I HAD NOT IDENTIFIED SNOW STORMS AS A COLLAPSE TRIGGER.

I HAVE NOT CORRELATED GOING INTO A STATE OF VIRTUAL PARALYSIS OR TONIC IMMOBILITY WHEN A SNOWSTORM OCCURS BUT I THINK THAT IS THE CASE.


HERE WE GO AGAIN. SINCE IT STARTED TO SNOW SATURDAY FEBRUARY 24th I HAVE BEEN LAYING ON OR IN MY BED IN A PARALYZED STATE.


I USED TO ENJOY WATCHING THE SNOW FALL BUT SINCE ANY LATENESS OR FAILURE TO SHOVEL THE SNOW DOWN ON THE HILLSIDE AVENUE SIDEWALK MIGHT OCCUR, INSTEAD I WORRY THAT THE SNOW WOULD NOT GET SHOVELED.


THEN, THE VICTORIA BY-LAW WOULD BE AFTER ME OUT AT OTTER POINT WITH THE POLICE. THIS LOOKS LIKE IT IS STARTING, NOTE "ENFORCEMENT"*.


My name is N, a Bylaw Officer with the City of Victoria. I attempted to call 250 xxx-xxxx on Saturday, February 25, 2023, but there was no answer, I did leave a voicemail with my return call back number.  (email headings).

 

Are you still associated with 1317 Hillside Avenue? We do have a Lindon L COLLARD as the registered owner, is that still the case?

 

Can you please reply to this email so we can discuss the current issue and hopefully have it resolved before any further *enforcement action is taken.


I was alarmed to hear that enforcement action was to be taken because there is often a complaint about snow shoveling tardiness which had been criminalized. I was reluctant to open the email lest it was some form of trick way of summoning me by email.

(This is the sidewalk I am supposed to clear of snow before Ten am. It is the City's sidewalk.)

I HAVE BEEN DRIVEN OFF MY ROCKCLIFFE APARTMENTS BY THE ALF TOONE COOP SENDING THE POLICE AND BY-LAW TO MY BUSINESS TWENTY SEVEN TIMES UNTIL I NEVER RETURNED TO MY BUSINESS WHICH HAS COST ME A PILE OF MONEY. I HAD ALREADY BEEN RENDERED UNABLE TO SLEEP AT THE ROCKCLIFFE AT ALL RIGHT AWAY.


THE ALF TOONE COOP ROLLED IN AND ON TO MY PARKING LOT WITH A POLICE ESCORT AFTER THE FIRST DAY OF WORK AT THE ROCKCLIFFE WHERE I HAD CLEANED UP WITH MY CREW OF FORMER ADDICTS, THERE WERE SO MANY NEEDLES THEY KNEW HOW TO FIND AND DEAL WITH.


I HAD GONE TO BED IN THE SUITE I WAS USING RIGHT AFTER WORK, TO GET UP WHENEVER I WOKE AND DRIVE TO OTTER POINT. 


THE POLICE SENT A WORKER TO FIND AND WAKE ME DESPITE BEING TOLD THAT I WAS SLEEPING. I NEVER SLEPT PROPERLY AT THE ROCKCLIFFE AGAIN.

I AM CRIPPLED AND DRIVEN OFF OF MY  HOME AND BUSINESS AT 1317 HILLSIDE AVENUE BUT THE BY-LAW OFFICERS TREAT ME LIKE A VIOLENT CRIMINAL WHO HAS PERPETRATED AN OFFENCE. 

THE LAST TIME, NOVEMBER 2015, I WAS AT THE ROCKCLIFFE, (FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YEARS)  I HAD A PARTIAL COLLAPSE IN THE HALL. WHEN I WENT TO MY CAR PARKED RIGHT AT THE BACK DOOR I HAD A VERY BAD LEFT SIDE COLLAPSE RIGHT TO THE GROUND.


THE POLICE WERE ALSO SENT TO MY OTTER POINT HOME AGAIN AND AGAIN.




THEY COME IN FORCE AND THEY ARE EVEN BRANDISHING CLUBS SOMETIMES.


THE LAST TWO TIMES "ENFORCEMENT"* WAS HERE I COLLAPSED THE FIRST TIME (VICTORIA BY-LAW+POLICE FEBRUARY 24 2016), I WAS IN THE SHOWER, THEY WERE KICKING MY DOOR. 

I COLLAPSED TWICE AFTER THIS, RIGHT DOWN TO THE GROUND FOLDING MY LEFT LEG DOWN TO FLAT AND CAUSING A LONG LASTING INJURY.


THE SECOND TIME I WENT OUT TO MEET A POLICE VAN IN THE YARD A BARE ASSED WOMAN EXITED THE POLICE SUV ASS FIRST AND I HAD A CONVULSION WHICH KNOCKED THREE TEETH LOOSE AND I HAVE DROOLED EVER SINCE.


IT IS HORRIBLE FOR ME, NEARLY SEVEN YEARS LATER AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECOVERED TO WHERE I WAS IN 2016.  


WHAT MAKES THIS REALLY BAD IS THAT THIS IS A PRODUCT OF AND A COLLUSION WITH, CO-CONSPIRING TO WORK ALONG WITH NY EX-WIFE: "MY LAWYER AND I KNOW ABOUT YOUR NECK AND YOUR BACK.WE ARE GOING TO PUT SO MUCH PRESSURE ON YOU YOUR NECK AND YOUR BACK WILL GO".


BETTY OR TRIXIE TOLD EVERYONE SHE COULD FROM STORE OWNERS THROUGH NEIGHBORS TO POLICE DEFAMATORY LIES ABOUT ME AND THAT HAS NEVER COME TO AN END. JUSTICE HAS NOT BEEN DONE. I AM COLLAPSED, IN TONIC IMMOBILITY, VIRTUALLY PARALYZED THIS TIME SINCE SATURDAY WHEN IT BEGAN TO SNOW. I JUST SIMPLY CANNOT OVERCOME THIS. CLICK INTO:

I REMEMBER ENJOYING A SNOWFALL IN THE 1980's. DAYS LATER I SAW THAT I COULD DRIVE OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY. AS I ATTEMPTED TO LEAVE, I SAW A HUGE MOUND OF SNOW WAS BLOCKING THE END OF ONLY MY DRIVEWAY. I COULD NOT GET OUT NOR WAS I FIT ENOUGH TO SHOVEL IT. IN THE 1990's I FOUND OUT WHAT HAPPENED THAT TIME AND MANY TIMES IN THE PAST. IN ADDITION THE SNOW WAS FROZEN SOLID MANY TIMES.


DENNIS IRELAND DROVE HIS BACKHOE DOWN THE ROAD AND DUMPED HIS BUCKET AT THE END OF MY DRIVEWAY.


THEN HE SCOOPED UP THE RIDGE OF SNOW LEFT BY THE ROAD CLEARING SNOWPLOW FROM THE TWO DRIVEWAYS UP THE HILL A FEW HUNDRED FEET AND DUMPED THAT AT THE END OF MY DRIVEWAY. THEN I CLEARLY SAW HIM SCOOP UP THE SNOW FROM RIGHT ACROSS OTTER POINT ROAD FROM HOUSE AND DUMP THAT IN MY DRIVEWAY. THEN HE DROVE HIS BACKHOE BACK UP THE ROAD.


EVERY TIME IT SNOWS I GO PARALYZED JUST LIKE TODAY. IT IS VERY HARD TO EVEN MAKE OATMEAL AND COFFEE

  1. Just getting over it is not possible, that is obvious. Obsessing about it is not useful, that just cements the obsession. Certainly there is no sign of any improvement over time so its not therapeutic in any real way.

    What are you trying to do? Elicit sympathy from the internet? How is this self help?

    I'm playing with my car a fair bit. Its stupid good is any situation. Snow up the top of the 20" wheels and I just brushed the snow off the windshield and drove away. Even my Sammy a serious 4x4, is not as good, until a lot of clearance is required.

  5. DISABLED NOT COMPENSATED clearly documents what my "serious crippling injury" is,caused by the multiplicity of crashes and collapses. Each time I was injured I lost endurance and mobility.
    I never worked lucrative overtime jobs again,as I had at the Canadian National Railroad and KBR BRJ Halliburton Northern Construction. After my second head injury in a 1967 motor vehicle crash. I worked 3 weeks and then I would have to take a week off to recover, not on sick pay, then work 3 weeks and take another week off and then work 3.....

    In 1970, the second crash I was injured in resulted in my never holding a full time job again, I was likely to be stricken with immobility anytime.

I should also mention that when I returned to work in 1969 after my 1967 injury to my brain and my back and my neck, I set my job up to work 2 hours and then have an hour off and then work 2 more hours with my crew, We did more work than previous crews had and got the trains together earlier than any other crew could after I was injured again in 1970.
