It is very hard to see how deep the ditch the Rednecks dug is, they sought to leave no amenity. They wanted to create an anguishing loss and eyesore and danger to the little children where a grassy safe inviting meadow had been creating soil and harboring plants and animals for Fifteen Thousand Years.

Looking across the ditch at the house site side of the ditch, you can see the depth of the Depression and the steep sides designed to be unsafe for children.

It is very difficult to see in a picture how deep a ditch is or where Salmonid Enhancement WatercourseLarulla Creek originally ran. 

When you are walking about where Larulla Creek was or by the ditch it is very obvious to a competent observer what was and what had been done to do this.

This is where the Natural Watercourse Larulla Creek originally ran. Diverting the creek into the dam swale is an additional violation of the BC Water Act.

Digging the ditch and directing overflow from the dam not down Larulla Creek but through and across my meadow is another violation of the BC Water Act.

At the hearing only the Dam was included in the decision which dismissive of the protective law and ignored the damage re routing the Larulla Creek flow across my property and even down into my basement excavated down to that level by the same Criminally Insane Rednecks who dug the dam deeper as well. 

An extensive system of drains diverts Septic Effluent from the property originally owned by the Water Act Offenders who did all of this for no lawful purpose but out of Malice and Hatred.

FORTY YEARS LATER THE DAMAGED MEADOW IS STILL WITHOUT SOIL

WHAT JOY FOR THE REDNECKS THE DAY THEY SPOILED MY LAND AND WHAT A LOSS AS THE MEADOW, STILL WITHOUT SOIL, ONLY SUPPORTS HARDY CANES THAT CAN GROW IN THE BARREN CLAY.

The pictures below this sentence show how much the land was lowered as every bit of useful valuable soil was scooped up and trucked off by Ron Shambrooke.

The lowered land on 4129 Otter Point Road with the last trees left from my stolen grove of firs.

Take a look at how high the bank created by soil removal is.

See how high up the pole is, the pole truck drove right up there on the pre-removal ground level.

All of my trees were chopped up for firewood sale except a thin line the Rednecks thought was on their property so they left them. See below how much higher the natural ground level had been.

An excavator was used just lately to clear back some of the blackberries along the driveway and when the Canes were pulled out all there was forty years later was bare clay and stones, the ripped up trucked off soil will never come back.

The bare and barren clay left when a living ecology of soil and plants and animals was killed dead.

THE FOREST AND THE MEADOW AT OTTER POINT IN NOVEMBER OF 1979

Looking East around the side of the house the meadow looked much like this. 

It was a brilliant warm sunny day when I took possession of my first piece of land. The grass was long and soft and brown from the sun, stretching out to the top of the hill on the North and up to a  copse of Fir on the East.

Unbelievably a thin stream of water shot into the air where the well house is now and I thought there was City Water but it was a capped and taped up Artisan well that was squirting into the air. I can feel how thrilled I was

THE POST BEFORE,BELOW, HAPPENED DURING THE FINISHING OF THE FIRST HOUSE ON OTTER POINT RD.

I WENT TO WORK ON THE HOUSE. I DID NOT SHOOT BACK. I HAD BAD ADVICE. I DID NOT CALL POLICE TO LOOK FOR THE SHOOTER.

There was a job as the Thompson Newspaper Legislative Reporter in Victoria which I applied for but my interview was cancelled for the $1100. / month job.

Lower in Status but paying twice as much, I took a job as a Car Salesman and I continued to work on the house finishing as well until the house was burned down in June of 1980 despite the fact that my entire contact with the neighbors was to be told, "no we have no eggs" and to be turned down by another neighbor when I asked for help to carry my bathtub up to the bathroom I was finishing. I am told nonsense " You get what you deserve ". Does that person think at all to realize that there is no way that it was real that what I did could "deserve" to lose every single thing I had.
