PREVARICATION AND COLLUSION

DECEPTION, THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL, MUST BE INVOLVED IN COLLUSION. 

"NETWORKING" IS WHAT THE  PRACTITIONERS OF COLLUSION CALL THEIR CONSPIRING WHICH IS USUALLY A VEHICLE FOR CORRUPTION AND ALL TOO OFTEN A SCHEME TO DAMAGE SOMEONE.

Even the conspiring to get someone out of some sort of trouble is all too often done in a damaging manner as an attack is launched upon the complaining victim or person whose property or prospects or quiet enjoyment of their property has been damaged.

Many of these schemes defame an already damaged person. That person then becomes vulnerable to other hair-brained hampering such as Fake 911 Calls or schemes by authorities to punish him.
