TWO RADICALLY DIFFERENT SOLITUDES

MEN IN PARTICULAR ARE SUBJECTED TO A ZERO TOLERANCE REIGN OF TERROR, TO BE FRANK.

Back in the day where I was immersed in people and in society and business or employment, many utterances and colloquialisms were expressed which would be considered lewd, threatening or even criminal today and for decades actually. I have not ever, nor did I say such things as "You are dead if you do this or that" or "I hate you or hate them "  "Get out of here or I will blow your head off" or to make threatening gestures like pounding your fist into your palm or hitting your boot soles with a club or swinging one around or just brandishing one. 

I AM BLOODY WELL ASTOUNDED THAT IN AN ERA WHERE MY FACIAL EXPRESSIONS, POSTURE OR DETERMINATION CAN BE CONSIDERED FEARFUL AND THE WOMAN OR  CIVIL SERVANT WILL CALL POLICE, THAT OUR PRIME MINISTER CAN MAKE REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO OBSTRUCT JUSTICE OR USE INFLUENCE THAT ARE INCONCEIVABLY NOT CRIMINAL AND HE SAYS HE IS LEARNING FROM ALL THAT. 

MOST AMAZING TO ME IS HOW MUCH LEEWAY POLICE ARE GRANTED. I REITERATE THE STATEMENT:

On October 3 1996 I WAS PICKED UP ON A CONTRIVED MULTI-FRAUD ride through the prison system. I caught and documented and prevailed self-represented in Provincial Court and all the Fraudsters' crimes were ignored.

I was being held in a freezing cold basement garage cell and I said to either Missfelt or Hartwig, similar in appearance at the time, "I cannot ever allow myself to be subjected to such conditions as I am being subjected to now. It will damage my back so I WILL BE UNABLE TO PERFORM ANYMORE"

THE RCMP MEMBER ANSWERED THAT I WAS BEING PUNISHED. BUT I WAS NOT GUILTY AND I DID NOT PERFORM AS I WAS CRIPPLED AGAIN AFTER THE PUNISHMENT WAS DELIBERATELY AND DECLAREDLY INFLICTED UPON ME AND IT WAS CLEARLY SPOKEN AND CRIMINALLY INTENTIONAL. JUDGES CAN PUNISH A CITIZEN LAWFULLY WHEN POLICE DO IT IT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE, JUST THE SAME AS IF IF YOU OR I TORTURED AND CRIPPLED SOMEONE,  IT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE TO PUNISH SOMEONE AND A MORE SERIOUS OFFENCE IF SOMEONE IS CRIPPLED.
