Do not think you have discovered the magic of uncovered ground, that will not happen. The exception would be Municipal By-Laws which are created by morons to tilt the playing field in business or development or for political purposes; for purposes which are often not lawful and are rarely just. Canada's federal Parliament can be responsible for passing Laws which are damaging to some persons but the Supreme Court of Canada should deal with these transgressions. In addition my prescient noted, as the Supreme Courts of the United States of America and especially the United Kingdom rule so rules the Supreme Court of Canada. The Law should be not a mystery or an irrational injustice. By nature Law is supposed to be fair, evenhanded and true.
I remember a time that marijuana and hashish use were so narked on that if anyone found out, in some cases there would be a police alarm raised and people would be dragged off over a seed. I have heard the statement made that opinion should not be spoken or Police would get a drug call.

Who thinks this is lawful must be daft. I will be demanding commensurate financial compensation based on how much I would have turned the two million dollars into as I started much later and with only seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars of inheritance I managed to keep. Time to go to court again, this time with the funds for lawyers and the need for the write off that the legal fees create. What I am saying is that if you were subjected to a raid or apprehension, detention or just Police attention you might not be so blase that such goings on go on. I know that some people will claim that it has happened to them and they were not bothered by being raided. The circumstances must have been different than any time I have been raided. I have rarely encountered friendly or apologetic Police, By-Law, Provincial Sheriffs, or even non-enforcement civil servants, not when being raided nor when I have to deal with civil servants in public. To me they are always overbearing and hostile and looking to cause trouble in addition to the fake 911 Call or Complaint or even if they are on my property as part of an application to improve the property. The feigned need for protection which is deployed to answer any challenge to civil servants, authorities or government employees is dangerous and causes fear and apprehension. When the veracity of the Authorities premise for raiding or impeding me is bogus and fake, the situation causes severe anguish.

CAN YOU IMAGINE YOURSELF ARRIVING AT COURT WITH ALL OF YOUR BRIEFCASES AND HAVING THE POLICE GRAB YOU AND BLOW UP YOUR DOCUMENTS AND HANDCUFF YOU AND CHAIN YOU UP BECAUSE A FALSE REPORT WAS MADE TO THE AUTHORITIES THAT YOU WERE GOING TO BLOW UP THE COURTHOUSE.
