GABRIEL WARTMAN'S RAMPAGE OF MURDER IS BEING FALSELY CATAGORIZED AS MOTIVATED BY A HATRED OF WOMEN

TWENTY-TWO PEOPLE WERE KILLED. IF THE MURDERS WERE EXACTLY 50% OF EACH GENDER THAT WOULD BE ELEVEN MEN AND ELEVEN WOMEN. 

The CBC announcer grimly pronounced that the murder victims were mostly women as if Wartman had specifically targeted women. The inference being that women were just plain unsafe from men.

13 WOMEN WERE KILLED, THAT IS JUST TWO MORE WOMEN KILLED THAN A STATISTICAL HALF.

I have had a whole lot of very bad things done to me by women. All criticism is peremptorily dismissed as " Hatred of Women". This nonsense has to stop.

I am frankly really agitated and concerned by the incredible linking of violent murderers with the critics of the unlawful and unethical acts of women.

I have only a little time to write but I will revisit this post and add to this post.

GABRIEL WARTMAN SOUGHT TO DESTROY THE PEOPLE AROUND HIM AS A SOLITARY ASSASSIAN BUT HE DID ASSUME THE MANTLE AND APPEARANCE OF AUTHORITY TO ENABLE HIS CRIME AND TO MAKE HIS CRIME MORE ANGUISHING FOR THE VICTIMS AND THE SURVIVORS OF HIS UNPROVOKED AND UNNECESSARY VIOLEMCE.

I must reflect on how a group of Wartmans have attacked me, myself alone over and over again.

 1. IN A MANNER EXACTLY LIKE WARTMAN, PALFRY SHOT AT ME ON THE BACK BALCONY OF THE HOUSE I HAD JUST PURCHASED, ON THIS LAND BY OTTER POINT ROAD. DID HE THINK I WAS THE PREVIOUS OWNER? DID HE, MENTALLY IL, INSTITUTIONALIZED, DO EXACTLY WHAT THE OTHER WARTMANS WANTED?

2. DID WARTMAN UTTER THREATS ALIKE TO " SHOOT YOU OFF THAT FANCY SILVER BICYCLE OF YOURS" AS WARTMAN UP THE ROAD IRELAND DID. 

3. DID WARTMAN SAY HE HATED OTHER PERSONS BECAUSE OF WHO USED TO OWN THE HOME THEY LIVED IN? WARTMAN IRELAND SAID THAT.

4. WARTMAN CHEATED PEOPLE AND STOLE AND SO DID THE WARTMAN CLONES FROM UP THE ROAD.

5. WAS IT PALFRY OR WAS IT HIM AND ACCOMPLICE WARTMANS FROM UP THE ROAD WHO BURNED DOWN MY HOUSE AND BURNED UP ALL OF MY POSSESSIONS?

I have to quit now, my neck for one thing and having trouble sitting there is a whole mess of Wartrman style behavior on the preceeding posts on this blog.

 

EVIDENCE BASED REASONING vs PRIVLEGE AND FEAR BASED REASONING

DEFERRING TO AUTHORITY AND ENDANGERED FEELINGS CREATES A FALSE REALITY WHICH DESTROYS THE REAL RIGHTS OF OWNERSHIP AND PERSONAL FREEDOM AND SELF DETERMINATION.

What I want to talk about  is the incredible failure which is caused by the non evidentiary rights, powers and privileges based belief system that is damaging society, people and the planet. 

I have difficulty in  imposing reason upon events which occurred where damage was done to me or to my prospects or property and the clear and visible evidence is denied. I am subjected to a cross connected mess of overruling and entitlement and the absurdity of speculative fear or possible endangerment which persons who are thrusting themselves into the affairs of other persons think they can demand to assert to overrule all of the powers and privileges of ownership and escape responsibility and financial jeopardy on their part.

The strict legal interpretation of responsibility, particularly in the case of unnecessary or malicious actions, extends to individual and several liability without diminishment by apportionment. This means that all of the damages may be collected from each respondent and that the other participants, when they have the money or assets, and some do not, can be taxed with a large repayment on behalf of each respondent for the  damage that was done through their mutual, and even unbeknownst to others involved, actions. 

There is no Playing "Silly Bugger" or " Born Yesterday". When any person or group assumes a mantle of authority or presume to negatively affect another person or even to enter onto or to damage or to threaten or to jeopardize the quiet enjoyment of the ownership of the private property of another person they are also assuming the responsibility for and liability for any damage they do, individually, as a group or in a chain of actions manner. All parties can be made to assume responsibility for the actions of themselves and their accomplices and accessories who may not be capable of assuming their own financial responsibilities.

This responsibility extends to personal injury and loss of prospects as well. The contemporary affectation for the doctrine of " We deny without any evidence but purely as an obstructive technique" and through citing the imperative overrule of the self interest permitted under the Capitalist System. Personal injury and loss of prospects is a matter known best  and only by the victim of such loss. It is not a matter admitted known to the perpetrators of the damage as their denial of such attests to. There is no evidence to back a denial of responsibility for the actions they or their associates perpetrated unless they have witnesses or video tape  or diary evidence to back their denial of responsibility or even, absurdly, of the existence of the damage they have done to a living BREATHING COMPLAINING TESTIFYING PLAINTIFF.

What would be very interesting personally is that the Law Officers would no longer be able to play at " We are in danger so we must have several armed Sheriffs hovering around you as you read your writ and pleadings. "

In addition, there would possibly, especially in a time of a Lockdown, be an audience of interested viewers as was the case in Physical Courtrooms in the past though not now with the Virus around.

There will be an opportunity to create visual and video and animation graphics and present them. 

The next step would be to cut the connection between the Lawyers and the Judges by having a random and unknown assignment of cases to be deliberated.

I would enjoy seeing a presentation of the verbal submissions and judgements through avatars which would be randomly assigned so neither Judges nor lawyers would know who they were dealing with.

IS MY PIPSQUEAK WIFE OUTRAGEOUSLY OFFENDING ME ATTEMPTING TO ELICIT A VIOLENT REACTION OR IS THAT SIMPLY THE EVIL VISAGE OF THE RAPIST? WHAT ABOUT THE POLICE AND BY-LAW, WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THEM TO HAVE TO ACT SO?

THIS IS HOW A WIFE LOOKS WHO HAS NEVER DONE ANY WORK  DEMANDING TO TAKE OVER HER HUSBAND BASED ON DIVORCE. NOTHING LESS THAN RAPE AND WORSE, BROKE AS WELL. 

THE SAME LOOK ON MY MOTHER'S FACE AS SHE BEAT ME STARTING AT FOUR YEARS OLD AND THE WIFE WHEN SHE SAID SHE WOULD DIVORCE ME AND I WOULD LOSE EVERYTHING TO LEGAL FEES AND GIVE IT ALL TO HER OR ELSE ALL MY MONEY WOULD BE STOLEN BY HER RAPIST ACCOMPLICE LAWYER TYLER LUCCIES.

COMMONWEALTH LAW MUST BE SUPREME

LAW WHICH PROTECTS THE WELLBEING AND THE WEALTH AND THE PROGRESS OF CANADIAN CITIZENS MUST SUPERCEDE THE LAW WHICH IS THE ONEROUS PURSUIT OF ZERO TOLERANCE WHICH IS ATTRACTIVE AND BENEFICIAL TO ONLY THOSE PERSONS WHO ARE EMPLOYED IN LAW ENFORCEMENT OR WHO REVEL IN THE DEPLOYMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AGAINST PERSONS THEY THINK ARE GETTING AWAY WITH SOMETHING THEY DO NOT APPROVE OF.

Somewhere in the vast tomes of our Law there must be the sober and practical thought that the maintenance of the Commonwealth is the most important facet of Legislation. Everyone needs to make a living or has to be supported and that is more important than the flailing at anyone who makes a noise or builds a porch or garden shed or is thought to think things the Police do not like.

There is too much law and application of Law which reverses the Progress and strips the Wealth from citizens. One example is the misuse of Divorce Law which was used by an insane wife to control and deliberatly impoverish me. 

The 911 call and By-Law complaint schemes to make a person who has done no harm into a quasi criminal with Police stalking him must be stopped immediately.

The regulation of Marijuana legislation in British Columbia is being used to strip hard working businesses and owners and managers of money which they fairly earned and had paid a large ammount of Tax into Provincial coffers.  The Dispensaries provided better product at better prices than the BC Government is. They and their staff, managers and owners enhanced the Commonwealth. 

The enforcement and regulation community destroyed  that Commonwealth.

Honestly, the statements from the Past, directed at a particular constituency and conforming to their views and aspirations at the time are just that, statements from another time to other people who required something different from the leader or commentator than what is required at the present time and in contemporary situations.

Honestly, Universal Medical Services are provided elsewhere than the USA with greater financial efficency and little difference in quality and outcomes.

Honestly, the Novel Corona Virus pandemic potential is much easier to lessen in impact if everyone who is infected is treated as soon as possible and anyone can notify and be admitted at any suitable  Hospital. Universal Medical Services treatment of everyone lessens the spread of disease.

JOBS:  IS " JOBS FOR ALL " REALLY THE ANSWER TO THE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC PROBLEMS WE HAVE. MANY YOUNGER WORKERS WILL PROBABLY NOT  OWN ANYTHING BUT THEY WILL STILL BE IN DEBT. 

DEBT MERCHANTS ARE THE CREATORS OF ACTIVITY, IT IS A FACT THAT WE MUST STOP NEEDLESS ACTIVITY WHICH EXACERBATES GLOBAL CLIMATE CHANGE.

In Canada and in the USA there is a cult of " Jobs ". Employment is sacred and angry workers and politicians are not going to be deterred from the preservation of " Jobs ", even if those jobs are intensely contributory to the creation of gasses such as Carbon Dioxide, Nitrous Oxide, Methane and Ozone. 

The truth and fact is that we must as a society properly support everyone and provide medical services and entertainment for everyone in an efficent as possible manner to not contribute to the exacerbation of Climate Change.

In Canada we do presently provide support in various ways for some of the population. I am not sure that this is done in an equitable or efficent manner. There is a stigma against supported persons and a coercion of some persons who must work at jobs they do not enjoy. A universal support system would ensure that unnecessary otherwise than that they are providing employment jobs could be elimiminated. There is a constant drumbeat of `` Having a job gives the employed person self esteem ``. That cannot be true of all jobs, although it could be true about the paycheck`s ability to lift the Spirits. It is about the support.
