? WHERE ARE THE RECORDS OF REBUTTAL OF FALSE ALLEGATIONS ?

EVEN WHEN A CRIMINAL TRIAL WAS HELD AND THE EVIDENCE WAS PRESENTED TO REBUT THE FALSE ALLEGATIONS THERE IS NO RECORD KEPT THAT A FALSE ALLEGATION WAS PROVEN FALSE:

POLICE DO NOT EVEN REALLY BELIEVE THAT NOT GETTING A CONVICTION MEANS THEY WERE WRONG AND THE DEFENDANT WAS RIGHT. IF YOU FOI* SOOKE BC RCMP OR THE VICTORIA BC CITY POLICE TO ACCESS THE IDENTITY OF THE FALSE COMPLAINANTS AND THE REBUTTALS OF FALSE ALLEGATIONS:

    It may be that this is so long ago, and of such little import, that they may toss such stuff eventually.

    Invariably Police were sent here by a fake 911 call. That is criminal activity and if the Police know it is Fake, they are the worst of the offenders. Every misuse of Police or the powers a judge and only a judfe can give Police is a serious criminal code violation.
