I RECALL

I have been the unfortunate victim of a number of schemes which deprived me

of inheritance, and earnings and 

falsely characterized myself as dangerous when I am actually badly disabled. 

This is a life long disability from 

which I managed to recover several times to the extent that I could perform on the 

Live Music Stage only to be 

injured or stripped of my assets and attacked by raids at my home until I have been

unable to ever get to the work 

and earning result I prepared for decades to accomplish. 

This is horrendously difficult for a crippled person.

In addition, in 1980 my house, my equipment and my instruments and my Inventory of work 

related produce was 

burned by an arsonist or arsonists. As I tried to rebuild in 1981, my land at 4129 Otter Point 

Road was stripped 

of trees and soil and a huge trench, as wide 100 feet, 30 metres, and 17 feet deep was dug

to ruin my land on

purpose and my house site was excavated 17 feet deep (that was the limit of the reach of the

 excavator used 

to nuin everything). Drive out and take a look. Bring someone who is knowledgeable about 

what is natural erosion 

and what is deliberate damage created by an Excavator. 

Through Prevarication and Collusion I was defeated in my attempts to restore my losses 

including the damage to 

my property, by applying to Water Management and the Environmental Appeal board of the 

British Columbia 

Provincial Cabinet and by uttering a writ in and to The Supreme court of British Columbia.

No facts were ever permitted to be evidenced, I was instead defamed by the perpetrators of

the damage and I  

was not permitted to introduce my proofs and evidence and the Law was ignored.

All of the schemes were and are in fact conspiracies as defined by the Criminal Code of Canada.

I believe that your ignoring of my attempts to implement the Westminster Parliamentary System protections 

against this behavior are also part of the Conspiracy.

This is a continuation of and protection for the conspiracies and you and your staff are also

conspirators, both unknowingly and I believe knowingly as that is defined in the Criminal Code 

of Canada.

There just cannot be no way to deal with inheritance theft, extortion, environmental damage 

to my property and a gross infraction of the Water Act of British Columbia and Motor 

Vehicle Accident Injury. 

My life as it was planned was wiped out and I have been left sitting alone at home 

by as many as a dozen damaging schemes, thefts and the defamation used to prevent me from

obtaining remedy.

How could there be so many instances of obstruction of justice?

A DISABLED PERSON HAS TO MAKE PROVISION TO BE ABLE TO COPE WITH THEIR DISABILITY

I HAVE MADE PROVISION TO BE ABLE TO LIVE WITH MY DISABILITY SEVERAL TIMES. WHEN I WAS DISABLED IN 1970  I HAD AN AFFLIC DISABILITY INSURANCE PLAN WHICH I PAID FOR BY PAYCHECK DEDUCTION. I WAS UNABLE TO INSTITUTE MY INSURANCE BENEFIT. I GOT NOTHING.

I TRIED TO BE ABLE TO DEVOTE MUCH OF MY LIMITED ABILITY TO WORK TO MY ART, MUSIC AND WRITING THROUGH THE OUTRIGHT OWNERSHIP OF MY FAMILY ACCOMMODATION.

I AVOIDED BORROWING AND I DROVE CHEAP USED CARS SPARINGLY. I TRIED TO GROW MY OWN MARIJUANA. I SLEPT IN MY CAR WHEN I WENT TO VANCOUVER TO TRY TO GET A MUSIC CAREER GOING.

THAT IS COPING WITH DISABILITY.

WHY MANY GROUPS OF PEOPLE AND THE COLLARD FAMILY WOMEN`S CRIMINAL GANG HAD TO UPSET MY CAREFUL, ECONOMICAL AND SUSTAINABLE SUPPORT SYSTEMS IS PUZZLING TO ME TO SAY THE LEAST.

MY PATERNAL GRANDFATHER LEFT ME A TRUST FUND IN 1964 WHICH WOULD HAVE STARTED ME TO BE ABLE TO HAVE A ROBUST SUPPORT SYSTEM BUT MY  MOTHER STOLE THE MAIL AND THE DOCUMENT AND THE MONEY AND THAT EASY PRODUCTIVE LIFE SLIPPED AWAY.

WAS THE WAR ON MEN JUST A REACTION AGAINST WHAT WAS HAPPENING IN OUR ECONOMY AND IN OUR SOCIETY? 

NOT ENTIRELY, THERE WAS A RESENTMENT OF A MIS-PERCEIVED CONTROL BY MEN.

WOMEN COULD FLY IN THE FACE OF AN ECONOMIC DOWNTURN AND DIMINISH THE CONTROL OF MEN.

AS A RESULT OF WOMEN ACTING ON THIS PHILOSOPHY THE PRUDENT CONTROL OF THE BREADWINNER WAS CAST ASIDE AND THE STUDY OF ECONOMIC TRENDS AND THE ACCOMMODATION OF ECONOMIC NECESSITIES WAS NOT ACCOMPLISHED.

AS A RESULT OF THIS SOCIOLOGICAL PHENOMENON I WAS FORCED TO BUILD A HOUSE I COULD NOT AFFORD. 

I WAS FORCED TO FINANCE MY WIFE'S BUSINESS PLAN AND TO WORK FOR NOTHING AT HER BUSINESS AT THE WORST TIME TO GO INTO BUSINESS IN DECADES IN 1984 AND I WAS FORCED TO BORROW MONEY WHEN INTEREST RATES WERE AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL BEFORE THAT TIME OR SINCE THEN. 

THEN IN 1990, THE ONLY TIME HOUSING WAS MORE UNAFFORDABLE THAN IT IS NOW MY EX-WIFE WANTED ME TO BUY HERSELF HER OWN HOUSE.

EVERY TIME I WAS FORCED, EXTORTED, OR THREATENED INTO DOING THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT I FELT I SHOULD DO IT WAS THE WRONG THING TO DO.

MULTIPLE HEAD INJURIES, NO TREATMENT OR SUPPORT, I AM DEMONIZED INSTEAD.

 

TUA TAGOVAILOVA HAS SUFFERED ANOTHER HEAD INJURY

THE NEWS IS THAT THIS HEAD INJURY ON TOP OF PREVIOUS HEAD INJURY IS VERY BAD.

WHEN I WAS INJURED TWICE ON TWO OCCASIONS I WAS DEMONIZED BY INSURANCE COMPANY AGENTS AND INSURANCE COMPANY LAWYERS. 

INSTEAD OF OFFERING INCREASED CARE, THE INSURANCE COMPANY'S AGENTS AGGRESSIVELY FOUGHT THE FACTS WITH DISBELIEF.THEY ALSO DECLARED THAT I WAS TOO DANGEROUS TO DEAL WITH AND THEREFORE THEY WOULD NOT HAVE TO COMPENSATE ME. ADDITIONALLY THE INSURANCE COMMUNITY HAD NO REGARD FOR THE YEARS OF EFFORT I HAD PUT INTO UNIVERSITY AND WORK AND THE SKILLS I HAD ACQUIRED NOR THE SKILLS I HAD ACQUIRED IN THE PURSUIT OF MY MUSIC CAREER AND IN DOING MY WRITING. 

THERE IS VIDEO OF TUA TAGOVAILOVA "STUMBLING" AFTER HIS RECENT HEAD OR BRAIN STEM INJURY.

AS TUA TRIES TO WALK OFF THE FIELD, HE STARTS TO NOT BE ABLE TO PROPERLY LIFT HIS LEGS. THEN LACKING SUPPORT OR LEG CONTROL? HE PITCHES FORWARD.

THE NEAR COLLAPSE AND THE COLLAPSES HE HAS SUFFERED ARE VERY SIMILAR TO HOW I HAVE COLLAPSED A NUMBER OF TIMES. 

HERE IS ANOTHER SIMILARITY: 

I REMEMBER AFTER MY 1998 ACCIDENT THAT I HAD TO TWIST MY LEGS AND MY BACK TO SIT. MY GIRLFRIEND DID NOT THINK I WAS INJURED BUT I WAS BECOMING "FLAWED" AND SHE DUMPED ME. TAGOVAILOVA HAS A "HAND AND ARM" POSTURING WHICH IS SIMILAR TO MY LEG CONTORTION.

I had three paths to the financial security I needed to succeed at Art, Writing and Music which were destroyed. One, the one I earned and built, was burnt by the crazy Palfry. Inheritance Theft and faux Divorce extortion which took all of my earnings from 1981 to 2001Double Whammied the other two.

 

DOUBLE WHAMMY

IN 1992, MY EX WIFE EXULTED:" SEE," SHE SAID, "IT WOULD HAVE BEEN CHEAPER TO LET ME SPEND WHATEVER I WANTED TO".

SHE WAS REFERRING TO THE CRUSHING IMPOVERISHMENT I WAS EXPERIENCING AS A RESULT OF HER DIVORCE HARVEST.

FIRSTLY SHE WAS WRONG. SHE HAD IMPOVERISHED ME FOR TEN YEARS THROUGH DIVORCE EXTORTION. I WAS ALREADY IN RAGS WITH A SMASHED UP $500 CAR AND I HAD NOT SPENT A CENT ON MYSELF OR ANY OF MY DECADES LONG PROJECTS SINCE MY HOUSE WAS BURNT DOWN ON JUNE TWENTIETH NINETEEN EIGHTY.

SECONDLY THERE WAS NOT A DOLLAR AVAILABLE TO ME UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BY NINETEEN NINETY WHEN SHE MOVED OUT WITH ALL OF  MY  PALTRY CHATTELS. SHE TOOK ALL OF MY LEGAL DOCUMENTS AND MY PICTURES WHICH PROVED WHAT DAMAGE HAD BEEN DONE HERE AT OTTER POINT AND AT THE BURR HOUSE. THEN SHE STARTED DIVORCE PROCEEDINGS.

SHE WAS FURIOUS. SHE EXPECTED TO SPEND FREELY AND I WAS TO PAY FOR IT.

SHE, HOWEVER, KNEW ABOUT MY INHERITANCES, AND TOLD HER LAWYER TYLER LUCCIES WHO WROTE TO ME AND IN HIS INCOMPETENCE INADVERTENTLY DISCLOSED THIS INFORMATION. 

DANIELLE SMITH ,THE NEW PREMIER OF ALBERTA ERRS:

SMITH SAID THAT THE LOCAL POLICE DERIVE THEIR POWER FROM ALBERTA IN ALBERTA. THAT POWER IS ACTUALLY DISTRIBUTED THROUGH NOT FROM.

CANADA HOLDS ALL POWER IN CANADA AND IT ONLY SECONDS SOME OF THOSE  POWERS TO THE PROVINCES.

BULL RUSH FROG NOTES THAT ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE IS DONE BY DOING FINANCIAL DAMAGE

IT IS AN ACT OF ECONOMIC MISCONDUCT TO DESTABILIZE ANOTHER PERSON'S FINANCES. EVERY TIME EFFORT WHICH HAS BEEN MADE IS THROWN AWAY BY ENDING A PROJECT OR PREVENTING THE PERSON DOING THE PROJECT FROM CONTINUING BY NEGATIVELY AFFECTING THEIR FINANCES THERE IS WASTE. 

UNCOMPLETED PHYSICAL INFRASTRUCTURE WILL END UP IN A LANDFILL. ALL OF THE ENERGY WHICH WAS USED IS  MADE INTO WASTED ENERGY WHICH ONLY ADDS TO GLOBAL WARMING WITHOUT PROVIDING THE BENEFITS OF COMPLETION.

Postscript: DISRUPTION OF A PERSON'S FINANCES IS A MORE WIDESPREAD PROBLEM THAN PROJECT SHUT DOWN. THERE ARE MANY MORE VULNERABLE PEOPLE THAN THERE ARE PROJECTS.

THE ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE OF "SHUT IT DOWN".

When a project of any kind is shut down, the environmental damage done since the beginning becomes a total WASTE.

                                                        

Citizens who are pursuing projects are using resources and creating environmental damage and using their time for the now shut down project which could be used to do some other task. Vandalism, such as Arson, turns a useful building or device into useless Environmental damage. In addition to the loss of value of previous damage, there is the creation of  new pollution caused by turning valuable property into smoke or trash to be disposed of.

"Shut that project down" is a mantra for nonperforming non producers. Some sense of entitlement which overrules the owner and worker's ownership of property, improvements and work allows the use of the Power of the Crown, the Power of Authority, and the Police with their always violent domination by force of every situation, to be used to stop further work and to create a loss where there was to be a benefit. There is a irrational system where the interference will be enhanced by Crown Authority who will take action against the project owner and worker. Interloping Trespassers have found or have imagined or are inventing a flaw which will permit an armed intervention on Private Property or even in PRIVATE LIVES. The joining of Spoilers and Police can create a situation where Police and By-Law and Lawyers think that their joining to cause damage, prevent such as a Musical Project from being executed is lawful when in fact it is a Criminal Conspiracy.

Shutting down a Home Construction or an Apartment Building Renovation or a Musical Creation Project turns all of the effort made into useless waste and all of the environmental burden of what was already done into useless degradation of the biosphere. Shutting down a Musical Project as was attempted in 1992 at Lindon's  at Otter Point BC would have seen the Authorities seize the Collard Family home at Otter Point which a non performing, non achiever felt entitled to. Trixie or Betty lied to Police and Authorities saying that Lindon had abandoned his home and property when he was in England trying to get musical employment and move his project along. THE WIFE AND POLICE AND SHERIFFS WOULD HAVE PUT THE MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS OUT IN THE RAIN WITH ANY OTHER GOODS HE HAD.THAT WOULD BE ONE HELL OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE CREATION AND LOSS.
