I am becoming aware why people exhibit lack of memory, inability to understand communication and even moral and ethical lapses.

They are not attentive nor are they striving to have an accurate perception of what events occur and that the meaning of the communications they send and receive is fully and fairly correct.

All of those deficits and more carelessness and negligence create damage in people, to their prospects and to their property. 

The ``Don`t Care`` , ``Didn't notice``, ``You`re crazy``and the``You created your own problems``mindset institutes a failure to hold the creators of damage responsible and leaves the already anguished person whose property or person was damaged without recourse, unable to remedy the damage which was done and defamed by being blamed for the damage or suffering from attacks purporting that they are harassing authorities and the perpetrators of the damage they suffered 

HAVE YOU MADE A CONSCIOUS EFFORT TO TURN ON YOUR MIND AND GET THAT MEMORY ON LINE WITH MORAL AND ETHICAL EVALUATION AND ADHERENCE?

When I try to understand a complex communication or to create a detailed and lasting cinematographic memory or to imagine a new creation of a similar mental image I can feel the turbochargers come on in my brain and there is a surge in circulation of blood and a bodily ``rush``. My Brain turns on and rev`s up.

ONCE AGAIN AN EMINENT VIROLOGIST HAS STATED THAT THE CORONA VIRUS

" Is trying to learn to live in humans ", another learned Doctor that the Virus was trying to spread. As dust would settle on any surface or a mold spore grows, the virus will replicate itself if it lands somewhere with cells where it can bond to receptors through which it can enter the cell.

The personification and attribution of intent to the Corona Virus parallels the false attribution of criminal proclivity to men when they have to engage in conflict through the categorization of actions as criminal where there is not egregious harm done and there is not criminal intent. 

The ease of transmissibility randomly arrived at through natural selection is akin to the ease with which it was possible to create a proliferation of male criminal intent and actions which was to accuse men, as easy as making a phone call, no damage to evidence, no problem. Police will  make a note in the accused's file and if it is possible go and roust him at his home also. Police will transmit false accusation everywhere.

JUST AS A MORE TRANSMISSIBLE VIRUS WOULD SPREAD AND BECOME THE FACE OF THE VIRUS MEN HAVE BECOME THE FACE OF CRIME AND VIOLENCE AS WELL.

I was charged and arrested and taken from Otter Point to Victoria, though I was not even there at the Rockcliffe any more; I was driven off of the Rockcliffe by the Alf Toone Corporation board of directors who  created a Police action zone at my homes and business. A crime was attributed to me and they were coming out to OTTER POINT TO DRAG ME OFF, oh! boy: More to add to Lindon Collard`s record composed entirely of false accusation.

I WAS NOT GUILTY OF  TWO CHARGES FABRICATED BY THE ALF TOONE PROPERTY MANAGER EMPLOYED BY THE CITY OF VICTORIA AND VICTORIA POLICE AND IN COURT IN FRONT OF THE JUDGE  I DEMANDED ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTS BUT THEY WERE WITHHELD.

IF YOU CARELESSLY PERUSED THE RECORD YOU WOULD THINK THERE WAS ANOTHER FEARFUL MAN'S CRIME BUT IT WAS A FALSE ACCUSATION WHICH WAS NOT REMEDIED ACCORDING TO THE HEINOUS CUSTOM OF BC'S CORRUPT LEGAL SYSTEM WHICH WE ARE BURDENED WITH BY POLICE, JUDGES, LAWYERS AND THE LAW SOCIETY WHO NEITHER VALUE NOR  DISPENSE  JUSTICE

Like a mild but easily spread Corona Virus the nothing actually happened, no damage done falsely accused imaginary offence can be replicated over and over.

MANY POLITICIANS HAVE BEEN LAWYERS. NEWS COMMENTATORS AND BACKROOM NEGOTIATORS HAVE BEEN LAWYERS AND THUS WOULD HAVE LIVED IN THE MILIEU OF POSTURING AND UNREALITY WHICH IS A HALLMARK OF THE FALSITY PRACTICED IN COURT AND IN THE NEGOTIATIONS, THE DEALS WHICH SETTLE MOST CASES.

THE OTHER SOURCES OF POLITICAL STAFF, LOBBYING FIRM EMPLOYEES, STOCK MARKET AND BANKING PERSONEL ARE FROM WORLDS OF FLIM FLAM, FAKERY AND FRADULENT DECEPTION. THEY KNOW AND PRACTICE "FAKE".

THAT IS WHERE THE IDEA STARTED THAT EVERYTHING IS EQUALLY "FAKE". THE "FAKE" COURT, LAW ENFORCEMENT AND AJUDICATION ENVIRONMENT IS ACCORDED SUCH RESPECT AND IMPORTANCE THAT THAT TYPE OF UNREALITY BECOMES ACCEPTED AS "REAL", EVEN OVERRULING WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED, PROVEABLE BY EVIDENCE.

I DO BELIEVE EVERYTHING AND I DO PROFESS THAT. THAT WHICH I ACT UPON IS MOST CONSIDERED.

I AM ACCUSED OF BELIEVING FAKE NEWS AND OF BEING A SHEEP IN THE HERD BUT I REALLY DO OBSERVE AND CALCULATE, ESPECIALLY BEFORE I ACT.

Just because it is on TV or in the News does not mean that information is not true or that it should be disregarded. 

To automatically disbelieve reports and even video or to react with an opposing view to the observations and evaluations of impartial journalists and authors is as absurd as to believe every word uttered by a demagogue. 

Does the video or information have any parallels or reenforcing background scenarios? It is hard to fake video and make it seem real.

Published accounts in various media formats are a source of parallell and similar information to draw more comparisons.

When behavoir and the experience of the victim and his end result are the same you have to apply the pejorative labelling.

CONSIDER MY CONTENTION THAT I WAS DISPOSSESSED AND ENSLAVED IN A MANNER SIMILAR TO WHAT WAS DONE TO OTHER SLAVES IN THE PAST.

Slavery is just about universally condemned except by the Slavers who do still exist and who do still profit from the forced labor of other people, and do manifest slavery in new and different forms. 

How far would the premise extend. Certainly to any unpaid forced labor. Certainly when work of a type or duration that was not agreed to is forced on unwilling workers.

How about where a person had arranged every detail and worked for and paid for infrastructure that would permit a desired, planned, educated and practiced desirable occupation?

When this infrastructure is literally burned down has a slave been created where a secure self supported entrepreneur homeowner and homesteader was living and working before the Arson. 

Surely when I built a second home to house the family and I had no path foreward nor any possessions or even clothing and that bare bones home was mortaged to my Mother so my wife could borrow my Father's money, which she lost in her illfounded business and I was in debt for. As well, I had to work for nothing for years; what is nothing? That would be no spending money, no motorcycle, lousy $500 cars, $10 Chinese sneakers, no clothes.

WHAT REALLY BURNED THE SLAVERY IN IS THAT ALL OF MY ASSETS WERE TAKEN AND I HAD TO SELL MY STASH AND MY TWO 110 GRAM PURE GOLD BARS THAT COULD START JEWELERY MANUFACTURING AND I HAD TO BE IN DEBT AS WELL  A GREATER DEBT THAN THE VALUE  OF MY HOME.

IS THIS NOT ALL OF SLAVERY'S DEFICT ?  

I WOULD HAVE TO WORK FOR YEARS FOR NOTHING AND BUY MY WAY BACK TO ZERO WITH INHERITED MONEY  AFTER PAYING EXTORTED INTEREST OF "UNDER THE TABLE MONEY" FOR YEARS AND YEARS.

SLAVES WERE TRANSPORTED IN CHAINS.

I WAS SELF REPRESENTED IN LITIGATION AT THE SUPREME COURT OF BRITISH COLUMBIA WHEN I BECAME AWARE OF THE CRONYISM AND SELF SERVING AND THE LAW OFFICERS REACTIVE MINDSET. 

I HAD BEEN TOTALLY TERRORIZED IN 1992 WHEN THE SOOKE RCMP AND THE CRD ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS AND SHERIFFS ARRIVED IN FORCE AT MY OTTER POINT HOME TO SEIZE AND SELL IT, AND KILL MY DOG, AND PUT MY GOODS AND EQUIPMENT OUT IN THE RAIN. 

I HAD BEEN CONSTANTLY LEAVING HOME TO PERFORM AND TO MEET OTHER MUSICIANS AND THEN I WAS NOT ABLE TO LEAVE HOME, MY EX-WIFE WAS LITERALLY PARKED UP THE STREET TO SEE IF I LEFT SO POLICE COULD RAID AND SEIZE MY HOME

What do you think happens when lies told by my ex-wife motivate such criminality? The stated goals of wiping out my music career, or of putting me on the street homeless or in jail are achieved.

WHEN I EXECUTED LITIGATION IN 2001 TO PUT AN END TO THE DELETERIOUS EFFECTS OF PREVARICATION AND COLLUSION I WAS RAIDED AT HOME AND SURROUNDED BY SHERIFFS AT THE BRITISH COLUMBIA SUPREME COURT.

COURT DATES WERE RESCHEDULED AND I WAS NOT NOTIFIED, I WAS POWERLESS TO END THE FALSEHOOD POWERED AND MOTIVATED POLICE HARASSMENT AND THEY WOULD KEEP ON COMING UNTIL WHAT, ONE OF THEM LIED AND SAID I ATTACKED THEM OR THEY KILLED ME?

I BECAME TERRIFIED, AND VIRTUALLY PARALYZED AND I COULD NOT LEAVE MY HOME. I WOULD COLLAPSE AS I TRIED TO LEAVE. THEN THE ENFORCEMENT CAME OUT HERE TO OTTER POINT IN VIOLATION OF THE PROTECTION OF PRIVATE PROPERTY ACT AND I COLLAPSED INTO A NEARLY PERMANENT, RECURRING STATE OF TONIC IMMOBILITY. 

BACKROOM NEGOTIATION: IS THE ATROPHICATION OF LITIGATION TO DISCOVER TRUTH THE RESULT?

JUST NOW, THE CONCEPT CAME TO MIND THAT THE LEGAL SYSTEM, WHICH IN CANADA, PROVED TRUTH THROUGH  LITIGATION, HAS BEEN REPLACED BY A SYSTEM OF"DEALS" WHICH BENEFIT ALL OF THE LAWYERS FINANCIALLY AND WHICH DAMAGES THE PLAINTIFFS.

I KNOW THAT I, AS A PLAINTIFF REPRESENTED BY A LAWYER, WAS NOT IN ON THE NEGOTIATIONS TO FORGO MY LEGAL RIGHTS. I WAS NOT IN ON THE NEGOTIATIONS IN THE BACK ROOM BETWEEN JUDGES AND LAWYERS WHEN I WAS A SELF REPRESENTED PLAINTIFF EITHER, I CAN ASSURE YOU.

When lies and falsehood and defamation are used to create a background and disparage myself and my truthful evidence there is not a "deal" which will right this wrong. The not disproved "deal" overruled defamation then seems to be "real" and the falsehoods and fabrications are used over and over by anyone who accesses the lies and then uses them as "not disproved". When Law is researched and evidence is accumulated, Local and Provincial Authorities also overrule proof through litigation and instead rule on emotional or alleged community will or Privacy prerogatives and considerations. 

The end result is that the actually damaged person is characterized as over zealous, or as a crank or a harasser of innocent persons and authorities.

ALL THE "DEAL" NON LITIGATED JUDICIAL DECISIONS HAVE TO BE RE-LITIGATED NOW, REPUTATIONS AND HISTORIES OF ACTING HONESTLY IN CHARACTER MUST BE RESTORED.
