AT ADVANCED METHOD JEWELRY MANUFACTURING THE SHOP POLICY WAS TO BE NICE AND TECHNICALLY HELPFUL TO EACH AND EVERY CUSTOMER.

I had an AAA Industrial Credit Rating with the Bank of Nova Scotia.

I had letters from Immigration and Manpower Canada which described my training of an otherwise unemployable woman with disfiguring facial injury. She achieved permanent employment as the most expert Wax Impression producer whom the large manufacturer who hired her had ever encountered. I had cast 50,000 pieces of jewelry at Advanced Method. I sold it in 1978 and bought this property at Otter Point one year later.

Shortly after August of 1979 I began to work on the unfinished and looted house and I did not really leave the house except to get building materials, varnish and paint. I worked on the house every day until June 20 1980. Somehow bad stories began to circulate about me without my ever knowing any of the local residents. 

That is far enough with this line of commentary. This Post is about my actual relationship with the only Police I had ever talked to after May of 1974 when the factory was established after I had been almost entirely at home for 4 years.

The Vancouver Police Robbery Squad came to AMJ asking about whether someone could have made a stolen chain he had. I told them to get a loupe and look at the trademarks and that the chain was made on machines only run in Italy.

Full disclosure: The owner of the building where I had the factory called the Police. I  had struck the wall made of`Hooper Plywood, thin fiberboard, which was installed over the real walls, and it cracked. I said I would fix it. Police left and I glued up the cracks and pulled and pushed the paneling back into place.

WHEN A VANCOUVER POLICEMAN BECAME A DETECTIVE HE WANTED A REAL GOLD BADGE. I TOLD HIM THAT IF HE WENT TO THE BANK AND BOUGHT A PURE GOLD INGOT I COULD LAWFULLY RECAST THE INGOT AS THE BADGE HE WANTED. I MADE A RUBBER MOLD OF HIS BADGE AND INJECTED WAX AND CAST IT.

I CHARGED FOR FACTORY SERVICE  AND GAVE HIM THE MOLD. I SAID YOU ARE A POLICE OFFICER AND YOU CANNOT LET ANYONE ELSE HAVE YOUR BADGE MOLD WITHOUT YOUR BEING THERE. YOU CAN BUY WAX NUMBERS I TOLD HIM, AND THEY CAN REPLACE YOUR NUMBERS SO AS MANY OFFICERS AS SO WISH TO CAN HAVE BADGES CAST IN ANY LAWFULLY USED AND POSSESSED METAL. ANY  UNLICENSED CASTER COULD CLEAN AND MELT BROKEN OR UNWANTED JEWELRY AND LAWFULLY CAST A BADGE.  

How on Earth can the RCMP listen to gossip that is intended to damage me and disparage my reputation without contacting me or anyone in Manpower and Immigration Canada or at the Bank of Nova Scotia or in the Vancouver PD?

THE FAUX DISGRUNTLEMENT

This side had a wrinkled  rear quarter panel. Rusty scrapes and scratches covered the car.  The front passenger side had a fender crunchie and the rear bumper, quarter panel and trunk were stove in.

 REMEMBER BEING PLEASANT, POLITE AND SMILING DESPITE MY INSOLVENCY.

I HAD LOST EVERY POSSESSION IN THE ARSON IN 1980 AND I HAD NOT BY 1988  ACQUIRED PROPER CLOTHES OR SHOES.

I HAD BEEN AN UNPAID SLAVE UNDER THE CONTROL OF MY WIFE SINCE 1981.

I WAS SITTING IN A SMASHED RUSTY 1967 BUICK WARMING IT UP AND SMILING.

MY WIFE ERUPTED OUT OF THE HOUSE, DRAGGING TWO KIDS WITH HER. MY WIFE SAID "YOU ARE ALL SMILING AND HAPPY AND I AM NOT! I AM GOING TO WIPE THE SMILE OFF OF YOUR FACE."

I HAD NOTHING TO SMILE ABOUT BUT I WAS GETTING READY FOR THE ROAD, PLANNING TO DRIVE CALM. HAPPY AND NOT AGITATED.

IT WAS SHE WHO WAS DISGRUNTLED BUT IN ORDER TO CONTINUE TO DISPOSSESS ME SHE WOULD SAY I WAS DISGRUNTLED TO THE DEGREE THAT I MIGHT "FLY OFF THE HANDLE" AND FLARE UP INTO UNCONTROLLABLE VIOLENCE; THIS WAS A FALSE DECLARATION WHICH SHE BOASTED TO ME THAT SHE HAD MADE TO THE RCMP.

HAS THE WAR ON MEN, "'DITZKRIEG", BEEN INITIATED AND CATALYZED BY THE "KLEPTO" GENE AN ANTHROPOMORPHIC GENE GONE WRONG?

WAS THERE A STAGE IN HUMAN EVOLUTION WHERE STEALING WAS AN ESSENTIAL SURVIVAL SKILL, DO THE JOY OF STEALING GENES PERSIST? 

I WAS THINKING ABOUT WHAT MOTIVATES PEOPLE TO DO BAD THINGS TO OTHER PEOPLE AND I RECALLED THE LARGE NUMBER OF DOCUMENTS, SMALL OBJECTS, TOYS, PIECES OF HASH, LITTLE BAGS OF POT, PIPES AND CHILLUMS MY MOTHER HAD HIDDEN AWAY WHICH CAME TO LIGHT AFTER HER DEATH AND I REALIZED THESE WERE HER "STEALINGS", THE IMPLEMENTATION AND MANIFESTATION OF MY MOTHER'S LIFELONG NEUROTIC CONTROLLING PUNISHING KLEPTOMANIA.

MY MOTHER ALSO STOLE IMPORTANT MAIL, INHERITANCES AND BIG MONEY.

MORE OF THE BAD ASPECTS OF "KLEPTO" BEHAVIOR ARE THE ENJOYMENT OF THE DEPRIVATION WHICH THE PERSON STOLEN FROM EXPERIENCES AND THE CONDEMNATION OF VICTIMS  TO JUSTIFY THE THEFTS.

THE ''KLEPTO'' GENE DRIVES LESS DIRECT FORMS OF THEFT.

THE USE OF 911 CALLS TO AUTHORITIES TO UNSETTLE THE OCCUPANTS OF PRIVATE PROPERTY IS A THEFT OF "PEACE OF MIND". THERE IS A DRUMBEAT OF "HE DOESN'T DESERVE" AND  A MISREPRESENTATION OF PEACEFUL HAPPINESS AS SMUG EGOTISM. THIS FALSITY AND NONSENSE JUSTIFIES TAKING ACTION AGAINST A PERSON WHO HAS DONE NOTHING TO HARM ANYONE AND  DOES NOT KNOW THE COMPLAINANTS.

HAVING MEETINGS AGAINST ANOTHER PERSON'S INTEREST ROBS THAT PERSON OF THEIR REPUTATION AND THE SUPPORT OF PERSONS AROUND THEM AND FAMILY MEMBERS.

MY EX-WIFE SAID "MY LAWYER (TYLER LUCCIES) AND I KNOW ABOUT YOUR NECK AND YOUR BACK. WE ARE GOING TO PUT SO MUCH PRESSURE ON YOU YOUR NECK AND BACK WILL GO...". SHE HAD STOLEN ALL MY MONEY, MY PALTRY HOUSEHOLD GOODS, CREATED A FALSE CHARACTERIZATION OF MYSELF, SHE AND HER LAWYER NEGOTIATED AND ACCEPTED A SETTLEMENT IN HIS OFFICE AND THEN REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT DEAL, AND THAT PAYMENT HAD BEEN MADE IN CASH IN LUCCIES' OFFICE AS THEY HAD ORDERED. WHEN I SAID THIS SEEMED UNUSUAL, BETTY COLLARD OR TRIXIE DASHEVESKY SAID LUCCIES HAD SAID HE  RECEIVED CASH IN HIS OFFICE ON A REGULAR BASIS. (BLACKMAILER!)

THEY WERE OUT TO STEAL MORE THAN MY MONEY. THEY WERE GOING TO STEAL MY LATEST RECOVERY FROM VIRTUAL PARALYSIS FROM ME AS WELL,BY HARASSING ME INTO A COLLAPSE.

I WAS PERFORMING IN 1992 AND MAKING CONTACTS IN LONDON UK AND I HAD TO FLY BACK TO CANADA. RCMP, CRD, BAILIFFS, AND SHERIFFS RESPONDED TO MY WIFE AND HER LAWYER'S LIES; I WAS IN ENGLAND AND THEY TRIED TO SEIZE MY HOUSE AND MY MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS AND SELL EVERYTHING BECAUSE I WAS SO IRRESPONSIBLE THAT EVERYTHING HAD TO BE GIVEN UP FOR HER FUTURE SUPPORT TO MY WIFE AND HER LAWYER (TYLER LUCCIES) TO SELL AND THEY WERE GOING TO KILL MY ANIMALS AND PROVOKE ME TO "FLY OFF THE HANDLE". 

I COULD NOT LEAVE THE HOUSE, MY EX WAS PARKING UP THE STREET TO SEE IF I WAS NOT HOME AND TO HAVE ALL THOSE CRIMINALLY INSANE MORONS HELP HER TO DESTROY ME.

WHEN MY AUNT DIED I WAS TO GET HER HOUSEHOLD GOODS AND MY GRANDMOTHER'S AS WELL BECAUSE I STILL HAD AN EMPTY HOUSE, I HAD NO HOUSEHOLD GOODS. THE FAMILY RUSHED OVER TO MY AUNT'S HOME, TOOK WHAT THEY WANTED AND THEN EVEN GAVE THINGS I WANTED TO THE SALVATION ARMY, THINGS LIKE MY GRANDMA'S MENDING KIT. ALL THE SILVER JEWELRY I WAS TO GET, MY GRANDMOTHER'S AMBER COLLECTION FROM LITHUANIA  AND LORD KNOWS WHAT ELSE THEY KEPT. STEALING AND GIVING THINGS AWAY IS AN ACT OF HATRED DESIGNED TO CREATE ANGUISH.

THEY ALSO STOLE A MILLION DOLLARS FROM MY DEPENDENTS' SHARES ( THERE ARE DOCUMENTS) OF MY AUNT ANNETTE RUGENUIS'S ESTATE BY PRESSURING HER TO CHANGE HER WILL SO MY BROTHER ANDREW AND MY SISTER JOANNE GOT THE MONEY INSTEAD. I GOT MY ONLY MY $355,000. 

I ENDED UP ON INHERITANCE DAY HAVING A LOT OF WHAT WAS LEFT SEIZED BY MY MOTHER, AGAIN, AND THE REST $165,000. HAS TO HAVE $4000. I BORROWED ADDED TO IT AND I FORESTALLED THE FORECLOSURE ON A HOUSE I OWNED WITH MY GIRLFRIEND, (SHE HAD NOT TOLD ME SHE HAD KEPT AND SPENT THE MORTGAGE PAYMENTS WHICH RENT WAS TO PAY) HOURS BEFORE IT WAS TO BE SEIZED, AGAIN, A FUCKING SEIZURE.

THE THIRD INHERITANCE I DID NOT GET TO SPEND EVEN ONE DOLLAR OF WHILE I WAS PENNILESS, CRIPPLED AND LIVING SO POOR!

IT IS NOT JUST TO GET THE MONEY THAT THEY DO THE STEALING, THEY LOVE THE SUFFERING THEY CAUSE, IT IS JUSTIFIED THEY ARE "GOOD PEOPLE" I DESERVE TO SUFFER AND BE CRIPPLED BECAUSE I AM SO PERSONALLY FLAWED.

I WAS NOT GUILTY OF ANYTHING BUT WHEN I TOLD THE SOOKE RCMP OFFICER MISFELT OR HARTWIG THAT THE TREATMENT I WAS BEING AFFORDED WOULD CRIPPLE ME SO I COULD NO LONGER PERFORM SHE STATED THAT SHE WAS JUSTIFIABLY STEALING THAT FROM ME "YOU ARE BEING PUNISHED",  SHE GLOATED. 

I DID NOT EVER DANCE LIVE ON THE ROCK AND ROLL STAGE NOR PLAY MUCH LIVE ON STAGE HARMONICA EVER AGAIN. I AM SURE SHE WOULD LOVE TO KNOW HOW BADLY SHE HURT ME, I COULD TELL SHE HAD "KLEPTO".

Men are documented as committing nearly all Violent Criminal Offences. I am disabled and not one of those Men. A TSUNAMI OF OUTRAGE FLOODED ONTO CABLE NEWS

I WAS A FATHER OF THREE CHILDREN WHO PERFORMED ALL OF THE SOCIETAL REQUIREMENTS AND SACRIFICED MY OWN NEEDS TO PROVIDE FOR THEM.

I WAS THREATENED THAT FOUL AND DESPICABLE ACCUSATIONS WOULD BE MADE UNLESS I SIGNED OVER EVERYTHING I HAD WORKED FOR TO MY WIFE; WHICH SHE DID ACCOMPLISH BY FORCING ME TO GO INTO DEBT ON HER BEHALF. BY DOING THIS MY WIFE EVEN WASTED MUCH OF MY FUTURE INHERITANCES THAT HAD NOT ALREADY BEEN STOLEN BY MY MOTHER. STILL MY EX-WIFE FALSELY ACCUSED ME ME TO POLICE, AND THROUGH LAWYERS AND WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF OTHER FALSE ACCUSERS.

NO ONE SAID A WORD DESPITE THE FACT THAT MY WIFE'S DEFAMATION COULD BE SEEN TO BE FALSE BY SIMPLY ACCESSING PUBLIC, BUSINESS AND BANKING RECORDS.

FAMILY MEN ARE VIGOROUSLY URGED BY GOVERNMENT AND SOCIETY TO RAISE FAMILIES AND THEN THE DISCOURAGED HOMOSEXUALS ARE SACRED AND I THE ESSENTIAL TO THE LIFE OF THE HUMAN RACE FAMILY MAN BECOME A PARIAH CREATED BY LUDICROUS LIES.

Postscript: I had always declared that I would support and feed and clothe and house my Family when I was a Father but I was not going to give up the experience I required to write anything interesting which would mean I had to find employment in Journalism, or in the Music Industry or as a participant in Motion Picture or Video Production.

Postscript: Perhaps the most prominent factor in my character which was  "undesirable" to controlling Family Members  was my rejection of the Absolute Dictatorship by the Women in my Sibling Family where I from childhood into adulthood and my Father and my Brother and my Sister were rigidly controlled by my Mother and my Brother was additionally controlled by my Sister in Law. I loudly denounced the abuse and I declared my intention to not ever submit to this type of relationship with anyone.

Despite this personal declaration and my intention, I was subjected to the same Moronic and Destructive Dictatorship by means of theft of mail, divorce threat coercion and extortion based on a threatening a denial of my share of my Father's Estate.

HYPOCRISY IS UGLY

 

Journalists should seek to write the truth about everything. There can be no sacred exclusions, there can be no excuse of weakness or fear tolerated on behalf of those who would be exposed.

I as a Man am excluded from protection from women, their lies and thefts, and I am castigated as I try to protect myself and remedy injustice from the past which still afflicts and impedes me.

My daughter is honored for her journalistic work with a fellowship. Is this just women pretending that they are pursuing and excelling at occupations? It seems that the positions Women purport to fill do not impart a complete sense of duty. The lack of a sense of duty is anguishing and damaging. I ALSO SEE A LACK OF ETHICAL AND MORAL CARING ABOUT MEN.

What triggered the start of meetings against Lindon Collard's interest by the Women who mostly married into the Collard Family and their slaves?

Was it because I bought land and finished the unfinished and trashed house at Otter Point?

Was it because one of the Women stole my mail, got possession of my notification of my Uncle Albert's will, all mine, and carried it off to a meeting against the lawful interest of Lindon Collard?

HOW NECESSARY IS "TOTAL RECALL"?

I WOULD SAY THAT TOTAL RECALL IS AN ABSOLUTE NECESSITY IF YOU NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE AND HOW IT HAPPENED.

There is an egregious and unreasonable use of the lack of 

 "TOTAL RECALL' that I find obnoxious which is when people  say 

"I do not recall that happening" or "I do not believe that happened"

without presenting any proof or testifying to an alternative 

and think that is all that is required to refute the Truth.

IF PEOPLE DO NOT REMEMBER OR CLAIM THAT THEY DO NOT OR IF THEY CLAIM THEY DID NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED THEN IT COULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE A HOLE IN THEIR HEAD WHERE TOTAL RECALL WOULD BE.
