ORDER UP THE "OPPOSITE" TO WHAT A CALCULATED AND LEARNED PLAN WOULD ENTAIL AND FORCE THE INSTALLATION OF A CRAZY ENTITLEMENT AND EMPOWERMENT OF THE INCOMPETENT.

HOW CAN YOU TELL, UNEQUIVOCALLY, THAT SOMEONE IS INCOMPETENT?  

LOOK AT THE RESULT OF THEIR ACTIONS

WERE THERE MORE GAINS OR LOSSES FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED?

WAS THERE REALLY A BENEFIT POSSIBLE FOR ANYONE BUT THEM?

WHAT DAMAGE DID THEY DO TO EVERYONE ELSE AFFECTED?

DID THEY EVER ACTUALLY GET A GREATER PERSONAL BENEFIT BY INTERFERING AND TAKING CONTROL THAN THEY WOULD HAVE RECEIVED BY JUST LETTING WHAT THE CONTROLLED PERSON WAS DOING CONTINUE? 

THE TAKEOVER OF A PERSON AND THEIR ASSETS TERMINATES THEIR PROJECTS. IF THE SUBSTITUTION OF THE NEW BOSS IS DONE AS A PUNISHMENT, THEN WHAT PERVERSE COLLUSION IS THIS? 

WHAT ABOUT THOSE WHO INSTITUTE OR HELP TO INSTITUTE YEARS OF LONG HARD LABOR AND THEN SWEEP OFF NOT WORKING HARD OR LOSE EVERYTHING BUT NOT HAVING TO DO ANYTHING TO ACCOMPLISH WHAT THEY ORDERED BUT JUST DOING AS THEY PLEASED?

ANOTHER INDICATOR OF INCOMPETENCE WOULD BE THE INSTITUTION OF A PLAN OF ACTION WHICH IGNORES PHYSICS AND MATHEMATICS AND ECONOMICS.

THE BALD FACED DENIAL OF WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING IN THE LOCAL ECONOMY AND THE FAILURE TO RECOGNIZE BUSINESS TRENDS IN FAVOR OF DOCTRINAIRE BELIEF OR A THIRST TO OVERWHELM OR PUNISH SOMEONE LEADS TO THE INSTITUTION OF GRINDING POVERTY COUPLED WITH HARD WORK MOUNTING DEBT AND A LOSS OF PERSONAL FREEDOM FOR THE IRRATIONALLY CONTROLLED PERSON.

I SAT AND READ THE NEWSPAPERS FROM VICTORIA BC AND VANCOUVER BC SEARCHING FOR A JOB OR A BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY I SHOULD ATTEMPT TO PARTICIPATE IN AND NOTHING CAME UP ON THE PAGES.

IN RETROSPECT, THAT WAS BECAUSE WE WERE ENTERING INTO A DEEP RECESSION AND AN  ECONOMIC DOWNTURN WAS VERY LIKELY IN THE EARLY EIGHTIES.

I WAS FORCED TO SPEND EVERY LAST DOLLAR ON A LARGER HOME THAN I WOULD HAVE BUILT AND THEN I WAS FORCED TO BORROW MONEY TO START A BUSINESS FOR MY WIFE WITH MY FATHER'S MONEY, AND TO GO INTO DEBT WHICH I WOULD NOT HAVE DONE AT THE BEST OF TIMES AND CERTAINLY NOT CONFIDENTLY IN DENIAL THAT A RECESSION OR EVEN A  DEPRESSION WAS IMMINENT.

THE FAMILY MEMBERS DID NOT READ NEWSPAPERS NOR WATCH THE TELEVISION NEWS THEY DID NOT NEED TO KNOW ANYTHING BUT "WOMEN WERE FASTER,  STRONGER AND SMARTER" AND THEY SAID THEY WERE "TAKING OVER" BASED ON "FEELINGS, NOT THAT STUPID CALCULATING AND PLANNING AND SCHEMING" I WOULD DO.

DID MY FAMILY MEMBERS WHO FORCED ME TO DO THE THEIR UNTHINKING BIDDING NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED TO ME, OR WOULD THEY REALLY WANT TO SEE ME DESTROYED? EITHER WAY IT IS A MANIFESTATION OF MENTAL ILLNESS, BLACK-WHITING, BI-POLAR.

There is a comment where it is said that "anyone with integrity would leave" when they were subjected to my stated only requirement from my wife or girlfriend is that they be a willing sex partner. When one enters into a marriage or cohabitation agreement usually that precludes your having sex anywhere outside of the relationship. If your inside girl does not willingly have and hopefully enjoy sex with you what are you supposed to do. If you are a Family Supporting Man as was common in the nineteen eighties you are pretty well disenabled from having an outside the marriage girlfriend, when, and with what funding?

My previously undesirable Jackpot (dangerous with the Car Carriers and Mail and Passenger Cars to Fuck Up with, Glass Trains.) Job may not have been able to be done by the strictly Switch Boxcars Fast and go home Rusiski and Osborne.(When management watched, Osborne would Unswitch Boxcars) You could get up to 25 Years in Jail if you interfered with me as I moved the Royal Mail, I had live passengers on equipment I handled they did not. The Jewelry Factory whose second generation was stolen, burnt and the insurance money was seized by hold on now, was it a giraffe or a ghost, no, it was the alleged life ally, the wife. The project which would have provided an Acre and a Half of Gardenable was soil scooped up and sold off to provide druggin drinkin and truck fueling money for hate activated redneck degenerates. Their "de facto through inacto" allies in the CRD, BC, RCMP, MLA , MP and Crown Ministry are an atrocious group which I continue to pay the way for like my Grandfather and my Father before me. The Rockcliffe and the Houses adjacent are a project "de facto" seized from me by a herd of Giraffes, no no it was women and Police with a few Subsidized Housing Gleeper Men as well. The "Target His Music" where every possible seizure and obstacle creation and lie was used to end my project which was just like many other similar Music Projects and no one else's business. Physical Violence was used to Physically damage me right at my own doorway and in my kitchen by my ex-wife and my Brother. More subtle but just as damaging were the assaults created by Mobbing me here at Otter Point, in the Supreme Court and at the Rockcliffe. Raiding with False  911 Calls to facilitate that which those redneck degenerates who have government jobs are lurking and freaking to do. Sic them on Lindon and we will see if he continues to sing, dance, compose tunes and scores and play music?  Guess what I have gotten back on my Horse and played most nights for a week now which is more of a positive and creative project than any of the aforementioned Spoilers could do.  Do not let the Kids see Lindon play his Les Paul, Kurzwiels or Harmonicas just like I did not know my Uncle Francis lived "til a year ago and had "The Frank Collard" jazz band. Giraffes again in action.  Andrew is a bad male but he had to do what his Giraffe ordered him to do, which happened to me too, my Giraffe, let's stop euphemizing, my Wife Boss Wife threatened  to falsely accuse me. Her Head doth speak that on the Tube. Andrew is is on Youtube too, his head admits his subservience to Francine. Windows saved 1046 Movies and Clips I just re- discovered. My, in the way I got her for, very talented Rideable Giraffe, spelt like a virus morphing which creates a type of blindness where you lose track of 1046 Original Movie Clips.

DEATH OF THE CONVULSANT

STEVE FONYO DIED RECENTLY AT AGE 56. HE HAD BEEN SUBJECT TO SEIZURES FOR SOME TIME, IN THE AFTERMATH OF A HEAD INJURY.

I HAVE BEEN SUSPICIOUS THAT A COLLAPSE OR A CONVULSION COULD CAUSE ME TO DIE. SOME OF THE "RESET" CHANGES TO OUTLOOK OR DIRECTION OF ROTATION OR ANGLES OF CORNERS MAKE ME WONDER ABOUT HOW PLAUSIBLE IT IS THAT DEATH OCCURRED.

DEATH AND RESTART? IT SURE AS HELL WREAKS HAVOC ON THE PHYSICAL CONDITION OF THE BODY AND ON THE CONDITION OF THE MIND, MEMORY AND VISION.

IT COULD ALSO BE JUST A HEAD INJURY MISALIGNING THE EYES.

IS THE TONIC IMMOBILITY COLLAPSE AND VIRTUAL PARALYSIS A DIFFERENT CONDITION FROM THE APPARENT "RESET" CHANGES?

THE NETWORKERS AND COLLUDERS   BECOME   CRIMINAL CONSPIRATORS AS SOON AS ANY OF THEM OR ANY OF THEIR ACTIONS CREATE OR ATTEMPT TO CREATE THE EXECUTION OF AN UNLAWFUL GOAL.

Postscript: Today the Minister of Justice in the Province of Alberta was discovered to be dealing with a "Distracted Driving " charge by contacting the Chief of Police in Edmonton Alberta. My ex-wife's Divorce Lawyer Tyler Luccies  and the Lawyer for Ward Music, Fritz Verhooven both contacted    Police friends of theirs who managed to prevent me from dealing with Luccies' and Verhooven's creation of fraud, obstruction of Justice and False Imprisonment. The Police crippled me working for them.

These collusions or conspiracies to obstruct Justice did actually happen end it makes me very suspicious about other occurrences.

One of the occurrences which might be more than a coincidence raises a suspicion  that Judges may be picked to preside over cases for their ethnicity or cultural bias by ethnic or cultural groups seeking an advantage over a person such as myself or most of my associates; we have no special connections.

Is it possible that merely being outspoken about people I would consider to be worthless or who have committed unsavory actions, can be used to trigger a backlash against myself and other persons who are forced into speaking out against inequality or injustice or networking, collusion and conspiracy because they were irrationally and counter factually used against us motivated by envy, greed and malice. It is because those heinous crimes were inflicted on us, on ourselves that I and we had to "man up" and speak up. We still need to Publicize and Publish and Litigate for Truth because the falsehoods and defamation endanger any of us subjected to this collusion in the Justice System.

When I find the right representation I will speak a lot more clearly about this issue and about heinous collusion and fraud motivated by greed, hatred and a Psychopathic disregard for property rights, human rights and  what is Just.
