Postscript: There has not been much new information. Tony who was shot, is a neighbor, whom I do not know. New: CHEK Six News Monday May 16 said the shooter is a neighbor from Otter Point. It could still be a targeted shooting.  Could someone kill a bystander by shooting at an intended victim?

Could an assassin mistakenly go to the wrong house or driveway and shoot at me by mistake? That did happen in November 1979 just after I bought the unfinished house. The Palfry Madman thought he was shooting at the former owner I would surmise.

IN 2001 I WAS PURCHASING A SECOND APARTMENT BUILDING, CARIN VILLA. THAT PURCHASE HAD TO COME TO A STOP AND THERE WAS NO ACCOMMODATION AT THE ROCKCLIFFE JUST LIKE THERE ARE NO GROCERIES TODAY AT TOP MARKET.

I NEVER GOT THEIR NAMES, BUT I THINK I HAVE THE CORPORATION TO TAKE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.

Canadian Privacy Laws prevent my finding out who is the perpretrator of a fake call, complaint or characterization of myself that triggers damaging raids at my home where I am always alone. I seriously Collapse or have Seizures when this occurs. The same thing happened at my Victoria BC Rockcliffe Apartments. I COLLAPSE INSIDE OR RIGHT DOWN TO THE GROUND ON ONE SIDE, particularly if falsely accused.

HIDING HIDEY

PRIVACY LAWS SHIELDED THE FAKE 911 CALLER FROM MY CIVIL ACTION TO LITIGATE AND PROSECUTE WHOMSOEVER WAS INVOLVED IN A FAKE RAID HERE IN 2016. MY LEGAL ACTION COULD HAVE ENDED THE SERIAL CRIMINAL'S CONSTANT HARASSMENT ABOUT SIX YEARS AGO.

THERE WAS A SHOOTING AND A FIGHT UP THE ROAD FROM MY PLACE, THERE ARE TWO HOUSES IN BETWEEN HERE AND THERE A BLOCK AND A HALF AWAY AT FARMER ROAD AND OTTER POINT ROAD.

Police units from Sooke and the West Shore, including multiple ambulance vehicles and the Otter Point Fire Department, responded to Farmer Drive just before 8 PM yesterday, with emergency vehicles seen arriving to the scene more than an hour later with sirens on en-route. The incident occurred on the same street where a reported shooting struck a home’s living room window last fall.

I HAVE HEARD THAT THAT IS WHERE THE CRAZY FAKE 911 CALLER LADY ORIGINATES. I WONDER IF THERE IS A COMPONENT OF HER STALKING ACTIVITIES INVOLVED?
