BASIC RULES FOR CIVILIZED INTERACTION BETWEEN CITIZENS AND WITH GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES
THERE SHOULD BE NO TRANSFER OF ANY FUNDS AWAY FROM ANY CITIZEN, NOT EVER, WITHOUT THAT CITIZEN HAVING AGREED TO SAID TRANSFER. THE CITIZEN MUST RECEIVE OR MUST HAVE RECEIVED AN APPROPRIATE COMMENSURATE BENEFIT IN RETURN FOR THE FUNDS PAID OUT.
THERE SHOULD BE NO ENTRY ONTO PRIVATE PROPERTY, NOT EVER, NEVER, WITHOUT PERMISSION OR THE MOST SERIOUS REASONS AND PRESSING CONCERNS FOR CITIZEN SAFETY OR PUBLIC SAFETY.
NO CITIZEN SHOULD BE FORCED TO DO THAT WHICH THEY DO NOT WANT TO DO.
COULD ONE HONESTLY CONTRACT TO PERFORM SPECIFIED ACTS AND HAVE THE SITUATION BE DIFFERENT FROM THAT WHICH WAS PRESENTED AND AGREED UPON AND STILL BE EXPECTED TO DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO?
I THINK NOT. THAT HAS TO BE A FRAUD.
THE EXCEPTION WOULD COME INTO EFFECT WHEN ONE SOUGHT PERMISSION TO UNDERTAKE A REGULATED PROJECT OR ACTIVITY WHICH WOULD AFFECT OTHER CITIZENS.
T
THERE ARE VERY OLD ADDITIONAL RULES.
SOME OF THEM MAKE SENSE, OTHERS REEK OF THE 'IMAGINARY FRIEND AND UBER FATHER' SYNDROMES.
I CHOSE ROMAN CATHOLIC TEN COMMANDMENTS.
YOU COULD CONTRIBUTE YOUR CHOICES, POSTING
IN *COMMENTS*.
The Ten Commandments
A Traditional Catechetical Formula
- I am the LORD your God: you shall not have strange Gods before me.
- You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain.
- Remember to keep holy the LORD'S Day.
- Honor your father and your mother.
- You shall not kill.
- You shall not commit adultery.
- You shall not steal.
- You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
- You shall not covet your neighbor's wife.
- You shall not covet your neighbor's goods
THESE ARE ADD ONS, SOME OF THEM , TO THE BASIC RULES.
