A Repost about damage done to my land.

 

MORONS DO NOT PERCEIVE, NOR DO THEY PAY ATTENTION. MORONS DO NOT UNDERSTAND, SO THEY DO NOT CARE. MASTERFUL MORONS JUST PLAIN DO AS THEY PLEASE, WITH THE AFOREMENTIONED DEFICIT, DAMAGING EVERYTHING AND EVERYBODY THEY TOUCH. CH

 

THE LAND LOOKED MUCH LIKE THIS BEFORE RON SHAMBROOKE AND THE WHITENECK ARMY LOGGERED IT TO MAKE THE LAND UNUSEABLE AND UNSALEABLE AND DANGEROUS AND UGLY.


THERE ARE LONG TERM CONSEQUENCES ASSOCIATED WITH THE INTERFERENCE WHICH MORONS EMPLOY THEMSELVES AT, PROFESSIONALLY OR AS ENTHUSIASTS.


THERE WERE WHITENECKS LIVING UP THE ROAD A BIT CLOSER TO SOOKE, WHO DROVE TWO PREVIOUS OWNERS OFF OF THIS PROPERTY AND BURNED MY HOUSE AND ALL OF MY EARTHLY GOODS JUNE 20 1980.




I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO START AGAIN BUILDING A HOUSE AND THE 
WHITENECKS FROM UP THE ROAD HAD COERCED LOCAL AUTHORITY INTO DECLARING MY HOUSE SITE NON-CONFORMING. THEY HAD ALSO TOLD MY INSURANCE COMPANY I BURNT MY OWN HOUSE DOWN (WITH $300 K OF ORIGINAL JEWELRY PRODUCTION MOLDS AND WAXES, SURE.)  I WOULD HAVE TO BUILD MY REPLACEMENT HOME IN A NEW LOCATION ON THE SAME PROPERTY. MY MORON WIFE:

"I WILL DIVORCE YOU" MY EX WIFE RAILED, "I KNOW I AM NOT ENTITLED TO ANYTHING BUT YOU WILL LOSE ALL OF YOUR ASSETS TO LEGAL FEES."

TRIXIE OR BETTY HAD A SCHEME GOING WITH A REAL ESTATE AGENT. THE HOUSE HAD TO BE "CONTRACTOR BUILT" AND OVER 2000 SQUARE FEET AND THE REAL ESTATE AGENT COULD SELL IT AND TRIX THOUGHT SHE COULD HAVE THE MONEY AS TYLER LUCCIES WROTE IN A LETTER, TOTALLY UNLAWFULLY DEMANDING THAT INSTEAD OF CHILD SUPPORT.

I DO NOT GET TO BUILD THE ONLY HOUSE I WILL EVER BUILD FROM THE START.  


SHE GOT ANOTHER SHADE OF WHITENECK, A CHRONIC DRUNKARD, CLIFF BEANCE, ON BOARD TO BE THE "CONTRACTOR" AND HE STRIPPED THE SOIL FROM THE ONLY FLAT ACRE ON THIS 12 1/2 ACRES WITH RON SHAMBROOKE WHO TRUCKED MY SOIL OFF TO SELL.

AFTER FORTY YEARS THE LAND IS STILL BARE WHERE I DID NOT TRUCK SOIL UP FROM THE BOTTOM LAND TO CREATE SOME SOIL. THERE ARE ONLY A FEW BLACKBERRY CANES GROWING ON THIS SUBSOIL AND ROCKS WHERE DEEP RICH MEADOW SOIL HAD BEEN.
I WOULD NOT EVER HAVE BOUGHT A PIECE OF PROPERTY WHICH WAS RUINED LIKE THIS.

THE *WHITENECKS FROM UP THE ROAD CUT DOWN AND TRUCKED OFF MY LITTLE FOREST UP FRONT AND DUG A 17 FOOT DEEP DITCH FOR 200 FEET TO RUIN MY LAND AND DUG A 17 FOOT DEEP HOLE THEY  FORCED THE DRUNKARD BEANCE TO PUT MY HOUSE IN.

*WHITENECKS, THE OTTER POINT MAFIA, THEIR RED NECKS WERE DUSTED WITH WHITE POWDER COCAINE. THEY GOT APPOINTED BY SOME POLITICIANS, WHO? TO BE "THE SOOKE ADVISORY PLANNING COUNCIL".


FORTY YEARS LATER THE DAMAGED MEADOW IS STILL WITHOUT SOIL

THE VIEW OF THE MEADOW LOOKING TOWARDS THE EAST FROM BEHIND WHERE THE BURNED HOUSE WAS.


WHAT JOY FOR THE REDNECKS THE DAY THEY SPOILED MY LAND AND WHAT A LOSS AS THE MEADOW, STILL WITHOUT SOIL, ONLY SUPPORTS HARDY CANES THAT CAN GROW IN THE BARREN CLAY.


The pictures below this sentence show how much the land was lowered as every bit of useful valuable soil was scooped up and trucked off by Ron Shambrooke.


The lowered land on 4129 Otter Point Road with the last trees left from my stolen grove of firs.


Take a look at how high the bank created by soil removal is.


See how high up the pole is, the pole truck drove right up there on the pre-removal ground level.

All of my trees were chopped up for firewood sale except a thin line the Rednecks thought was on their property so they left them. See below how much higher the natural ground level had been.




An excavator was used just lately to clear back some of the blackberries along the driveway and when the Canes were pulled out all there was forty years later was bare clay and stones, the ripped up trucked off soil will never come back.


The bare and barren clay left when a living ecology of soil and plants and animals was killed dead.
