FAKE 911 CALL NETS PRISON TERMS FOR SWATTERS

A VIDEO GAMING DISPUTE LEADS TO THE MAKING OF A FAKE 911 CALL AND A MAN IS SHOT AND KILLED BY POLICE WHERE THEY WERE SENT BY TYLER RAV BARRISS. HE WAS SENTENCED TO 20 YEARS IN FEDERAL PRISION.  VINER WHO SUGGESTED THE CALL BE MADE WAS SENTENCED TO 15 MONTHS, A THIRD PERSON WAS AFFORDED A DEFERRED PROSECUTION. ( USA )

Viner, the person who "incited" the Fake 911 call first threatened an Online Video Game Teammate who had "killed" Viner's Character or Avatar in the game. Viner threatened to make a Fake 911 Call and his teammate defied him to do it and then furnished a false address as his own where Police shot and killed a 28 year old man. Any " threatening with Police" is similar to Viner's threat.

I have for a  long time repeatedly demanded the prosecution of Fake 911 Callers and other persons who threaten with Police ( Declaring their intention to falsely inform Police), to escape culpability and responsibility for their unlawful actions.

Any event which starts with a damaging action or an unlawful action or declaration or starts with trespassing or doing damage to property of a Citizen cannot result in the Police being deployed to Raid the Citizen's home or business or to have Sheriffs interfere with lawful plaintiff procedures in Court.

THE "USE" OF POLICE IN ANY WAY WHEN THERE IS NOT IMMINENT DANGER AND WHEN THE PERSON DAMAGED IS BEING TARGETTED OR DEFAMED OR FALSELY ACCUSED OF ANYTHING IS CRIMINAL.

THE FALSE COMPLAINTS AND DEFAMATION WHICH WERE COMMUNICATED TO POLICE KILLED POLITIC ROCKER. THEY KILLED THE WRITER AND MUSICIAN.

THE CONSTANT RAIDING BY POLICE AND BY-LAW DROVE ME OFF OF MY VICTORIA PROPERTY KILLING THE BUSINESS OPERATIONS AND ACQUISITIONS DEAD.

BAFFELLING THAT POLICE WILL BACK CRIMINALS WHO HAVE COMMITTED A CRIME AGAINST THE VICTIM OF THE CRIME WHICH CAUSED THE DISPUTE BETWEEN THE CITIZENS TO BEGIN.

ANY LAWBREAKING OR BREAKING OF PROPERTY OR BREAKING OF PEOPLE IS A CRIME, PROSPECTS AND PROMISES AS WELL.  THERE ARE NO EXEMPTIONS OR EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES THAT WOULD PERMIT A DAMAGING ACT TO BE COMMITTED AND FOR THAT ACT TO NOT CONSTITUTE A CRIME.

Often, the perpetrator of a damaging and unlawful act, a crime, will prevaricate and Police will rush in to protect against a speculative canard that the perpetrator of a crime is in danger from their victim without any evidence but their own fear and apprehension. 

There are professional scairdy cats: The oppressive and deceitful and threatening Lawyers, Insurance Adjusters and Civil Servants are so frightened that during my vigorous rebuttal of lies which they espoused, they had to have Police visit me at my home fifty or more Kilometres from wherever they are. I was also surrounded in British Columbia Supreme Court by Sheriffs as I progressed a suit to expose fraud, collusion as conspiracy and prevarication. I had been injured in an accident the other person was responsible for, I broke no Laws nor did I assault anyone nor did I injure ANYONE.

Declarations of Fear were being used to cover up what became a serious crime after a falsely constituted Accident Report was filed IN 1998. I have it and the Car WHERE THE DAMAGE CLEARLY SHOWS WHAT HAPPENED IS NOT WHAT the accident report shows. Harold Turnham had four Sheriffs surround me in BCSC. I was the plantiff, I was the damaged and injured party.

Pincombe unlawfully drove down the wrong side of the road, that is an offence, a crime.RCMP Constable House and Pincombe fabricated a false accident report, a serious crime. Why would they do something nutty and crazy like that; they are Criminally Insane. 

The intimidation with La Bouche Bernier, RCMP here and the moving up of two court dates so I could not be there, possibly three, is to cover up the stupid little offence of Pincombe driving down the wrong side of the road to start with then the major offence as House covers for him by uttering a false Accident Report.

HAROLD TURNHAM SUBMITTED FALSE INFORMATION TO THE JUDGE IN COURT WITHOUT ANY WITNESS TESTIMONY TO BACK IT UP, AT THE TIME FOR SURE, POSSIBLY NEVER. HE TOOK THE CASE LEGALLY DATED. BEFORE ICBC TOOK IT ON, I WAS SUING TO EXPOSE COLLUSION BECOMING CONSPIRACY TO OBSTRUCT JUSTICE AND PREVARICATION. ICBC AND TURNHAM ALLEGED THAT I WAS DRIVING SO FAST THAT PINCOMBE COULD NOT SEE ME COMING. I WAS A BAD PERSON TOO, OOOYH, TOO SCARY TO DEAL WITH AND TOO DANGEROUS TO NOT BE SURROUNDED BY FOUR SHERIFFS. HAVE TO HOLD THE NEXT HEARINGS WITHOUT ME ALSO.

THERE WERE SERIAL SCAIRDY CATS ALL AROUND MY APARTMENT BUILDING, IF BUT ONE IS LEFT 911 COULD BE CALLED. THE VICTORIA BY-LAW OFFICER BROUGHT POLICE HERE TO OTTER POINT SO SCAIRDY CAT WAS HE.

THERE ARE WOMEN, NEAR THE ROCKCLIFFE STILL IN THE COOP I AM SURE WITH 911 ON SPEED DIAL.

IN THE AREA AROUND MY RURAL 12 ACRES, W0MEN IN FEAR 911 CALLING STILL, SENDING POLICE AND QUASI POLICE JUST ABOUT ANYWHERE OVER JUST ABOUT ANYTHING.

Police and local Authorities and elected officials support the false calls and the false callers, they shield the identities of persons committing a crime by faslely informing Authotities and Police. That is very fine subsidized housing  sitting on top of Mount Stephen, Victoria BC

AT THE ROCKCLIFFE THE AGITATORS IN THE ALF TOONE COOP WERE JEALOUS. THEY WERE ANNOYED THAT ACTIVITY AT THE ROCKLIFFE STARTED FAIRLY EARLY IN THE DAY AS WE REFURBISHED THE BUILDING.

It was surprising and devastating to lose my connection with the Canadian National Railway. I was injured and off work twice, 1965 a badly strained ankle and chipped bone had me in a cast and 1968 badly washed out railway tracks were under water in VANCOUVER BC MAIN YARD, I was holding on to a Switch I was to throw and the track and the switch rapidly moved downwards wrenching my previously injured back and immobilizing me for weeks.

 I was injured in two motor vehicle accidents, I did not cause the accidents, there was nothing I could do to avoid being injured in the accidents, I did all I could to avoid the left-turning Stop sign jumping car which collided with my mortorcycle in 1967 and I was a psssenger in the 1970 car accident I was in.

I WAS DECLARED TO BE " ACCIDENT PRONE", I WAS NOT GOING TO BE EMPLOYED ANYMORE SAID THE EMPLOYEE RELATIONS CLERK AND THE COURT NODDED AND AWARDED ME VERY LITTLE, I WAS HELD TO BE RESPONSIBLE AND "UNEMPLOYABLE". 

PUNISHED IN 1965 MY UNIVERSITY TRANSCRIPTS STAMPED "NOT READMISSIBLE" AND 1968 AT THE CNR "UNEMPLOYABLE" I BECAME A MINORITY OF ONE.

I did get together a circle of friends, musicians and artisans, my jewellery business was small but I did deal with a lot of people with my Casting Service. There were changes to many aspects of Jewellery Manufacturing which led me to sell out to a group of jewellery salesmen. I also needed the money to buy a home for the Family, Vancouver was becoming too expensive and difficult to rent a house anywhere near the City. I purchased a house which turned out to take eight months to finish and then it was burnt down with my new Jewellery Factory Equipment and Models and Inventory. I think that was done because I was once again building alone, a Minority of One. 

Then I really deeply and in a casteless state became a  Minority of One. The neighbors, all of whom knew who burnt the house down blamed me. The Regional District acted to make rebuilding more difficult and costly. So did my wife. I had to fight the Insurance Company, they were trying to not pay me, trick me, they went along with the neighbors, some of whom burnt my house down.

Next I was kicked out of the Collard Family, the marrying in women took over.

I was forced to Finance, work for nothing at and pay the debts my ex wife incurred at her business, all of which I was forced to do or my Mother would get my Aunt and my Father to disenherit me and my wife would start Divorce proceedings and A ROTTEN CREEP LAWYER WAS WILLING TO TAKE MY ASSETS BASED ON NOTHING AND FALSEHOOD, ONCE AGAIN I AM AFTER ALL A MINORITY OF ONE.

As soon as my wife began to take over the contracting out of the New House, and continuing as she launched her business I became Impoverished. A few years later every effort was made by her, by Family and by Police to cut me off from my friends, to hamper my musical career and throw me in Jail.

Several times since then I have tried to reestablish myself as a business operator and the old defamations rule like brand new, I have remained isolated, attacked actually here at Otter Point.

I HAVE BEEN AN IMPOVERISHED MINORITY OF ONE FOR FORTY YEARS, I AM ALWAYS ALONE AND I CAN NEVER REALLY SPEND ANY MONEY WITHOUT LEAVING MYSELF IN DEBT. EVENTUALLY THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT WANTS ABOUT 1.5 MILLION DOLLARS FROM ME BECAUSE MY PROPERTY WENT UP  ABOUT SIX MILLION, BUT THAT DOES NOT PRODUCE MONEY AND THE RENT MONEY LEFT AFTER EXPENSES HAS NOT KEPT UP AT ALL WITH THE CAPITAL GAINS TAX BILL, I WOULD HAVE TO COME UP WITH  A MILLION DOLLARS FOR TAX AND THE MORTGAGE IS A MILLION DOLLARS AS WELL

AVOID ALL CONTACT WITH THE PUNISHMENT COMMUNITY. STAY OUT OF THE HANDS OF AUTHORITY.

That was a mantra to me, I had never felt that I could trust anyone to be in Authority over me. My entire life had been overshadowed again and again by uncaring and destructive Authority. 

My childhood was dominated by undeserved daily beatings from the same Mother who emptied my childhood bank account when I went to University at sixteen, absolutely stated on my eighteenth birthday that she was " In Authority over me and I was not getting it" referring to my 1964 $10,000. bequest from my Paternal Grandfather.

Low level clerks could place themselves into Authority over me and there was nothing I could do about it. Academic Authorities and Work Authorities invariably created outcomes for me that they would have to know was not what I wanted to have happen. 

I had always followed laws and orders faithfully, and I paid into Pension Funds and Out of Work Insurance when most workers did not. I paid un-employment insurance premiums for much of seven years and I never benefited not a penny, no money from any plan. 

By the Age of 24 years old, I had endured all of the above instances of Abandonment by Authority.

I thought that the way to avoid dependence on benefits from or dependence on the good auspices of Authority was to own your own business and property and to not have any debt or obligation, which is another way you end up being subject to Authority of some kind or another. 

THE LEGAL PRESCRIPTION FOR EFFECTIVE AVOIDANCE OF AGGRESSION AND IT'S NEGATIVE AFFECT IS TO WITHDRAW.

THAT SHOULD APPLY PERFECTLY TO AUTHORITY AS WELL. DO NOT DO ANYTHING WHICH WOULD ENABLE THE ASSERTION OF AUTHORITY OVER YOU. SELF-EMPLOYMENT SHOULD PROVIDE THAT RELIEF FROM UNDESIRABLE AUHORITY AND ITS NEGATIVE AFFECT BUT SOMEHOW AS A VERY SMALL GROUP OR SOLO BUSINESS THERE IS MORE HOSTILE AUTHORITY AND BULLYING THAN ONE WOULD EXPERIENCE WORKING AT A LARGE BUSINESS.

I worked hard and effectively and I ran my own business and sold it and I had new factory equipment and a house and local crazies took Authority and Punished me by stealing and house burning and ripping down my screen of trees and using the Authorities to raid me using one false premise after another.

EVENTUALLY EVERY TRESPASSER OR INTERVENOR OR AUTHORITY BECOMES A TOXIC STIMULUS WHICH COLLAPSES AND PARALYZES BODY AND MIND.

REVUSION TO AND COLLAPSE CAUSED BY AUTHORITY BEING USED TO INTIMIDATE AND TERRORIZE ME IS A SITUATION WHICH I MADE EVERY EFFORT TO AVOID.

DO NOT FORGET THAT THE POLICE ARE THE DIRECT CULTURAL DESCENDANTS OF THE DRAWERS AND QUARTERS OF SEVEN GENERATIONS AGO. HOW CAN SUCH A BRUTAL INSTITUTION BE DEPLOYED IN FALSITY OR AS A REVENGE TECHNIQUE OR TO INTIMIDATE SOMEONE WHEN THAT BRUTAL LAST RESORT OF SOCIETY TO PROTECT THE VULNERABLE MAY ONLY BE DEPLOYED IF THERE IS EGREGIOUS HARM DONE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY. ONE MAY CALL THE POLICE TO THEIR HOUSE TO PROTECT THEM OR EVEN SEND THE POLICE ON A QUEST TO FIND STOLEN PROPERTY OR A KIDNAPPED CHILD, BUT IT BETTER BE REAL

READ A TRUE STORY OF CRIMINALLY INSANE POLICE

I have a theorem regarding criminal insanity which does not have to involve the hearing of exculpatory voices in the criminal's head urging egregiously harmful  action. In an inclusive legal theorem, other than having voices in the head which confirm the correctness, other factors are just as crazy and criminal.

RCMP Corporal Hal Zeike forged a document to try to get me a Psychiatric examination which would have me held for 60 days, conditions upon which my ex-wife's lein for $0. of unpaid child support could be used to seize my home and property and possessions. As I was being arrested Zeike said "Even if you have not done anything, everyone has done something they should be punished for."

When I got to Wilkinson Road Correctional Institute, the Head Jailer of some sort told me that I was being falsely forensically psychiatrically examined and the paperwork was forged by RCMP Corporal Hal Zeike. I have posted and e-mailed and wrote letters to politicians but they enable the Criminal Insanity which in the mad mind of Hal Zeike, he thinks he is permitted to formulate a criminal intent to punish another Citizen. He also has acted on that Criminal Intent, committing Criminal Acts because " ...everyone has done something they should be punished for" and this absolves him in his insane view of his role as a Public Servant. Only the Courts can plan to and punish citizens under carefully regulated conditions, supposedly. 

                         MOST AMAZING TO ME IS HOW MUCH LEEWAY POLICE ARE GRANTED. I REITERATE THE STATEMENT:

On October 3 1996 I WAS PICKED UP ON A CONTRIVED MULTI-FRAUD ride through the prison system. I caught and documented and prevailed self-represented in Provincial Court and all the Fraudsters' crimes were ignored.

I was being held in a freezing cold basement garage cell and I said to either Missfelt or Hartwig, similar in appearance at the time, "I cannot ever allow myself to be subjected to such conditions as I am being subjected to now. It will damage my back so I WILL BE UNABLE TO PERFORM ANYMORE"

THE RCMP MEMBER ANSWERED THAT I WAS BEING PUNISHED. BUT I WAS NOT GUILTY AND I DID NOT PERFORM AS I WAS CRIPPLED AGAIN AFTER THE PUNISHMENT WAS DELIBERATELY AND DECLAREDLY INFLICTED UPON ME AND IT WAS CLEARLY SPOKEN AND CRIMINALLY INTENTIONAL. JUDGES CAN PUNISH A CITIZEN LAWFULLY WHEN POLICE DO IT IT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE, JUST THE SAME AS IF IF YOU OR I TORTURED AND CRIPPLED SOMEONE,  IT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE TO PUNISH SOMEONE AND A MORE SERIOUS OFFENCE IF SOMEONE IS CRIPPLED.

THE PUNISHMENT COMMUNITY: RACISM, ETHNOCENTRICISM AND SEXUAL DISCRIMINATION

RACISM AS A CULTURAL IDENTITY ISSUE. 

I think that the overt display of cultural or religious symbols, the display of a distinct difference from your fellow citizens is a Racial or Ethnocentric Act and that it is a mistake to think that people who notice this difference are Racist.

ETHNOCENTRIC DEMANDS ARE SUBUJATION.

Similarily, the demand for other persons whom are not subscribers to your Culture or Religion or Language to modify their behavior to placate you as if your Culture or Religion or Language were so important as to overrule the other persons Language,Culture, Religion or the lack thereof is simply ethnocentric subujation. 

FAVORITISM AND DEFERENCE BASED ON GENDER ARE NOT LEVELING THE PLAYING FIELD TO BE FAIR TO ALL, THESE PRACTICES ARE  RAW AND OVERT GENDER DISCRIMINATION.

The neverending requirement that Men be deferential to Women has changed from opening doors and paying for drinks to a dictatorship of Women`s Emotion where Police or Lawyers and the Courts will upend and take over, take away a Man`s property, life and livelihood without him doing a scintilla of harm. If this would not happen if the Genders were reversed is an interesting test of misuse of deference. Whenever it would be the case that it would not happen, then there is a crime of Gender Discrimination, almost invariably against the Man.

I know that Business Groups and Old Boy`s Clubs do discriminate against Women. The same men discriminate against much of Society, it is a matter of Prior Inclusion and most of us Men do not fall into that category either.

BRING IN THE PUNISHMENTS BASED ON ALL THREE OF THOSE BASELESS GROUNDS TO HURT SOMEONE.

The Racism accusations and discriminations are launched and people are punished or maybe just chastised for noticing such things as absurd Sexual Display or Religious Display or Cultural Origin Costuming or Behavior. It is OK to notice how absurd the Neo Nazis with the Tiki Torches were. It is not OK to document other forms of Absurd Display based on Sexual Orientation or National Origin. It is often not Racism, the critics may be of the same Racial Group in some way so the prejudice would have to be Ethnocentric.

ETHNOCENTRICISM IS FAR MORE COMMON THAN ACTUAL RACISM AND IT CAN BE MORE DAMAGING.

In Quebec where I was born and lived til I was Twelve Years Old, the Veneration of the French Canadian Culture and Language was just about a Religion for the French and against us, the English Speaking Citizens. I am certain that it was Francine Dagenais that motivated my Brother Andrew to together with My Beater Mother rip me off for the Million Dollars and his house that my Uncle Albert  willed to me. They kept my mail and altered the will, I got zero dollars when he died, ZERO DOLLARS, LAWSUIT AND CRIMINAL CHARGES IF POSSIBLE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

The French RCMP grew up in this milieu of Hatred and Discrimination in Quebec and then the Damn Fools who run the RCMP sent them to BC.

When I arrived in Sooke BC, unbeknownst to me, the neighbors did not want to lose their ``LOGGER CULTURE`` and they did not want me `Yuppie` those Fucking Bastards not from Quebec but here in BC : No ``Yuppies`` were to be allowed to live here despite the fact that THE TREES WERE ALL GONE.

SEXUAL DISCRIMINATION

SEXUAL DISCRIMINATION AGAINST MEN IS NOT ADDRESSED WHILE THERE IS A TRASHSTORM OF ANGUISH OVER SEXUAL HARASSMENT OF WOMEN.

There was and is a culture of sexually harassing women which included groping and manipulating sexual intimacy and even the forceful assaults of rape and battery. I am one of many men who has NEVER manipulated or forced any intimacy with ANYONE. I have made straight up inquiries and even begged for sex, and by intimation and by ingratiating myself with women as potential sex partners and I would do it again. I do not see anything wrong with men asking women to allow sexual intimacy and being nice to women and even giving them gifts. This is the normal way of men and women regarding sexual intimacy.

 WHAT IS REAL IS THE MONEY AND THE PROPERTY!

There was a time when women's rights and freedom were severely limited and compromised. The worst examples of this bad treatment were in the realm of Paternalistic Authority and the accession of husbands when they married women to be the owner of the wife's property and assets which she possessed independently from any benefit from her husband. The situation is in a state of reversal contemporaneously with the assets of husbands being taken over by wives. 

THE REBUTTAL IS THAT HUSBANDS DIVORCE AND PREY UPON THE ASSETS OF WIVES AS WELL AT THIS TIME. DURING THE TIME I WAS DIVESTED OF ONE ASSET AND BEQUEST AFTER ANOTHER, THIS WAS NOT HAPPENING. DOES PREYING UPON WIVES' ASSETS BY HUSBANDS REALLY HAPPEN WITH ANY SIGNIFICANT  AMOUNT AND FREQUENCY EVEN TODAY IN 2019. 

                                             TRESPASS

An additional glaring disparity is the Police favoritism towards women which can reach absurd levels as the Police protect women who are committing crimes. When women have trespassed or even fronted gangs of trespassers on my property, Police have sided with the Trespassers against myself, on my property alone and vulnerable to collapse and paralysis. I am in danger, I do not pose a threat that Police should escort trespassers onto my property. If there is a threat to the trespassers, the law is clear, stay safe, stay home, stay off other people's  property unless you are wanted there and invited to come there. 

  

                                               BUSINESS

When citizens engage in business, it is time to put sexual discrimination against men aside. The feminine canard is that men are upsetting or emotionally abusing women the moment the women are called out for any inaccuracy or manipulation or false hood. Granted there are men I call Fairy Boys and others call Pussy that act like women do when they are confronted with accuracy and truth, always hurt or hated or in danger when the confronter is a Man.

In business, or at the property line or at government offices  there cannot be an automatic deferral to women or authorities. Only the writ issued lawfully by a judge can make anyone but the resident and property owner have a special status and can take total deferral to the resident and owner away. All Canadian Citizens are alleged to be free to do as they please in public or especially on their own turf unless a judge sees fit to issue a writ. Canadian Citizens are always bound by the Criminal Code of Canada and should behave in a manner consistent with Hansard when in Court or in Public Places. 

IT MATTERS NOT A WHIT WHO IS WOMAN AND WHO IS MAN. IT IS REALLY ALL ABOUT WHOSE MONEY AND PROPERTY AND PARTICULARLY WHOSE RESIDENCE IS THE PLACE WHERE WHATEVER IS GOING DOWN IS OCCURRING. POLICE CAN ONLY PROTECT OWNERS  AND RESIDENTS.  IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT THE PERSON AT THE OFFICE OR NEXT DOOR WANTS. LAW OFFICERS AND WOMEN DO NOT HAVE SPECIAL MAN OVERRULING STATUS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.

SEXUAL DISCRIMINATION AGAINST MEN IN FAVOR OF WOMEN MUST CEASE AND THE ABUSES OF THE LAST FORTY OR MORE YEARS MUST BE REMEDIED.

  THE EXPRESSION OF HATRED DOES INDICATE DISCRIMINATION 

                                                     HATE

I have not ever told a woman that I hated her nor told anyone that I hated women. I have been seriously damaged, I had much of life's experience ruined by the actions of women and their misdirection of authority and punishment onto myself. I have had my money grifted away from myself and my projects. I did not say I hated anyone but I certainly accuse anyone who offended against me.

I have been told by several women in my family directly and through what their stated ambitions were to do to damage me, and one male local resident that they hated me. I do not think the existence of hatred is made more clear than by the declaration of a person that they hate you. Hateful actions and statements also make it clear who hates whom. 

There is no other way to describe the way I personally was treated by the women in my family and extended family than that they hated me. Any criticism of women is descried as " Hate for women". The emotional take of hate is not how men think. I mourn the lost opportunities and loss of experience I was subjected to through having my assets and bequests taken and the punishments  I endured. What other motivation can there be than hatred for exacting punishment when there has not been any harm done or worse, despite the provision of support.

What other motivation and manifestation than hate would have the resentment and discredit that I am subjected to be applied to my sex partners? Always downgraded and disrespected by my Family Members my sex partners and girlfriends were summarily judged despite their being unknown to my Family.

 REPLACEMENT: In 2019 "Replacement" is a political issue.

I know that I continue to apply my own experience to many subjects I write about. The reason I think about many topics is because I experienced  or observed aspects of events which involved a similar circumstance or behavior.

DURING THE EARLY STAGES OF THE WOMAN'S LIBERATION MOVEMENT MY WIFE MADE IT QUITE CLEAR THAT SHE FELT WOMEN'S EQUALITY WOULD INVOLVE WOMEN OWNING EVERYTHING MEN HAD AND BEING IN CHARGE AS MEN WERE.

I was, additionally told that women were faster, smarter and stronger and that

"WE ARE TAKING OVER" and that turned out to be more

than just taking over. All of the worked for and inherited wealth of Men would now be under the ownership and control of women. Furthermore, I was going to be replaced and discarded. Whereas while I was in control and owner I had to take care of more than just my Wife's needs, with my wife in control she was to

"MAKE LIFE AS DIFFICULT AS POSSIBLE FOR YOU"(ME) "I WANT YOU ON THE STREET OR IN JAIL" she hissed.  This was my wife's idea of "Equality".

THE PUNISHMENT COMMUNITY: ADMINISTRATORS

MENTALLY ILL PERSONS FULFILL THEIR PERVERTED FANTASIES BY PUNISHING OTHER PERSONS, ANIMALS AND EVEN THE ENVIRONMENT.

I sat at my 1963 Smith Corona manual typewriter and I could not think of what to write. The first newspaper articles I wrote were triggered by events and conditions at UNB. Satire brought humor and life to such articles. Successfully writing fiction requires experience and intellectual research, I had little experience and research was difficult fifty years ago. I determined that if I was going to find interesting true subject matter I was going to have to plan that and work at it. 

I inherited a lot of money at eighteen years old from my Paternal Grandfather. My mother, a Punishment Community Queen punished me on my eighteenth birthday by refusing to let me have the $10,000. Grandfather Charles Vincent Collard did not want his grandson to experience the poverty he experienced, he wanted me to be able to buy myself a home at eighteen years old. I was advised by Retired Canadian Army cooks I worked with at my part time job at the UNB Dining Hall to buy the buisness with the Dance Hall, Lounge, Commercial Kitchen and eleven rooms known for having the best Hot Dogs in The City.

I would have written about goings on at the Small Hotel I was going to buy in Fredericton New Brunswick where the University of New Brunswick was located. Instead, I could have written, I am, about living in a freezing Boarding House, where you got breakfast but the rest was baloney sandwiches. Would you want to read a detailed description?

MOTHER SO ENJOYED HER PUNISHER ROLE, SHE WAS EXULTANT "YOU ARE UNDER MY AUTHORITY UNTIL YOU ARE TWENTY ONE, YOU ARE NOT GETTING IT!"

I was given none of it, not even for food, not a cent. I think now that my Mother also intercepted any eighteenth birthday gifts I received because I did not even get a Birthday Card, of which I had received many on my Birthday at home.

At the age of nineteen I refused to alter my newspaper writing to "help things to go smoothly" and was punished by not only Expulsion but I would not be able to enter Third Year Studies elsewhere, my Transcripts were Stamped as 

"NOT READMISSIBLE" and it came to me at the end of August, but Mother might have retrieved and held my Mail?

I had hired on with the CNR for a summer job as a Surveyor because if you had a year of Engineering Study and had been a Surveyor you could finance your studies by being a Surveyor in the Summer.

INSTEAD WE WERE PUNISHED AS SMART ASS COLLEGE JERKS AND TO WEED OUT THE WEAK BY HAVING TO Carry 100 pound Cement Bags. We were to live in Motels, Travel and eat in Restaurants and got a Bunk Car. Really, the Fucking Bastards, 135 pound seventeen year old CHILD ABUSE.

I, we, got to go Surveying in our second Summer of work, hey real cool eh, School, School,School and then run up and down cliffs and through bush right away, right from school to the Bunk Cars, still no Motels and Restraunts.

The third Summer of Employment was to be at Canadian National Railway System Headquarters in Montreal, which I had lived in and revisited regularily as a High School Student. Every portion of the promised jobs had been turned  into a punishment or destructive test or crappy living in the bush in Railroad Bunk Cars. I did not agree to take specific courses, but the rotten bastard clerk at HQ seized upon my course changes as "unauthorized" and I was punished by being given another hard labor job, which no one wanted, 4pm to Midnight, loading boxcars . I thought, work, go back to University in a few months. I was thrown out of School and loaded boxcars outside in the Montreal Winter instead.

Had Mother not been able to seize my inheritance from Grand- father, I would have been nice and warm in my Hotel.

Still nothing to write about, loading Boxcars with Freight. I set out for California by way of Vancouver BC and stayed there in Vancouver.

Six months after I was denied my scheduled job at CNR System Headquarters assisting and working with Civil Engineers I obtained employment doing exactly that as a Recording Technician and in house Builder Quality Control Inspector with KBR BRJ Halliburton at Peace Power where Chief Engineer Abercrombie said to me "I think you and I are the only ones aware of exactly what we are building here".  A few weeks later "I do not know where all the rock bolts are and what the torques are."

I surveyed torqued and inspected every Rock Bolt in the walls and up 180 feet at the ceiling of the Peace Power Powerhouse and created an 8' x 4' map.

    The square pads in the ceiling were attached to 16' long rock bolts at Peace Power and were to be grouted.
When torques had stabilized, and retorquing was not required anymore, then thorough and complete High Pressure Grouting filled, sealed and bonded the Rocks and Cement and Rock bolts together.
All the Rock Bolts had a small diameter hole from the exposed bottom of the Bolt all the way to the top. Cement pours, streams and flows out of the bottom center hole from the top of the hole if the void is filled.                         

I documented a series of incorrect procedures being used to install Rock Bolts, which only I had been involved with the installation thereof previously.

The cement is pumped in at the bottom of the cavity which the rock bolt is in. You pump cement in at 90PSI till it fills every crack in the wall or ceiling. If the rock is fractured beyond the end of the Rock Bolt it will not take torque. When you pump until the cement comes down the hollow center of the bolt you know that you have filled every crack and the Rock Bolt acts like rebar in cenent making the fractured rock mass a support element in combination with the Rock Bolts, which exceeds the straight up weight bearing ability of Rock Bolts.

Incomplete High Pressure Cement Grouting which did not fill every void as required was faked as complete by pumping cement up indicator drill holes. "That is enough grouting" Shifter Morley said to his crew "Prime the Indicator Tube." That Indicator drill hole.  It was esential, ordered by Law and required by Engineering Ethics that this flawed procedure was reported to the Chief Engineer. I did of course. The Engineer apologized, the Shifter is going to get rid of you.   I was shipped out, problem solved, only until we have an earthquake possibly. I have sent this information to Authorities several times and there was legal action taken by BC Hydro, the Owner, against the Builder but nobody  replied to my warning.

I HAVE DOCUMENTED WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THIS THOROUGHLY. MORE PUNISHMENT. I HAD ALWAYS THOUGHT "DO NOT DO ANYTHING BAD AND YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO ENDURE MORE PUNISHMENT."

I WAS WRONG, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING BAD TO DESERVE PUNISHMENT. THE PUNISHMENT COMUNITY DOES NOT CARE WHETHER OR NOT YOU DID SOMETHING BAD AND HAVE TO BE DETERRED, THE PUNISHMENT COMMUNITY JUST HAS TO BE ABLE TO GET AT YOU.
