I am still flopping from recliner to bed constantly and I am totally not able to think about driving my motorcycle I am having trouble getting anything done and I have trepidation to even phone anyone. ence. 

I HAVE NOT EVER FELT REALLY GOOD FOR LONG AFTER I LOST EVERYTHING AND THAT HAPPENED AGAIN AND AGAIN. I FEEL BAD ABOUT EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THOSE EVENTS EVERY DAY.

IT IS NOT ABOUT THEM, IT IS ABOUT ME, LINDON COLLARD

The Burr House, Burvilla, my home for five years. I still feel hurt and edgy.

I DO NOT FEEL HATRED FOR ANYONE,  I FEEL BAD FOR MYSELF AND ALL OF THE GREAT EXPERIENCES I WORKED FOR OR  I HAD WILLED TO ME THAT WERE LOST. 

I felt really bad when my years long home tenancy was taken from me fraudulently in 1979 by the use of a clumsily altered document which would not have mattered if it did say Lang purchased the Burr House for Ten Thousand Dollars instead of the ONE DOLLAR he paid for my tenancy home where I paid the British Columbia Development Corporation $175 per month for five years. 

I also took care of the flooded basement when I got the tenancy and I made sure the BCDC Corporation never had to send someone to fix anything but once the furnace was fixed when it only needed an adjustment, certification was required and professional rip off artists came to Burrvilla.                                                      I fixed everything else.

I felt even worse when on June 20 1980 my home (I had purchased unfinished and stripped of wiring and plumbing by local vandals and thieves but I did not know.) which I had worked on for eight months, mostly alone, was burned by an arsonist.

I did not know, I had collected and bought fixtures and salvaged doors and windows and floors from demolitions; I had just got the house to move in time.

Returning with glass panels for the west deck at 9:30 pm there was a lit up window on the second floor so bright and then I saw that it was all that was left, part of a wall, the rest of the house was gone. 

All my work was gone, my clothes, the wife and kids clothes, my motorcycles and my Jewellery Factory Equipment and the development wax work of a new product line and my hundreds of pieces of cheap Gold Jewellery to sell and pay off the mortgage which I think was stolen before the fire and Art Jewellery from India and from my Jewellery Factory in Vancouver. It was all gone but the worn  out work clothing I had on.                       

   CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW BAD I FELT?

I am going to continue with how my wife took over " I know I am not entitled to anything " she said but '' I can start a divorce and you will lose all your assets to legal fees. "    I FELT BAD.

 

I FELT REALLY BAD RIGHT AWAY AND AFTER SHE TOOK CONTROL OF HOUSE BUILDING AND BUSINESS,  I OWED HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, THERE WAS TOTALLY SCREWED UP LAND AND A HOUSE FLOODING DOWN IN THE  HOLE AND I WAS CRIPPLED AGAIN IN DEC. 1986 AND I HAD NO JOB, HAD NEVER BEEN PAID AT MY WIFE'S BUSINESS. I HAD TO PAY $475 PER MONTH ON THE BUSINESS DEBT WHERE MY MOTHER LENT MY WIFE MY FATHER'S MONEY.  WAS THERE EVER A LOT OF MONEY EXTORTED WHICH I KNEW AND SUFFERED UNDER $1600. TO $1800. PER MONTH FOR 16 YEARS AND HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FROM INHERITANCES I KNEW ABOUT. THERE WAS ALSO STEALING MORE INHERITANCE MONEY WHICH I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT AT THE TIME BUT DO NOW. 

    I FEEL BAD ABOUT THE LOSS NOW

HERE IS THE SEVENTEEN FOOT LOWER THAN APPROVED HOUSE IN A HOLE. I FEEL BAD!

YOU COULD FEEL AS BAD AS I DID IF YOU HAD SOMEONE BURN YOUR HOUSE AND ALL YOUR POSSESSIONS THEN BOUGHT NOTHING FOR YOURSELF FOR SIXTEEN YEARS AS YOU PAID $1800 PER MONTH TO THE EXTORTIONIST FAMILY WOMEN OR GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT THEY WILL SAY OR DO. THE HAMMER IS THAT I WILL BE DISENHERITED FROM MY COMPLETELY DOMINATED FATHER'S MONEY. THAT WOULD BE THE FOURTH INHERITANCE SEIZED OR HIDDEN FROM ME AND STOLEN  I DID GET SOME OF THE MONEY I INHERITED FROM MY AUNT ANNETTE, THE THIRD INHERITANCE, WHICH I DID NOT SPEND A DOLLAR OF, MOSTLY WENT TO PAY DEBTS WHICH HAD BEEN FORCED ONTO ME, 

FORCLOSURE WAS UNDERWAY ON A PROPERTY I OWNED 40% OF DUE TO MY HAVING TO BUY MORE AND MORE OF IT. I WAS NOT INFORMED BY ANYONE THAT IT WAS HAPPENING, I JUST MANAGED TO AVERT THAT FORCLOSURE  WITH ITS HUGE LOSS BY HANDING OVER  ALL THE MONEY I HAD LEFT. 

THERE IS A LOT MORE POSTED ABOUT MUCH MORE THAT HAPPENED BUT  I, BY 1993, WITH SEVEN MORE YEARS OF PAYING FOR NOTHING FOR ME, NOT EVER I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO BORROW FAMILY MONEY, THEY HAD MLLIONS OF DOLLARS, BUT MY WIFE WAS AND I HAD TO PAY IT BACK WITH INTEREST ALWAYS PAYABLE AT 13 3/4 % AND PRINCIPAL NEVER DIMINISHED. PAY FOR SIXTEEN YEARS AND STILL ALL OF THE PRINCIPAL WAS OWED TO MY MOTHER. 

I FEEL BAD I HAD TO PAY BECAUSE IT STOPPED ME FROM WORKING AT MUSIC.

DESPITE BEING PENNILESS, SOMEONE HAD TO BE AN 'ATTENDANT' SO I GOT TO FLY TO LONDON WITH MRS PEARSON AND I PERFORMED ON HARMONICA FOR THREE WEEKS WHILE SHE VISITED HER FAMILY. 

I HAD BEEN TO THE UK TO FURTHER MY CAREER IN 1992 AND MY WIFE TRIED TO SEIZE MY HOME AND SELL MY MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS. IN 1993 SHE ATTACKED ME AT MY DOOR SCRATCHING AT MY EYES.

I COLLAPSED  AND WHEN I COULD NOT GO ON WITH MY CAREER, I FELT BAD.

TWO DIFFERENT THREADS OF MEMORY JOIN AND A TAPESTRY BEGINS TO TAKE SHAPE

THE OAK BAY POLICE SURROUNDED ME IN MY CAR AT GONZALES BAY IN 2000.

I HAD DRIVEN FROM THE BOTTOM TO ALMOST THE TOP ON THE LEFT SIDE.

THEY HAD GUNS DRAWN IN RESPONSE TO A CANARD CREATED BY SOOKE RCMP.

I had on several occasions said that I trusted the Oak Bay Police and felt safe from Police excess when I rollerbladed there and in the neighborhoods close by not far from my Howe St  Victoria residence. I had plunged down a hill in Oak Bay, picking up too much speed as I approached an open parking area. I turned in to be able to swing back uphill and lose speed when I realized it was a Police and Fire department compound. I circled widely and as I saw a policeman I said. 

" I knew I was safe to turn in here as the Oak Bay Police would not shoot me." 

DID SOOKE RCMP HEAR I TRUSTED THE OAK BAY POLICE AND SET UP THE ARMED, SURROUNDED STOP?

NO ONE HAD SEEN A CAR LIKE THE CAR I WAS DRIVING.

"THIS IS THE FANCIEST CAR I HAVE EVER SEEN" said an OAK BAY POLICEMAN. Then " SOOKE RCMP SAID THEY MADE A MISTAKE". Yeah, sure, a mistake. No, trustbreaking.

During my second Accident Injury Trial it was declared that I was unreliable and caused accidents as I was Accident Prone. I was a passenger in the accident injury and job loss being litigated. 

HERE ARE THREE ACCIDENTS I PREVENTED AT THE CNR. NEWLY CORELATED: A ROLL OUT AND A FIRE AT THE CNR IN 1969 OR EARLY 1970

 

The Canadian National Railway Passenger Terminal was at the bottom of the photograph. The train could roll out to the Main Line located at the top of this photograph and collide with a Frieght. 

I HAVE DOCUMENTED THE ROLL OUT OF A PASSENGER TRAIN FROM THE RAILWAY STATION IN VANCOUVER IN 1969 AND THE ROLL AWAY ENGINE AT RAMSES STATION, CAIRO EGYPT.  WHEN ROLLAWAYS ARE NOT STOPPED BEFORE COLLISION OCCURS THE RESULT IS DESTRUCTIVE AND DEADLY. I AM NOW SUSPICIOUS OF VANDALISM CAUSING RUNAWAY TRAINS. 

The Engineman, the Driver of the Train " Stepped off" his unit and did not secure a hamdbrake or other brakes.The handbrake is a mechanical device, air brakes are releaseable remotely or by bleeding off. Handbrakes and wheelchoks were my rule. In 1969 air brakes bled off an empty passenger train, it rolled out of the railroad station at Main and Terminal in Vancouver BC headed towards the main line. The story of how I and my crew split my Royal Mail train and caught the passenger train with my freight train is another story

The Chemical Plant siding event in East Vancouver at Venables  and Clark was loose Boxcars gliding downhill at a Factory. I was a crew member on a Transfer. We unhooked and ran after the loose Boxcars and caught them and stopped the Runaway Accident from happening right in the densely populated and business area. That area would be on the left of this photograph.

The event which has come to mind involved an empty passenger train, all my crew and I knew was there was a TRAIN ON FIRE. The train was rolling out of Glen Yard along the "Y" where passenger trains were turned around to return back to the East. 

We broke in to the train and applied handbrakes and made sure no one was on the train. The fire which was small was extinguished. Had this loose twelve passenger car train rolled further it would impinge on the CNR Main Line and a one hundred car one hundred thousand ton each car train could be coming down the hill not planning to stop for two miles.

IF THERE HAD BEEN COLLISION WITH A MAIN LINE FREIGHT IT WOULD OCCUR AT TOP CENTER OT THIS PHOTOGRAPH

IT DID NOT OCCUR TO ME UNTIL JUST NOW: WERE THOSE INCIDENTS NOT JUST ACCIDENTS WHICH WERE AVERTED, DID SOMEONE DELIBERATELY SET THOSE TRAINS LOOSE RATHER THAN BARAKES BLEEDING OFF AND A LACK OF CHOCKS.

STATEMENTS AGAINST ONE'S OWN INTEREST

WHEN PEOPLE REACH DOWN AND TELL YOU WHERE IT IS AT AND HOW SCREWED OR LOST YOU ARE THEY ARE UTTERING STATEMENTS AGAINST THEIR OWN INTEREST SETTING UP THEIR OWN CONVICTION. 

The statements to demean you declare a criminal intent when you are hampered.  All hampering is malfeasance and therefore that is a criminal offence.

The opposite of what the intention of the statement can result. For Instance.

"He is crazy he thinks he is going to be a Rock Star." That statement conveys the information that I have an intent to be a successful musical performer.

The statement conveys information that the speaker is opposed to my own determination of what I will do. The statement gives clues about how the speaker will hamper me.

RCMP Constable Champagne said " We are going to put an end to all the fun here". That was about music practice and admits I had practiced previously.  The statement declares an intent to end my business and artistic project. The choice of the demeaning to a practicing musician "Fun" indicates Champagne's criminal disregard for my livelihood and financial plans and my Charter Rights.
