I, LIKE SOME OTHER PEOPLE, TEND TO BECOME MORE AND MORE DISABLED IN THE AFTERMATH OF COLLAPSE OR CONVULSION. WHEN ONE IS INJURED THERE IS NOT AN IMMEDIATE UNDERSTANDING OF HOW LONG THE DISABILITY CAUSED BY ANY INJURY WILL LAST AND WHAT IT WILL DEVELOP INTO.
FOR SEVERAL DAYS NOW I HAVE BEEN FORCED TO LAY FLAT AND IN THE "THROWN DOWN" POSITION, THE POSITION WHICH I WOULD END UP IN AS A CHILD WHEN I WAS WRENCHED BY MY HAIR TO THE RIGHT THEN TO THE LEFT AND DOWN TO THE FLOOR ON MY LEFT SIDE.
RECENTLY, MORNING AFTER MORNING I WOKE IN A SEVERE REVERSE ARCH SPASM AND I HAD TO STRETCH MY SPINE OUT FOR HOURS TO BE ABLE TO GET UP.
I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO STAND AND I HAD TO DO ANY WORK I DID SEATED AND ONLY EARLY IN THE MORNING. I HAVE TO REPEATEDLY RETURN TO THE LAY FLAT OR THE 135* RECLINING POSITION AND I HAVE TO FALL ASLEEP, PREFERABLY IN BED NUDE, SEVERAL TIMES PER DAY.
HOW DID I GET INTO THIS VIRTUAL PARALYSIS CONDITION AGAIN?
I THINK THAT THIS IS THE CUMULATIVE RESULT OF SEVERAL COLLAPSES AND CONVULSIONS, MANY OF THEM ARE FROM ABOUT SEVEN YEARS AGO.
NOVEMBER 2015: I WAS AT THE ROCKCLIFFE. THE HALL VENTILATOR WAS RATTLING. I WAS IN THE HALL OUTSIDE THE ELECTRICAL ROOM. I BECAME ALARMED AND I HAD AN INTERIOR COLLAPSE BUT I DID NOT GO DOWN MUCH. I HEADED FOR MY CAR AND IN A REPRISE OF MY 2001 COLLAPSE, I WENT RIGHT TO THE GROUND WITH MY LEFT KNEE FOLDED FLAT.
AROUND THE SAME TIME I HAD A CONVULSION WHEN I WAS TOLD I WOULD NOT GET PAID FOR AN INCORRECTLY CALCULATED BILL. I ALSO HAD A CONVULSION OR COLLAPSE SEATED IN MY CAR ON OTTER POINT ROAD WHERE I WAS NEARLY SWARMED BY ANGRY ROAD WORKERS BUT I FLED IN MY CAR.
ON FEBRUARY 24 2016 I WAS IN THE SHOWER WHEN A LOUD POUNDING CAUSED ME TO COLLAPSE. THEN UNFORTUNATELY I WAS NOT IN CONTROL OF THE COLLAPSE SYNDROME AND A FEW ENSUING MONTHS I HAD THREE COLLAPSES RIGHT DOWN TO THE GROUND ON THE LEFT SIDE, WRECKING MY KNEE AND MY DAMAGING MY SPINE.
ON JUNE 8 2016 I WAS TRESPASSED UPON AND ACCUSED OF TORTURING A DOG. THERE WAS A WOMAN WHO LOOKED LIKE POLICE. THEN A BARE ASSED WOMAN EMERGED ASS FIRST FROM THE POLICE STYLE SUV.
ABOUT CONVULSION: I HAVE HAD CONVULSIONS ON A NUMBER OF OCCASIONS. THE CONVULSION I HAD JUNE 8 2016 WAS A NECK AND JAW CONVULSION. MY JAW CLENCHED SO HARD I LOOSENED THREE TEETH WHICH EVENTUALLY FELL OUT AND I CRACKED SEVERAL TEETH,. I HEARD THEM CRACK. I HAVE DROOLED SINCE THEN.
I ONCE HAD A CHEST CONVULSION JUST FROM HAVING COLD WATER SPRAY ON MY LEGS AT THE SAFE AND UNRAIDED HOUSE I OWNED AT 134 HOWE ST. IN VICTORIA. I I I COULD NOT BREATHE UNTIL I GOT INTO A HOT SHOWER AND I STOPPED CONVULSING. FORTUNATELY, THE SHOWER WAS ONLY FORTY FEET AWAY.
CONVULSION CAN BE WORSE THAN COLLAPSE. I HAVE WOKE IN BED IN A TERRIBLE CHEST SEIZURE WHERE I ACTUALLY THOUGHT I MIGHT DIE FROM NOT BEING ABLE TO BREATHE. SOME CONVULSIONS ARE PRIMARILY IN THE BACK, CAUSING A REVERSE ARCH SPASM WHICH CAN PERSIST FOR YEARS.
I DO NOT KNOW WHY I CONVULSED AS I DID. I HAD NO SEX FOR FIFTEEN YEARS, CAUSED BY WOMEN DRIVING ME OFF OF MY VICTORIA RESIDENCE, AND THEN HERE IT IS A BARE ASS+ AND A POLICE TRUCK WITH A PERSON WHO LOOKED LIKE POLICE AND HAD THREATENED ME WITH TERRIBLE DERANGED CHARGES.
I HAD TO GET TO A DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT IN 2021. I DROVE PAST THE ROCKCLIFFE AND I HAD A COLLAPSE AND CONVULSION, I MISSED MY APPOINTMENT. I BECAME MUCH MORE PARALYZED AND HAD QUICK COLLAPSE AGAIN.
AROUND ONE YEAR AGO I HAD A C-CAN STUCK IN THE DRIVE WAY. I WAS TRYING TO SAFEGUARD POSSESSIONS FROM A POSSIBLE DAM COLLAPSE, THE DAM JUST ABOVE MY PROPERTY WAS DECLARED "UNSAFE" AFTER AN INSPECTION. AS I WALKED ON THE LOG BESIDE THE C-CAN BY THE DITCH, I HAD A LEFT LEG COLLAPSE AND I FELL INTO THE DITCH, ONLY TEN FEET DEEP AT THAT POINT FORTUNATELY, BUT UNFORTUNATELY, I BECAME MORE INJURED, AND MORE DISABLED AND PARALYZED.
Blaming others for your PTSD, is the ultimate in passive aggression. ;)

Lets examine the Alf Toons Fiasco.

You went ahead and were going to just remove the fence as it was on your property. They interceded with your workers and convinced them to stop.
Then I believe you tried to remove the fence again and they staged a protest. I'm not sure why they thought the cops were a good idea but they and the cops were enough to stop your little game.
This has traumatized you to the point you can't go there anymore. There is no doubt you instigated the conflict by ignoring their wishes, in which they had very good reasons to want the fence there.
It is completely your fault. You avoid this kind of direct evidence, that it is your fault, by collapsing.
The land is a public park. I never tried to remove the fence. I tried to have the fence lawfully removed. I bought the Rockcliffe as it was adjacent to a public park as I tried to buy Carin Villa adjacent to Carin Park

IN RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINTS MADE TO POLICE REGULATORS THE SOOKE RCMP ISSUED BULLETINS TO THREE OTHER POLICE JURISDICTIONS TO HAVE ME CONSTANTLY STALKED TO HAVE ME APPREHENDED AND JAILED FAR FROM HOME TO INTIMIDATE ME AND TO SEEK A WAY TO RESTRICT MY TRAVEL TO PERFORM MY MUSIC.

I would buff my charisma, take a bottle of wine to the people who run Alf Toons and introduce myself. Then I would explain my plans to clean out the scum and villainy, and hang out with the for a while. Make friends and see if anyone wants a toke.

Answer:Everyone has the right under the Charter to be free from unreasonable searches. This means that police cannot enter private property without authorization. Authorization can come in different forms. For example, police can get permission from the resident, or they can have legal authority (i.e. if they have a search warrant). Do you understand?

ReplyDeleteI have covid, I'm pretty sure. I was disease free since 2019 so I guess its time. Interesting thing, but I have 5 vaccines in me, so not really bad.
ReplyDeleteBoth my son and his old lady had it recently and they suffered quite a bit.
Really so you will recognize it. Its a flu like thing at the beginning. Then a variety of things happen, including muscle and body pain in random places. The fatigue never goes away, and mine has gone on for about a week now, and shows no signs of going away.
I have tested negative twice on the antigen test but that is not unusual. I will get an antibody test done as that will reveal if I really have had it. As well I should not get another vaccination if I just had covid.
