PRETETEXTUAL


THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE UNITED STATES HAS CONDEMNED PRETEXTUAL

POLICE STOPS WHICH WERE ATTEMPTS TO FIND A CRIME TO CHARGE PEOPLE OVER THROUGH THE USE OF REAL OR IMAGINED VEHICLE TRAFFIC LAW STOPS.


WHAT DO YOU THINK THE WOMAN'S FAKE 911 CALLS ARE ALL ABOUT?





THE CALLERS ARE HOPING THAT THEIR FAKE 911 CALL WILL GENERATE SOME FORM OF FINE OR CRIMINAL CHARGE BY GETTING THE POLICE ON TO SOMEONE'S PROPERTY AND THE POLICE WILL SMELL OR SAY THEY SMELL OR SEE SOMETHING AND THEN THEY CAN SEARCH THE HOME OF VICTIM OF THE FAKE 911 CALL AND FIND A CRIME TO DRAG THE OWNER OFF OVER. THE FAKE 911 CALLER WOULD REALLY LIKE TO GET A CONFRONTATION GOING BETWEEN THEIR VICTIM AND THE POLICE AND WOULD REALLY LIKE VIOLENCE TO BE THE OUTCOME OF THEIR FAKE 911 CALL. 


THERE WAS AN ARTICLE IN THE SOOKE NEWS MIRROR WRITTEN BY A POLICE OFFICER ENCOURAGING THAT BEHAVIOR.


IF YOU DOUBT THAT THE POLICE ARE SUPPORTIVE OF AND PARTICIPATE IN THESE SCHEMES CONSIDER THAT EACH TIME THEY TRESPASS AT MY OTTER POINT HOUSE THEY COME IN STEALTH.

BY-LAW AND POLICE SERVE DOCUMENTS ABOUT FAKE COMPLAINTS, COMING IN FORCE, ALWAYS WITH THE POLICE.


THIS ACTIVITY IS NOT LAWFUL, PARTICULARLY BECAUSE I HAVE AN "ADDRESS FOR SERVICE BOX" AT MY ROCKCLIFFE APARTMENTS FRONT DOOR. THE RECEPTACLE FOR ANY LEGAL DOCUMENTS TO BE SERVED TO ME IS REGISTERED WITH AND THE BRITISH COLUMBIA SUPREME COURT WAS NOTIFIED AND ALSO POLICE AND BYLAW.

    They come in stealth? That is hilarious. They drive up in their cars and get out, come to the door and knock/ring whatever. Its perfectly legal, anyone can come to your door, its common law.

    Now my char Quick Milk, is working for the Morag Tong, the ancient guild of assassins that regulates the politics of the 4 great houses in Morrowind by allowing people to present a case that they have been wronged, to the Morag Tong. If they believe the case has merit, then Quick Milk may be sent to deal with the situation. As a Kajiit, a sentient cat, she is a predator already and killing then legally is what she does.

      The RCMP have to have a warrant to step onto my property. Instead they pretend that there are exigent circumstances to avoid that. The most stealthy was Officer House who scratched at the back door pretending to be Henry Dog. Your video game affectation is the craziest thing. All cats are "sentient" you fool. Are there any people over the mental age of eight who play your game?
      The tone of your comment demonstrates that you have a "raid people on their own property" predilection.

      WHAT WOULD WRONGED BE, MY CRITICISM OF THE POSEUR TONY ROBERTSON FOR INSTANCE. Tony pretended to be a vaquero., a South American Cowherd so he wore that weird cowboy gear. I was on Pender Island:
      Tony was posing in his range coat, cowboy boots and SPURS. Cayenne, Ann's Horse came up to the door behind the paddock gate and like I do with all horses I gathered some tender grasses and I was giving them to the horse and petting Ann's horse.

      THAT POSEUR FOOL TONY, A LOT LIKE YOU CHRIS CARSON said "WATCH OUT FOR THE HORSE". Tony was scared by horses.

      You hate music. You have no music player, or any music to play. The stuff you pretend is music is not. That is actually hard to do, with so many ways to approach this fascinating aspect of reality. The Universe is designed to make music, and has a bunch of rather special and unexpected aspects to its handling of sound, to facilitate this.

      You are cursed by being tone deaf. It is very funny though that you would try to do something you are inherently not able too, as your way to impress the world.

      The new Golden Melody harps are out, and they are pretty nice.

    You just delete what makes you look bad, so its a waste of my time.

    You do not, and apparently never have understood the laws on trespass. The Lawful Excuse part is why anyone can come to your door. The police are most certainly well withing the Lawful Excuse and anyone with no 'unlawful purpose' can come to your door.

      I fully understand "trespass". You never supply any content you just repeat your nonsense over and over so I delete it.. You think "lawful excuse" overrules the ownership of property. There were "NO TRESPASSING" SIGNS. There was a specific prohibition against "Armed Trespass".
      Your tone is always belittling and pejorative. I have saved your comments and then I delete them and from now on expect that every time.

      The use in law of the term "Without Lawful Excuse" does not have an opposite empowering "Excuse" implied.
