USA  POLITICIAN SAID " THIS IS MOB RULE '' AND THOUGH I DID NOT AGREE I DID SEE. 

  Democracy has been lost in many ways into a manipulated crowd response and into crowd bullying of smaller groups and individuals. There is a lot of public input that is simply a negativist overpowering of individual will.  There is a stamp of legitimacy placed upon those who win elections that  overrules the will of individuals and groups for no real reason that I would accredit.  The protection against a myriad of public nuisances and dangers is real and necessary . Protection to assuage fears or opinions or prejudices is catering to Mob Rule. 

I object to the acquiescence to the will of Police and By-Law and Sheriffs which is widely practiced and IS DEMANDED FROM PERSONS WHO DO NOT ASCRIBE TO ACQUIESCENCE  as they are competent to administer their affairs and property and will not damage anyone or their property particularly when the property is large, rural and screened by vegetation. Businesses are highly regulated as well and have insurance and mortgage company oversight and the businesses and their owners should not be subject to any unnecessary acquiescence to authorities caused by telephone callers who remain anonymous but who create a state of conflict with authorities.

If the activity on a property damages the surroundings or environment in a real manner then of course regulation is necessary.

 When a person makes a disposition of property or capital if that property or capital is seized or diverted from the use the owner intended, as I recently wrote: ``by force or in my (ones) absence or under color of law`` and I would add by fraud or coercion or the creation of fear or declaring unworthyness or through defamation, this should not occur. Authorities should not refuse to act  nor should they blindly protect the offending persons.  PROPERTY OWNERSHIP AND PROPERTY USE SHOULD BE PROTECTED, FREEDOM OF ACTION AND DISPOSITION SHOULD  NOT BE SUBJECT TO  MOB RULE. 

If the activity of an individual does damage to persons or property the actions taken by authorities are legitimate. If the activity of a person or group is disliked or characterized negatively that is no reason for authorities to act or raid or publish defamation against a person or group. The most egregious false motivation of authorities is through predictive negativity and declarations about what a person or group thinks or feels. As I wrote previously: Nuts Nuts it is all so Nuts.

IF A NUMBER OF NEIGHBORS OR RELATIVES OR LAW OFFICERS ACT WITHOUT LAWFUL PURPOSE AGAINST A PERSON OR GROUP THEY ARE A MOB OF BULLIES THIEVES AND TERRORISTS. A MOB.

CONTEMPORANEOUS

I have written about the "timing thing ", it is never the right time. When contemporaneous or upon discovery complaint or submission of evidence or invitation to view evidence proffers are not responded to there should be no way for it to be " too late ", not ever. When I raise the subject, damage to myself, my property and my prospects whether it was by force or in my absence or under color of law, there is no receptive audience  nor is there assistance from authorities and there is often an openly declared refusal to act or threat to act against me instead of the persons who did the damage.

Perhaps it is me myself, considered worthless, who cares what I think happened.

I wrote to authorities and submitted evidence such as photographs and accurate transcriptions of what was said to me, and somehow there was such bad dirt on me that there would be no cooperation extended.  No one would tell what it was that was said about me either. I have a theory based on some recently acquired information and contemporary political news. 

I am accused of being "Emotional" when I chastise and order off trespassers and harassers and speak and write about them in a most disparaging manner.    I am not being emotional I am communicating ice cold fact and opinion. 

My ex-wife communicated to Police and lawyers and other persons that I " Hated "  them and women. That is a female emotional motivation. I as a man was not emotionally motivated. In addition, I, a man who ran a business where he did most of the work, sold the business and bought and resurrected a derelict looted while under construction house where he did most of the work  and moved his family in and then paid for and remedied a second home for his family was busy working, was not hanging around brooding and hating. I also smiled a lot so when the Bi-Polar thing first came along our RCMP shrinkies adopted it and labeled me "Manic". RCMP could see that I was always smiling and they could not add the " Depressive". My ex-wife said she would "wipe the smile off of your face" and ran all around saying I was discontented and angry to accomplish that.  IT IS ALL REALLY NUTS.

I complained about or submitted evidence contemporaneously in the Environmental Appeal Board and the Supreme Court of British Columbia and all over the internet and in boxes of copies of letters sent to authorities since 1982 and til recently by e-mail and the he " Hates" prevails I believe still. I have had conversations, hard to prove, but the e-mails in some instances are damning or as I do declare, the produce of mentally ill persons who cannot or will not perceive what is and has happened. The he " hates " canard is from my ex-wife who invented it she said with  her lawyers advice. She declared to me, " I have told them you hate Police Lawyers and Women "  NUTS IT IS ALL SO NUTS.

IT IS NOT TOO LATE.  WE ARE CONTEMPORANEOUS, I DO REMEMBER AND I HAVE DIARIES WHEN  I DID NOT. IT IS TIME TO REMEDY MANY CRIMES FROM THE PAST NOW. PROTECTION IS OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE.

Post mostly deleted.  The remaining sole conclusion would be that the Entitled do take advantage of a certain invulnerability to behave badly. Group acceptance motivates them and energizes them. They and other people and groups feel that the law will not deter them from doing whatever they want to do.  This practice   rationalizes bad behavior.  You do never know how far they will go.

HOW CAN IT BE LAWFUL TO NOT REQUIRE CONSENT FROM ME TOO?

I did not consent to any inheritances to be taken from me nor to be kept secret from me nor did I consent to let my wife take over as financial head of my family. I did not consent to her demand for a 2000 sq. ft. home contractor built. I did not consent to borrow money for me to repay and for my wife to spend on a business adventure. I paid her after she lost everything I owned on her business adventure. She demanded amounts from $7700. to $10,000. on five or six occasions and then $30, 000. I did not consent except the $30,000. as final payment and I certainly did not consent as Betty or Trixie and her lawyer refused to acknowledge payment and were back for more. I did not consent but I was forced to pay extortion payments for debt I did not consent to, thus I did not consent. I was forced to pay my wife unacknowledged payments which she described as blackmail and can you believe me too, I did not consent. ME TOO  I DID NOT CONSENT. HEY, ME TOO.

BACK IN THE SPRING OF 1970 LEONARD KLASSEN AND ME, LINDON, ROLLED UP THE STAIRS INTO A MOTORCYCLE CLUBHOUSE IN A MANSION ON VANCOUVER`S TWELFTH AVENUE AND SHADES OF KAVANAUGH`S LIFE THERE was a lineup of of low lifes preparing to gang rape two young women .

HOW CAN IT BE LAWFUL: POLICE ABUSE CITIZENS TO PLEASURE THEMSELVES

I WAS WATCHING THE MOUNTING EVIDENCE THAT KAVANAUGH  WAS LICENTIOUS AND SELF GRATIFYING WHEN INTOXICATED.

THIS REMINDED ME OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH AND HOW SECRECY AND PRIVILEGE CREATED A SANCTUARY FOR PERVERTS. 

I extrapolated as I thought: What other cultures of secrecy and privilege are similar, Police?

THE SELF GRATIFICATION AND NARCISSIST DISREGARD FOR THE SUFFERING CAUSED BY RAPE AND ASSAULT AND OVERPOWERING OF VICTIMS TO OBTAIN PLEASURE IS A COMMON THEME FOR THE ORGANIZED PERVERSION THAT IS EVIDENCED IN OPPORTUNISTIC PARTY RAPERS, PEDOPHILES AND POLICE  WHO ABUSE CITIZENS.

The victims of Rape and domination and abuse by authority do not forget what happened.  There is a neverending apprehension that the damaging actions they suffered will be repeated. The fear is an enhancing feature for rapists and I have seen Law Officers exulting as they terrorized me.

A SERIOUS INVESTIGATION  INTO THE CULTURAL PRACTICES OF NUMEROUS POWERFUL AGENCIES AND ORGANIZATIONS WILL EXPOSE SADISTIC  AND PERVERTED  PRACTICES OF SELF GRATIFICATION  AND DISREGARD FOR THE SUFFERING OF VICTIMS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT THE PRACTICES AND ABUSES OF LAW OFFICERS OR EVERY SORT SHOULD BE FIRST.

HOW CAN IT BE LAWFUL TO GET MARRIED TO GET DIVORCED?

AT VERNON BC IN 1977 I ENTERED INTO A MARRIAGE CONTRACT.  FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER I WAS TOLD         " I WILL BE HAPPY WHEN I GET MY  DIVORCE ''

I had just said to the former "Betty Dash" or "Trixie Dashevsky" " Are you happy now, you are pregnant and married, your mother should be happy". I think that my ex-wife not only got married but got pregnant to get money. I do not know what her real name was, she called herself Betty Dash but I saw a birth certificate that said Trixie Dashevsky. My ex-wife paid no attention to Law.  Men were subject to a myriad of laws and restrictions but many women felt that they were not bound by those same laws.

 

I had to put everything aside to support and house my wife and children. I was required by law to continue to support my children and if a divorce was negotiated, pay my wife a large sum of money eventually if she had participated in creating such assets but Trixie had contributed nothing, not even house work. I had no intention nor motivation to end the marriage, I had children to support, house and care for.  Betty or Trixie had been transported with joy at the prospect of having children before we could afford to have children. I realized the seriousness of the requirement to support and house the family. My ex-wife either did not care or did not believe that poverty for all of us would be the result of deliberately exacerbated legal process, a divorce for no real reason, but to enrich herself and impoverish me as a punishment which she could mete out to me.

 Marriage contract and rationality were thrown aside when Betty thought the house was finished, my ex-wife moved in and said  " You hate us why don't you just go. Just go!" and announced that  " This is not going to be a good marriage". Betty Collard additionally and crudely said she would not be a sex partner nor clean nor cook, trying to alienate me out of the house I had financed and finished partly, which was  not mortgaged.

 

 With the first house, because I could as far as I had experienced become disabled at any time I gave up all spending for a decade to be able to have a safe mortgage free home for the family.  I had owed $30,000. on the first house here at Otter Point which I had finished or rescued from dereliction but I HAD THE JEWELLERY INVENTORY AND GOLD AND SILVER TO PAY THAT OFF PARTICULARLY  BECAUSE THE  GOLD PRICE HAD GONE UP SO HIGH.           I had a job selling Volvo Automobiles in Victoria, I could have qualified for a mortgage renewal.  

 

By June 20 1980 the inventory was stolen and ruined when the house was burned and I had to pay to build a new house out of the insurance proceeds which took everything including what was paid for possessions, mostly my stuff. In addition I lost my jewellery equipment and models which were valuable, productive and had taken some time to produce.  I was devastated at the loss of everything I owned.  I still had to support and house the family while my ex-wife wanted to sabotage me. I  needed a house for my children and my wife and myself to live in and divorce would make that impossible. It was always my intention to not owe and make payments, if I became disabled how could make the payments? 

  My ex wife had the opposite idea from the marriage contract requirements which were equally binding and reciprocal, and when I got married in 1977 I still owned my property it was not half hers, not even after the 1978 division of assets law. It would take years of marriage to get half.

Trixie had an idea that a real estate agent had put forth: 2000 square feet contractor built and the real estate agent could sell that house. She would force me out and sell the house. (She clearly proposed that in writing through her lawyer Tyler Lucchies a second time in 1991.) In 1981, Betty thought she could divorce me and she would get the house and sell it and that would be her money. If you fight this she said, you are ripping your children off. Betty knew she was entitled to nothing but she knew about lawyers who would be happy to take legal and illegal action for her to get even with me by my losing everything to legal fees and to her.

 

LAWYERS WOULD TAKE ACTION TO RENDER MY FAMILY HOMELESS AND THEY WOULD BE HAPPY TO TAKE ALL MY MONEY. WHAT KIND OF MONSTERS ARE THESE PEOPLE. THERE WAS A VICTORIA LAWYER COCAINE CULTURE IMMORALITY AND FALSITY. ONE OF THE CROOK LAWYERS SAID YEARS LATER "THIS IS JUST A GAME, YOU KNOW", A GAME FOR MY EX-WIFE  AND THE LAWYERS AND MY MONEY ALL GONE FROM CRIPPLED ME AND WHAT OF THE THREE CHILDREN.  HOW COULD ANY RATIONAL AND ETHICAL HUMAN BEINGS NOT CARE ABOUT ABSORBING ALL OF THE SUPPORT STRUCTURE OF A FATHER WITH THREE CHILDREN TO SUPPORT? 

 

WHEN I GOT MARRIED I WAS NOT TAKING ON A BOSS OF ME, MY FAMILY AND ALL OF MY ASSETS.  I WOULD HAVE NOT EVER HAVE ENTERED INTO SUCH A CONTRACT, NOT EVER.  I ABHOR SUBJUGATION.

                     

How Can It Be Lawful to Destructively Excavate My Land

I have taken photographs which show the ditch that was dug to ruin my meadow. Evidence of land raping soil removal and the creation of very large holes which lowered the level of the land at my house site should be visible in these photographs.

The damage was far more visible and far worse in 1981, these pictures were taken August 25 2018.

 WAY UP THERE IS WHERE MY LAND WAS BEFORE EXCAVATION.

which do not forget, the pole truck drove right 

in up the hill all the way on the ground  with its

boring device and crane and lift devices. There

was no bank, no cliff, no hole where the house

is located where all the water runs down to.

The ditch is dug down 12 feet deeper than the 17 feet the yard was lowered .

 It is hard to see in a picture see the gravel low down in the front of the photo.

 The bus parked in the driveway, can be seen on the bank of the ditch, see it. Remember the bus is way down from the original ground, as pictured earlier.

There was a gently sloping meadow

 where infants to children were to play

from the road to the top of the hill

where the shed behind the house sits.

This ditch, the septic flow and stumps and tires were substituted endangering the children and leaving me with damage that sickens me and causes me to collapse in anguish to this day.
