HOW CAN IT BE LAWFUL TO NOT REQUIRE CONSENT FROM ME TOO?

I did not consent to any inheritances to be taken from me nor to be kept secret from me nor did I consent to let my wife take over as financial head of my family. I did not consent to her demand for a 2000 sq. ft. home contractor built. I did not consent to borrow money for me to repay and for my wife to spend on a business adventure. I paid her after she lost everything I owned on her business adventure. She demanded amounts from $7700. to $10,000. on five or six occasions and then $30, 000. I did not consent except the $30,000. as final payment and I certainly did not consent as Betty or Trixie and her lawyer refused to acknowledge payment and were back for more. I did not consent but I was forced to pay extortion payments for debt I did not consent to, thus I did not consent. I was forced to pay my wife unacknowledged payments which she described as blackmail and can you believe me too, I did not consent. ME TOO  I DID NOT CONSENT. HEY, ME TOO.

BACK IN THE SPRING OF 1970 LEONARD KLASSEN AND ME, LINDON, ROLLED UP THE STAIRS INTO A MOTORCYCLE CLUBHOUSE IN A MANSION ON VANCOUVER`S TWELFTH AVENUE AND SHADES OF KAVANAUGH`S LIFE THERE was a lineup of of low lifes preparing to gang rape two young women .

THE SELF GRATIFICATION AND NARCISSIST DISREGARD FOR THE SUFFERING CAUSED BY RAPE AND ASSAULT AND OVERPOWERING OF VICTIMS TO OBTAIN PLEASURE IS A COMMON THEME FOR THE ORGANIZED PERVERSION THAT IS EVIDENCED IN OPPORTUNISTIC PARTY RAPERS, PEDOPHILES AND POLICE  WHO ABUSE CITIZENS.

The victims of Rape and domination and abuse by authority do not forget what happened.  There is a neverending apprehension that the damaging actions they suffered will be repeated. The fear is an enhancing feature for rapists and I have seen Law Officers exulting as they terrorized me.

A SERIOUS INVESTIGATION  INTO THE CULTURAL PRACTICES OF NUMEROUS POWERFUL AGENCIES AND ORGANIZATIONS WILL EXPOSE SADISTIC  AND PERVERTED  PRACTICES OF SELF GRATIFICATION  AND DISREGARD FOR THE SUFFERING OF VICTIMS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT THE PRACTICES AND ABUSES OF LAW OFFICERS OR EVERY SORT SHOULD BE FIRST.

HOW CAN IT BE LAWFUL TO GET MARRIED TO GET DIVORCED?

AT VERNON BC IN 1977 I ENTERED INTO A MARRIAGE CONTRACT.  FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER I WAS TOLD         " I WILL BE HAPPY WHEN I GET MY  DIVORCE ''

I had just said to the former "Betty Dash" or "Trixie Dashevsky" " Are you happy now, you are pregnant and married, your mother should be happy". I think that my ex-wife not only got married but got pregnant to get money. I do not know what her real name was, she called herself Betty Dash but I saw a birth certificate that said Trixie Dashevsky. My ex-wife paid no attention to Law.  Men were subject to a myriad of laws and restrictions but many women felt that they were not bound by those same laws.

 

I had to put everything aside to support and house my wife and children. I was required by law to continue to support my children and if a divorce was negotiated, pay my wife a large sum of money eventually if she had participated in creating such assets but Trixie had contributed nothing, not even house work. I had no intention nor motivation to end the marriage, I had children to support, house and care for.  Betty or Trixie had been transported with joy at the prospect of having children before we could afford to have children. I realized the seriousness of the requirement to support and house the family. My ex-wife either did not care or did not believe that poverty for all of us would be the result of deliberately exacerbated legal process, a divorce for no real reason, but to enrich herself and impoverish me as a punishment which she could mete out to me.

 Marriage contract and rationality were thrown aside when Betty thought the house was finished, my ex-wife moved in and said  " You hate us why don't you just go. Just go!" and announced that  " This is not going to be a good marriage". Betty Collard additionally and crudely said she would not be a sex partner nor clean nor cook, trying to alienate me out of the house I had financed and finished partly, which was  not mortgaged.

 

 With the first house, because I could as far as I had experienced become disabled at any time I gave up all spending for a decade to be able to have a safe mortgage free home for the family.  I had owed $30,000. on the first house here at Otter Point which I had finished or rescued from dereliction but I HAD THE JEWELLERY INVENTORY AND GOLD AND SILVER TO PAY THAT OFF PARTICULARLY  BECAUSE THE  GOLD PRICE HAD GONE UP SO HIGH.           I had a job selling Volvo Automobiles in Victoria, I could have qualified for a mortgage renewal.  

 

By June 20 1980 the inventory was stolen and ruined when the house was burned and I had to pay to build a new house out of the insurance proceeds which took everything including what was paid for possessions, mostly my stuff. In addition I lost my jewellery equipment and models which were valuable, productive and had taken some time to produce.  I was devastated at the loss of everything I owned.  I still had to support and house the family while my ex-wife wanted to sabotage me. I  needed a house for my children and my wife and myself to live in and divorce would make that impossible. It was always my intention to not owe and make payments, if I became disabled how could make the payments? 

  My ex wife had the opposite idea from the marriage contract requirements which were equally binding and reciprocal, and when I got married in 1977 I still owned my property it was not half hers, not even after the 1978 division of assets law. It would take years of marriage to get half.

Trixie had an idea that a real estate agent had put forth: 2000 square feet contractor built and the real estate agent could sell that house. She would force me out and sell the house. (She clearly proposed that in writing through her lawyer Tyler Lucchies a second time in 1991.) In 1981, Betty thought she could divorce me and she would get the house and sell it and that would be her money. If you fight this she said, you are ripping your children off. Betty knew she was entitled to nothing but she knew about lawyers who would be happy to take legal and illegal action for her to get even with me by my losing everything to legal fees and to her.

 

LAWYERS WOULD TAKE ACTION TO RENDER MY FAMILY HOMELESS AND THEY WOULD BE HAPPY TO TAKE ALL MY MONEY. WHAT KIND OF MONSTERS ARE THESE PEOPLE. THERE WAS A VICTORIA LAWYER COCAINE CULTURE IMMORALITY AND FALSITY. ONE OF THE CROOK LAWYERS SAID YEARS LATER "THIS IS JUST A GAME, YOU KNOW", A GAME FOR MY EX-WIFE  AND THE LAWYERS AND MY MONEY ALL GONE FROM CRIPPLED ME AND WHAT OF THE THREE CHILDREN.  HOW COULD ANY RATIONAL AND ETHICAL HUMAN BEINGS NOT CARE ABOUT ABSORBING ALL OF THE SUPPORT STRUCTURE OF A FATHER WITH THREE CHILDREN TO SUPPORT? 

 

WHEN I GOT MARRIED I WAS NOT TAKING ON A BOSS OF ME, MY FAMILY AND ALL OF MY ASSETS.  I WOULD HAVE NOT EVER HAVE ENTERED INTO SUCH A CONTRACT, NOT EVER.  I ABHOR SUBJUGATION.

                     

How Can It Be Lawful to Destructively Excavate My Land

I have taken photographs which show the ditch that was dug to ruin my meadow. Evidence of land raping soil removal and the creation of very large holes which lowered the level of the land at my house site should be visible in these photographs.

The damage was far more visible and far worse in 1981, these pictures were taken August 25 2018.

 WAY UP THERE IS WHERE MY LAND WAS BEFORE EXCAVATION.

was no bank, no cliff, no hole where the house

is located where all the water runs down to.

The ditch is dug down 12 feet deeper than the 17 feet the yard was lowered .

 It is hard to see in a picture see the gravel low down in the front of the photo.

 The bus parked in the driveway, can be seen on the bank of the ditch, see it. Remember the bus is way down from the original ground, as pictured earlier.

There was a gently sloping meadow

 where infants to children were to play

from the road to the top of the hill

where the shed behind the house sits.

This ditch, the septic flow and stumps and tires were substituted endangering the children and leaving me with damage that sickens me and causes me to collapse in anguish to this day.

THAT IS HOW IT WAS ANNOUNCED TO ME THAT MY EX- WIFE WAS TO BE COME FINANCIAL DIRECTOR OF ME

 1984 to 1990 I was a slave, an unpaid worker, I was extorted.

In 1979 I had a AAA Industrial Credit Rating from the Bank of Nova Scotia. I received an additional letter that I had been recognized as providing the highest rated training services by Manpower and Immigration Canada. I had taken a home from just framed roofed and locked up for all intents and purposes to habitable and occupied by my wife and child. The house and everything was burned to ashes. I had the second house turned over to me with a lot of work still to do.   How can a man who has just provided a second home for his family, not as he would have done the job but as ordered to and hampered and demeaned during the replacement of the burned down first family home on this property. I would have not rebuilt but I would have bought a home near where  I worked in Fairfield, Victoria BC. Large homes could be purchased for $59,000. I would have paid out my mortgage on this property, left it for later, and bought a home with the nearly $54,000. I had left after I did pay the Otter Point mortgage out. I was ordered to rebuild on the same property by the insurance company a Credit Union owned "The Cooperators",  ironic is that not. Wendy Morton had a Private Detective license, she helped discredit ICBC claims I believe, she is the person responsible for telling the insurance company that I had burned  my own house down. Other persons may have made it up but Morton had the connection to insurance companies. I was told that if I did not rebuild on the same property,  "The Cooperators" would sue me and claw back my claim.

When I tried to re-build on the same house site the CRD said it was now too close to the creek which also looks suspiciously excavated behind the old house site, drive in the short drive way to    see the burned down house's foundation, keep on going, take a look just behind the house site.

I HAVE WRITTEN ABOUT HOW THE SECOND HOUSE BUILDING WAS COMPROMISED. I WAS STILL DEALING WITH THAT, I HAD NOT A SINGLE POSSESSION BUT SUITS AND SHOES  FOR WORK AS EVERYTHING I OWNED WAS BURNT IN 1980. I STILL HAD A FEW GOLD BARS AND DAMAGED JEWELLERY INVENTORY BUT I HAD NO MONEY.

I was under severe pressure and I began to not be able to stand. I think I was mis-diagnosed  and I had back surgery under general anesthetic. Sodium Pentathol  causes one to be easily coerced.

I have written about how I was removed of my inheritances and a major inheritance was being concealed from me in 1984 when the women in the family and my brother decided that it would not be good for me but Betty my ex-wife would be financed in a business, fancier than her life long friend Gloria's Bakery. My ex wife was borrowing against my future inheritance at 30 cents on the dollar.  She got $52, 500. of my family's money to finance her business and I owed the money and I became an unpaid slave worker or my ex-wife would simply have borrowed everywhere in addition to borrowing  [my concealed from me Inheritance from Uncle Albert ] from my family. I heard her phoning to such as super expensive bakery installers, Nicholson Brothers in Vancouver BC. 

Before this was over I would be penniless, owe the principal I paid back as it was declared to be interest by my brother Andrew on Mother's  orders. None of the women involved ever had contributed a penny to anything I had or the family had nor had my brother. Everything came from me and my Uncle Albert and my Aunt Annette who had bequested me money and then more was taken from my father's estate. All this money wasted which could have been used in business. 

The incredible pressure on me to comply with having my wife be in charge of house building and business was exerted because I was entirely invested in the house and the land at Otter Point. I had to find a new set of jewellery customers and a new job as well after I finished the house. The first one was burned down almost as soon as the family moved in in June of 1980, and with my wife's incompetent scheme in charge the semi-finished house in a hole was mine to make into a HABITABLE HOME. That was not entirely finished by May 1984. Hardly any more anything was done by me as I entered unpaid slave worker's  destitution and privation and exhaustion.  I was still desperately slaving away every day when in 1990 my ex wife took everything though there was not a lot to take, and started trying to terrorize me into selling the house and she would get more money. Why would the family man with the earnings and the house for the family be made vunrable as a result of his diligent work.

The answer is that it is not lawful to create an absurdity nor is it to create policy which does not enforce the spirit and intent of Law. I remember, decades ago, phoning the Sooke RCMP or Sooke Police for the first time to report that a false complaint was probable from persons who were trespassing and clearing the screen of shrubs and trees between my acreage and an adjacent acreage.  Except for a narrow ledge, left at the East side of my property so the Palfry property would not erode, my land had literally been excavated down 17 feet at least. The adjacent home site loomed above my home and provided the "neighbors" an Ariel view ideal for stalking me to find a way to call  911 and exercise their mentally ill need for power.  Was Marina Reid  sending her tree cutter on to my property to get the trouble going? Did she feel that what was mine was hers and she would order my  land to be clearcut? The trespassers HAD phoned  911,  I was informed, but that without threats Police would not attend. Real law abiding Police should have arrested Marina Reid .

I was helpless, down the cliff where I was at my house in a hole, a site made to order for Wilfred and Minnie Palfry the original mental cases next door. The new mentally deranged  property owner next door expected Police backup to clear a frame, around her land, of removed vegetation which was growing on my land. On my land the ledge which was being denuded was on the only part of my land where an effective screen of brush and trees high enough to provide some privacy could be grown.  Marina Reid and her tree cutter were trespassing for the second time in three days, when I from my window ordered them to stop cutting and leave. Marina Reid called  911 and said she "felt" threatened, meeting the guidelines which the incompetent receptionist at Sooke RCMP had on day one laid out for her to follow.  { On the occasion of this second trespass when I called in to Sooke RCMP,  the next day, to investigate a complaint which had been made by a trespasser,  (From my upstairs window, I had seen a mental case on the phone laughing and exulting, possibly showing me what she was doing?),  the Police receptionist mindlessly canted that threats in this case, WERE  INTIMATED, not spoken, some how 'mentally ill intimated' to the mad and dangerous fool on the hill next door ordering her chainsaw massacre man to destroy my vegetation.} On the day of the second trespass, just after I saw the fool on the phone, several Police cars and four or more Police were quickly here and next door. What a thrill for all those the mentally ill.

That day the tree cutters were on my property a second time. From the house I ordered them to leave, they were cutting this screen of trees and brush. They had a trailer right on the creek bank to the right or East to give me that bottom of the hill in a urine and feces soaked trailer park experience. None of this has gone away.  It is easy to see, just drive in stop at the ditch, careful do not fall in, take some pictures.

THE DAY AFTER THE SOOKE MENTALLY ILL IN POLICE UNIFORM GROUP ARRIVED TO ASSIST THE MENTALLY ILL CUT TREES ON THE OTHER PERSON'S LAND GROUP.   I STARTED TO CONTACT AUTHORITIES LOCALLY FEDERALLY AND  PROVINCIALLY.

I phoned in to the local RCMP and I said " Are you keeping a record of the fake 911 call as if it was a lawful complaint. Of course the Secretary told me . We have to keep a record of all allegations. You can keep a record of convictions but not of allegations, I said. Oh, but we do she said. {The policy of the Sooke RCMP Detachment is of zero tolerance for any, well anything, even if it is imaginary. If some one will say they are in fear, Sooke RCMP will keep a record of it to assist in their Warrantless Raiding Program and will send the information anywhere it could damage the victim of the fake  911 call to punish that person. "People must have good reason" to exaggerate and imagine and try to get a swat team onto a person who poses no danger to anyone, said Sooke RCMP Constable Champagne musing about why falsity is supported.  Wow my ex-wife's and Marina Reid's and God only knows whose insane dreams can be made real !}

BEFORE DEFAMING ON FACEBOOK WAS EVEN FIRST CONTEMPLATED SOOKE RCMP HAD "DEFACE BOOK"

SIMPLY CALL IN YOUR LIES AND THEY WILL COMPILE A DOSSIER AND CIRCULATE IT TO OTHER POLICE AND ICBC AND USA POLICE , EVEN THE   DOGCATCHERS WILL ARRIVE WITH A SWAT TEAM . ONE MORE 911 CALL AFTER YOU SET UP A FEW COMPLAINTS, IT IS EASY.

INDIVIDUAL TARGETING FOR FAKE TELEPHONE CALL VICTIMS. PLEASE HAVE A WOMAN MAKE THE CALL AND IT SHOULD BE A COMPLAINT ABOUT A MAN.      911 or Sooke Police or RCMP or Animal Control, ah oh!, will also take a call about a man's dog and still send SWAT.
