNT PERJURERS UNTIL THEY ARE GONE FROM OUR COURTS AND FROM OUR LIVES. 

Communicate the Truth to all and sundry and Summons them to Court to read the letters and transcripts of conversations. Challenge them. Is this not true. When the witness or respondent or even the respondent`s lawyer deny proveable truth when they are under oath demand that they be charged with perjury. When the witness or respondent or lawyer lie demand the Supreme Court Rules process to immediately try the perjurer and to DISREGARD EVERY THING THEY SAY AS POSSIBLY ANOTHER FALSE HOOD AND DO NOT FORGET, LAWYERS, POLICE AND BY-LAW OFFICERS:

THE CROWN HAS NO FURTHER USE FOR AN OFFICER OF THE COURT WHO LIES. That would be any Law Officer, Lawyer, Police, Sheriff, or By-Law Officer who is caught lying in any official or judicial capacity is done, dismissed; no longer a Lawyer, Police or By-Law who is a danger to the public.

EMOTIONALLY MOTIVATED OR SUCCUMBING TO THE TEMPTATIONS OF MENTAL ILLNESS, CRIMINALITY, SIN AND HATRED

THERE ARE MANY LISTS OF SINS WHICH DO NOT REALLY FIT MY UNDERSTANDING OF "DEADLY SIN".

The first sin, or personality flaw which refers to pride " a proud look ". Is there some misunderstanding possible without reasoning that haughtyness and showing off wealth to the impoverished and having a false pride in oneself that diminishes the achievement and circumstance of others would be offensive. Perhaps the modern Psychiatric Designation "Narcissism'" would be more accurate in 2019. 

The rest of this ancient list of offences is more relevant than most lists of Seven Deadly Sins, one can call them sins, but the designation "Offenses " is more meaningful to me.

1. A proud look,
2. a lying tongue,
3. hands that shed innocent blood,
4. A heart that devises wicked plans,
5. feet that are swift in running to evil,
6. A false witness who speaks lies,
7. and one who sows discord among brethren

The concept of Emotional Motivation is not entirely limited to Negative Motivation.

The alleged sin "Pride" motivates good actions. Emotional motivations like Love and Affectionate Bonds result in many beneficial situations actions and results.

In this series of Blog Postings I am unfortunately concentrated upon the negative effects and the bad acts which are the result of unbridled emotionally driven actions and statements which are calculated to do damage. The Emotions experienced by the perpetrators of damaging actions and words are a motivation to commit the bad acts and also a JUSTIFICATION OF WHY IT IS OK TO DO BAD THINGS TO INNOCENT PEOPLE based on how the perpetrators feel. 

Perpetrators of bad actions and false informing have emotional needs which override any necessity to be fair, honest and ethical. The need is so great. Perpetrators are often offended by characteristics or the circumstance of another person or group and then allow this sense of being offended to override any necessity to be fair, honest and ethical.

The most important "Negative Motivation"  which is seen as ``Emotional Motivation `` is Hate. Declarations of Hatred are often made to the Victims of Hatred by the perpetrators of damaging acts and declarations.  Hatred is recognized as  Criminal and it should be prominent on any list of Sins. Unjustified hatred of an innocent person or group or enterprise is wholly a manifestation of Mental Illness.
